Hi I love your shows but I don't what's happening lately I think you need to be focusing on the shows that are doing well and not on making new ones every 5 minutes or when your running out of money due to Tring to make another show similar that's unsuccessful just keep continuing with the classic hit you've made. Please take our opinions into a consideration.

On my block : loved this show but season 4 was rushed and left me with so many unanswered questions I don't want to see a frieridge with out the original cast it like buying on my block from a thrift shop please rethink your choice and put more thought into it because the last 3 seasons where never like season 4 there was thought and it wasn't rushed there was just so much more to it please one last season.

kindly note that i would like to express my disgust and disappointment on Netflix production team for being able to present and play such psychotic, sick, violence encouraging, has no noble message rather than killing and torture motivating such as "squid game" which btw rates as ZERO ! this show where it include nothing but blood and nudity which has nothing to do with art creation. you have no right to expose humanity to such sick content and think that this cool show will hit, if it does believe me it's not because the creativity and great production it has it's because it's something we as humans didn't expect that would be translated into a show trust me people watch it just out of curiosity not because they like it.

I called Netflix because I didn't receive the DVD I was emailed I was shipped. I didn't repeat the name of the employee who answered usual so I don't have their name but he was rude. to call on Friday.

I love my Netflix subscription, however, I do not approve of Netflix's relationship with Harry and Meghan.

I will cancel my subscription if Netflix continues to support them and put their content on Netflix. They are way too controversial and you should not want them or their content on Netflix. They are trying to take down The Queen of England for gods sakes. They are the two most toxic people on the planet.

Hi. Im a premium customer and I was under the impression we get everything on Netflix onbthr premium package. Only to find out we don't. However what I currently having a big issue with is how Netflix can give us a series that we love and then not give us all the seasons. That is just wrong on so many levels. We got totally hooked on the Blacklist and only got 6 seasons.? It is extremely unfair to do that. Im now having to look to see what other offers is out there where we can get all the seasons. Please do the right thing and give us all the seasons when you load a series. We took the highest package because we wanted all the channels.

Call center in Thailand is really rude and not helpful. Tried to make formal complaint but can only contact to this call center. They didn't take the complaint caz it will make them look bad. What a terrible service and culture.

This is not reflex in No Rule Rule book.

For the past week I have tried to become a Netflix's customer. Going though the online application process appeared to be very easy and user friendly, however the system would not accept my Visa credit card information, stating there is a issue with your credit card. I tried using my Mastercard, My AMX card and tried using Paypal. Always rejected. I have contacted my banking institutions and there are no issues with my cards, which I use on a daily basis. I have contacted your customer service 5 times with no luck in resolving the issue. Help! Would really like to be a Netflix customer.

Had a error code appear on my device, contacted support, spoke to Orlando who then accused me of being the problem... Asked to speak to a supervisor/ manager to assist me. Then a person called German started asking me questions, I supplied what answers I could and in the middle of replying to German the chat was closed by him.

Didn't receive an email to say thank you for contacting Netflix like before so they must be covering their tracks for some reason... Still have the same problem... All I wanted to know was why some of my shows that I've been watching have disappeared????

BEWARE IF YOU USE NETFLIX Netflix stopped Mad Men right in the middle of the series..... They don’t notify you, they just cut it off. They do not refund on their faulted advertising.

Netflix, Yesterday I ended my 30 day trial of Netflix in cancelation instead of subscribing. I did so after an online chat with a rep whom I asked was I getting SD or HD service during my 30 day trial period.

I was considering whether to upgrade or not. 99 Netflix service before starting the 30 day trial period. I assumed that's what I getting during the trial period. I wouldn't know because I am an electronic novice that's not aware of the difference in SD and HD.

But to my surprise, the Netflix chat rep told me I was getting the HD service during my trial period because Netflix wants the trial period to be the best experience. I found that to be very disingenuous. 99 SD service I was interested in purchasing.

This was an outright admission by the Netflix chat rep that Netflix’s trial…

I have consistently had an account with Netflix for 15 years. My ex husband logged into my account and changed all the information to his. They refuse to recover my account when I was able to verify all information over the last 15 years.

Because his information and payment method are valid for a few days they will not allow me to file a report that it was stolen. I've given these people thousands of dollars but anyone who adds an authentic payment method can just hijack my account. BYE BYE NETFLIX

Well you know the anime the seven deadly sins. When will Netflix put out the reliase date because in japan the are way ahead!!! I mean there is only 3 seasons and it leaves you on a clifh hanger! I don't know if this is just me but some shows they have on there thye discontinued and almost 78% is left on a cligh hanger!!!!!!!

I have subscribed Netflix two weeks ago and after two weeks, Netflix, without giving notice, cancelled my subscription. When I signed in when I was in another country, it asked me to renew my subscription -but with the fees of that country which is much higher than my original subscription fee.

When I contacted the customer service, they said they cannot give the details but they suspected fraud and they cancelled my subscription. But, they said, I can renew my subscription.

First, if you suspected fraud, why you are now allowing me to resubscribe?

Second, why you do not contact me in advance and I find it out myself after some days?

Third, why do I have to subscribe paying much hugher fees? Should I suspect a case of fraud myself instead of Netflix?

Hacked account! Then customer service said don’t worry about. I will cancel your account. Then hung up on me! After 1 hour on the phone with a manager they fixed there problem. I have a recorded phone call on the conversation if it would help.

Watching 4k on PC. Netflix features watch in 4k upgrade so i did. Made sure I had everything i needed in place for viewing in 4k. He came down to the house and checked it all out and said It's all in place let's try it out!

he went to utube and searched for 4k video's It was amazing!. Then to Netflix Guess what ? Could only view in HD 1080x1920 resoultion Not 4k. He made sure everything on our side was working fine and it was.

He stated that it was a Netflix problem.

Finally someone stated that the research department is working on it no time frame!! They should stop advertising view in 4k upgrade. That's a rip off!! If you can't get it to work stop charging for people who upgraded Until you get it FIXED!! 00 for the visit.

The sound can be heard but the quality is that it is hard to understand what they are saying. I have had my internet supplier send a technician and they tell me their service is fine. My TV is quite new,is a smart TV with 4K etc..

When i use head phones the sound is great, but that is not satisfactory from a comfort point of view. I may have to cancel my Netflix if i cannot improve the sound. Can you help? Don Quin

99. The representative was quite rude and I held for a supervisor for 15 minutes with no one ever coming on the line. The rep sid that someone in my house had already used trial or some lame excuse to validate my charge.

Even though only $9 I am very upset. I feel this amount should be credited. I did as was instructed and cancelled within the first 30 days!

How did you take a wonderful book like Anne of Green Gables and twisted to show little children homosexual and transgender everyone for them programming tricking people into thinking this was a child-friendly show shame on you I will be canceling my Netflix subscription I am so disgusted with you. Ridiculous amount of smoking in films and series. Does not matter whether it is in science fiction or present day. People smoke in school yards, in disco's... while consuming lots of the same black bottle of whisky. I complained before..

a chat person from India said .. it is in the script. So the script says 20x now the main character lights up .. while he is in a meeting, or in bed? What is the added value to the script?

While on Netfilx,I am in season 2 of Crown, I was completely shocked!! I love the history and drama in this show and then without any warning, there is literally pornography scene in this season. I do NOT watch this type of media ever!!!!

The Crown seris is conisered a drama and should definitely be rated beyond "R" and have a warning to people who chose not to submit themselves to this type of secually explicit scenes. (Especially if their are children in the room) Talk about offended.

Too many people get offended over words and uses of our English language which is not necessary. Now this show is something to difinitely be offended by. I'm so disappointed in the making of this show and more importantly, in Netflix and will be cancelling my subscription.

My netflix account was cancelled in April 2019. When I telephoned netflix to inquire I was told "someone" had called, cancelled the account and restricted use of my debit card. I did not authorize anyone to do this, nor is anyone listed on my account.

Netflix representatives were very protective of the individual who cancelled and demanded my bank card be restricted. As the sole account holder, I was taken aback that someone could call and do this and that netflix was protecting the identity. " Very offensive.

After much back and forth and ultimate disappointment in how I was being treated, I cancelled my account. " This was the term used by the netflix rep. Again, angered and upset, I provided a credit card to the new account info.

I am preparing to cancel my Netflix subscription if there is nothing you can do about this issue: When I login to Netflix, previews, complete with (loud) sound, start running. I am a discerning watcher, and I do NOT want to witness scenes from films I did not CHOOSE. Moreover, I often have young people viewing with me, and I do not want them to see many of the scenes that pop up and start playing before I have the chance to stop them.

Is there any way, besides cancelling my subscription, that I can permanently stop this forced viewing of previews of movies I do not want to see?

This is a complaint toward the allowance of the move “The First Temptation of Christ”. This movie is both disgusting and disrespectful and should not be allowed on Netflix. My Netflix app was s not working on my firestick. I called last night did everything I was told to. Didn't work. Called Amazon, told me to call Netflix. Husband called a bit ago and they were rude and not at all helpful.

Spoke to supervisor told her that it wasn't working and wanted a refund for the time it hasn't been working. " She hung up. Rude, rude. Netflix app is still not working. Please have people be professional. Pissed me off and I am debating on getting rid of my account.

com on August, but I have had problem to access sign in the account through any devices at any locations. So, I thought the service was not available under that account. It only allowed me to sign up with another account.

net and have used that so for. com was activated successfully while I have never got access to it and charged me from September to December. net from the same time period. That means I have paid double amount for both account without realizing it.

The reason for refunding only one month is because they argue that I used the account on January 1, 2020 that was the day I claimed through the phone call and the only day I can access using my cellphone to just cancel the membership. That was less than 5 minute access just to cancel the membership.

For the last month or so and being a long time customer, I’m seeing that my selection is racial bias. Only see "African American" shows and movies, why I don't know. I did get a chance to talk to one of your reps last week asking why that is. They stated that since you watch one "African American" movies, Netflix consider that you are an African American and then they change your profile and selected what they want you to watch - why?

I like to see variety of shows and movies. In addition, there is no children in my household but all of sudden there all these children shows just because I love to watch animal documentary - there are now more children shows in my selections than movies.
