Your service is horrible no matter what we try to watch or what we try to do on Netflix and boots you right off or it will freeze up so trying to figure out what's going on with your service. It's amazing how you can watch Tubi or any of the free ones and they don't do that but here we pay for Netflix and it doesn't consistently.

Around two weeks ago I wanted to watch something on Netflix however I got a message saying I cannot because someone else was watching and if I wanted to watch my selection I needed to upgrade, I wasn’t happy because I believed this was wrong. My Netflix freezes up constantly! I’ve had my account since 2018. After watching one episode of anything I almost always have to get totally out of Netflix and start over again. And sometimes it freezes up so badly that I can’t even turn off my television!

Valley of kangaroos was playing during a family BBQ and @33:59-34:01 in valley of kangaroos there is a clear distinct voice over which is much louder than the rest of the movie and it is clearly heard the word “FUCK”. This is in a scene where one kangaroo is showing dominance and this bullshit comes on there is no rating for this at all. I am only writing this letter as a first form of notification. I am outraged and so are the other parents at the level of trust that has been betrayed.

Waste of money trying to watch shows on netflix. The amount of shows they promote then cancel after one season are a disgrace so you never get closure or they flood you with recommendations that are dubbed which wrecks my head if I try watch them.

I have nothing to do with Putin, but I can’t receive services in my mother tongue! This is disgusting, the entire culture and language cannot be banned because of an old crazy man!!! Do your research and read the history (or see the picture attached): Russian is spoken in Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Moldova, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Georgia, Belarus etc.

Netflix has European films with subtitles to much. You should designate them as foreign speaking. Tired of trying for ever to find something worth watching and then to discover it’s in another language.
I was live chatting to an agent, Glenn Anthony, and they deemed the problem resolved and logged off the chat when the issue was most assuredly NOT resolved to my satisfaction. It is clear this Glenn Anthony could absolutely benefit from some much more vigorous training.

Can we have the option to filter out movies that are not in the language we prefer? It is very irritating to put on a show only to find out it isn't the language I want after searching for awhile, and then finding out that this movie or show with a stellar description or plot is in another language. I tend to listen to shows while I do chores so I can't watch the subtitles.

Please advise why there is no option on the Netflix menu to mute unacceptable blasphemous language. The calling out of Jesus name seems to be the norm and makes one want to stop watching altogether. What makes it even worser is that the subtitles also translate it so casually and carelessly.

Costumer service called me a liar treated me with disrespect wouldn't listen to me. I can access all apps and they work fine on our laptop phones and our 2 smart tvs are internet works great no issues or outages.

I cancelled Netflix several weeks ago and saw the page saying I had successfully cancelled it. Then today, I looked at my credit card bill and saw I had been charged again a few days ago. I went online and cancelled it again, then chatted with customer service to try to get a refund.
They would not give me one and even got argumentative. " The answer is I knew I would still have access to Netflix until my next billing date and thought I would lose access on my next billing date. Then he said they would let me have Netflix until my next billing date, as if they were being generous for giving me what I paid for even though I should never have been charged for it.
They left a really bad taste in my mouth and I will never subscribe to Netflix again.
I was charged on an account that was supposed to be disconnected. I have a service with my phone company for Netflix and disconnect the cards and no longer have access to the old email account and this was going on for an entire year of being charged 15 and 16 dollars.
No help came from any agent at all. I asked for a refund of 3 months instead of a year of refunds. I had to call back 4 times because the agents hung up on me I finally asked for a supervisor or escalations department then i started to her the help I deserved in the first call.

There's a bug with Netflix where if you have multiple monitors on your PC and if any one of them does not support UHD you cannot watch UHD content. I've talked to customer support, and they said there is no fix to this.
Netflix seems to want to ignore this issue completely. There is no reason why you would have to disconnect monitors just to watch a video. Other sites can handle doing this.
I contacted the online chat box to help walk me through my Netflix set up and your representative Jan Armon was incredibly rude and condescending. What a smartass and totally disrespectful. I really hope that doesn't represent your company's attitude towards its customers.
