I received my most recent Netflix which was Alfred Hitchcock Presents and it was split. When I tried to put it in my DVD player it said this DVD cannot be played on my screen. This is the second time this has happened to me.

Please advise how other customers have handled this problem.

Netflix raised billing prices and did not raise the quality of Netflix service. The new release list has but for maybe 2 or 3 titles has not change for over 2 years. Seasons for Tv shows are so far behind it's not funny.

I give you them about months to change this or I'm gone. There are better streaming sources out there like Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Roku. Netflix needs to up their game.

I have English on my audio settings as I would like to hear English being spoken whilst I watch a movie etc, so, why do I keep getting either Spanish, French, German instead? I don't wish to click on something to watch to find its in another language. It is so annoying & very disappointing.

I had to wait 10 minutes for my movie to start and my Wi-Fi I perfectly fine and it could of been longer but I gave up and went to an other website I was so board because it was a bit late and I wanted to watch a movie before I went to sleep. and who's going to fit bloody 100 words in I would say at least 20 or 30 by the way in 10 so I definitely shouldn't have to wait that long and the other website was a lot faster.

Netflix cuts out all the time and it comes up with different error messages. Waste of money and time with this now, it used to be so easy and the customer service was so great.

The cd's I receive from you have not been cleaned and please don't me any crap that they have been cleaned. During the play back they quite often stall some times they will start again after losing part of the program. Can you attempt to correct this or do I have to look for another supplier?

Received the blue-ray disc "OSS 117:Cairo, Nest of Spies" in bad condition, the disc was snapped in two. I don't know if it was done during mailing process or what, but this is the second time it has happened.

First with the disc "The Hateful Eight" and now this one. Please send me a working CD for both movies. It is appreciated, thank you.

I received the dvd "The Hateful Eight" a couple of days ago and when I tried to play I saw that the disc was broken and consequently it would not play. Asking if it can be replaced with a good disc.

Netflix has sent me three defective Blu-Ray DVD's in a row. I have no problem with other Blu-ray disks on my player. This can only be happening if Netflix keeps sending out disks reported as defective which they -- perhaps -- clean up but fail to test, letting me be their test facility.

If you brought Netflix in Europe, Romania and you make us pay for shows that are free and available for us on torrents,at least make sure that your tv series are up to date. Example: The vampire diaries has 7 seasons not 5 as shown, also with Pretty Little Liars and Gossip Girl, and many others.

99. I have been with them for years and thought it was unfair. So I did a one to on chat online with a rep. 99 and I did not think that was away to treat valued customers. They said that is why they grand fathered us until now and took my cancellation.

They are now like the big cable companies and Dish. There is never enough money for them. They get bigger and squeeze their customers until they leave. each month instead of watching things years old. Disgusted former customer!

I pay 11.99 for 4 screens, however I am being billed an additional 7.99 monthly. I would greatly appreciate it you can you can kindly have the payments returned to my CIBC FirstCaribbean account and have your system updated to reflect that only 11.99 should be deducted. I look forward to receiving the funds and hearing from you to confirm that this doubling billing is corrected.

Dear Netflix corporate. You guy recently put on all these amazing movies that I add to my list to watch. Then the next couple days, I go back and all of them are gone, including ones I was in the middle of watching.

This is the second time this has happened, and I'm very upset as I was excited to watch these movies. I was in the middle of watching sex and the city 2 movie and now it's gone. As with moulin rouge, Chicago, and a bunch more.

I am extremely disappointed with Netflix's decision to throttle the Verizon Wireless Network. I believe that Netflix should ask the consumer rather than just assuming. I pay for HD streaming services, and I expect that Netflix will provide those services without throttling my speeds or quality without my permission or consent.

So recently I've been watching that show produced by you guys called, "Cuckcoo". My boyfriend and I really enjoyed that first season because Andy Sanburg was amazing and Rachel was smoking hot. You know when you start loving the characters.

Yeah so anyways, season 2 starts and all hell breaks loose. You got some gwarley looking woman to replace Rachel. And you start the season with Cuckcoo being missing? Like your issue. That would have been fine oh yes that would have.

But then you get that mentally retarded looking werewolf running up the oad from twilight... That really gargled my nuts. That's when we had enough. Netflix its was the SECOND season. Fix this now please. And also of you could get sons of anarchy on Canadian Netflix that would be sweet thanks.

I cannot watch NF on my xbox 360. I talked for hrs to Netflix support staff and each one said the same thing so I finally gave up on them. Now my pc wont accept my log in. I am really disappointed you don't seem to have a solution to my dilemma.

I have an account, too bad but unless this is cleared up I will have to cancel.

I am so extremely disappointed in Netflix that they would remove such an amazing show! This is such a horrible and cruel thing to do. Full house was one of the few family friendly shows Netflix offered. It is very wrong that most of the shows available for kids are usually inappropriate, ill-suited, improper, not benefiting and indecorous! I am so outraged that this is unavailable as it was not only suitable and moral for kids but enjoyable for the whole family.

Almost every full house episode included a life lesson along with a very deep, engaged talk from the father about that lesson and hilarious moments that were never uncomfortable or unsuitable for children. Even the new 'replacement' of fuller house is not nearly as family friendly as it references to drugs, sex, violence, and…

I absolutely hate your site's new queue system. I prefer the old way, where movie choices showed release date, adding new DVDs, etc. Your current system makes navigating to add a DVD is made for people in MENSA! Change it back please!??

I was searching Netflix for my favorite show, Doctor Who, and I found that it is no longer there. I feel extremely disappointed because even though I am still paying the same amount of money for my subscription, television shows and movies that I love seem to keep disappearing. I am wondering why I am spending this money on a service that continues to disappoint me.

I am highly disappointed in the removal of my favorite TV show "Doctor Who". The show was one of the main reasons I have an account with Netflix. Unfortunately if the show does not come back, I plan on no longer being a customer.

I am more than sad about the removal of the show and if the show remains off of Netflix I will not be able to recommend Netflix to my family or friends. Thank you for your time.

My billing charge was supposed to be 9.99, i was charged 8.99, then again 8.99, and again 11.99, when i just restarted my service. For the same month that was already paid for by my husbands account, supposedly gives us 2 viewing areas at 9.99 a month, so far it is costing us, 39.99 a month for Netflix!

All over sudden the picture is jumpy and just quits the program every few minutes. The first few month Netflix works great now it is is terrible. If this continues I will definitely cancel the service.

Movies on Netflix stop and start buffering (and again, and again, and again) because Netflix doe not have the capacity serve to all their customers at one time during peak usage hours. I've read enough on the internet now to know the Buffering, speed, and capacity problem is common to all computers. The larger the usage, the slower the machine gets. Being the provider, Netflix knows all about this problem better than the HUNDREDS of complaints they are getting.

Yet when I call them they give me all kinds of bull__ about my USP, my modem, my download speed, restarting the Hopper, restarting the Joyies, and restarting all the equipment at the same time to "realign" the equipment. Why does my netlfix constantly go off saying you are having problems with the service. It happens on everything I watch its so annoying surely by now you should get uninterrupted service I have to go back and press OK so many times.

I am unhappy with the fact that Netflix removes movies after once having them available to stream from home. They have very old movies that have little to no stars while the more modern and frequently watched movies are not available or have been removed. I hope this corporate policy changes as it is extremely frustrating & upsetting.

To whom takes these complaints and processes them. Good day sir/ madam, I have been a dedicated Netflixer for quite some years. This will not necessarily be a complaint but more of a questionable curiosity that ponders my mind. Once a movie is released or available on Netflix, is there a certain agreement needed for you to show those movies online and keep them? I am really struggling to find answers due to The Harry Potter movies no longer being on hand.

Should I contemplate moving to the U.S. just to get my hands on a the better Netflix down there? Why are there internet borders between us? Do I need to contact the Prime Minister and get a o.k. These are the hard choices I have been dealing with lately living in Canada and not being able to access these master pieces of cinematic…

Ok when I first started using Netflix they had a good selection of movies after several months it went down hill I see many movies rated 1 or 2 stars which is horrible . Please do something about this I'm a paying customer and loyal Netflix needs to up the game and start providing better movies I notice for the past 5 months it's been the same selection horrible selection at that.

Please add more better movies on Netflix customers pay for this and they dot get it . I'm not satisfied customer and do not usually file complaints online but before I cancel I want to give Netflix a chance to change this I feel others feel the same way as well.

1 star movies don't cut it and most of them are under budget films that really suck but I feel this can be fixed. Please do something and make Netflix…

Netlfix disconnects each time we watch a movie. Sometimes it disconnects more than once during the movie. This is fairly frustrating and I have read other customer complaints online about this same problem. Next, I will write a letter to Netflix corporate offices.

Netflix went down, we could not get it on our television, or our two cellular smart phones. I called netflix support and was advised the they were having stream trouble. About a half hour later we were able to get it on our smart phones.. I called netflix support a second time and the automated message about streaming was not there anymore. I spoke to a male call taker and he was very nice. I explained that I was at work and my wife was at home and our television was not getting netflix but are smart phones were and that I was on the account. He advised to have my wife call and give my email, and name and advise her she was my wife and netflix was not working. My wife advised me that the female call taker was very rude and stated that they had a server out.

I was speaking with a rep by the name of Ariana on last night around Sunday Night 10/4/2015 Around 11:12. I had a complaint and question about a payment. She was very rude she actually started to scream at me and then she disconnected the call while I was still talking. She was very unprofessional.

I work with the public everyday and in customer service and this made me highly upset to encounter such a rude rep.

I went to watch netflix, got a payment message, tried to reply, did not work. Looked up telephone number called was on the phone for a hour still did not get it fixed. I pay automatic using my credit card, just got the bill, and you are getting your money.

I am very unhappy with the way you do business. Please try to fix your mistake or I will not longer be a paying customer and refund my money.

I have noticed that Netflix will edit episodes making them shorter and cutting up certain parts. I tried to find a question forum on their website where I could inquirers why or submit a complaint, and other then calling a phone number there is no simple way to do so! These might be small issues but these are issues that will lead to my canceled subscription and switching to another service.

I started a one months free trial with Netflix. I could not make it work on my Notebook PC, and cancelled it within one week of my trial period. I checked my bank account details some time later and found out you were still deducting money every month!

I cancelled my Netflix account a second time and the money stopped being deducted from my bank account. It is only now that I found out how to contact Netflix. So my complaint is, that if you could check that I cancelled my Netflix account within my trial period and could I have any money refunded to me, deducted without my knowledge or permission.

What exactly happened?? Well lets see what happened. You have Princess Diaries 2 and The Sandlot 2 but, you do not have the first Princess Diaries or the first Sandlot. How in the world am I supposed to watch the second parts of the movies if I have no idea what happens in the first?!?

Also, you took off Young Justice and that is just not acceptable. If you would like the fix these problems that would be extremely helpful to my movie watching antisocial life. Thank you in advance. I am also objecting to the gratuitous violence contained in the series Daredevil; it is too much even for a liberal minded viewer.

I had found an amazing show, it was called No Ordinary Family. I had been watching it for quite a while and was really enjoying this show. I look on the next day and I am disappointed to find Netflix has removed this show.

I am rather upset that this happened as I was in the middle of watching the season. I would of liked some notice before you start to remove show like this show all of a sudden. I would appreciate if you could please bring the show back.

On my Ipad when you opened a movie or like Power Rangers, then didn't finish watching, you could go in and close out that particular movie. It would take it off the row of movies. It used to say recently watched, now it says continue watching.

You cannot close out the previous movies or items that you have watched or started to watch. I find it very annoying to have all of those opened items. After you watch a movie why would you want to leave it up there to watch again, and again, most people don't do that.

Why not be able to close it and move on. So you could have a 100 or more items opened and never be able to close them out and get rid of them. They said this was a change that took place on April 7th of this year.

That change is not working for me might cancel my Netflix account.
