Norton was supposed to be one of the top anti-virus protections. When I changed my mind 3 days later due to technical issues, I attempted to call 4 times. Each time I had to explain the problem to a person with very limited English capabilities.
Very frustrating-and after coping with it-I asked for a supervisor. Each time I was told that wasn't possible, or no one was available. The fourth day I contacted my bank to stop payment, but was told the $30 had already been processed and my only option was to get a new bank card to prevent any further deductions.
I have told everyone I know about this, and consider this to be deliberate corporate greed. and manipulation
