I took an entire day off from work as I was notified my delivery would come today. I had a window of 2p to 6p. At 1230p I was contacted that they were 10 minutes from my home. I then received a call from the delivery guy who said he was 7 minutes from my home.
I explained that was outside of the delivery time but I could be there in 20 min. He said he would wait. When I got home there was no one there. I waited and waited and waited. I finally called customer service at 4p to explain the situation and they advised I wait until the close of the delivery window.
They also stated they were not able to reach the 3rd party delivery company to find out where the item was. I waited until the close of the delivery window and called back. I spoke to 3 people in the billing department.
