I ordered take out and they gave me the wrong meal.
I've already submitted thisnform and have not been contacted as of yet. We had a very bad experience and I'd like to let you know about it. My number is 608-219-6154. Please have someone call me.
My delivery order took 40 minutes beyond the original time given.
My Granddaughter (15) ordered Japanese Noodles with Marinated Steak for each of us. She waited for the order so we could take it home. On our way she wanted a bite. No steak. In either order. Steak definitely on the receipt. Returns to store.
Given one side order of steak. Asks for another manager does not comply. Says something rude to her so she returns to car. I now have to go in to restaurant to complain. Manager is rude, says one order had steak. No it did not. Yells.
Finally prepared order of steak. 3 visits, Cold food. Manager needs a different job. Clearly.
I walked in the Downey Ca. Noodle & Company today in the Downey Promenade. I ordered a regular Tortellini with Garlic cream sauce and Parmigiana Chicken on top to go. The service was great, but when I got home and opened my bag eagerly to enjoy my food and there was very little Garlic Cream Sauce:-( I actually had to search for it.
My food was dry and I was scraping the bottom looking for sauce. It was dry and very disappointing not to get what I ordered. This is the first time this happened at that location. For what I paid for, it should have been good as usual, but it was not. Picture enclosed.
You used to have curbside pickup which I liked to use since I’m disabled. Now you have something called Quick Pickup which you have to go inside. The online ordering still has if you want to tip so I tipped 10% thinking they would deliver to my car.
Now your just giving them a tip for making the food. This is a scam so they can still get tips with less employees. Don’t fall for this like I did. Very disappointed in your ethics.
About 50% of the time we order our 2 kids meals there is no juices box in it. Got home & again not there.

As a former employee at franchise store, let me just say that was the worst experience of my life. Horrible management and was treated like pure crap. I was let go due to performance when first off I was never properly trained and just thrown on to the floor to be active.
The way I was treated spiraled me into depression like no other I failed college classes and ruined my only chance at happiness. I will not support a company that doesn’t put more effort into making sure their employees are ok.
The bullying and judgment I received was something I can not and will not take. Wake up noodles and do better.
Ordered a simple Parm. Chicken Alfredo bowl add shrimp. Tag on bag and receipt sad add shrimp. As much as they charge you would think could get a simple order right. But guess what. Yup,,,, no shrimp

I asked for Japanese pan noodles with tofu, they asked if I wanted protein, and I repeated that I want tofu. Then, I git my food and went home, and there was no tofu. Big bummer, that's 70% of the reason I got what I got.
Order totally wrong. Sent it back. Waited and waited. Went to register and saw our wrong order still sitting to the side. Asked to get it fixed, manager said she want going to fix it because that was what we ordered (nope, it wasn’t).
She threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave. NEVER GOING BACK

On the evening of 1/27/2023 we visited this location and was told because of a onset of many online to go orders they where not able to take a food order from me in person and instead insisted that I stand there and order online. I was completely shocked , I drove the the restaurant to partake in a meal and walk around the outdoor mall, likely leading to spend at those stores as well but instead I was turned away. Seems that this is backwards and that this store chooses to treat those who make an attempt to come in their establishment much worse then those simply pushing an online order through uber eats and the like. A push of a button could have pushed those online orders out while still taking great care of those who bothered to go in person.

This is the third time I'm attempting to contact your company and I've had no response. I bought a gift card in December and it has a $0 balance. Also, the $5 reward I was supposed to get for it doesn't work either. I will be contacting my credit card company to let them know. Next step will be BBB. Please respond.

Ordered online when we were visiting Lincoln, NE. The two orders were Completely wrong, one more so than the other. Completely opposite of what we asked for. One looks like they scraped the pan- it’s so gross. So disappointing that we could have chosen another place, but got these two bowls that apparently are filled with whatever was left at the end of the day.
I’m a loyal customer of the noodle company I never had a problem until today ! I ordered what I always order every other day on my lunch break the alfredo the regular portion and it looked like a kids portion it had no tomatoes when I asked where the tomatoes the manager gave it to me on the side!
I asked why the portion so small he said they measure the portion now! 47 I sould not be getting a kids portion
Was at noodles in company notice no one has on proper hair nets. when I took my food home my wife found a hair in her food so I went back and watched the children as they played behind the counter coughing in there hands scratching there heads some looked under the influence and
I realized why this would have happen I was a 2 times a week customer when it fist open then I notice a decline in the service I took some time off decided to come back and now this so happens , its going to take me and my wife a excellent excuse to even consider giving our money to a company that does not tcare about theconditions when theres covid now.

Called to complain that butter for the rolls ordered were thrown in the bag and melted through the bag onto the seat of my car. And all over my counter at home.
The manager wouldn’t let me speak, kept interrupting me to defend her staff and kept saying she wasn’t going continue to talk to me because she was following “ Noodles protocol” . She said they throw the butter on the bag all the time and sometimes it gets on the bottom.
In our case the butter was smashed on the bottom and the food was all sitting in top so I highly doubt that it was thrown in the bag after the food was out in, but right now I could care less about that!

Lately every time I order fro the location on Quincy and Buckley the food is wrong or bad. Last time I ordered the park chicken was basically burnt. But I let it go cuz everyone makes mistakes. Tonight I order and both dishes do not have the park chicken in it.
And I paid for it. We get basically the same think every time. So I would like my money back for the chicken i did NOT get. And maybe a manager needs to do a better job at making sure orders are correct.
I ordered online for pick up and they forgot both sides and the drink for my child so the only thing for her "meal" was cut up chicken. My drink was also forgotten and then when I called numerous times I just kept getting hung up on. No one would answer the phone to correct the problem!!
We ordered food from noodles almost a week ago. We love noodles especially buttered noodles with Parmesan chicken and mushrooms. But this time it was horrible. The noodles were mushy. I called right away and complained. It was delivered to wrong address.

I alway get the pan fried Japanese noodles with Parmesan crusted chicken. It’s always delicious but this time the noodles had no sauce and the broccoli was raw the carrots were also under done !!! The chicken portion seemed short too usually get a whole piece .
I did eat some of eat some of it cause I was hungry but very disappointed ☹️
Ordered through the app. Picked up the food when we got home the orders were wrong. We called the store and asked to speak the manager. She stated she was the manager. We explained what happened and in a rude voice she asked what do you want done.
Before we could answer she said do you want to come back and pick up the missing items or a refund. We stated we would like a refund. She then said ok and hung up. This was at 830mst on 11/15/22 when we called.

I am with Doordash, and I recently had an extremely bad experience picking up from your store in Menomonee Falls, WI. Now I do this a lot, and I’ve waited and I’m perfectly reasonable about all of that, especially short staffing these days.
I used to manage a retail team and I know how all of that goes. But I was waiting at this location for over a half hour without any communication from the employees. What’s worse is that none of them were moving fast whatsoever, even though the lobby was full of upset guests.
There were probably 8-10 orders waiting. There was a young skinnier kid that would just wander around, he would pick his fingernails, and then leaned up against the back counter looking at social media on his phone. Completely unacceptable by everyone there.

I have a daughter that just had surgery. She isn't mobile at all and wanted noodles and company. I tried to call to place my order while in route and they answered the phone and placed me on hold for 15 mins.
By that time I had made it to the store. Asked why I had been placed hold so long. I eas told that they were very busy. There are 7 people working. No one could take the time to take an order.

, Towson, MD 21286 on 10/29/22. This store, to be a food establishment, is very unclean. While waiting for our food, we noticed dirt and trash everywhere in the cooking area and customer service area. There is dirt and trash under the counters which look as though it has been there for some months.
The floors were absolutely dirty appearing to have not been cleaned for days. The windows are dirty and disgusting. After ordering my food and taking a seat waiting for food, is when I really noticed all the dirt. The first thing that caught my eye when standing at the register making our order, was the manager standing to the side, picking with her hair, and then she started putting toppings on food items without ever washing her hands.
This place is cruddy and needs a thorough cleanup done.
I am really sad because this is like literally my favorite food and it's so expensive that I rarely get it but I just, after weeks of craving, finally bought me my Japanese Pan noodles. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door stating that due to their being short staffed they were only taking mobile call in orders. They are ALWAYS “short staffed.” I think they use this as an excuse, and it’s not going to work, indefinitely.

I went to the Noodles and Co in Aurora, IL last Saturday night and the girl behind the counter wouldn't even turn around to help me when I went to order she told me very rudely that you can only order online I asked why and she wouldn't tell me and asked me to leave.
I drove 20 mins there to pay with cash because I didn't want to use my credit card. So I then had to order the food online and wait an additional 30 mins for my food in the parking lot.

I was at the Noodles restaurant in downtown Iowa City, Ia. with a friend last Friday September 30th. We ordered our food to dine in and waited over half an hour before it was brought to us. Our food was cold and my friend didn't get his meatballs in with the spaghetti.
There were other customers who received their food 20 minutes who came after us and they received their food already. My husband and I went to Noodles on 9-13-2020 around 5 pm tuesday. We use to go there all the time. The food was good and the place was clean. I will tell you the place was not so clean it looked dirty, and that drink machine was so nasty smelling it smelled like a garbage can.
I did call attention to the the manager about, I told him to look and he did and you could smell it (Like a very sour smell, like a dirty garbage can) and there was stuff under the crate was very nasty looking. I said pour some hot water down in there or something.
