My prepaid phone is shut off / shut down and has been shut down for 6+ days! Yet, my phone is a prepaid phone with prepaid minutes and service valid to 12/29/2022! That date hasn't yet arrived. My phone is an older 3G phone; however, it (phone services) shouldn't have been shut down or shut off!
A replacement cost- free phone was allegedly ordered but not received. I am unable to get customer service to help me, with attempts to reach a human being very challenging. I need my current phone re-activated at once!
Also, I need a replacement phone at once, to replace my older phone. This effort has been futile thus far! I tried to resolve the problem two days ago, and got transferred elsewhere, waiting for someone to pickup in 2-3 minutes, as stated in a recording.
