I have applied for free trial. I have been told to fill all my card details and as soon as i filled all details with plan my Rs 649/ is deducted from card. I am unable to access my account.

70 percent of the movies Netflix say are new it's just movies that was already been on and taken off around 4 or 5 months earlier , then turn right around and say they are new again !.... Can Netflix not afford any new titles ??

This is a complaint toward the allowance of the move “The First Temptation of Christ”. This movie is both disgusting and disrespectful and should not be allowed on Netflix. It mocks Jesus by making Him appear to be a homosexual. Christians believe that Jesus died for our sins on the cross saving us from an eternity in hell. I notice when watching movies with African American actors/actress in it once in a while, now Netflix thinks I'm an African American. I like all kind of movies; comedy, animal documentaries, etc.

There is no one else in my household and they are basing my selections on race and kids in the household on what i watch - that is discrimination to me. I should be able to select various, different things if I want to. now my profile is all black movies or shows and all kids show.

They should not base their customers on their selection as the representative told me that when I called to complaint - it's in the system that way. They need to change their system before I cancel because its wrong.

Hello I am Kat now I have a few complaints; one being how little good tv shows and movies there are. I used to love watching ace of cakes, duff til dawn and princess diaries 1 & 3. Which have now been replaced by cheesy terrible animated kids cartoons. Nobody fucking watches those!

I bet it takes 2 minutes to make the digital models in an animating program they use for free and give no credit for. Kids don’t even watch that stuff. Maybe “my little pony”, “littlest pet shop” and things like that.

Showing a movie on Netflix of Jesus Christ being gay is very wrong and immoral. A lot of Christians are very upset and threatening and possibly will be canceling Netflix. My grandson has Netflix and he's talking about canceling and getting a petition signed.

If you are a Christian then you would never think of this. A Company years ago tried to show a movie about Jesus being a woman. Needless to say that Company no longer is in business. Think about your Children and Family.

One of your shows is showing Jesus as homosexual a friend let me use his account to watch a couple of movies. I saw that show on there and didn't even watch anything. I told my friend about it he cancelled his account.

He also filed a complaint. That show is highly disrespectful to Christian people and shouldn't ever be shown.

I am are writing to complain about the inclusion of the above film in your movie selection, since December 3rd. 2019. I strongly object to the Brazilian produced ‘Gay Jesus’ movie. It is sacrilegious and offensive to me, many Christians of various denominations, and others who empathize with us on the audacity you have displayed, especially at making this movie available for Christmas, a time when we celebrate God coming to Earth to fulfil his ministry of salvation and love.

My credit card has been charged by Netflix but Netflix does not have my credit card account on file. It seems that my email and phone number is not linked to account with credit card either. From reading complaints I understand I’m not alone and fraud is a common issue with Netflix accounts.

Additionally rather than making sure this does not happen since it seems to be a common problem, I’m also very surprised to hear that the only recourse I have is to dispute charge with my bank. Netflix should be able to look up accounts with first name and last name or at least not charge accounts when personal information does not align with credit card information anymore.

Overall though I’m very disappointed in netflix inability to prevent my financial information from being used for fraud…

I'm extremely disappointed with the Netflix service provided! On a number of occasions now I've not been able to select a programme or film for one reason or another, despite my account being uo to date. On Dec 15/19 at approx. 99 monthly. These charges are in addition to charges on our Visa card, which is where the legitimate account charges have been applied. Francesca confirmed the account charges on the Mastercard and that there was no account name or contact info associated with the Mastercard Netflix account.

Given the lack of customer info on the Mastercard Netflix account it appears the Mastercard charges are fraudulent. Francesca indicated she would put a block on our Mastercard and indicated I should call the bank. I explained that the fraudulent charges go back to 2017 and that Netflix should be refunding me in full for the fraudulent charges.

Netflix is charging extra for blu-ray DVD deliveries. I phoned to ask for a refund because they skipped over the blu-rays I wanted during the last month and only mailed DVDs in my queue. The customer service person would not refund my extra charge stating their official policy.

So I cancelled and he hung up on me. Netflix apparently does not want to stock enough blu-ray disks to meet customer demands for new releases. Their chat session is only for streaming customers according to them. Netflix sucks if you want DVDs instead of streaming. Not worth the money.

Called Netflix this morning,Nov 12,2019 to find out why iI was being charged twice for same service, she cancelled second account,with no explanation, Would not tell me who the second belonged to,even tho I had been paying for it for a year. No one to contact except the people T customer service.

So rude,iI have rightto know who I have been paying for a year or more! No compasation of course, she hung up on me! Horrible customer service! Dont know how you will get to them as they cancelled every way to get ahold of them. So mad!

I just wanted to watch MONEY HEIST this weekend on Netflix. I already have an app on my phone. So when I opened the app and tried to subscribe the homepage said, "TRY 30 DAYS FOR FREE". All along I thought that I was subscribing to a 30 day free trial.

I didn't see anything else like terms for the free trial. If there is, it could've been on a fine print that a customer like me don't notice at all. After completing the sign up process, I got charged on my card for a service that they told was FREE.

My complaint has 3 stages.

1) Netflix noticed an unusual log in on my account and emailed me about it. They advised me to change my password. However, by the time I got the email it was too late. Very shortly after the unusual log in, a request was made to first change my password and then to change my username. As a result I was locked out of my account. My complaint is why Netflix allowed this to happen. They saw there was unusual activity so should have set up mechanisms to prevent my passwords and usernames to be changed so shortly after.

This complaint is more about content of Netflix Originals, I especially enjoy the DC/superhero styled shows, however, every time there is a black superhero, you make it all about Racial issues - Black lightning(skipped through 10min before switching it off), Luke cage, Raising deon. I feel Raising Dion had such an awesome story line it was not necessary to bring in racism to the story.

It is quite pathetic really. There is so much hatred, war and famine in this world, when you Netflix and chill, you are trying to forget all troubles and escape for a bit. I am a white South African, we are portrayed as vile racists throughout the world, yet we are now the ones being persecuted.

The world is a double edged sword, can we not rather promote racial equality instead of maintaining this…

In general I am pleased with Netflix and the produces they offer. In fact I am a proponent.

However, recently it seems Netflix’s DVD delivery has been getting slower and more erratic. For example, we returned 3 DVDs on Monday, 23Sep19. We were notified that you had received 2 (not 3, for some reason) the next day. It took till Thursday to get 2 new DVDs and here it Monday, a week later, and the 3rd New DVD finally showed up, despite the fact that all that we were notified last Thursday that it was being sent.

It used to be that we could count on getting notification of returns being received with new DVDs from our list being sent out the same day. Now we get notifications that you’ve received a DVD one day but no notification a new DVD has been sent until one or two days later. The…

Hi, I opted for one-month free trial service for Netflix (my account id: shivank.sharma.86@gmail.com) on 3 Aug 2019. I chose the plan for INR 799 and I was presented with the option to cancel the membership anytime before 3 Sep 2019 to avoid deduction of money.

I cancelled my membership well before 3rd Sep 2019 to avoid any deductions because I had to leave for Oman on a business trip. However, INR 799 got deducted from my credit card as I can see in my Credit Card Statement.

Please refund my amount i.e. 799 Indian Rupees.

We've had netflix for awhile and although it has been nice to have other options, I have been disappointed in a few things. Movie endings are terrible. You took a perfectly good show (Designated Survivor) and changed it from a nice clean show to what it is now.

Since Netflix took over the show, they have introduced transgender, black men having sex and leaving very little to the imagination and the overuse of the "F" word. I knew something had changed this season and couldn't figure out why all of the sudden the show got so nasty until I was told that it is now being picked up by netflix so just like any other netflix picked up show it has gotten filthy. Do something courageous! v.

There needs to be new rating stating which shows have gay and transgender romances. If this was listed with the other warnings people wouldn't have to be subjected to watching such unwanted situations. I think its unfair to people who watch and enjoy a show for a few episodes just to stop watching the series due to the above situation.

wrost app . i have started Netflix on 27-07-2019 they said u have one month trial period that is 27-08-2019 is my next payment due date. then they charged me on 28-07-2019 after one day when i called to customer care they said your amount will be refunded in 30 working days .
