Phone I have was paid for and unlocked when I started using Net 10 service. I bought a new phone and went with another Company. I need my old phone unlocked and they refused too. Customer service hung up on me and won't let me talk to anyone else about this.

I was told that I would receive a replacement phone in July 2023. I was told that a phone was shipped and delivered; I never received a phone. I completed a claim with Fed Ex. Requested another phone. 2 times I have told reps that phone did not have to be same phone.

Damaged phone mailed in July. Almost 2 months no phone.

Costumer Service sucks! They transferred us 4 times and all they said is I will be transferred to a higher department and does not give the reason why can't they do it? They 2 of them just hangs up and they do not give their name also.

Why are they hiring people that doesn't know how to do their job?

It is literally impossible to buy data i’ve tried entering my account password and nothing i’ve tried calling a representative that was useless i’ve tried the text automatic feature didn’t work i’ve tried changing my account password and the link was never sent what am i supposed to do? i’ve done everything and exhausted every option and i have to deal with this until next month?

this is ridiculous and i will buy a new phone plan the way their websites and “help” features are designed like crap because it feels like no one wants to help you why can’t i just get a person on the phone without going through a bunch of crap this is one of the most frustrating things i have experienced

You are blocking VPN traffic to your website. I will NOT connect to ANY website with out my security software including VPN being active. If I cannot connect to your website I cannot pay my bill and I will be FORCED to go to another provider.

Also your chat and phone support employees would NOT transfer me to a supervisor or someone who could help or answer questions. They lacked the knowledge and ability to help me.

I have been a customer of almost 10 years now. My plan was grandfathered into the new system under the stipulation that I remain on auto pay and don't miss a payment. My phone was shut off this month for absolutely no reason.

Same creditcard I have used for YEARS, no issues at all. No issues with the card (I have used it) AND called the bank to find out that no charge was even attempted by net10 for this month yet they said my card wouldn't go through for some RANDOM reason SUDDENLY my payment doesn't work.

Well I checked and it doees work and in fact net10 didn't even attempt a charge. Customer service was rude, gave little help and ultimately told e the problem was on my end and I needed to call the bank.

Funny enough I just used my card online and it worked fine. I am done with this…

I had an issue with my data going from unlimited to 6gb. I had to opt into the ACP program and was told it could take 7-10 days to enroll. My data came back on on Friday but went off on Sunday.

I called to see why and had the most unacceptable treatment by the agent I spoke to. He told me it won't be on until next month and if I wanted it on sooner I have to pay. I told him I can't afford it hence why I'm in the program to begin with.

He then very rudely stated that I should be grateful to have a free phone at all, and how people "like me" are always looking for free rides and so on. I asked to talk to his manager and he said he is the manager.

I purchased a phone with a plan. It didn't take long before the phone wouldn't charge. Contacting the company, I was informed to return the phone for a replacement. (within warranty) Now it has been almost 2 months and I still don't have a replacement.

I have been charged for service for a phone I do not have. Every week I contact the company and every time I am told the warehouse hasn't sent it. When will someone actually do their job.

Last week I was testing to transfer my old number 412 505-0515 to another company after five or more years with your company because I was tired paying over thirty dollars or more for next service. I was offered a small monthly fee through another company.

Before going through the process I called before hand , I was told it would not be a problem and at no extra cost to transfer the number. Needless to say I said okay fine and went forward to do this process the following day.

I have contacted your technical support team. 5 times last week. In informed them my cell phone will only receive calls. No other feature will work. In they refused to reboot phone. In get whoever is hacking phone off. I believe it is a third party rep. I am communicating with.

I have not been able to use either my hotspot or Bluetooth teathering for a week and a half now. I have spent over 7 hours on the phone with about 13 different people. Their first response was my bill needed to be paid (even though it wasn't yet due).

Bill was paid and the problem continued. I waited over 3 hours 1 day for a callback that I never got. IT WAS NET 10 CALLING ME BACK ONLY TO PULL THIS CRAP AND HANG UP ON ME. On one of those 3 occasions I was on hold for over 15 minutes before being hung up on.

On at least 2 occasions I asked to speak to a manager AND WAS TOLD NO. Then finally the latest thing they've tried to tell me is that I need to purchase a new sim card because mine doesn't match up with my phone.

My issue with that is THEY SENT ME THE SIM CARD WHEN THEY SWAPPED OVER…

NET10 has again stolen 10,000 minutes. This has been a problem since 3/2022. It was supposedly fixed in 6/2022, but returned in 7/2022. In the last 3 days,I have spoken to 9 different persons and wasted at least 10 hours on the phone and the problem has yet to be resolved.

There has to be legal action against such flagrant theft.

bought phone after initial one failed, 310 382 7635. called, was told to send it back with emailed ups call label, sent phone back, was told that when you received phone it would be 3-5 business days before i would receive replacement. here it is 3 weeks later and still haven't gotten phone. been calling and calling and calling, and calling, being on hold for 30 -40 minutes with each time i was, being transfered , and some times the phone i was calling on would say call was lost, and i would have to start all over again, this happened at least 3 times.

I have been a customer with Net 10 since 2007, and up until last year, had nothing but good experience and praise for the excellent service over the years, even during times when necessary service was "upgraded" and phones had to be changed to newer models. It's now quite obvious that since the take-over of Net 10 to another company, the customer service is terrible, and advertised promises such as minutes “rollover” are untrue.

Even though my service was fine, I had been contacted by Net 10 during last year, stating that I needed to upgrade to a 4G compatible phone as mine was an older model. I had always been purchasing physical 300 minute, 60 day service cards, but then began noticing issues.

Unresolved and unanswered consumer issues with Net 10 Wireless, with de-activated phone and phone service; failure to deliver replacement free phone due to 3G disconnection and de-activation (prematurely); abandonment of customers with prepaid wireless service and prepaid phone minutes.

Also, poor unresponsive and non-helpful customer "care" and customer services to address and resolve all consumer and customer issues and problems with services provided by this company. It is in essence, customer "NO" service with ineffective problem solving and problem resolution.

More issues to all of this with Net 10. I can NOT recommend this company or its services to anyone, going forward.

My prepaid phone is shut off / shut down and has been shut down for 6+ days! Yet, my phone is a prepaid phone with prepaid minutes and service valid to 12/29/2022! That date hasn't yet arrived. My phone is an older 3G phone; however, it (phone services) shouldn't have been shut down or shut off!

A replacement cost- free phone was allegedly ordered but not received. I am unable to get customer service to help me, with attempts to reach a human being very challenging. I need my current phone re-activated at once!

Well since Net10 is owned by Tracfone I have decided to post here as well as several other sites, I was a customer of Net10 for the past 12 years and recently around January of 2022 Net10/Tracfone made changes to their network as most carriers have going to the Volte standard.

We received a notification from Net10/Tracfone telling us that in February our phones would no longer work with their network and we would have to purchase new phones, we found this odd as the phones were Galaxy S9+ 2019 and were unlocked so we called them to inquire about it, this is when the nightmare started.

Talked to a very nice customer service person who checked the phone online. After 30 minutes the person said I would get a call the next day at 12:00pm. I was happy with Net 10 for over 5 years. November of 2021 I started getting notifications saying my phone wasn't 5G VOLTE compatible and I needed to get another phone.

It's now January and I've easily talked to over 30 people there. Their corporate office people say my phone IS compatible with VOLTE and it's a glitch in their system and they'll get it fixed and stop sending the reminders that I need a different phone.

Except they don't get it fixed so I'm inundated with texts and emails saying I need to get another phone. I get them daily.

Last Friday I tried accessing my voicemail and was redirected to their customer service. Same for my outgoing calls.

They were holding my phone hostage.

Bought a phone. It was broke. They said they'd send me a new one. Never did. Called back. They said send this phone back. It had all my stuff on it. Changed back to old phone. Send broke phone back.

Said refund only I don't want a replacement. They send me a replacement. So I call them and said give me a shipping label. They said no u pay for it or discard phone. I sent it back. Still no refund. Called again.

They said no refund you still have phone. I have tracking number saying it was shipped and received. They say no you are not getting you $150 back. Still fight for it.

Net10 notified me that my 3G phone would cease service when I wanted to add minutes/time.

They sent me a new phone, and when I went to their site to upgrade, it warned me I'd lose my minutes.

I immediately contacted customer service, and the first two or so level techs tried to transfer my minutes. No go.

Eventually I got an upper-level tech that confirmed that when you upgrade to "a smartphone" you'll lose your minutes.

P.S. At least they gave me a new (cheap) phone. The upper level tech said I could keep it. Goodbye Net10!

I belive technology has passed NET10 and they have not kept up. Been with them approx. 8 years on their prepaid plan. Never had trouble loading time and the process is easy. BUT! When buying a new NET10 phone and attempting to transfer my number to the new phone seems over their heads.

When going through the process on their web page is shoes the phone number of 8 years inactive. " I live 1 block to the strongest tower in my city, had four bars strength and my husband's phone ATT prepaid) was full strength and working.

I was lied to by NET10. I will give them one more chance today to transfer my number to my new phone.

After 15 years of trouble free service through two upgrades, the new G4 CAN'T EVEN TAKE MY MONEY !!!!! Let alone provide me phone service. ... 6 hours with 5 reps to get the new phone working and 3 hours (so far) and 4 more reps trying to buy my first refill. Net 10 reps are GREAT ... their systems are the shits.

I choose to buy net 10 cards monthly. A month ago, the store had only two left so I bought both - one for last month, on for this. Apparently there was some confusion with the type of card (I have no idea).

The nice gentleman transferred the balance. I asked him what to do next (now this month) - would there be confusion? He assured me no and said just do the same thing. So I kept the card. Of course when I went to activate it, after talking to several people, they refused.

Of course I scratched the card so now I can't return it. (pin # 187 661 060369 630). I was told they couldn't do it, yet they clearly can (because they did before) and are choosing not to. Full disclosure: After days of dealing with this, I filed a report with the better business bureau.

My flip phone has stopped letting me make or receive calls. All I'm getting is a "the wireless customer you are trying to reach is unavailable. Please try again later" message. My phone number is 402-203-0752. I spent over an hour on chat this morning with Lyca and Guillermo.

Most of that time was spent waiting for Guillermo, who, when he finally did come on-line seemed really uninterested in helping me. He asked for my serial number, then asked me for another phone number that he can have someone else call me on. I am homebound.

I don't HAVE a different phone! This one is it. All he kept saying is "I understand" but offered no other solutions. I was, like, "That's it? " He said my phone was out of warranty, so he couldn't send me a new phone.

5 Mbps. Your signal strength is not usable -120 with 23asu. I've tried to switch to total wireless but you screw it up and run my payment through net10. You dont tell people the truth. Your liars. Your service is a second priority tower signal that's not even usable cause it's so weak. 5 Mbps.

I purchased a Net10 prepaid phone card for 1000 minutes for 30 days. Unknowingly I had no way to tell if it was for a regular phone which card does not state. When I called Walmart to ask for a refund they would not be able to do it.

When I got my new phone I wasn't aware of the difference. 00. How can I get my money back. Either Net10 needs to give me a credit or Walmart.

My old phone had a cracked screen so I bought a net10 replacement and wanted to keep my old number. After 5hrs. over 100 dollars, 2 phone cards I now have my old phone working. My new phone is deactivated and my service end date on a pay as you go phone is 30 days out.

One service person put a 300 minute card on my new unlimited phone and told me I would have to buy an unlimited card. I did but they were unable to transfer my old # which I have had for years so they deactivated it.

My last e-mail said to check it (reboot) but my new phone would not work so I tried my old phone and yep. I paid over 100 dollars for 30 days on my old phone. To say I am unsatisfied is an understatement.

I will contact the bbb in Florida and the attorney general with hopes of getting in on a class action law…

I purchased a phone on line about a month ago and was told it would work in my area now I found out it comes off t mobile tower and there is none in my area only verizon and sprint I have a useless phone that is brand new I work at a hospital and cannot get calls or texts.
