I took an entire day off from work as I was notified my delivery would come today. I had a window of 2p to 6p. At 1230p I was contacted that they were 10 minutes from my home. I then received a call from the delivery guy who said he was 7 minutes from my home.

I explained that was outside of the delivery time but I could be there in 20 min. He said he would wait. When I got home there was no one there. I waited and waited and waited. I finally called customer service at 4p to explain the situation and they advised I wait until the close of the delivery window.

They also stated they were not able to reach the 3rd party delivery company to find out where the item was. I waited until the close of the delivery window and called back. I spoke to 3 people in the billing department.

My Nordic Track rower broke after 3 months of use, and so far I'm having to wait TWO MONTHS to get it fixed.

First, parts were not even available. Then when I finally received the parts and made the repair appointment, I learned that I was sent the wrong parts. The repair appointment was a complete waste of time and now I have to wait for the whole process to start over again.

I'm going to have to start from square one when the rower is finally fixed, I'm already losing all the gains I made on the machine. The service is terrible and the machine doesn't even work. I purchased an extended warranty but what is even the point???

Terrible product and terrible service. Go with Peloton!

Purchased a treadmill on March 16th, 2023, today's date is August 21, 2023. Once assembled it did not operate. Called service and a tech was dispatched. The Tech has been out to my house 4 times in the last 5 months, multiple parts ordered, sent and replaced. The treadmill has never operated correctly. I haven't walked 1 mile on the machine. I have asked for my money back and was told NO! I have been told that the treadmill cannot be returned because its past the 30 day return policy, even though it was delivered broken. I have spent hours on the phone with parts and service reps. No one has the authority to help me. I ask for a supervisor and when I am transferred I am hung up on. This is a nightmare!

horrible decision to buy a Nordictrack bike, didn't even make it three years and when I contacted them I was told 12 month only, but if i wanted to pay them they could send someone out, second mistake, once to tech showed up I was given a very accurate estimate of $200 to $800 to repair. please do your homework before buying anything Nordictrack!! as you will find out by all there on-line reviews this company could care less about service and the products they sale.

I received a brand new treadmill from Nordicktrack track. Belt is totally messed up, makes terrible thumping and whining noise. There are two huge scratches on the machine. I was told they would send me the scratched parts and I have to install them. Unacceptable.

I was able to get them to call a service tech to install. I still have no idea what is happening with the belt. I have a $2500 brand new machine I cannot use. Awful unacceptable service

Brand new piece of equipment, which is nonresponsive. Called Customer Service, got the chatbot, not helpful, finally got an agent, provided useless instructions and ended the chat, Called back 20 minutes prior to closing was disconnected becasue they closed. Called again the next day transferred 4x and hour later and still no resolution.

I guess I have to send it back. It doesnt work!!!!

I don't know whether to start with the sub par customer service Nordic Track offers or with the nightmare I have experienced with trying to service my machine that was over $3k! I paid for the Commercial x22i, it is huge and takes up so much room.

When the tech first came out to build the machine in my room I was not asked where I wanted to place my machine, instead I told him anywhere on the back side of the room. The tech then proceeded to set my treadmill up against one of my walls.

Over the next 9 mos. that my machine was being used on incline most of the time, the machine was quietly rubbing up against my wall. 9 mos later, my wall is damaged and my machine is now damaged and the incline has stopped working.

I purchased a RW 900 rower from Nordic track last and month it was delivered 3 weeks ago . After multiple uses I realized that the design doesn’t allow me to work my legs like other rowers I have tried .

I bought a NordicTrack Commercial R35 Bike, and received it on 2/27/2023. The Seat Handlebar does not work. I have called, had a chat sdssion, sent three inquires to NordicTrack. With no helpful responses. I have been told there are no techs to help me, and the last chat call the rep. hung up on me.

So I have a new Recumbent Bike and no one at NordicTrack wants to fix the problem.

Worst customer service I’ve had the displeasure of experiencing. I kept getting bounced between manufacturer warranty and extended warranty. I had the displeasure of speaking to representatives that couldn’t comprehend English and being informed that, even though I have coverage, I would have to perform diagnostics and disassemble part of the treadmill before a technician would come out.

I had to pay out of my own pocket to get a professional to diagnose the issue. I will never buy a Nordic Track again.

Placed treadmill order 12/31/2022. Attempted white glove delivery 01/30/2023. Drivers said they could not make delivery with just the two men onboard without damaging property in making delivery. Company said they would send a third man to deliver. As of 03/08/2023 no word after contacting company several times.

Nordic Track wants me to pay $600 to return the treadmill I have never received. It’s beginning to look like they are going to steal $600 from me in order for me to get the balance of my $5000 purchase and look elsewhere for a treadmill.

Purchased a new S27i bike December 26, 2022. The bike has been ridden 3 times and now makes a knocking sound from the hub. I have reached out to NordicTrack support several times via email and phone. No one picks up the phone when I call and no response to my email inquiries.

I purchased a Nordictrack Bike during the pandemic. So it’s about 2+ years old. One day the iFit screen goes completely dead. I have a 5 year extended warranty. I emailed support January 11th. They responded February 16th with a ton of questions hoping to make like I did something wrong.

I also spoke to them by phone, twice before. They said they would replace the screen. Still nothing from them. They lie about the part being tested before they send it out. I should have waited and got a Peleton.

Nordictrack is by far the worst company I have ever come across to. Not only is my brand new Treatmill a piece of junk, their customer and support teams are even worse! I’m pretty sure no one is Manning their online chat agent either.

I bought a brand new treadmill in December 2020 which has never worked properly and despite my effort to contact their customer support team, I get put on hold, disconnected continually, transferred until disconnected once again. I finally reached someone after hundreds of attempts and they told me that my warranty had expired and that they would not help replace my console.

They also had the nerve to ask me for phone records which by the way I have requested from my phone carrier to prove to them that I had attempted as many calls as I said that I did.…

Purchased a Nordic Track Treadmill in 2020. Purchased the 5 year warranty on parts and labor at there recommendation. Treadmill quit working and Nordic Track only gives a run around. Call this number, then call the number you called before.

We have purchased several products from NordicTrack and we just recently purchased a treadmill. when we received the product, the frame where the screen mounts to was broken so we had to call NordicTrack re-order a part, take the machine apart and reinstall the part that was broken.

My wife eventually started working out on the machine and the machine was very unstable and it scrubbed on one side, I just called NordicTrack to return the product for an upgrade not a refund and because I was one week and three days outside of the warranty window. They said that there was nothing they could do for me so I would not be ordering anything from NordicTrack ever again.

My new NordicTrack does not work. The belt does not move. It took me a very long time to get in touch with customer service who had me troubleshoot when I had no idea what I was doing. They told me the part that I needed, and that they were going to send it to me.

They refused to send it overnight, so today is day eight and it’s still sitting in the shipping facility not even on its way. Then I’m expected to put the part on a brand new machine. I am No tech. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I have a machine sitting here that is not working that I paid $1000 for. This is absolutely unacceptable. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this because every review has a negative thing to say about customer service.

We were so excited to start using our treadmill! It was delivered on Monday via white glove service (their designated company delivered and installed). It has never worked. Been on hold with chat (no one ever come on), left several support tickets, no one ever called back.

I was determined to get a hold of someone yesterday - at the 3 hour 13 min mark, someone finally picked up. She barely understood English, kept repeating herself like she was reading from a script. ), this is why we paid $299 for White Glove Service!

I purchased a Norditrack treadmill exp 10i in Feb 2021. The screen all of a sudden won't turn on. I have submitted several service requests via email, called and chose the option for them to call me when available, and called again today and held on the line for over an hour and no one picked up.

Norditrack has yet to respond to any of these attempts at customer service. I am disappointed as this treadmill was expensive and should not break especially an electronic component in less than two years. Poor all around!

I have called, created tickets, sat on hold on chat lines and have been unable to get a human being to help me - absolutely horrible customer service - I paid over $2100 for a machine to be assembled and installed in my home and it does not work. Since I cannot get someone to come to my home to fix it I am returning it.

I was hung up on by the sales department when I called to ask how to get help. I can't believe how careless this company is once they have your money.

Hi, I have attempted to contact someone on 5 different occasions, spending over 5 hours on hold. I have submitted 2 requests online and received one email that someone will call at some point. I received one call back after being on hold and the person lost the call and did not bother to call back.

The treadmill quit working midrun. It is a $3000 machine. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Hi I purchased a 1750 commercial treadmill on January 2022 and I started to have problems with it since May 2022.

Also the safety key doesn’t stop it and even it can be started without the safety key on. There is no phone number where I can reach a technician or talk to someone about this. All I got was an automated email response.

Treadmill arrived broken back in October. The treadmill belt won't even move when you step on it on a lower pace setting. Every time I try to get through to customer service it is over an hour wait.

Finally got through to someone who ordered a new motor and was told it would arrive in 2-3 weeks. It has now been 3 months and no where in site. I want a full return and delivery of a new WORKING treadmill but cannot get anyone to answer me or call back.

This is an expensive machine that should be able to be returned. It is the company's fault for stalling beyond the 30 day return policy. I want to speak with someone as soon as possible to get an exchange started.

I bought a very expensive treadmill and after minimal use the motor control board broke. I talked to Nordic Track support hoping to get some sort of discounted rate for this part. There was no reason the treadmill should have stopped so suddenly during a workout and I could have been injured.

After being on hold over multiple days equating to about six hours, I was told the only discount I could get for the part was 3%. I am extremely disappointed that this was the result due to the amount of money that was spent on the treadmill.

I purchased a brand new recumbent bike from Nordictrack website, 2 months ago. I arrived with several broken pieces. I called customer service and instead of them sending me another one, they sent me replacement parts. They took a week to get here, but they didn't tell me I wouldn't be able to put it together without a special tool. That took another week.

I finally can put my new machine together. I go to plug it in but there's nothing on the inside of the opening where the plug goes. I had to take it apart and trace the wires to the plug.

Nothing is there to hold the wires in place. I've asked several times to have a replacement bike sent but was told it would cost me $250 to have them pick it up and they would not send me another one.

My treadmill arrived without a key part. It is unusable. I have been trying to get this resolved for 3 weeks. I have submitted 2 formal cases, used the chat function (through Ifit) and tried calling. I have yet to receive anything other then an automated response (none of which answers my issues).

We bought a s22i for bike Christmas of 21' by September the screen was flickering and turning black. We called customer several (outsourced to india) and they said they would send some wiring harnesses for us to swap out ourselves. They came after Halloween. We swapped them out.

Still wasn't working called again. 3 hours later after being on hold they said the would send us another wiring harness and then send a technician when it arrived. It arrived after Christmas. We called back to schedule a appointment.

They told us it was no longer under warranty. Absolutely horrible customer service with no respect for their customers money. 2k down the drain.

My machine is just barely a month old and due to the holidays has barely been used at all during that month. I attempted to start my workouts last night, Jan 11th, and I got a black screen. I went to my.ifit.com and attempted to get help. I was told they could not help me but I should call in the morning. Next morning, today, I waited 4 hours to get any form of human contact.

We bought our machine - an s22i - a little over a year ago. We're now hearing some noise when using the bike. I placed a ticket on 1/5/23, and have not heard ANYTHING!!. I've tried calling MULTIPLE times. Have been on hold for AN HOUR, and finally gave up.

Called sales yesterday (1/11/23 and they transferred me to customer service, and then held for about 15 minutes. I was finally given an automated option to leave my number and have someone call me. STILL NOTHING!! This is the absolute WORST customer service I've ever seen or heard of.

The bike has been great but the customer service and follow-up ABSOLUTELY BLOWS!!! I will DEFINITELY NOT recommend Nordic Track to anyone who asks me about them , and will explain why.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a treadmill for Christmas. I was concerned with assembling myself so I paid $299 for white glove delivery. The company that delivered it, did a poor assembly job, scratching sides, breaking screws, stripping screws and left me with a machine that will not run. Belt does not run, thus has not been used.

I have tried contacting anyone at NordicTrack to no avail. I get transferred from Member to member without any help whatsoever.

I placed a complaint with the BBB and NordicTrack responds saying due to their return policy I need to pay $250 return fee, 10% restocking fee ($290), and I am already out the $299 white glove delivery fee. I have been having issues with my Bike soon after I got it as a Christmas gift 2 years ago. I have reported problems over 2 dozens times, and still no solution from the company. I recently called and waited on hold for over 2 hours, then over 4 hours and no one ever answered.

We submitted a customer service request on 11-3-22, as of today it is 1-6-23 and we have zero resolution. What we have been given is the run around constantly.

First we were told we needed to register the product, which we had and submitted a screenshot of our registration. We received no response, we contacted 14 days later, asked to supply more information, which was already given multiple times.

I asked to have a supervisor's e-mail, again 14 days wait. Sent another message, finally received an e-mail to a supervisor, so copied them on the e-mail. That was on 12-14, and nothing. I messaged again on 12-29 and once again, silence.

Clearly, NordicTrack does NOT stand behind their product and we made a horrible decision purchasing from them!

I paid extra money for white glove service with my new Nordic Track treadmill. The delivery was HORRIBLE. I am left with a treadmill that does not work and has broken parts. I have contacted Nordic Track and have been passed from one customer service department to another without ANY resolution.

One of your remote customer service representatives (Maureen)had her child yelling in the background. Both my husband and myself were passed from department to department for a cumulative total of 3 hours. I have never dealt with such terrible customer service.

The belt on my ifit treadmill stopped working. I called norcic track twice, the first time i was told it was under warranty and he would schedule a service appt, and then was left on hold for 2 hours. 3 recumbent bike and it has not worked since we put it together last week. Lights come on and it pedals rearward only! Trying to get somebody to fix it is UNBELIEVABLE!! WORST customer experience I have ever had. 1st time I bought Nordictrack and definitely will never again!!!!

I have had the run around for a year almost now. I ordered my treadmill about a year ago from day 1 I reported that the delivery people dropped the treadmill outside and it ran absolutely loud so loud you have to wear ear buds just to even do anything one it.

I had the tech out 2 times and issues still not resolved called for a third time had to reschedule because we had 3 people with covid in the house they blammed me for canceling contacted norditrack again spoke to a Heidi through chat said i would get a call in 48 hours once again its almost another 2 weeks that has gone by. My husband got me a stationary bike at Costco. It came with a 6 months free ifit membership, in order for me to use it I had to put my credit card. After the 6 months the membership expired and I started getting charge, I found it after the third month charge so I called them.

The representative said that he was going to give me December refund and for the other two months, I needed to wait 10 days. The 10 days passed so I called again, and this other representative, even thought I didn’t use the membership for those two months I got charged, said sorry we can’t give you a refund.

I I plugged machine and now won’t turn on. I called and they walked me through a reset with a PAPERCLIP and would not work . 5 hours and I finally hung up as I do have a job. 0 commercial machine in 2021.

I can’t get ahold of anyone to speak about what is wrong and what to do. Worst customer service ever in my opinion. And how does my elliptical break after a year when I just unplugged. I am so upset and dissatisfied with NordicTrack.

This company has you to a website and they don’t help from there . ’

To whom it may concern, At the time of this post I have been on the phone with different departments of Nordic Track for 4 hours. I’m not a happy customer! I called this morning because my C2255 Nordic Track Tread Mill was emitting a smell.

Prior to making this call I reviewed my owner’s manual and proceeded to check those areas covered in my manual. I found no areas of concern so with motor cover removed I started the machine up again. The motor got hot to the touch so I shut it down and pulled the plug and called your organization.

Even though I clearly stated the the problem I was having I keep getting referred to another department. The last person I talked to said it sounded like the machine needed to serviced as I had never greased the walking belt.
