Very irresponsible and unprofessional employees at Route 10 Nissan in Denville , NJ. The salesman Moe Awaad did not pay attention to his direct responsibilities. I chose car for lease , but the contract and all the paper work were issued for a different car, with a different color and a different VIN number, due to the mistake by salesman Moe Awaad.

The lease agreement was concluded on January 10, 2024. On January 19, 2024, I found an error in the documentation and returned to the dealership Route 10 Nissan in Denville , NJ with a request to correct everything in the Nissan system and issue me a new contract for the correct car and correct VIN number.

Financial manager - Dmitry Tsvilikhpovski allowed me to sign a new contract and said that he would put a new car in the Nissan system, and…

I purchased a new 2022 Nissan Sentra SV from Crowley in Bristol Ct. in April of 2022. The weatherstripping has pulled away from the panel and I called and spoke to John in customer service. He tells me to send a picture to a phone that does not recieve a mobile phone.

I tried from two different phones. Then when I try contacting him, I get no answer. The car is only thirteen months old. I am not happy about this customer service.

I co-signed for a vehicle at Nissan Dealership located in White Marsh, Maryland and staff there placed the temporary tags in my name instead of the Owner of the vehicle. When I tried to have the matter resolved; no one addressed the mistake in a TIMELY MANNER.

No managers called me back, the Finance Department (employee) told my complaint and did not respond back. This incident needs to be resolved ASAP. I called the Customer Service number for lodging complaints and was not help neither. Was told to take the vehicle back to Nissan.

Bought a used 2017 Titan from Courtesy Nissan in Tampa with 74,000 miles. Drove it back home to Melbourne florida which is about 150 miles away from Tampa. The RPMs started fluctuating when truck was at a standstill and it also downshifted roughly.

I read about the TSB that fixes these exact symptoms. NTB 17-16B is the service bulletin. 00 for a speed sensor replacement. Of course Nissan said they wouldn't help with the bill. Nissan of melbourne florida wouldn't even give us a loaner for the 4 days they had my truck.

I picked truck up on thursday 16 Mar 2023, as I am driving home the transmission starts to slip. I immediately called dealership back. Paul the service guy told me that its normal, drive it for a few days and then bring it back.

My complaint is towards nissan medford oregon. I was told was 8000$ to fix. Three days later I was told I had a dead battery that couldn't be charged. I needed a new battery. How was my car properly diagnosed if the battery was in fact bad.

They told me they had a jumper box hooked to my car while diagnosing it. I was even laughed at by a service associate when I couldn't get into my car because the battery was dead. I didn't think it was funny at all. Veryimprofessional and uncaring misleading.

Here I go AGAIN!! Left work early on Feb 17, 2023 at 3:30,! Got there on time to do a STATE YEARLY INSPECTION, which took a hour and some change. When I got home, about a half hour, I got a video from the Nissan service dept that I needed a Engine Filter!

Why wasn't this said to me while I was sitting n the waiting room for OVER A HOUR?? Horrible Customer Service, the Service Mgr is Ridiculous, he seems UNINTERESTED n issues that regard his dept n shows NO effort n improvement!

I cannot continue to leave work early, I'm NOT being paid for it, so it's a negative on my end!!

Took in my Nissan rogue for a back hatch window replacement and it was scratched. They did not say anything when we picked it up. Took it back and said they would be calling to set appointment. Never heard from them so we took in today and when I went to pick it up they said they would have to keep it for 4 days.

They said they didn't have it back from the window replacement and I told them it was sitting right out side. They lied. They should of at least call us to let us know. They did not give me a lender and would try to get one tomorrow.

I went to the financial dept. to see about my refund of my Gap and and insurance of my trade in. They said that they no longer give refunds on Gap because they put it in the pay off. We did not sign to do so , so how do we know that it was done.

bought nissan sentra from used car dealer selling Nissan cars. Got railroaded and there is a technical issue with car as i drove off the lot.

Also there was a problem with the paperwork that stated more money. Bought car Friday night, went back Saturday morning. They say its a sensor. Asked for a refund on Monday, which they refused, of course. They have kept the car since to fix.

I have never been more mistreated by a company and Nissan should be lookiing into customer service practices at these places. Do not have the car since and they keep promising on a daily basis i will get it.

I own a 2015 Nissan Altima s where my headlights were on recall. In June 2022 I went to the Nissan dealer in Florence Alabama and they put in for my head lights. WHERE ARE MY HEADLIGHTS? It is now 7 months and I NEED MNY LIGHTS CANNOT EVEN GO OUT AT NIGHT.

Took my 2013 Altima to Crown Nissan with a rear lower link broken. Recall P9324. Dealer stated my CONTROL ARM was bent and I must pay. Nissan has no control arm, nor was i ever notified about this recall. 00 out of pocket for a recall.

Nissan is avoiding paying these for a reason. A refund should be payed to me.

We were in an accident back on June 3, 2022, and the closest body shop was in Corpus Christi Texas as well the Ed Hicks Nissan dealer. They worked on my car for over 6 months and when we picked it up it was making noise coming from both wheels and under the vehicle.

So the body shop told us they did work on the steering wheel because they got it at one time without the steering wheel and had a bar on it. We left it and went for it 2 days later and Nissan said it checked off green.

As my husband drove it the steering wheel felt tight, and then the next week we took it back because the fluid from the wipers didn't work. They fixed it. Within that time my husband drove it for two weeks just to make sure things were okay with it.

As a consumer, I buy from a dealer that makes me the best financial deal at purchase! I then go to the nearest service department for my warranty service, which is part of the purchase! Nissan guaranties their vehicles for three years or 36,000 miles as their warranty!

Because I didn't purchase this vehicle from them, they are making me wait extra long time to service my truck! This is Nissan warranty, not the dealership, but their service department is able to pick and choose which vehicle is worked on!

I want to file complaint on a Nissan Versa I bought 1 year ago in Hickory, NC. I have had nothing but problems with power and transmission since I drove off lot. The car has been in shop 4 times for same complaint and transmission was replaced but still the same issue.

I can be reached at 828-666-4163. If the dealer will not trade in the car, I will seek an attorney or start with the attorney general toshow the danger in driving a car that will lose power in middle of road and cause an accident.

There is a recall and a Class Action Lawsuit on the headlights of 2013 to 2018 Nissan Altima Coupes and Sedans. I can't get a dealership to verify any of that although it's all over the internet that this vehicle is included in the settlement.

My wife and I have owned 4 consecutive Nissan vehicles in the last 10 years. The vehicle I was driving was a Nissan Murano Platinum with a CVT transmission which gave out after 114,000 miles. I took the vehicle to a local shop named Remington Automotive which bought a rebuilt CVT transmission from Arlington Nissan in Arlington Heights Illinois.

The rebuilt transmission gave out after 700 miles leaving me with a $5,000 bill and no vehicle. Nissan refuses to help me even though they are fully aware of the issues with this lemon transmission. If this is how they treat long time customers then run don't walk to another auto manufacturer who cares about their long term customers.

DO NOT BUY A NISSAN. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT.

My Sentra has 72k miles, well maintained but needed a new transmission. The 2014 model had an extended warranty for this known defect. 84mos or 84k miles whichever comes first. They offered no proration of cost to replace their defective product. Cost $5600.

I will never buy another Nissan product.

Notwithstanding the extended warranty of 84mos/84k miles (whichever is first) my 72k mile Sentra, 2014 needed a new transmission. I'm out $5600 for a known defective transmission on a car with 12,000 miles less than the extended warranty. You would think that at minimum there would be a proration of the replacement cost, but Nissan has offered me $0.

There should be some offer of financial assistance.

2015 Altima, my radio station had been changed to fm2, station 107 with the air conditioning on. I called and made a report of this incident and was told after watching the type there’s no way, and Brandon said he did not do that.

Maybe Brandon made a mistake and hit my radio. With the price of gasoline going up on a daily basis this is unexceptionable, why would my radio station have to be placed on Fm2 station 107 to reset anything after getting an oil This is what I was told. By management.

There was an airbag issue with my 2013 Nissan Altima, it was recalled and the problem was not fixed correctly, in Oct 2017 i received a "SUPPLEMENT TO RECALL PREVIOUSLY PREFORMED ON MY CAR". I informed Nissan Customer servisce that the Air bag on passenger side was malfuctioning again and according to your newest supplement notice it would be fixed "FREE OF CHARGE" for the next 15 years. Nissan told me i had to pay for diagnostics as this would not be free !!!!! So now i have an airbag issure that makes my car very unsafe and Nissan is telling me I have to pay $100 +/- for the free repair.

Took my vehicle in for a warranty repair (AC failure), and while they were working on it they damaged the hood in the front with multiple dents and a scratch. We previously told them we were leaving town the following day and they refused to accept responsibility even though they acknowledge they caused the damage. 0L Diesel platium Reserve. I only have 21900 miles it has had I think ECM problems first time it was fixed it lasted acouple days the next time they had it for a week and it lasted longer. But for around three years I didn't have to go to emmissions so I can not be sure if they fixed it because the truck apairs to run fine.

Now I had to go to emmissions it failed 7 senors not ready. Brought the the truck in gave them the papers from emissions got it back 2 days later went to emissions it failed, I don't know what to do it does not seam to be many people that know diesels that have treatment systems on them for emmissions.

Nissan Schereville Indiana On February 10 my check engine light started flashing on my 2019 Nissan Titan. I dropped off at Nissan Schereville Indiana and was told it was probably a spark plug and would need a tune up. After a couple days, I was told that the motor was no good and they had to do more test so warranty will send new motor.

I was also told that there were no motors in the US due to parts shortage and that I was #12 on the back order list. At the time they provided an extended rental for the time without a truck.

Made an appointment for Zaktek application. It wasn’t done. Made it appear it was done by keeping me in the waiting area for almost 8 hours without any update for the entire waiting period. When I approached the front desk , then it was ready.

When porter brought my car for me get picked up, it was covered with dust, water marks and birds droppings. Looked like was parked under the tree for my entire waiting period after only car washed, not Zaktek application. Tried to speak to big bosses to express my complaints.

Can’t get hold of them. No call back either. Never with Nissan dealership again.

With MUCH regret, my husband and I purchased a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder from Pinnacle Nissan in Scottsdale, AZ. I went to that dealership November 2018 thinking I was going to get a black Friday special, but instead got ripped off.

The salesperson stated the pearl color would be an extra charge and we agreed to pay the extra. When I came back to pick the vehicle up because they "had to order that color" they said, a pure white Nissan Pathfinder was waiting for me.

I argued back and forth with the sales manager at that time, and he stated the vehicle I was receiving does not come in Pearl white. I mean they got their sale, so who cares about the color right? I wish to God, I would have just walked away, but I drove off in the white Nissan Pathfinder.

I own 3 Nissan Sentras. One 2016 and Two 2019's. Two new transmissions in the 2016. 00 for the deductible. Had to return to dealership for same problem. Replaced transmission again. Still running bad, but dealership says it checks out fine.

1 Recall that I have on file reference electronics/radio. Never corrected after numerous contacts. Transmissions in both 2019 Nissans run horrible. Dealer said nothing wrong. Recalls have never been called or repaired on electronics/radio. What a shame. Nissan what has happened to you ?

00 this is not possible but you do have to take all this apart to fix knock sensor so they were trying to get money from me to pay for the repair costs. This is Nissan in Cullman AL. Rat's can't chew gaskets between castings and if they got into the intake manifold they would be sucked in and chewed up by the engine when starting... Wasn't born yesterday... com

We own a 2013 Nissan Rogue and I vowed to warn people on every site I can to prevent someone from buying a Nissan. I am so angry that after buying a vehicle I would have to accept that the drivers side door handle has broken off 2xs in the past 2 years! 00 to replace.

They are made of plastic and this is clearly a product defect. I called Nissan and they do not care. This time it has left us stranded while traveling since we have to wait for the part to repair. This is unacceptable , In my 61 years I have own the crappiest of cars and none have had a door handle break!

My daughter purchased a new Nissan in august. Tags were expiring at the end of August. Asked them if they could renew or should we do it. He said they would take care of it. Employee put 22 tags and created a registration for 8/22.

My daughter drove off the lot with a valid tag and registration. Later employee called and told her she need to pick up the new registration. Didn’t understand why they had new registration. Found out that because they let the tags expire they had to order new tags.

The tags that she had transferred were the tags JAR that had belonged to her mother who passed away. Very sentimental and the dealership was aware of that. Employee then stated they have 30 days to update the tags. Since thr tags expired before they were renewed her tags were abd new ones created.…

Hello, I had an 0900 appointment to receive an oil change for my Blue 2018 Nissan Altima Friday, 15 October . I was called back approximately at 1130 for pick up. I did not come right away but I arrived around 1230.

I went to the cashier to pay and she said you can pick up your car but they will give it a wash first. I said ok. Time was passing by and I realized I still didn't get my car around 1300-1315 pm and people where coming in and out.

I really rate it a zero because the same thing that I keep paying Nissan for keeps happening to my car over and over again. I paid them over $900 for a crank case sensor and Now I am having that same problem again 6 months later.

Split leather seat at approx 40k miles and Nissan refusing to take care of. Car has always been parked in garage with average of 8k miles driven, one driver vehicle with max weight of 120 lbs. definite defect in leather Or workmanship.

My 2016 Versa Note has lemon cvt transmission and has extended cvt warranty.

However Nissan voided my warranty because of equivent universal cvt fluid was used in fluid change. Manual permits this. But nissan did not. This fluid did not damaged transmission. It was already bad before change. Nissan installed faulty transmission in my car, and voided warranty.

I do not trust Nissan anymore.

We regret dealing with and purchasing from this particular dealership. Our sales guy (AM) was fantastic. Knowledgeable, genuine, got us a deal. 5 stars for him. We do also like the Nissan brand. But the second you hand over the money, customer service stops abruptly and completely. Total breakdown.
