This is my 4th time trying to get some resolution about our trip. Your travel section booked our flights to and from the ship. Because of their timing, we missed our flights. We did receive some money back but still shorted us about $1500.00 I don't think we should be a loss to us, I am asking for credit on up coming cruise.

Reservation #53447157 We have a cruise reservation with NCL to Alaska in October from Seattle. We found out that the cabin price has decreased since we booked and paid for it.

We have spoken to NCL on 4 different occasions and received 4 different answers, from they are checking on it to we will get a next cruise credit onto our account. They even gave us a case number, which seems to make no difference.

Spoke with NCL just now and was told that since we the cruise is paid for there is nothing they can do, since it is 50 days out.

We have cruise with NCL many time prior to this and they had no problem crediting our account with next cruise credits.

On August 7th my niece, my sister, my brother in law and I were supposed to take an Alaskan cruise on the Norwegian Sun. We had booked the airfare through Norwegian. We were at the Burlington, VT Airport at 4 AM for a flight that was leaving at 6:19 AM.

Our reservation numbers through Norwegian were 48371813 Mine and My Niece Emily's and 48371800 my sister and her husband. We were booked on Delta Airlines to Atlanta then to Seattle to catch the ship leaving at 5 PM. At 5AM we were told by Delta that our connecting flight from Atlanta to Seattle was cancelled due to storms. Our nightmare began.

I had an appointment with a reservation agent named JAY at 3:00 on Friday. He never called me at all. He was working on a bundle package for me & my husband for a cruise in Sept. on the Epic.

We have had more time to think about it & have decided not to go. We were up for it when I talked with him. Unfortunately, you lost a good paying customer because of his ineptness.

I booked my cruise on the wrong date as my family. I found this error in July. I did not want to cancel my trip I just wanted to get on the same ship same level as my family .

I was booked on the Sept 9 should have been Sept 16. After specking with your customer service rep. Sabrina who spelled her name for me very smug by the way. She insisted she could not wave the penalty because I was canceling my trip.

I felt it was a transfer not a cancellation. I take full responsibility for the mistake. I was very disappointed with the options I was given . 00 in fees. 28 . I understand your rules and I agree if I had decided to not go on the cruise I would pay a penally.

I just wanted to express the ire and disappointment with Norwegian Cruise Line and their flight reservations department.

My criuse is November 8th on the Epic. I called NCL air reservations department to coordinate with them as to what I need for my flight from palm springs ca to Rome italy. The rep refused to hear my needs, was demeaning, nasty and never ask how she could help come to a resolution. All I want is to get to Rome sometime in the daytime, not midnight, and maybe pay for an upgrade, depending on costs, and look at seat assignments.

Booked an Alaskan cruise aboard the Norwegian Bliss for 9/23/2023. Reservation completed on 1/6/23; resv #51668978. Cruise was paid in full 5/18/23. Round trip air was included in pricing.

On 5/18, I spoke with Crystal to make corrections to the spelling of our grandson's name and to request a deviation for the flight to Seattle. We wanted to travel to Seattle from Pittsburgh, Pa on 9/22/23, the day BEFORE the cruise was to depart in hopes of minimizing air travel issues.

Because of weather conditions the airlines canceled our flight for our cruise on June 4 resveration 50984135. we were told by NCl agent that insurance would pay for our previous cruise and our cruisenext credits would be applied to our new cruise.

My wife and I booked a cruise for our honeymoon. Norwegian took care of everything including booking our flights with Southwest airlines, we bought trip insurance. Our flights were delayed and when we got to the ship we were told we couldn't board because it was too late.

During the flights we were in contact with Norwegian customer service they knew what was going on. We were told that we would have to pay out of pocket and get to Costa Rica 3 days later if we wanted to board the ship!

We don't speak there language and we feel like that wasn't a safe place to try and get in and out of. We also didn't have that much extra money to spend. We decided that we weren't going to be able to go to Costa Rica.

Recently on cruise to Northern Europe on the Dawn. Leaving Southampton on 5/24. I was traveling with a member of AA. On every menu was a non alcoholic beer.

However, the only place he was able to get that beer was in the Specialty restaurants. 00 to get the beer. REALLY! These people are already having a hard time to stay sober, now they can’t get something that’s on the drink menu.

More and more people are not drinking, I highly recommend that NCL catch up with the times. There are so many non alcohol beers and wines that should be on your ships. He is so upset with NCL that he is considering never traveling on them again.

I was booked with my boyfriend Joe Erickson on an Alaskan cruise on spirit on June 21st 2023. We had a flight through you from mpls to Denver then Denver to Vancouver. We made it to Denver and got on the Canada Air flight.

The flight got canceled do to plane failure. They booked us on another flight to Vancouver by way of a stop in L A leaving us to arrive in Vancouver at 10pm. The Norwegian cruise leaves the pier at 5pm.

We tried to get another flight to Vancouver but nothing. We tried to find another solution and was going to book a flight to Seattle and then to Sitka Alaska on Friday the 23rd which was the first port stop.

We had paid 3 cabin reservation since March in full. When I tried to reserve a $100 dllr tour for my mother, the credit card didn't go through but I didn't notice since the notice was sent to her email. She being an 83 year old lady didn't even check her email during those days. The thing is she only got 1 notice saying that the payment for the tour didn't go through.

When I tried to book another tour 10 days later , I couldn't sign in to her account and was told that the reservation was CANCELLED because we had a pending payment (the tour) so they "took the liberty" to reimburse about 60% of what we had payed for the cabin. I only noticed the reimbursment because I was checking my credit card statement for other reasons.

Customer service and booking agent is the worst.. Booking agent made so many mistakes from the original booking to the days we are to leave. Not so much as gee I'm sorry let me try to fix this .. Just oh well i will see what i can do.

I have been going on cruises for 30 years and the last five were through NCL as an adult. My prior four experiences were okay. Not bad, not great. But you get what you pay for, so I always got what I expected. 5 and 6).

Writing here since we cannot get past a wall with NCL Customer Service. Cruise scheduled for 5/1/2023 leaving Vancouver going to Seward AK. We chose to have NCL Air Division book our flights thinking they would get the best connection to be sure we could arrive on time.

I just came back from a 16 days NCL Breakaway transatlantic cruise. It was our worst nightmare from day one all the way to the end. Everybody was complaining about the service, the organization, the lack of responsibility, terrible food, the activities cruise director was the worst, customer service agents were rude, incompetent and no respect whatsoever.

Instead of making our vacation a pleasant one, with their negativity(always saying No, apparently NCL workers favorite word) they gave us a real nightmare. I will Never cruise with this awful cruise line. Lack of every thing that we look forward on vacation, specially on a long cruise like this one.

My whole family had the worst experience in our lives. Do NoT recommend NCL not even to my worst enemy.

My family and friends have used Norwegian Cruise Line for years as our preferred cruise line. Unfortunately, after this last experience, we will NEVER use them again. For this particular trip, we’ve booked about 40 cabins in all as a group trip to Alaska.

My father booked the reservations for him/my mom, my sister/husband, and me/my cousin, with that being said my father also called in to set up a deviated flight for all of us to leave out of JFK on 6/19 instead of 6/21. EVERYONE’S flights were changed to the correct departure date EXCEPT for mine.

Re Reservation number 51593441 I booked an excursion the day of sailing through NCL and was told that the air coordinator would make sure that my flight would arrive In time for the excursion and if there was a problem, they would attempt to fix since it was booked and paid for so far ahead.

I have a disability & had quite a few problems with the Norwegian Joy ADA room. The door was broken & kept hitting me & my scooter. It took 2½ days to fix it!! There are other issues as well I encountered thru the trip.

We booked an Alaskan cruise with Norwegian for May 21st to May 28th. We recently were sent our flights for this cruise only to find that we were not seated together on any of our flights nd our return flight was booked for 11:59 PM on our return.

We are seniors, not in our twenties, we go to bed at 9:30 at night. My partner is still working and was expected to be back to work on Monday at 6:30 AM. We won't get home until 11:30AM! We are booked on an Alaskan cruise in May. When we received notice that our flights were booked we found that we had been booked on an overnight flight to return home. We are expected to spend 16 hours sitting in the airport and to be up for over 30 hours.

We are seniors, not teenagers! Norwegian refused to change this saying that it is POLICY not to change flights once they are booked. But we were NEVER ask if that would be okay for us. Their solution is to either cancel the airfare or the cruise, but options at a substantial cost to us.

The booking agent lying to me and refusing to move to groups due to his commission. I have 11 suites booked. He suggested him tagging which is no longer done. All to allow himself to get the commissions we as a group get nothing.

Booked a cruise using just Norwegian for air fare and the cruise. Have sailed with them 2 times prior. Was told when we booked with their agent that we would be able to use our vouchers but she would have to wait to apply the 2nd voucher. This never happened.

I thought that NCL was the only company that I would cruise with after going to the Panama Canal in 2018 on Feb 16-March 2. Everything was a wonderful experience! This recent cruise was not as likable! The pool area has no kept rules for reserving a chair or lounge!

This makes it most uncomfortable for any person who has to ask why all the empty seats with towels on them for 2-6 hour are still reserved! I understand that COVID may have not helped in having enough staff, throughout the cruise and including taking up to 3-1/2 hours to be served at the 3 main dinner rooms!

The last and most troubling experience was getting off the ship! We had an 8:45 am time and didn't get through customs until 11:30am. We lost our prepaid shuttle because of this and had to find a different transportation!…

Hello, My name is Joyce Gabel. I sailed with my husband and best friends on Feb 5,2023 on the Breakaway. I have written to you several times concerning the matter of me becoming violently ill from an excursion you strongly recommended and continue to still recommend.

It was the VIP excursion to Turquise Bay in Rotan Honduras. We Pais 350 to go on this excursion and also tipped very well. My husband and I got very sick and to my knowledge at least 23 people that we know of from our bus go the same illness.

1. I am not much of drinker but when I did want a drink it took between 25 to 29 minutes to place my order most of the time on deck 6 and deck 7. The bartenders where doing their best!

You need to staff up when you book at 250% capacity. 2. The Atrium area was always to darn loud. You need to move these games to a different area. Piano player does not sound good in the atrium and is way to loud for that area. Bad acoustics for that.

Could not get in to see most of the shows. Always filled. I only got to see Burn the Floor, Melissa McLaughlin and the Comedy in the Theater on Friday night. There were entirely to many people on this ship. Long lines for everything. 4.

My daughters and I went on a cruise with sailing dates of February 25 to March 3, 2023, on the Escape. During our trip there were many things that happened that made me frustrated, however, the night of the Latin party, I got sick.

Being that I am diabetic, I needed to get my bloodsugar levels up. It was 11:30pm. My daughter went down to O'Sheehans to grab me something small to eat. She was told she couldn't bring anything to the room. When she explained what was happening, they told her she couldn't have anything to take back to our room and that if I needed to eat that she should bring me down to the restaurant.

1st cruise Prima res 46630294 sail 30dec22-8jan23 Told military program did not start until Jan 2023. That I was not listed and I would get it next cruise in 2023. Accepted answer at time but now believe it was an irronious answer.

2nd cruise Dawn res 47273696 sail 26feb-12mar23 Went to ship guest services and was told I was not military and not on their list. It's definitely after Jan 1st and I know I verified my military registration/status with different resources to ensure I had done it correctly back in November 2022?

FYI the pin and coins looked fantastic. Since I believe this was also some type glitch/error... Is it possible to get the military pins and coins for these ships mailed to be since I believe this was merely an oversight?

Recently returned from my 2nd cruise with NCL and was very very disappointed 1st two days plenty choice of drinks on 3rd day no choice of beer whatsoever only Heineken my card was blocked on 2 occasions very embarrassing I was playing in a poker tournament and tried toake a charge but refused also tried to get drinks and again card blocked but I purchased a drinks package so I should never of been refused refused coffee making facilities iny room

We didn’t not get what we paid for, our itinerary was totally changed, we booked this cruise on ports of call, St Lucia was replaced by st marten, the calls were docked at 7am (nothing was open), much shorter times in ports then was on original itinerary, then our last stop was cancelled, meaning we were on the ship from 2pm mon until 7am fri, we paid for a premium drinks package, your alcohol is watered down, wine and spirits, basically we feel ripped off,

Well we booked our first ever cruise with family and friends, this is where the nightmare begins!!! Norwegian was responsible for the booking of the flights, well you overbooked and we didn’t make the connecting flight because of it!!! We missed the first 3 days on our cruise, to be handled like invalids passed off excuses that it’s airlines fault or our fault!!!

This is ridiculous, stand up and take responsibility for the shameful and expensive 3 days that we did not make the boat!! 00 or more to meet up with the cruise that we didn’t miss on purpose!! Shame on you as a business.

I just came back from my vacation I had a cruise with you from Puerto rico from 19th of Febr 2023 for a week. I was in the room 10216 and made already a complain about whst we experienced on the ship. First of all thanks for the great trip I enjoyed it a lot but this accident with the smoke was ridiculous. First these black things burned me I reported immediately fir an officer who was at the adults section woth a walky talky nothing happened, next day they said the problem is solved but thanks came the yellow things what coloured our skin and clothes. NCL is our favorite cruise line, however I am having problems with Park West since purchasing a painting this past fall while on a Middle East cruise. I have waited months and still no painting, called today and found out it was damaged and in process of being restored.

Told them I didn't want a damaged/repaired painting and wanted my money back. They have refused. I am going on two more NCL cruises this year and I plan to attend the art auction and make an announcement about how I lost $6,000 with Park West.

On 1/27/23, I submitted the following complaint and have yet to get a response: We booked our cruise in October for December 4-18, 2022 based solely on information from Norwegian that Covid test or vaccines were no longer required. However, on December 4th we were not allowed to board the ship until we received a Covid test with a cost of $75.00 each. This requirement was not active when we booked the cruise, nor were we notified by Norwegian of any change in policy prior to the preboarding process.

If we had been notified in advance, we could have had the test done for free and not paid $150.00. Therefore, we are requesting a reimbursement from Norwegian due to the lack of communication of the Covid policy.

I wish to inform you of events transpiring involving reservation number 50850338 on NorwegianJewel sailing from Panama City on Feb. 4,2023. We were prevented from taking the cruise by what I see as cruise planning that s doomed for failure from the start.

The flight booked took us from Minneapolis/St. Paul to a connecting flight Newark,New Jersey. United airlines and the Newark airport failed to to get us from Terminal A to terminal C so we could get our connecting flight. These two working partners offered no assistance that evening to navigate whatever problems they were having at Newark.

No air train between terminals orbs service that was on time. It was evidently the wrong time of day to schedule the flights to make our travel work. Earlier flight from MSP should have been used so…

I recently booked a cruise for my wife and I which is scheduled to sail on the Gem from May 12-22. We decided to take advantage of your promotion with an offer of the second airfare free. While I understand that I may not receive the most ideal flight itinerary I certainly expected the itinerary to be reasonable and that I should have the option of either requesting a change or to opt out if it wasn't.

The itinerary I received had over 7 hours of layovers and even greater than that on the return trip taking me to Detroit with a 4 hour layover before returning to Hartford at Midnight. When I requested a change I was informed that was not an option.

I wanted to share my feedback. I have cruised many times over the years. Mostly on RC but also on Carnival and Princess. This was my first (and definitely will be my last) cruise with NCL. I can honestly say that was the poorest experience I have ever had while cruising. My family member had $500 stolen from their room, the shows were low quality, not 1 meal was up to the standard I have had while on other ships. My toilet would not flush. I called Guest Services twice in the evening to report, no one came. I had to call again at 3 am before anyone would come. Not having your toilet working and a sick husband was the most disgusting thing that has ever happened to me. The pool area was a joke.
