I have been discriminated against because of my disability. I have requested a reasonable accommodation for my disability for over one month that was ignored. The accommodation requested was to speak with card services via email instead of phone for my disability.

Each response I was given was to call, and I was continually called even though I informed them several Times I need to discuss via email. I’m now being ignored since mentioning discrimination.

Item was to be pick up on the 3rd from the somerset mall store, then I get a email saying it wouldn’t be ready until the 6th. When placed the order I needed it the next day, that was why I agreed to pick it up, because my grandson was leaving on the 4th.

If I would have known it wouldn’t be ready until the 6th I could have purchased it somewhere else at a cheaper price. Called customer service to try an cancel due to not getting my purchase when told, and was told I have to wait until the warehouse sends it to the store. Nordstrom.

million dollars business and all my Pennie’s count. They should have cancell the order at my request and refunded my money. They are worst, this isn’t the first time I have had a problem with them. I will not for sure order anything else from them

This is the third time this has happened in sending clothes to my daughter in California. They left the security tag on i jacket i just sent her . Her time is valuable and once again she has to go to the store to take it off.

I ordered a Valentino garavani nero crossbody in black for $1490. I was so excited to receive my package today as it was a birthday gift for me and I was going to wear it on Sunday to a wedding.

When I picked up the box from my front porch I thought it was kind of strange that the box felt so light. I felt like I should’ve recorded myself opening the box in case something was off but I was too excited.

I opened the box and there was this ugly old lady blouse instead of my bag. The blouse is probably no more than $30. I practically had an anxiety attack as I contacted customer service via chat online. The first person I contacted never responded after asking me for my order number.

The next person was going to help me order the bag but I was of course going to get charged the full price…

Did not help with resetting my password when I was in Europe. Charged me late fee and won't waive it. When I contacted customer service, they told me to call the billing. And so the story goes- they don't intent to waive the late fee, they will send you back and forth to get rid of you.

Sending generic templates "we're here to help". Terrible customer service.

I emailed Nordstrom customer service regarding a old merchandise certificate that I found and wondered if it was still valid. My response from customer service was immediate but: 1) they spelled my name wrong 2) they misunderstood my question thinking it was for a gift card.

I immediately sent email back saying it was a paper merchandise certificate dated 1998. The response was to go to a Nordstrom and find out What kind of customer service was that???

Please, see attached email communication with Nordstrom customer service. Nordstrom Return department have received my return, using the label from Nordstrom website but they've lost it inside the warehouse and they refuse to refund my money. How is the Nordstrom return department loss is my problem as a consumer????

And don't know what you would call it but I call it theft and fraud and for the company of Nordstrom reputation, this is simply unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund or I will dedicate all my free time to make sure everyone if the world knows about Nordstrom return policy.

I was unfairly racially profiled today by several members of the team. From the moment I walked in the store, the security pegged me as someone who may be shoplifting and proceeded to have several employees follow me around the store.

I will NEVER EVER support this location or business again, as these are the types of experiences that damage people's shopping experience. I came in the store to perform a return and left feeling as if I committed a crime - simply because a member of your staff felt I "looked" like I was doing something wrong.

If someone could contact me about this it would be greatly appreciated. I do not intend to spend my money with Nordstrom brands anymore. This type of behavior is inexcusable.

I recently ordered Lancome Renergie Lift Mukti-action moisturizer. Order # 41286800 which had a gift with purchase. I received the moisturizer but not the gift with purchase. I called your 800 number today to let you know it was not sent to me, and the lady who was difficult to understand had me hold. 00.

I went online again, and I found Lancome gift with purchase came with many items considerably less then. 00. I have ordered Lancome from you for years, and the policy has never been this amount for the gift. I was going to let this go, but I’m upset!

On 2/10, purchased a pair of converse run star hike sneakers white black gum at South Coast Plaza store order #412563507. Item was to be shipped for another store. On 2/15 I received the order with yellow crock slides worth $115.

I took them back to the Nordstrom in Arcadia, CA and was told they are no longer available and I can look for another pair if I want to find them myself. I am a big fan of shopping at Nordstrom store because of the level of service but in this case the service sucked.

Nordstrom at the Grove in Los Angeles sent an incomplete online order and did not work with the customer to resolve the issue. They want the customer to go to a physical store and return the item when customer specified that the reason for the online order was inability to go to an online store.

I paid over $40 for a Chanel eyeliner only to receive the empty eyeliner with no ink. Issue remains unresolved.

My wife attempted to return a coat that was too big how much she received Christmas. The Lenexa, KS employee, Greg, was very unprofessional, condescending, and flat out rude. She tried the coat on one time and a button fell off.

He refused to exchange occur if it was too big for her, and even charged for $10 to repair the coat. We have shopped this store. Many times. If this is the best of employees you can find, we will no longer be bringing our business here and will let others know as well.

There is absolutely no reason for his condescending demeanor, and and people like this have no business in customer service.

I purchased a present from Nordstrom thinking okay the salesperson explained what a nice brand this bracelet was 643905817207 I figured I’d purchase and within 4 months the bracelet completely broke into 2 pieces. Such poor quality, I had a friend tell me to complain and I did just that and was given only an apology for what happened.

This might be the worst company to be employed by! Nordstrom fired me for so called “ employee discount fraud” which is something that they could not prove at all! Nordstrom DOES NOT give out any ID or nothing to identify you as an employee but our employee numbers.

As a sales girl I’m not allowed to tell you no if you know your numbers, so to say that someone was doing discount fraud is ridiculous!!! I plan on letting every social media outlet be aware of this ridiculousness and how they only look at the BLACK employees in Tyson’s corner.

On 12/30/22 I placed an order for two pairs of Tory Burch shoes. Order 406381155. My address on the order 19120 Chapel Hill Dr, Brookfield, WI 53045. Someone changed the order address to 20520 Chadwick Lane, Brookfield, W I 53045.

I have not lived at that address since 2018. My husband call customer service explains our address and she sends an email with the wrong address. Unreal. I want the two pairs of Tory Burch shoes I ordered. Where are they. I want them immediately.

Their chat is sh*t. They don't even try to help you and decline any price adjustment. They pretend there is a 'list of competitors'. Well, since they declined my request I went and purchased from the competitor, obviously. The item was cheaper only $50, so they lost $100 from me and the competitor earned $100.

They don't care, just send you a 'template' and if you even try to argue they will start to discipline you like they owned the company. I thought that people who earn $30-40 per year in a customer service are more humble, but no, they only give you attitude and are lazy.

I'm very disappointed that the price adjustment has been rejected. I followed the steps online under MY ORDER in time, when the dress was still available in discounted price (additional 25%) on the NORDSTROM website on 2022-12-25 at 12:45AM PST. At that time I submitted my name and email address as requested for price adjustment. Response was to wait 3-5 days for the price adjustment. However, next morning I decided to follow up with a phone call. During the phone call I was notified that the dress was sold out already and the representative could not provide an adjustment. I placed order #405917766 on December 27, 2022 at or around 9:00 AM and I’m extremely dissatisfied with the transactional experience. The reason why I am so disappoint is the interaction I had with your customer service representative and customer service manager Rachel.

I notified customer service via telephone to report that Nordstrom online system produced a pricing error with my purchase. I was surprised and a little shock set the manager hand representative showed no concern about trying to correct pricing error.

Possibly the worst customer service in the world. I placed an order today off of Nordstrom for the holidays. My plan was to get it in express shipping. They did not give me an option for that, the only option was standard free shipping.

So I took the risk and placed the order thinking it would come in a week or two. I then look at my confirmation order and see that it comes in ONE MONTH??? I immediately call customer service and calmly talk to them about my situation asking if there is any way they can make it come sooner since they didn’t give me an express shipping option.

I am escalating this matter because of the high level of abuse by the King of Prussia, PA dept manager of cosmetics. She was almost violent as she publicly yelled at me in front of 6 employess and numerous customers. It was uncalled for and disgraceful. I made a huge purchase on December 7 for Christmas gifts. I gathered the money for a long time as I wanted to get something from this store, which is usually too expensive for me. I bought a bag, a perfume kit, 2 earrings an one long coat.

I purchased items on one card, returned them and was supposed to be issued a refund onto another card however I was charged again for the items instead. I made numerous attempts to explain this issue to one of your supervisors named Jackson on December 19, 2022.

I purchased a pair of recycled rubber boots supposedly made in Portugal from your website on 10/29/22. Received them on 11/8/22. I wore them a total of 4 times and noticed the seam on the top of the right boot splitting open.

I contacted the boot manufacturer directly about the defect and was told that because I purchased them from an online retailer (Nordstrom Rack), that I would need to contact you about a refund. I called your “customer service” line and spoke with three different people because each time I was put on hold, a different person would pick up the line.

It felt a lot like a shell game. When I was able to explain what had happened to someone in your customer service department, she told me that because I had worn the boots, they would not returnable. How unfortunate.

If I could rate my horrific experience with 0 stars, I would! I purchased a wallet at the end of July for an out-of-state, relative. Perfect for an Autumn Birthday - so I thought. There wasn’t enough room in the wallet, as well as card slots.

I received the wallet back via USPS mail this week and brought the wallet back WITH a receipt. , and I usually do my shopping at the Nordstrom store at the Natick Mall, in Massachusetts. Heartbroken when the Providence Nordstrom closed, but pleased that there was a Nordstrom Rack, in Warwick.

I just wanted to complain about the way your signage reads. Different amounts off based on selling price. After my wife spent considerable time looking at shoes we proceeded to go pay for the items. At that point we were told shoes don’t fall under the sale.

Admittedly when we relooked at the sigh it does say exclusions may apply. But there is no indication what is or isn’t included. If all shoes are not part of thee sale how hard could it be to have signs in that department saying so.

It is probably 1/3 of your store or more. It would save people a lot of time and frustration not to mention embarrassment of say sorry we will pass of the items. This is the kind of thing that have made us pay off our Nordstrom card and shop less at your stores.

I tried to return a small jar of moisturizer by Charlotte Tilbury. I was told I couldn’t return it since it had been opened. I purchased this less than a week ago, original box, with receipt. They never told me I wouldn’t be able to return it.

I was checking out with an online order (approximately $45) which was a gift for a baby out-of-state. I was having this gift sent to the recipient. The only gift option available to me was a free email message which I was not interested in.

All I wanted was a gift receipt. No box, no gift wrap. Just a gift receipt. I could find no place to request this simple procedure. So I called the customer service and although the representative was polite, I was told that Nordstrom does not provide gift receipts for online orders.

We are not shopping in stores at all due to Covid so online is our only option. And ALL I was asking for was a gift receipt. I was told they would receive the gift along with the receipt invoice showing the price. So very tacky.

Hannah Moore a hiring manager at Nordstrom and made me so uncomfortable. She was being really rude and interrupting me all the time. I wasn’t able to finish talking when she was the one who asked me a question. She also made it seam like my past work experiance was invalid when I had been there for more than 6 months and had valid references.

Her facial expressions weren’t subtle at all either her face immediately fell when she saw me and kept trying to figure out ways she could shoot me down during the interview.

I was in your shoe dept in the Columbia store in Columbia Md. I was interested in purchasing two pairs of shoes. I walked over to an older gentleman who discriminated against me. I am a masculine lesbian woman. I stood waiting for the gentleman who was having a private conversation.

After about 5 minuted he finally dressed me annoyed. As I was telling him what I wanted another sales men came out of the back and he disregarded me an pushed me off on the other gentleman. This treatment caused me to not get the shoes I wanted and consider not patronizing your store.

I am under no illusion my fee dollars will not hurt your business, but I would hope that on a corporate level this is not acceptable.

I have a gift card wherein the first four numbers of the gift card number are unreadable; the bar code number and access code are in tact. I spoke with Maria via chat a few weeks ago and was told I could expect a replacement within 72 hours. I did not. Reached out again and spoke with (I believe Shaneda) someone who apologized and, again, told me I could expect a replacement within 72 hours. Didn't come. The man who waited on us did not put the shoes on my granddaughter. He did not measure her foot, disappeared after getting the first shoe, when he returned was not at all attentive to her fit. She has a long narrow foot and usually Nordstroms has her size and she can get fit, but it takes attention to details.

I worked as a gig employee for Wonolo and an employee at store #787 in Birminghamd Alabama cursed me out. The managers were not empathetic nor did they resolve the issue, Instead, they created more drama and added fuel to the fire by adding employees and gossiping. Went to the Farmington Station Nordstrom Rack. in Farmington, Utah. Sunday the 22nd of August. The door had a sign that said that masks were required even if vaccinated. I respect a businesses decision to request, so I put it on and went in.

I noticed that most of the customers, including a few employees were not wearing masks. I went to the counter to do a return and asked the girl if we were supposed to wear masks because the sign said we must but there were people not masked.

she said yes, you must wear your mask. This was a bit confusing since nobody else was wearing one, including an employee at the next register. I told her I had my vaccination and did I need it since nobody else was wearing them.

She told me that I needed to keep my mask on. She did not explain anything else…

I’ve called the costumer service 4 times about a problem with my online order. To get connected each time I had to wait around 20/40 minutes. Finally getting connected, I explained my issue and I guess because they can’t solve my issue they put me on hold and eventually my call gets disconnected. I’m very frustrated about this, I don’t have the time of the world since I have 4 kids at home to take care of! I’ve e decided to cancel all my orders since I’m not getting helped.

I placed an on-line order on May 13, 2020 from Nordstram, Order No. confirmation. After 30 days, on June 22, 2020, I requested a follow-up using the customer service option. NORACORA sent a reply email indicating the shipment was delayed due to COVID-19. Of course, this is understandable. They provided a tracking number and I searched USPS Tracking and learned the shipment was delayed in San Francisco. It appears that Nordstram's has not made any contingency plans with a contractor or courier to deliver shipped items from San Francisco.

As another follow-up, I contacted customer service again on July 1, 2020 inquiring about a possible refund. A reply from "Icy" (Christine Wu) was received on July 3rd, indicating "Your parcels are still in transit.The shipping information maybe updated…

I note on the preamble re -your company that you have misspelled the word 'company' or maybe its a typo' . Either way, for a purported upmarket company - that's spelled 'company', you would expect some eloquence. I will assume its the same low life who have the same ethics of how they kill animals for their fur who wrote it; base, grotesque, inhumane, and endorsed by the same ethics from the management of your company. I have seen the evidence from PETA footage and nothing in my writing to you will come anything near the abhorrence I feel towards 'those' people as described and those of your company who are ok with this and still sleep. Visit PETA's evidence and listen to the screaming, the blood, the complete and utter horror and still endorse this!

So here is the deal, there was a Nordstrom employee at the downtown Seattle Nordstrom, I asked for assistance, she became very nasty. There was four to five employees doing nothing... So I waited to look at a watch, when she finally came over, she was less than pleasant. So guess what, I did not buy that 3,500 dollar watch at your store... But I did at another!
