I recently filed a claim on a pair of Nike SB Chron canvas shoes that were defective (tearing in the exact same place on both shoes). The shoes were only a couple months old and I wear them primarily only indoors.

I have 4 other pair of the exact same shoe in different colors with no problems whatsoever. Ultimately, the claim was denied with no follow up email giving an explanation, not that the reason matters to me. I am a preferred Nike customer and fully expected Nike to back up their customer service by either issuing me a credit or replacing the shoes. Super disappointing experience.

Today Jordan retro 4 shoes dropped and I was waiting all week to purchase these shoes. I followed Nike's instructions as to update everything which makes the online (waiting line) go better for a "FAIR" chance to purchase these. So I was logged in (as a member) ready and waiting and at exactly at 8am MST when they dropped (available) I hit the button to purchase (or be in line to purchase).

Long story short, it kinda felt like it was buffering or ( what I thought) was the process while waiting. Couldn't tell what it (website) was doing, and every other kind of purchase always say DO NOT refresh, so I didn't know what to do.

After about 10 min with. out any. change at all just the same screen (like it was waiting to give me my receipt of purchase) I refreshed and started the process again…

I bought a pair of glasses for Nike and they didn't even give a case. How do you spend 500 plus dollars for glasses and frames and not get a case for it. Oakley provides cases so does Ray-Ban. It just blows my mind such a huge corporation which I've been buying Nike since I was young kid doesn't include a case for your glasses let alone a cool case and it said Nike or something

I notified Nike of a faulty product indicating I was a Mom n unable to normally get things for myself given the I had several teenagers that played sports year round n could use up their product within 2 months n i didnt give it a second thought.. no big deal they were well worn not and I've repeated this patter for years.

But last year I splurged on a pair of white sneakers. I stored them over the winter in my large supply of Amazon bags in a un weathered place. I contacted Nike to discuss the issue referencing all non fabric material turned yellow n they were willing to offer 10% off a pair of shoes I've worn maybe a dozen times..

I have been buying Nike sneakers since 1985 , over the last 10 years I have noticed a decline in the quality of sneakers they are garbage they fall apart within a few weeks . I have purchased about 11 pairs in the last 2 years from Dick’s , 4 pairs from eBay, 5 pairs from Finnish Line and 2 pairs from Foot locker and they are all junk .

I understand there is a 2 year warranty from the date on inside tag , I have every receipt, box. I bought a pair of REPLICA Nike Airmax 90’s and guess what ? They didn’t fall apart. That’s pretty sad when the copy pairs are better quality and much much cheaper.

Nike promises delivery for an item with an additional cost of R250 but don’t even tell customers that the order is delayed or not coming at all, for a big brand you guys are pathetic, I had to call myself to check on why my order had not arrived, the proper email with a tracking number was then given to me upon me asking for a refund, I’ve waited 2 weeks for the shoe and now I have to wait another 2 weeks for my refund to come through, this is an absolutely terrible first time customer experience and

I don’t think I will ever count on Nike online again. This has inconvenienced me in multiple ways and now puts me buying another shoe on hold because of a Nike order error.

Nike Zoom Pegasus Turbo 2. This shoe has been a fantastic running shoe however it hasn’t really proven to be durable. The sole separated. As a US active duty military member I have always chosen Nike running shoes but these have not lived up to the price point.

Tried to upload pictures but the wear and tear is horrible. Soles are bald and separating. Loved the shoe but did I just get a defective pair?

I bought A pair of Nike Puerto Rico new release shoes the other day they came in with a black stain on the suede check! I was very unhappy so I contacted customer service they told me there was nothing they can do for me all they can do was refund them and I will never get them again because they were limited release I explained that I really wanted to keep them but

I am a collector they told me too bad there’s nothing we can do for you! Little to say I was pretty appalled I will not be shopping with Nike ever again customer service is horrible the guy literally laughed at me it was super unprofessional when you spend hundreds of dollars on shoes it’s a slap in the face!!

' I came to the staten island outlet store to buy shoes for a basketball player on 13th May. 04 When i explain it they didn't respond me in perlite and positive manner. Specially a male customer service associate (short boy) he denied that i bought the same shoes from the store.

Sneakers are a passion of mine. I have recently been buying a lot of Nike Special Releases through their raffle system. I recently won my wife sneakers and they were "shipped to me" well the package made it to the city where it lived.

It sat there for 5 days before I called fedex who told me they didnt have the right shipping information. I needed to call Nike. Nike sent me back to fedex since tracking said they had my package. Fedex finally told me they did not have my package and that they never received it from Nike.

I feel someone is stealing the shoes at the distribution center because the exact same scenario happened to me for a second time. Due to the poor resolution, only refunding my money even though I won the raffle to be able to buy both pairs of sneakers.

My son ordered custom shoes for his football season on June 26th. Have only received generic E-mail giving no information on delivery (over 2 months waiting) Decided to reach out to Nike to get some clarification on shipment on his cleats.

First service rep I spoke to couldn't give me any information other than you will receive them sometime. Asked for a supervisor which she was reluctant to get and had to ask several times before I was able to speak to the supervisor.

Information supervisor was able to get me was new ship date maybe October 10th, would not get them for his football season. The two people I spoke with said they are not giving any information about what the reason for the delay, this is the customer service I'm talking with, WOW!

Need to work on procedures for line out side outlet stores. I am visiting the Chicago outlet located in Aurora. The amount of people allowed in is less than CDC standards. Letting one in when 1 comes out is not an efficient way.

It’s 1pm in the afternoon on a Tuesday and I have Waited over 45 minutes and only have 12 people in front of me. I understand safety is first but no coverage is provided for standing outside in the sun and It began to rain.

If the line time remains this long as if I am at an amusement park I will choose to patronize a competitor and recommend others do so as well.

Most horrible experience. Called to cancel an order immediately after purchase and on hold for 45 minutes. Rep assured me purchase would be cancelled. 2 days later noticed the $ for purchase was deducted from my PayPal acct. Called again, placed on hold for 30 min.

After speaking to another rep and her supervisor, was told item was ready to ship. Asked for another number to call and was told to call back between hours of 4AM and 7PM to be transferred to a corporate rep.

Nike customer service is a joke! I will never buy Nike again!!

Airmax 90, 95, and 97 are the BEST TENNIS ever created by Nike. U could wear them all year long. The newer tennis feel like summer tennis cause the feet get cold in winter. I don't know if someone will take this serious but if it is considered I just want a tennis coupon or anything.

I resently shelfed the last pair of Nike monarchs. Do to the fact that every step l took in them it sounded like I was farting rather inbarising. I have perchaced numerous Nike products over the years. The two previous pairs were not a good experience. The pair previous to this pair literally fell off my feet and the one before that not much better.

Hello purchased a pair of Nike metcon sneakers with the fluorescent yellow soul, hardly wore them at all. On the inner right rear heal section of the shoe is all worn out and plastic is coming through which caused a large blister on my foot!

My wife visited the Nike Store at Straiton, Edinburgh, UK, yesterday and saw a black jacket with a 30 per cent reduction sticker on. When I drove especially to visit the store this morning (19/12/19) to make the purchase I was told that the item had reverted to its original price and it could not be sold to me at the reduced price.

Therefore, I did not make the purchase and your company lost out as I was also going to buy a second item. So, your loss. How was the shopper expected to know that the reduction was going to end at the end of that day's business?

I purchased a pair of Nike running shoes (Air Zoom Winflo 6) at the end of August for my son. Just recently he came to me and told me there was something rubbing on the back of his heel from inside the shoe. He was right.

There is a piece of metal or plastic (part of the support of the sneaker) that is beginning to protrude through the fabric of the sneaker. He absolutely cannot wear them. I purchased them at Kohl's and I know I could not return them there.

I filed a claim with Nike and sent the sneakers to them for inspection. On Monday, December 9th I received an email stating that this issue is the result of inside friction consistent with normal wear and tear and is not a material or manufacturing flaw.

I have a pair of nike vapormax and the air in the bubble went out. I sent them back and they are returning them to me and not helping because the tag on the inside of the shoe on the insole was cut.

Where does it say anywhere on the box that you cant do that? i cut them off and put under the insole. Every other products you buy comes with a warranty but its not on the nike box!!! The lady on the phone says its on there website!!

I had bought these shoes at my local Hibbets store in Hutchinson, Kansas about 5 days ago. I just noticed this string sticking out of the inside heal area. Very disappointing. I’m very aware that the shoes is now sold out in my size at my local hibbets store so I’m unable to return for an exchange.

I’m not really wanting to go to a different shoe. I like that shoe and that’s why I bought it and now to see this is just very upsetting. I will attach the picture of shoe where the stitching is showing very visibly.

I visited your Nike Outlet Store in National Harbor in Maryland on Monday, 14 October. I had to wait in line over 15 minutes because there were only three cashiers working. There were plenty of other employees running around the store and wasting time talking and playing but not one decided to open a register to reduce the line and waiting time.

I doubt seriously if I will visit this store again or buy another Nike product. Time is money and too much of my time was wasted.

Upon my return to Lebanon without wash my trainers are falling apart due to insufficient clue to hold the different pieces together.

I am very disappointed we purchased a pair of Nike shoes for my son 2 weeks ago and the front part of the shoe is already coming off. these were 80 dollar shoes and they lasted him a week. I did not go back to return them to JCpenney because he had already used them for school .

so very disappointed worst of all my son being 7 years old didn't want to tell me because he thought it was something that he did. I told him not possible not to both shoes. He is a very outgoing boy but they should not last him 1 week.

I went ahead and put super glue at the tips of the shoes but I am very disappointed with the product.

August 23rd at 7:40pm I went into Famous Footwear store located in the city of Hemet, one of the employees asked how was I doing can he help me. I told him no I don't need help, he started to follow me around the store and watch me.

It made me feel uncomfortable to shop there so I left. Remind you this is not the first time this happened when I went inside of this shoe store. I'm unhappy with the customer service that they have. I will love to shop in that store to buy shoes, but with me being discriminated made me feel uncomfortable and like I had to leave I am totally disappointed.
