My machine hasn't worked since 2020 and trying to get ahold of someone is near impossible . They want you to take it apart and them call them . I'm very disappointed that I paid all that money and can't even use it or get ahold of them to come fix it and now it's time for the service plan to run out won't recommend them them .

Thought they were a good company . My breathing Dr recommended I get it to help my breathing . Thanks for nothing

I purchased two treadmills and was charged twice for one of them which maxed out my credit card and effected me refinancing my home. Customer service wasn’t able to help me the first time and denied it, the second call the firm admitted it was charged twice.

During each of these two calls I was hung up on when I asked for compensation for the extreme inconvenience of this and no one called me back. Considering you give your number in case the call drops you’d think they wound have called back. Absolutely terrible!

Spending that much money and receiving this kind of customer service is a joke.

We purchased a Commercial X32i treadmill for $3,400 and at year 1, the incline feature began to malfunction. This resulted in the machine being stuck in a permanent decline which has essentially made it impossible for us to use it for the last 8 months.

We began working with customer service asking for a solution 8 months ago and they keep sending different cords that require loads of physical labor as well as research on how to disassemble and put everything back together. This has resulted in hours of wasted time doing pointless manual labor; not to mention hours of time wasted on the phone with customer service.

I bought the new Elite 22 also known as the 2022 Commercial X22i in April 2022 and have less than 50 miles and 10 hours of use. Guess what??? It is broken. The incline/decline does not work and the treadmill belt stopped abruptly mid-run. Scary and potentially dangerous. Their response? Let's send a technician as you are out of the return period. Even if I was still in my right to return it would cost be $250++ to return to them a DEFECTIVE product.

Look elsewhere! For what this cost join a gym.

We plugged in the Nordic Track c 990 and it automatically went to FULL speed while I was standing on it and catapulted me onto the concrete. Sever placed on my feet and legs that are completely RAW. The emergency release won’t shut it off.

NOTHING will unless it’s unplugged. I cannot get a whole of anyone. TERRIBLE customer service!!! BUYER BEWARE!!

Good morning i purchased my treadmill from Nordictrack . com on August 9,2022 . It was delivered on August 13, 2022 and assemble by your team. I paid for the white glove service. I had only had it in my home 19 days when i noticed the belt was unraveling.

It was unbelievable that this was happening. I called customer service on September 1,2022 with Brittaney and she ordered new belt but i still was appalled because this is clearly a default in this brand new treadmill. I also spoke with Terri on September 6,2022 about the same issue and Alleshia and a Matt on September 7,2022.

I was then emailed from tech support stating they couldn't get to me for about 3 weeks. I'm just flabbergasted that its going to take so long. NordicTrack has a30 day return policy but it seems you guys are doing…

The 22i Cycle is a waste of money. The first one purchased stopped working after 8 months. It took nearly three months on constant complaints over the phone before replacement. The 2nd stationary cycle stopped working after less than 7 months.

And they won’t stand behind their product. While I still have payments, supervisor Race A. said it’s my responsibility to hire someone for repair.

the bike stopped working so i called customer service on 6//17/2022 and spoke to a rep who ordered the parts for the bike. The rep said I would have to wait until I got the parts then a tech would call me within 24-48 hrs to schedule a repair time, it is july 26th and I have received no call from a tech to come and repair this bike.

I have spoken to numerous cust service reps and they all say the same thing a tech will call you. This is horrible service it's been over a month I am paying for ifit program I also paid an extended warranty on the bike and I cannot get anyone to come and fix it.

We received a S27i bike on July 15th, 2022. Upon arrival the box was severely damaged, so we called customer service immediately. They instructed us to open the box and check for damage. The inside of the box was crushed and all of the styrofoam was crushed as well.

We couldn’t see any obvious external damage so customer service instructed us to assemble it and test its operations. We did so and noticed noise during the peddling cycle as well as the incline/decline made very loud banging noise and stuck throughout the incline/decline cycle.

We informed customer service we would return for a replacement as any upstanding company would agree on. That’s when the nightmare begins. 3 days and hours on the phone, mostly on hold, we were sent to 4 different departments whom all were defensive…

We received a S27i bike on 07/15/22 that had extensive damage to the outside of the box. One end was crushed in. Called NordicTrack and they said to open the box and check for damage. We took lots of photos as we opened and found damage to the styrofoam packaging thru out, but did not notice much visible damage to the components.

Upon assembly we found the motor that operates the incline/decline makes loud popping noise and locks up as it tries to incline/decline.

Also it has unusual noise when peddling. This machine needs to be replaced as it obviously took a severe impact during shipping. Ive had ongoing issues with my Nordictrack 1750 treadmill. I bought it in November and was working fine up until late April. Since then it has been one problem after another. It started with the belt, then the board, then the power and now the motor.

Ive reached out to customer service multiple times and had zero help. Terrible service with the third party technicians as well. I just want a working machine as soon as possible yet there has been so many hassles.

The delivery contractor they sent damaged our house and machine. IT has been months with no resolve. They sent a technician out that ordered new parts and some of them are correct and some are wrong. All of these replacement parts and the original parts are laying on the floor useless.

Their delivery company insurance is blaming the subcontractor and the subcontractor is avoiding calls. Thousand of dollars in damage to my house. A three thousand dollar pile or scrap metal on the floor and no one will help. Run away from them!

I ordered a brand new treadmill to the tune of $1600. I paid additional to have Nordictrack install it. The motor stopped working just over 30 days after delivery. I have been on the phone for HOURS to try to get this fixed and had to replace 2 parts already.

I had to take apart my own treadmill to replace the first part and tore up my hand doing it. They actually tell you to use a screwdriver to pry the already installed connectors pieces out to replace a major cord.

It went as expected and did not fix the problem. A technician came and replaced the second piece and the machine still will not work. The technician said the only other piece it could be is the motor and he said he would order it.

It has been over 2 weeks and they say they don’t need more information but are ignoring me…

I scheduled a diagnostic service for my treadmill. After waiting 6 weeks, I had to call Nordic Track back because my credit card was charged and there had been no call from a technician.

I received the call from the technician and setup a visit. The technician came to the house, performed the diagnostic, and sent videos to Nordic Track. I was told to call Nordic Track back (3rd time).

I just got off the phone with Nordic Track and have had a miserable experience....

1) No preventive maintenance done; I am told that is not part of another package. I called about 5 years ago and asked for the same package. So, the change was not clear at all. The treadmill is in working condition and was expecting general maintenance.

I have had a terrible time with NordicTrack.

Specifically their choice in shippers. My order has been in my area waiting to be delivered for a month! All attempts to contact the shipper were ignored. It got to the point where I didn’t think I’d even get the order.

I seriously tried calling at least 10 times just for them to seriously not answer the phone. Then finally I got an email TELLING me when they were delivering instead of scheduling like I was told would happen. AND THEN, the day finally comes and they totally stand me up!

I got an appointment time of 10-1 then it got pushed to 2-445.

Finally at 6 I reached out to find out that the terminal was closed. Got no apology, nothing! Just was told they’d put a note in asking for an ETA. Clearly no respect for my time. If this is how…

After over 20 calls each taking at least 90 minutes and several emails I still do not have the the machine and they still have my money. Absolutely horrible customer service. Waited outrageous amount of time to speak with someone who was unable to help me. Unable to track order status because the order number that was emailed to me was not valid. I ordered a Treadmill as a gift for a friend months before the holidays.

It arrived late (after the holidays), and it arrived BROKEN, and I had to spend hours on the phone with a customer service agent re-submitting the order. You would think that when a company is unable to deliver a broken product they would immediately contact the customer to reschedule delivery.

I paid for a bike in full. I was sent an email to schedule a delivery date. The site stated error, no slots available.

Finally after 4 days l was able to schedule delivery for 1/24/22. I was to get an email with a 4 hr window, instead l got one with an 11 hr window. I sent an email to iFIT for clarification and called them 4 times!

l called Nordic Track 5 times with hold times over an hour. One condescending manager told me people take the day off to wait for their bike, and preceded to ask me if l work 11 hrs which is irrelevant and none of his business regarding the delivery of my bike.

I put an order in for a treadmill in Jan 10th. The email said it would ship on the 13th, on the site it said the 14th. I finally called on the 19th and was told the 21st. I had to call again today (24th) only to be told it’s now the 26th, which still may or may not be accurate.

They say they have no information on what the delay is, or how long it will actually be. They also told me the only way to get updates is to call back or use their chat feature which hasn’t worked once.

Basically they can’t tell me anything and nothing online gets updated. Terrible system and terrible customer service. I really hope the product is better that the company logistics and customer service are.

This company lies. We had 2 incorrect items delivered to us after a month. Their product tracking “supervisor” named Brendon blamed the shipping company for both wrong bikes being delivered. He said he would call me back after speaking with the warehouse to find our correct item on their dock.

He didn’t call back then later claimed that he never said that he would. I called the shipping company. They were never sent the correct bikes. He then accused me of telling the shipping company that I WANTED the wrong bike. What? It was absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered my treadmill on January 1st. I had not received any information. So I called on January 6th to inquire about it. I was going to cancel my order in that day. I was told that the treadmill had shipped out a couple of days before I called, and I would be charged $250 return fee.

Do not buy through Norditrack. You will never receive your equipment. On 11/26/21 Norditrack knew they didn’t have their equipment in stock but did not inform me. Instead they allowed me to finance their equipment, have my credit score impacted, then sent me used equipment with broken parts with hopes I would accept it or possibly not notice until the machine broke.

Luckily, I was home when the installers came and witnessed them trying to convince me to keep a used machine. I didn’t allow this to happen. Instead, I reached out to customer service who promised to send me new equipment immediately.

Nordictrack used to be a good company with reasonable customer service but not anymore!

We have a rower and a bike, both of which were delivered and work as advertised. We ordered our treadmill on October 29th, 2021 and it shipped to the delivery company in our hometown, arriving on November 22nd, 2021.

Zero communication from the delivery company and we called Nordictrack several times to get to the bottom of the issue. We were told the delivery agent was a new company and were told that we would get help soon. My Running machine has been down for a week with software problems. I have been on hold every night for a week for two hours each time and spoken to three different people. Each person told me i had the wrong number and gave me another number where once again i have been placed on hold.

I'm about ready to call the bank and get my money back for this bike. When we brought the bike the service was great but the after sales service is very poor. its a shame because the equipment and platform is great but whoever is in charge off service needs to be sacked and some one else employed to sort this mess out.

No one will answer the phone and when they do they don't answer your questions and they send you to another line in which you wait hours and never get anyone to pick up. They lie and say you can get tracking information by text however this NEVER gives any information.

I placed and order over 17 days ago and paid in full and can get NO information about tracking or arrival. This is NO WAY to run a company. The customer service agents cut you off by automatically sending you to another department without helping.

Will never order Norditrack again due this. TERRIBLE

This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a product and I do a lot of purchasing so that's saying a lot! The Nordictrack Commercial Treadmill 1750 that I ordered came damaged three times. The first time it was apparent that a forklift had actually pierced the box all the way through which bent the entire frame!

Each time I called Nordictrack there was no explanation or assurance that this product would not ship out to me again damaged nor were they able to expedite the replacements. On top of this the shipping companies Nordictrack uses are equally unprofessional and abrasive, I was hung up on twice and told it wasn't their problem.

After months of trying to get this treadmill I have given up. Stay away from Nordictrack and Ship Right! What a complete waste of…

My treadmill will not incline, so I called to request an order for the issue, but the telephone representative , Shelly, said that she had to troubleshoot the issue before she submitted an order, but she was unable to troubleshoot as the link that she sent malfunctioned 3 times. Also, my husband was unable to remove the cover to expose the motors for troubleshooting.

I purchased 2 machines from Nordictrack- bike/treadmill- along with extended service plans. In June 2021, it had been 1yr fr purchase and I initiated a service maintenance for my bike. To date (Oct 12,2021) I have yet to receive a call or rendered service from vendor.

I have repeatedly called the Nordictrack UTS/Customer Service line requesting a status and all they can do is call the vendor and ask me to call back in 2days if I receive no response. This back and forth has been repeated on several occasions with no results.

I still need my machines maintenance per the contract I purchased. Had I known there was only 1 vendor to service my area, I would have never purchased from Nordictrack. This is beyond ridiculous and inconsiderate. I hope Nordictrack does better with their customers…

GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR ORDER!!!! Having spent over $2000 on a professional level exercise bike, I would consider this a major purchase. NordicTrack however does not deliver these items themselves, they hire Ryder Last Mile. I've been waiting over three weeks and have had two appointments for delivery which still has not come to fruition.

They play games by pointing the finger and blaming each other, in the meantime I am the one who suffers. At this point I am now waiting once again for a delivery date (since they flatly refused to honor the first two they gave me).

NordicTrack offers little to no help and I am seriously considering seeking others in this situation for a class action lawsuit!

I bought my $4,000 treadmill from nordictrack less than a month ago and it’s already broken. The belt doesn’t move and the buttons do not work. Not only is the treadmill less than a month old, we also bought their warranty and they STILL refuse to come diagnose the problem and fix it.

The unknowledgeable rep told us to watch a YouTube video and diagnose the problem ourselves so that they didn’t have to “pay a tech to come out”. We paid for a warranty and we get a one year warranty included in the machine.

Isn’t the whole point of buying a warranty so they come out and fix it? Guess that’s asking too much. So we don’t have the tools to open the treadmill, because we also paid to have someone come and install the machine.

Received machine that does not work. Notified company within 48 hours of receiving product. They sent replacement parts within 10 days and service technician was supposed to come fix. Waited another week to get service appointment then technician never showed up.

I have been unable to get service technician to return my calls. I contacted Nordictrak service 3 times on 4/7/21, 4/9/21 and 4/14/21. Every time I call I am told it is being sent to a "service coordinator to reschedule with technician that didn't show up or be reassigned to a new technician and will be contacted in the next 24-48 hours.

I have not been contacted by Nordictrak any of the three times they have said I would be. My machine is still broken and my first payment through their financing is due. This has been 1 month of…
