Total BS that you pay for a service but if you go out of town you can only watch from a 4 inch screen or computer. I travel for weeks months at a time. I'm not going to update my home every time I leave or come home.

I shouldn't have to watch on my phone or computer or get a separate account. Seriously it's not like yall have that good or alot of things to watch. It's just frustrating how yall don't care about the inconvenience on people who pay for your service.

I have been a Netflix customer for about a year and a half with no issues. On October 7th, I wasn't able to log into my account. I called Netflix and was told my account had been hacked and the email address had been changed, along with everything being changed from English to Spanish.

The gentleman I spoke to recovered my account, and I added my cell phone # as an extra security measure. Yesterday, less than a week from the first time, it happened again. " After going back and forth with him, I finally told him to just cancel the account.

He told me it was cancelled, but I never received any type of confirmation. I called customer service back a few hours later to see if they could email something to me showing that my account was cancelled effective immediately, and I was put on hold…

Our Netflix keeps locking up on us when we are scrolling trying to find what we want to watch. We have to eventually exit out and reopen to get it unlocked but it eventually locks up again. We finally found a movie to watch and with only 10 minutes left of the movie it locked up and kicked us out of the movie with a message letting us know there was a problem. Unacceptable service. Please find out solution to fix this problem.

This company is garbage and should be shut down! My account was hacked last year by someone in Mexico! They changed my payment option to pesos and added 4 people before I caught on. I had to change everything including banking info to get my account back.

Because this company is so incompetent that they can’t keep scammers from accessing your personal information I have chosen to use a debit card with them that I have control over, putting money into it. That way nobody can hack my account again and steal money from it.

Yesterday my bill was due and I forgot to put $20 in my account so they turned off my Netflix. When I tried putting money in the account and submitting it, it didn’t want to except my debit card because it had already tried using my debit card once and wasn’t successful…

I cancelled my account with Netflix on 07/27/2023 by accessing the app and pressing a button on the app, that cancelled my account. I received a cancellation email immediately after this. 35 the same day. 85. When I called to dispute the charge and verify my account is cancelled, the representative informed me, in order to cancel my account and remove my credit card from their system, I have to verify my credit card number.

A couple months ago I wrote a review about Netflix just kicking me off the app. I havent used this app due to this issue. Tonight I decided to try it. I was kicked out 5 times in 5 minutes. It is very frustrating.

If you're going to raise our prices at least get the app fixed. I am waisting my money on Netflix. Get the problem fixed!! A very disappointed customer!!!

I am so tired of investing time into a show. Even watching a season multiple times waiting for the next. Only to suddenly find out it was canceled. With the same excuses as to why. I'm talking about shows that are amazing and fresh.

That are never properly ended. Feeling like I wasted my life becoming attached to it. Just to have the rug pulled out from under me. It's not isolated incidents. It's ALL THE FLIPPIN TIME. Canceling the best entertainment. Yet flooding the platform with foreign garbage that looks like it was written and directed by a toddler.

Netflix created this annoying new policy that now requires individuals to pay for the extra person using their profile. I attempted at 3pm EDT to send an invitation to my brother (a disabled Navy EOD Veteran) and for some reason the system initially added him then he was forced to use my email rather than his own, therefore he has no access to his account.

I sent him (at the same exact email within 30 minutes) a second time and he never received it. I tried to send him another invitation but the account now says I can not send more than two invitations a month.

I am not sending a new invitation, I'm simply trying to resend the same invite and it is not working. Every time I contact customer service they do not originate from an English speaking country, so they DO NOT UNDERSTAND my…

I am a travel nurse, and I travel away from home for three months at a time. I got a warning on my screen that said I wasn’t at my home location and I would be given a temporary pass code, it only lasted a couple of weeks and

then I got the warning again but this time it says you have run out of temporary pass codes. I contacted Customer Service and they say the only way around it was to go back to my home location Wi-Fi connection and get a temporary pass code, which is impossible when I am half way across the country for three months at a time.

They should take this into consideration. The only other option they gave me was to set my home location at the temporary location I am at, but that would leave my other household member without the ability to use Netflix.

Trying to complete a transfer profile - had a complicated time, which I won't go into.

Got on a chat with customer service, and expressed my displeasure and mentioned that I would need to consider whether to cancel my account our not - had my account since Jul 2019.

The answer was "feel free to do what you think is right" and "you have the freedom to cancel at any time".

And when I said her reply is rather rude... the answer "if you find me rude because I was providing you the right information... you have the freedom to do anything you want".

And when I said I will be filing a complaint, the answer is "go ahead please"

As a member of a single family under multiple households running a family owned business, I find it unfair & completely inconvenient to have to pay for multiple accounts. We should not have to pay quadruple the amount for a single account to share among immediate family.

We work too hard for this BS and it’s a pain in the ass to jump through hoops when at the end of the day all we want to do is relax and enjoy a FKN show. Password share was not the issue.

We could easily remove devices we no longer wanted access to our account and that was enough. Just because Netflix got sued for their lack of research on a documentary doesn’t mean they have a right to pull a stunt like this to make their money back.

The new living in a household thing on netflix is absolutely ridiculous. Considering there is never anything to watch on netflix anymore it is absolutely not worth this bullshit. I’ve used my parents netflix since i was 12 and just recently moved 14 hours away.

There is NO SENSE in having to pay for my own subscription for something that only has about 3 shows i’d ever want to even watch. We’ll be cancelling netflix unless this is resolved. and i can’t imagine i’m the only one pissed about it.

I have been billed in duplicate for three years. I am owed approximately $400. I was helped by an apologetic associate who refunded the last six months but explained that she had no access to anything older than that and that I would need to deal with the corporate office.

I gathered three years worth of bills, wrote the attached cover letter, and sent them off certified mail. I addressed the packet to Netflix, 121 Albright Way, Los Gatos CA 95032. It was signed for by someone named B. Melchor on April 3, 2023.

I am attaching my initial letter and a copy of the Certified Mail receipt Netflix signed for. Do you know whether a complaint to the FCC would help? How about a complaint to the Better Business Bureau? Better yet how about my local small claims court?

Three times we have experienced this problem and spent hours and days with tech specialist. We access our Netflix account and it is in Spanish and the users are not ours. Twice we have been issued a refund for the month affected.

This most recent event again I was offered a refund and it occurred in a timely fashion. This is the record of the transactions. 24). Which is what was expected. 24 for the basic plan which is what we have.

Many Korean shows subtitled in other languages are not translated in Korea Netflix. Why? Allegedly because the distributors have not given the rights to stream the subtitle. That show in other parts of the world is produced by Netflix. No wheres in Korea is the Production by Netflix admitted to.

Come to Korea and the show only has Korean subtitles. In Korea that show's distributors are NOT Netflix. Does Netflix Korea supply the subtitle files so that they can be attached to the show? No! It even corrupts the show by removing a few seconds here and there to throw the subtitle files timing off.

First I would like to admit that I sincerely enjoy the service here at Netflix and how everything is crystal clear and great movies to watch. But what I am disappointed about is the fact that my children can’t watch their favorite cartoons due to the fact that Netflix is requiring me to make a Payment 1 week and

3 days earlier knowing that my next payment is not until April 4, 2023 and that is very unacceptable. Customers should be able to at least pay three days earlier to keep service up and running not a full week ahead.

Netflix needs to put this in its contract not to terminate service until three days prior unless a payment is then made. If this continues to be problematic I will take this matter a step further to get it resolved for me and many others. Sincerely Ms. Gates.

I recently decided not to renew my NETFLIX subscription for a few reasons after 10 years. 1. Your rates have almost tripled during this time. 2. There are more and more foreign language films every month; Japanese, Spanish, Turkish, many other European and other films and series with subtitles and bad dubbing. 3.

More old series that have been cancelled without a series resolution, and finally 4. Your original series are being cancelled, leaving the endings hanging with no resolution. Extremely frustrating. On top of that I've heard that NETFLIX is considering adding commercials. Enough is enough.

It saddens me to leave NETFLIX after all these years, however the increasing negatives of a NETFLIX subscription, far outweigh any positives. I fully expect that nobody at NETFLIX will address…

for starters Netflix DONT have good shoes. They only come out with a good movie every few months, I payed for a subscription & no longer wanted it after it ended. This is a real problem because if you are a retired disabled adult or any disabled retired human bean you are being forced in controlled in monitored in your own home.
