I was at the harlem store I really don't know why they got people there that don't want to work. I ask a guy for help may 14 2024 he was with a nike suit red around 5:40 pm he told me he don't work there a girl that hear what he said told me I can help you.

I told him if he don't want to work why he there and he was like oh well. I told him I going report you and was is okay they need to do something with that customer service

Nike must be in the business of stealing people's money First I did not received my package then was sent the wrong merchandise, I returned the wrong stuff to Nike . Nike confirmed the return and I have the email stating it was received and yet I am getting this communication after over a month they have not gotten my return and no credit is due.

Now this isn't a mistake, Nike is stealing from their customers. I need my money back because Nike have his merchandise. I have been calling, emailing for months. Nike's customer service is in complete disarray, my case was escalated on several occasion, turns out no one ever know what is happening.

POOR SERVICE at the highest!

I called and wanted to exchange a pair of shoes for a smaller size. The woman I spoke to said she was located in Dallas Texas, and told me I needed to call back because her system was down so I reached out via Chat and spoke to Dave.

Dave said he secured a pair in the size I wanted but that I would need to reorder them and return the ones that were too big if I wanted to ensure I get them since inventory was low. He said he did secure a pair for me so I said okay.

Then he never helped me and there were no shows in the size I requested. Nothing. The guy did help and left me hanging. I called back twice since then and Incant seem to get help from anyone today It says, though people are on the weekend mode still even though it’s Monday.

Nobody wants to work or help me. It’s ridiculous.…

Nike is not honoring customer service. They are not reimbursing me for an unauthorized purchase which has been lost and I never received. Their supervisor (Cristel) does not want to assist me with this inconvenience which her conpany who she works for caused me.

Bad customer service avoid anything but phone and live chat the snkrs app is a pathetic excuse to keep general release items from going on sale on nike direct aswell as rigged draws (haven't won in a decade better off doing the lottery) for "hyped" items that have litteraly done nothing but line the pockets of resellers and hurt customers I will never buy from it recommend nike to anyone and will be selling up all my nike goods n not looking back had a snkrs account a decade and

been doing business with nike almost 20 years but enough is enough time to boycott this brand as it has helped gentrify sneaker culture and ruined it for those that built them up to begin with

Sent shoes back in june as they were falling apart. Took months to get a reply agreeing this was covered under manufacturing warrantee. They gave me a code to use online as a gift voucher in November. 01 on it, instead of €136.

Contacted the chat, was told that i used it in December. I most definitely didn't! I can only assume they sent same number to someone else too?! They said they would 'look into it' and get back to me. Silence since.

Been waiting for the shoes more than 7 days only to found out that it was sent back to the sender due to "undeliverable address " but how come that the first 2 shoes got delivered with same address? And the expert whom i chatted online about wasn't helping at all, wasn't demonstrating any acknowledgement, empathy, resolution is only reshipment for 21 days once approved, i really need it and i cannot wait for another 1 month of process. The courier is lieeeer!

I would understand if i get notification but there's none, no call, emails at all, its really disappointing. You should also your customer service, they should demonstrate a good customer service.

Hi. I purchased a new Nike shoe design. After wearing them I found the design to cause trips and falls. Due to the heal design, I fall and split my head open. I attended the hospital and received 4 stitches whilst in extreme pain.

My wound has healed but has left me with a scar on forehead. I have always been a fan of Nike shoes and clothing. I remember saving up my pocket money just to buy my first pair of shoes at age 15.

This is the first time I have experience a problem with Nike brand. I do wonder.. due to poor design how many other people have experience the same issues.

Kane to pay for items always long. Horrible customer service. Plase have regional visit the Paramus stores outlet. Works customer service. Manager all they do is walk and see the line getting longer and longer and don’t do nothing about it.

Employed in floor talking to each others texting. Regional should go and teach this new managers how to handle a store. Used to be a lot better it’s getting worked with this new managers they have printed and hire. Will not go back to store.

I just received the most unsatisfactory experience ever from Nike and is lack of customer service place an order for a little over $200. A few hours later it was canceled I called in to ask why and I was told that my billing address did not match my shipping address which was incorrect.

Nevertheless, I replace the order with the agent confirmed the both my billing, and my shipping address was the same and a second order was placed for the same items. I ordered the first time now four hours later I get another email saying that my order was canceled due to the same reason I continue to call and only to be neglected and not helped no questions answered.

I was told that I would have to wait for three days for someone to contact me via email all the while my 400+ dollars is still tied up…

I purchased a pair of Nike Women's React Infinity 3 Running Shoes that cost over 100.00 I understand they are a white shoe with some color, but it doesn't matter what I try to clean them with they still look dirty and look terrible. I have had these shoes for about 5 months and have wore them very little due to this reason. Had I known I cant wash these shoes and they come clean and look decent enough to go out in I wouldve never purchased them.

Not so long ago I bought sneakers model DM8915-102. Externally and argonomically, they fit me perfectly. But! After the first cleaning, the paint on the orange ornament painted the suede inserts and everything around it. It doesn't look presentable and I won't be able to wear them to work anymore, although I bought them just for work.

To say that I'm upset is to say nothing. I will not advise my clients on a product of this quality.

I have worn Nike shoes all my life and as expensive as they are , I recently bought two pair and both within a month have issues . Both pairs have a squeak in air part when walking , and the other pair has a tear in both shoes in the same spot .

I feel like the quality has totally declined . I work at a high school and comfort is a plus and Nike Air ... each pair is $100 plus . This as a factor I am trying a different brand .

I bought a pair of shoes that I loved and fit great at a Nike Outlet. I wore them the first time and I kept hearing a clicking sound. I called customer service and they asked me to send them the shoes to look at.

I did send them at my cost ($10). I got the shoes back with a card saying they couldn't do anything about it. WHAT??? you can't do anything? I have NEVER been more frustrated with a company and such bad customer relations.

I have been trying to get a problem with an order resolved with Nike for weeks now. when I call customer service and the people cannot understand what I am saying and I cannot understand them. They told me the issue was resolved and then I find out that it really isn’t.

I have been going around and around and this is a lot of money for them to just not deal with my problem. I will never order anything online from Nike again! I understand the whole saving money thing but this is ridiculous!

The last time I called I asked for a first language English speaker and they transferred me somewhere crazy that wasnt even Nike! I don’t have a problem with international people but I do have a problem with them not resolving my problem!

I call back to your customer service asking why is the same order keep getting cancelled the last young man checked to make sure the shoe was in stock and the size that I had ordered was available so I don’t understand why was my order being canceled.

We are a military family living pay check to pay check. 00 for Christmas and he has tried to use it and it will not allow him. We purchased it at a Kroger grocery store in December of 2022 and still have the receipt.

the quality of the shoe is bad. I have recently bought a pair of NIKE ZOOMX invincible Flyknite and after some wears the soles of the shoe at the inner side start to come off (show gaps). this is not what i expect from NIKE. I recently brought a pair of Nike shoes from Kids Foot Locker. Within 3 week of having them I noticed that the seem on the right shoe was coming apart. I contacted Nike and they told me the steps that I would have to go through for them to evaluate my claim.

After careful thinking I decided to ship the shoes to them. I had to put tracking on my package to make sure that the received the shoes. Now I have received an email stating that my claim had been approved and I should receive a voucher within 10 days.

Well today had been about a month and I haven't seen a voucher or anything from Nike. My only problem is if I had to track my package the why doesn't Nike do the same. If you are sending out Voucher why not make sure it goes to the right person.

Now I am out of 200 bucks and a pair…

com a zero rating, I would. I ordered a pair of shoes on 12/19/22, I paid for expedited shipping so they would be here 12/21/22. I received a tracking number from Nike that FedEx had the package on 12/20/22. When I went to the FedEx site they indicated they had been notified they had a package to pick up,but had not received this from Nike.

I called the Nike line on 12/21/22 and they indicated they would send a email to the warehouse. The next day FedEx had still not received the package from the warehouse. When I rechecked at Nike I was told the Warehouse was closed next week and if I reordered, the shoes would arrive after 1/4/23.

I am seriously dissatisfied with your customer service, your product quality, and my over all experience with Nike.

My son bought a pair of shoes from footlocker. Paid over 200.00 for thrm. He's 14. It was his own hard earned money. They fell apart in a week.

When I tried to return them to footlocker they said I had to return them to Nike. They were not responsible for Nike quality.

Total bullshit, but okay.

So I call Nike and set up a return.

I stuff notes in the box. Label the box accordingly with proper labels and numbers.

My son pays another 30.00 for the shipping.

We wait.

We wait 1.5 months.

Nike just UPS ships the shoes back to us in theor original box with ZERO explanation.

This is RIDICULOUS.

I have three boys and a husband and I am litterally never going to buy a Nike…

My 11 hear old son asked for his first pair on Nike trainers for going back to school in August. I went to JD sports £85 but I grudgingly paid for them as they are supposed to be hard wearing and I thought the would last.

I'm now in November the bubles have burst the rubber is starting to come away from the leather at the toe and crack. I'm so disappointed as this is a brand I grew up and loved myself.
