I love to shop but I own a business and my time is limited. Last week I went to Nordstrom to shop and found much of the store off-limits because of an upcoming sale. I was informed by a clerk that the day I was welcome to shop depended on my level as a shopper.

Not only is your promotion inconvenient but it is insulting. Who dreamt up this idea. I otherwise would have been spending money in your store that day. Instead, I left and went to another store. I wouldn't mind a promotion allowing credit card customer to presale items or a discount offered to the regular customer the day before a sale but this not a good idea.

As a businesswoman, I am inclined to believe in a bird in hand is worth two in the bush. In other words, if my customer is ready to do business I am ready to accept their…

I'm disgusted, angered, and hurt the way I was discriminated against today at Nordstrom in Topanga Plaza in Woodland Hills. I'm a single mom shopping with my mom and 2 year old. I was in the shoe department and asked to try on some Nikes and they told me that because I was a only level one cardholder I wasn't allowed to try on the shoes. They were having a 3 day preview for level 2 and 3 card holders. They told me I couldn't buy anything until Friday which was fine but they still told me I couldn't on the shoe because I am at a level one status. All I wanted to do was try on the shoe. They were rude about after I even went up to a manager in that department.

I am a loyal customer and member at Nordstrom for years. I love their policies and their customer service. 2 wks. Ago, I bought these 2 pair of shorts from Nordstrom rack's some new brand that they just started to carry in the store and it says made in India on the tags.

So I wore it the very first time and went on for my boat ride, I usually keep my phone in my pockets when not in use and not carry it in my hands al the time, so that's exactly what I did, and guess what it just slipped through the pocket tearing the stitching apart and on the ground ! Now my phone has got some damage on the borders and I was shocked... and I started using my phone again for a little bit just to make sure there's no more internal damage to it, but it wasn't ! I would have giving a 0 star if I had too! I had been shopping at Nordstrom.com around 7-8 years and had a worst experience ever recently. I placed the order of a burberry hoodie, the delivery data shows the package was delivered but when I got home I did not see any package. So I contacted Nordstrom customer service via phone immediately for this missing package issue and hoping they could maybe contact carrier driver to see where they left the package! 00 with my Nordstrom retail card (4470-4310-1314-7707). I returned the poncho in person at the Nordstrom San Francisco store and put the refund on my Nordstrom debit card (4470-4110-1579-1199). The refund never appeared on my debit card/bank account. I called customer service and told them the funds never appeared on my debit card.

The customer service rep told me the debit card was no longer valid because i hadn't used it in awhile, but the expiration date on it is 11/19. She told me that she would call the San Francisco store where i returned the item and have them debit my Nordstrom retail card.

Brazil restaurant ,Cold burgers and fries on Feb 22nd. cocktail napkins.no silverware offered..The food is always good,so i invited 2 friends,one from Australia ,I was very disappointed The charge on my Nordstrom card if you need to verify our presence. I am a loyal customer, I only shop Nordstrom, have been for years. I love their policies and their customer service. on Thursday, I was in the mens department with one of your employees, who always attends to shopping with me, when I asked her to take out a Burberry bag (mens) for me to purchase.

I liked it very much cause it was the equestrian style and the bag was for my son who owns a large farm. 00 I didn't want to give my son a gift that is not complete and looks like I bought it second hand.

we went over to handbags, and all the Burberry bags came with them.…

This is theholiday shopping season and last Thursday after work I walked 4blocks in freezing cold Chicago weather to the Nordstrom store on Michigan Ave to do my Christmas shopping. I saw a line of people waiting to one side to get into the store and I thought it was for a special cosmetic event...

but when I attempted to enter the store to do my Christmas shopping a guard turned me away telling me the store was only open for this event to the people invited!!! I shop Nordstrom online once or twice a month and never received any invite and then was refused entrance to do my Christmas shopping after walking all that way.

I turned around and went to Bloomingdale’s. Is this how you treat your good customers? Shame on you!

I have been a loyal Nordstrom customer for many, many years and have spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years both in store and online shopping (look up my account number). Frankly, I have never had a bad experience with Norstrom until now.

I recently purchased a David Yurman leather bracelet on line (order # 160030912-00001) and received the delivery the other day. I made an online order with Nordstrom Rack a couple months ago and during the transaction my $64 gift card was drained and not applied to the purchase (what they called a "phantom order"). I immediately called customer service to resolve the issue and was then in contact through email with a Nordstrom customer service representative. The representative never replied to my email to resolve the issue and I then had to call 5 or 6 times over the course of the next several weeks to follow up.

Each person I talked to made "notes" about my problem in their system and I was then promised a new gift card to be sent in the mail within 3-5 business days. The mens grooming department at Nordstrom where such high end brands like Jack Black, Kiehls, The Art of Shaving, Anthony Logistics, and new line which I had come specifically to purchase exclusively sold by Nordstrom is Profile for Men, a high end mens skincare line developed by the actor Robb Lowe, Both Nordstrom and the company Profile has spent quite a lot of money promoting this line, and I have bought it at the Nordstrom Perimiter mall, Atlanta location and the Phipps Plaza Atlanta/Buckhead location. This entire department is virtually ignored by the salespeople.
