You guys sold out. I loved that ,(rarely), if I had a problem with service, (Dvd usually), that I could call tech support anytime, and someone would answer, and try to correct the problem. You really had excellent service, Now, if I call, I get transferred, to an automated voicemail, with specific call time hours, Really?
As you've cut your cost, your service has suffered. Long turn around time on DVD delivery, copyright errors on DVD's. reduced availability of tech support,( which is now overseas) . This has lowered customer satisfaction.. Example, I mailed 1 of my 2 Dvd,s Monday and it is Wednesday with no notification that it was received or a new one on the way.
