I purchased a Nissan 1600 Juke Tekna Dig T, 2014 model from Golden Era - No matter how I drive, the vehicle does not go below 9.1litre per 100km - everybody, including your Nissan Gezina and Nissan Silverton states that that is the normal consumption, Why is the specs given for this vehicle when advertised given as 5.6....6.9....9.1 if the only one relevant is the highest and higher???? Unprofessional towed my car at 4 am no call, no letter, no information. I made a payment that was not received by them. They did not send my invoice for two months but I paid for February and March of 2021.

My car was towed and repossessed by them. 00 reinstatement fee, Unprofessional rude staff or reps giving info as if they are doing me a favor after taking my vehicle. They misrepresented me one other time and I swore to never lease again.

I decided to give them another chance. 9 years leasing from them,, this is the treatment I received. Im disgusted with the action and will make certain its heard clearly. I will never lease another Nissan again after this lease is mature.

I bought a road hazard warranty from sima Nissan with my new rogue in 2015 I have a.bent.rim from a road hazard on the rr of the car Nissan will not honor the very warranty they sold me . The Nissan service tech told me Nissan does not sell that policy we don't honor it . I have taken my 2018 Nissan Sentra in 2 Sutherlin Nissan over five times and it has been in the shop for several days off and on. They cannot fix the issue because they say there are no codes and they can't duplicate the issue.

I feel like I'm discriminated against because I'm a woman and I'm not getting any response from Sutherlin Nissan or corporate okay. I've been dealing with this since June of 2018.

Only dealer in farmington nm quoted $700 to replace ignition then $110 to replace key then $54 to code key cause another mechanic did work. Then said new key couldn't be coded so I had to buy their key. Made me pay before they did work. said they were inside.

And December of 2018 the 24th 23rd I contacted Nissan of wilkesboro about getting a vehicle. The lady I spoke with took my information and gave me a call back thing that she had found a lender for me to finance a car.

This is and was the only car I've ever financed. by January 2nd I was in the office side and paperwork for my brand new 2018 Nissan versa. I was so ecstatic being a single mother who had been without a vehicle 4 year and a half.

They did seem to go out of their way to help me in the beginning however after I drove off the lot I have made the hour drive the next 3 days to continue paperwork which was weird. I did use my 1995 Honda Accord as my down payment.

I took my vehicle to Nissan for the shaking on the front end, passenger front window and driver side passenger door would not open from the outside. I left my vehicle with Celsey she said the claims dept said they would send out the parts for the motor mount no parts showed up.

I would like to file a complaint on the service department for Palm Springs Nissan 68177 Kyle Rd Cathedral City, CA 92234. I have a 2017 Nissan Rouge which I purchased new in December 2017. At the first oil change the, oil filter was not tightened down and when I got home saw it was leaking oil, when we called the service center they apologized, my husband tightened it for me.

The 3rd time I was in, the engine filter assembly was cracked, the service persons said it was not under warranty. I inquired with the parts department about the part. 5 hours later it was finally ready. I must say they also supposedly completed the recall NTB19-064.

I have had nothing but problems with Nissan since day 1! I swear this car has been a jinx. I bought the car new, and within a week I complained about a gas issue. They told me to keep driving it, that will get better.

4 months in I started taking my car in to service to complain about this issue and the shifter getting stuck. I have gone multiple times to no answer why the gas reading is never correct. I even went to other Nissan dealerships and received terrible service at both Buena Park (they failed to report on the invoice how they fixed the shifter problem) and Downey went as far as making me look for my car.

I had a defective engine in my 2018 Nissan Titan. The engine was covered under warranty and replaced in July 2019 by Burdick Nissan located in Cicero NY which is approximately 1 hour from my home. This morning was the first time I turned on the heater since the new engine was installed and it did not work.

Because I was in the Cicero area I called Burdick's service department and asked if they could check it. I was told they did not have time today and I would have to schedule an appointment. On my way back to my home I decided to stop at my local mechanic and have the oil changed.

On July 24, my son and I dropped off my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder to get the AC fixed. We have an extended outside warranty on the vehicle and thought that this would not be a problem. After we had dropped off the vehicle, the service personal working on the car said that they heard a knocking noise in the engine on the car.

After they knew that we had an outside warranty, they suggested the fix to be a full engine rebuild which would have cost $12,000. This was along with another $1,000 to fix the AC and other items. They informed us that the warranty inspection would take a day or two in which point they gave us a rental vehicle (which we will get back to later).

On July 6, 2019, I went to Nissan of Van Nuys to refinance my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder that I purchased in 11/2017. I was willing to either refinance or get a new car, based on which would be better for my pocket.

The vehicle started with a noise in the engine and then a loud humming noise in the gearbox, especially when in gear 6. I took the vehicle to the dealership in Tzaneen. After investigation the gearbox was stripped to find unexplained hole in the gear it self.

No reason and previous knowledge of such incident was tracked. The instruction from Nissan Head Office was to replace the damaged parts. The vehicle is still new and under warranty. I would request to replace a new gearbox entirely.

I'm having problem with my radio, I brought my car to Premier Nissan of Fremont California. Martin the Manager keep giving me excuses' that the parts not available for almost a month now. It's very stressful to deal with this person. Not to mention that I have to leave my car to them without any rental. On the 22nd February 2019, my wife was driving home from work when the car, (Nissan Pulsar DHT65V) after stopping at a set of lights in Parramatta, could not proceed forward. The NRMA was called and advised that the gearbox had failed and towed the car to Parramatta Motor Group.

Five and a half weeks later, I still have not got the car back. Not one person has called me re the car. I have rang them a number of times and they tell me they are awaiting parts from Melbourne.

Last week they told me the parts had arrived and the job should be finished by the end of the week. When I had not heard from them I rang today and was told that they were still awaiting parts.

I purchase a 2017 Frontier in Nov. 2017. Had the truck 3 months and notice paint coming off the truck ( front & back ). Took it to the dealer Dick Smith in Columbia, SC and they sent pictures to Nissan.

At the time I only in the front of the truck. Nissan rejected to do anything about it. Took it to a body shop which found paint coming off the back of the truck also. They would send Nissan a letter to state that I have a bad paint job.

I am a regular customer of the NISSAN south dealership in Austin, Texas. As a single woman it is important to me to keep my automobile in peak running condition. It is a 2013 Nissan Altimna purchased from Nisan San Antonio.

Regarding Mertin Nissan Chilliwack BC Yesterday I spent the better part of a day trying to buy a car, when I left the dealership I did not know whether or not I had actually purchased a car. I had a 2014 Pathfinder Platinum that had a whining noise while driving. 00. Picking up the vehicle after the transmission was replaced I noticed the same whining noise. Contacting the dealership I was told to return the car. After another evaluation I was told they were pretty sure it was the transfer case. 00.

I bought a Nissan Titan ProAm 2018 and the heated seats don't work I can not feel the heat in either seat, I had the same problem with the Titan 2016 that I had . The service department can't find anything or a recall on how to fix this problem.

You should be able to feel the heat as long as you have the heated seat turned on. I really need this to work if it don't then I can't recommend Nissan to other people anymore. The King Ranch I still own and they work fine no problem.

I bought a new 2017 Nissan Rogue in Nov 2017. It now is just 14 months old with 34000 kms. It is just off warranty and the back brakes and rotors were in total need of replacing. I brought it into a service center while I was on a road trip because the brakes were making a lot of noise.

I am only selecting one because the system is forcing me to select an option. I will never take my vehicle to Coral Springs Nissan in Coral Springs, FL again. I had my car taken there for a simple oil change and tire rotation on January 10, 2019 and when my car was returned to me on that day, my dashboard looked like a Christmas tree because It had so many service lights on.

I called Nissan and was told to bring the car in on January 15, 2019. I had to work so someone else brought my car in. The Nissan explained that the lights came on because a rear wheel bearing needed to be replaced.

The wheel bearing was replaced by another certified technician at a shop with the appropriate part.

2016 Nissan Rouge..- vehicle has been into the service dept. at least 5 times with the same complaint. There is a loud noise in the front drivers side. The underside panel which I think covers the underside of the car will not stay attached. The service guy says they either do not hear a noise or have corrected the problem by replaces plastic "bolts/screws" each time. We drive home and the noise is louder and more constant than before service. I did an online "chat" at the dealers website and was told that a manager would call, but that was 3 -4 weeks ago and no one has called. The car is no longer under warranty but the problem needs to be fixed. Truthfully it sound like something major is about to fall off the underside.

I was given a quote. medium=sms. I accepted the quote I paid for the total and when I got to my truck realized I did not have the TIRES!!! Now the local branch is giving me the run around and I'm beyond disgusted with your service department.

I brought my truck in on a Wednesday was told it would be ready early the next week. Didn't hear from anyone by the next Wednesday so I called. They said it would be ready Thursday offered me a 10 percent discount for the delay and gave me a loaner that night.

The next day I picked up my truck and realized they did not mount 4 new tires on it which I had paid for.

Well I love my Nissan only has just over 50 thousand kl on it, BUT the passenger side front seat electric adjustment has broken, cover has come off and the adjustment leavers keep falling off , I have had car since new "2015" , and I think this should have lasted longer than this , considering we only use it 2 times a week , most of time one person in car , and no children in car as we are both in our 60,s.

I told them I was half blind and they did not go over no paperwork they had me to sign ,In fact they said the printer was down and would mail me the paper work that I signed, A week went by and went back over there and another guy printed off the the selling deal,,the paper work I could not see them and they never went over it.

In 2015 I brought a brand new Nissan pulsar from Traralgon store. After that I was getting my regular car service from Sale Nissan dealers. This was my third service and I got a call from the dealer to book an appointment for the service of the car.

I used to pay the service charge in between $250-285. I was expected that this time as well. but when they gave me the bill, it was $446, which was too high, moreover it was nothing wrong with that car .

They just change the filter and the POL that's it . I was shocked. I argue them that why its too high then they gave a paper of the company service charges every year. the manager was too rude when I said to him that I am not able to pay that much straight away he said we will sell your car and we will recover the money with in fifteen days.…

The "EBA" ( emergency breaking assistance) die not function on our car.It hasn't worked since the day we bought it ,which was November 17 ,2018. We have a friend with the exact same make,model, trim & year.

It is turned on, the only thing we can notice is a slight beep sounding like a mosquito. It is suppose to apply the break when the computer senses that you are not going to use the breaks, and if you do use the breaks and your not applying enough pressure to the break peddle , the computer is suppose to then take over and apply even more breaking pressure. This car does none of this. I'll do my best to show you by a Nissan Commercial it's suppose to operate. Recently my daughter took my car (2005 Murano SL VIN NumberJN8AZ08T55W304152) in for service to be placed on the rack for codes. As during the time span of several days, my daughter was told that a part was replaced due to a recall. Shortly after disa dispute on repair price which was resolved, her radio is not working, the engine light came on, and now the steering wheel is veering to complete to the right. Would like to have this incident resolved.
