I wish to inform you of events transpiring involving reservation number 50850338 on NorwegianJewel sailing from Panama City on Feb. 4,2023. We were prevented from taking the cruise by what I see as cruise planning that s doomed for failure from the start.

The flight booked took us from Minneapolis/St. Paul to a connecting flight Newark,New Jersey. United airlines and the Newark airport failed to to get us from Terminal A to terminal C so we could get our connecting flight. These two working partners offered no assistance that evening to navigate whatever problems they were having at Newark.

No air train between terminals orbs service that was on time. It was evidently the wrong time of day to schedule the flights to make our travel work. Earlier flight from MSP should have been used so…

I was told by Norwegian we would receive a 0% interest for 12 months with bookings up to September 2023…. We applied as we were told we have until March 07, 2023 to complete financial transactions….. Norwegian is stating that they have no control over uplift finance charges and you would have to honor the zero interest rate for twelve months. I have spoken to four different individuals at ncl and 2 at uplift and going in circles ….. no one is taking responsibility for the misinformation from ncl. I will like to can el reservation and receive an immediate refund of all payments made thus far.

Our cruise was perfect but our return home was a nightmare. We started to disembark from Miami at 830 am on February25 2023. Our flight to Fort Lauderdale was scheduled for 1140. As Canadian citizens, we should have been there 3 hours prior. We missed our flight.

I am Robert Mohan. Cruise reservation # 51580189. Ship is Breakaway; embarks NY on 4-20-23. I believe I was misled by your company about flights. I was told I could change my flights after they were booked. I received flight info from Air Canada the w/o 2/20.

My Group had already informed NCL of our desire to stay 2 more days in Rome after the Cruise disembarked on 5/06/23 in Rome. It took me a few days to contact Air Canada; who eventually told me that they didn't make the reservation; and I had to contact NCL since they made the reservation.

Now I'm told, by NCL, that they can't change the reservations, and I'm stuck. NCL mislead me about these reservations; including not revealing that some shore excursions would not be available for this cruise. If I have to take action to resolve…

NCL , Encore : Feb. 20 on Feb. 10 2023. Informed the lady that I didn’t drink alcohol when I made the cruise arrangements. 20 a day for soda and coffee. Got ahold of one of your representatives, explained the mix up and that I haven’t had a drink in 28 years.

The lady did cancel it as I did pay for my Starbucks the 3 times I bought coffee there. 20 showed up on my credit card bill with no amount subtracted to offset the charge. I thank you for the AA meetings on board .

FOOD POISONING! FROM LE BISTRO-LOBSTER THERMADOR. I was so sick! throwing up all night , then later having it come out from the other end! It wiped out all my intestinal immunity so that I caught Bronchitis the next day.

Had to see shipboard Dr . to the tune of over $700. When the antibiotics gave me diarrhea (again ) I phone Dr. to ask for Imodium to help stop said malodorous incidents... she replied that I should come in to be RE-evaluated! SERIOUSLY???

" after my 700 bill from yesterday, not a chance! I did howver find imodium in my stateroom that evening, GRATEFULLY! Between cyclone Gabriel, the fact that is nothing to do on board at sea days and days we are not able to get in to ports of call, there was something terribly WRONG with SPIRIT ship.!

To begin, to get any kind of service was a challenge. I purchased a room with a family balcony and we did not get that. When I asked guest services about the family balcony they told me all the balconies are the same.

However, from the view on my balcony that was clearly not the case. I was charged extra for the family balcony. I had purchased the upgraded drink package and was still charged. After two trips to guest services they still continued to incorrectly charge my card.

A few days later and another review they were still charging me incorrectly. I wasted hours trying to get it straight. My daughter had a soda package and when she asked for a can as the fountain did not taste right, they charged us for the can. 99 a pop!

I am scheduled with a group of 14 on a Croatia/Greece cruise leaving Venice on June 19, 2023 on the Norwegian Gem. It seems that I was left out of the "group" by the tour consultant when I gave my deposit on September 17.

All our deposits were made on September 16 & 17. When we realized the mistake I was added back into the group.

However, they gave me a lesser cabin on a different deck, with the younger people we are travelling with. I am the oldest of the group and wanted to be near my daughter (See Steve Mason & Dani Jeffer). I could not get hold of the woman who is supposed to be our tour consultant.

Norwegian Cruise Line, Reservation 49337119 Trip on Norwegian Joy May 1, 2023 departing Miami

My husband Jim (Ronald) Stackhouse and I booked a cruise in May to celebrate our honeymoon. The Free at Sea package promo that was on at the time we booked included buy one get one airfare. We requested a two day deviation to allow us to get to Miami in time for the cruise given that we live in a city in Atlantic Canada that only provides Air Canada service and that airline has been having widely publicized issues and multi day delays in providing flight services.

We called Norwegian yesterday to ask about our flights as we hadn’t heard anything from your company yet and were getting nervous.

Apparently, this must be done 75 days before the trip and today marks 70 days until the trip.…

Save yourself a massive headache with booking with this cruise line. I booked for a group and had to make some changes. I’ve had to pay penalties for their mistakes. I’ve been charged 3400 after the trip and there’s nobody at Norwegian that will deal with this so we have no clue why we were charged and need to go online.

I probably spent 40 hours in total on the phone with different information and concerns. I had a few ppl that were helpful but mostly rude and short with answering simple questions. It’s been a very stressful, very costly vacation with nobody wanting to rectify it.

My wife and and I along with 3 friends went on the Norwegian Bliss out of Miami last week 2/11/2023 to 2/18/2023 our friend Carol Price and I were celebrating our birthdays on the cruise. We have been on a few cruises with Norwegian and she had never been on a cruise.

apparently there was a fight on board the first night and we had to meet the coast guard to take these people off of the boat, that meant that we would be late for our first stop. Our next stop should have been Cozumel but for reasons that we couldn't know about they missed going there all together.

We met friends that were able to stop there and enjoy their day on Cozumel. We did stop at another little island for a few hours and when we woke up the next morning we were told that the wind was to much for the boat to stop…

I just got back from cruising on the Norwegian Bliss. From Feb 11-18th, 2023. Everything about the cruise, the staff, service, destinations etc .. was fantastic with the exception of duty free shopping on the ship. I needed a dress watch and all week I was looking to see what I could afford.

on Thursday Feb 16th the gentleman helping me said the Invicta watches were 75% off and I couldn’t beat the price. 00. So I believed him (I would of googled it but couldn’t get a connection) I bought the watch.

00… after an amazing week and a great vacation it didn’t end good with this situation. I wanted to leave an exceptional review and now I feel I should warn people to not buy jewelry or watches at the duty free shops onboard. 00.

I left my clothes in the drawer under the couch in my stateroom and I filed a request right away for them to send them to me but they were supposedly never found. How hard is it to find something when your told exactly where it is??

Do the crew members not check everything when they are cleaning?? If so, why would they not just wrap up the clothes with the stateroom number on it at and sent me an email. Someones not doing there job and I'm out about 200 dollars or more worth of clothes. UGGH. Not a happy cruiser.

Plus while cruising they did not seem to have enough crew members to have all the bars open and the wait times at the restaurants were excessive. I would chose a different cruise line next time.

Jonathan the cruise consultant didn’t call me back before the cruise started. I left 2 voicemails and I tried to prepay / plan with unlimited wifi service before the cruise. Giving him the opportunity to handle this I didn’t call customer service right away as this was his job for our group.

Now I’m on the ship and they’re charging a $100+ more than what I should have paid. Ashley the supervisor from customer service was not helpful and condescending. No effort was made to try and solve the situation. The deck tells me to call customer service and then customer service tells me to go back to the deck.

first my flight cancel from seattle to miami.. i have yo rerouted my flight to San Jose. I stay in seattle for 1 night then I stay in dallas for one more night in this time i already miss my cruise for 2 night.

I wrote to you 3 months ago and have heard nothing! I was on a 2 weeks cruise left Nov. 17-26, on our first stop at Santinora, I fell and broke my ankle, I was taken back to the ship where the so called Drs.

did x-rays, they proceeded to wrap my foot and put a boot on, to my surprise they had no idea how to put the boot on, first the boot was way to big but says thats' all they had, good thing it wasn't a child that broke they ankle! After it was on it looked like a kid had put the boot on with the felt etc.

28th come to find out they didn't even pull the papers out to stablizer which you put on the boot it self to hold in place, I went down the second time and nothing new was done! It's hard to believe between 3DRs.

We booked our entire cruise, including airfare through NCL for an Alaskan cruise. We arrive to the airport and check in. When time catch our flight we were informed that the flight had been canceled and we were booked on another flight the next day.

NCL didn't inform us of a flight cancelation and this meant we would not be able to board the ship in Seattle. I called NCL and the person that answered the phone at 6 am told me that it was NCL problem and they would get us on the a flight to the boat but we had to wait for the American office to open.

We waited for the office to open called first thing and the rude lady that answered said it wasn't there problem that Delta canceled the flight and it was our responsibility to get to Seattle to catch the ship. It was Memorial Day weekend 2022…

Hello, I would like to register a complaint. My wife My son and myself have recently returned from a cruise with yourselves. Sailing date was the 14th of January from Cape Town. We sailed with yourselves on the recommendation of a friend and although we could not fault the ship or crew the destinations left us extremely disappointed.

Cruise from Cape Town to Dubai - 23 January 2023 to 13 February 2023 aboard Norwegian Jade. Boarding was a disgrace. 5 hours to board the ship. No shade, no seats, no drinks. On boarding we were given a letter stating that "Severe Gastric Enteritis" had been on the ship and that the delay was due to a deep clean being completed and that boarding times had been scrapped and it was free for all.

My sister and I caught severe Gastric Enteritis after 2 days on board and were unable to visit 4 of the 5 special restaurant and ate in the cafe as we could only tolerate soup and bread (10 days). A member of party had a birthday and we visited the al carte restaurant.

I am booked on Norwegian Jade on March 3rd. I tried and could not log into my acount. I called Norwegian for a very long exoensive call i was told repearedly tgst i hsd to psy £35 to get my password changed. How outrageous.

Just got off the February 5 Prima Sailing, from port Canaveral Karen and I enjoyed ourselves a lot our ocean view state room is big and plenty of storage. a couple things I’d like to warn people about and give NCL the heads up.

 The most immediate thing needing fixing is the bottom of the stairs getting out of the infinity pools is a smooth deck surface which is very slippery when wet I had my feet go out from under me and I’m just lucky I was holding onto a railing guests were putting down towels to try and stop that NCL needs to fix it put some non-skid surface on there.

The next part is lay out, the Local bar is overwhelmed all the time it serves the outdoor local restaurant and the indoor restaurant and both sides of the ships infinity pool lounge areas so people with wetsuits are…

Both me and my wife have sailed with Norwegian 4 times now. We were so impressed after our Norwegian Dawn experience, we booked a cruise for us and all 6 of our children on the Encore. It was awesome! Top notch in our opinion. We loved it so much that after the pandemic stretch, it was not difficult for us to strongly advise two other couples to sail with us this past January on your Sky.

We pushed Norwegian over their cruise line choices based on our experiences, and on the 13th to the 24th we sailed the Central America Norwegian Sky.

I was a passenger on your NCL Ship The Gem that was scheduled for 1/16-1/25. My reservation number was 51671221. I am transgender. I boarded your ship with no issues, was serviced well and respectful. The staff was amazing!

However your entertainment I believe his name was Luis Ortiz. He was a comedian who took a great deal of time making a joke in his routine about transvestites and how they try to fool people. I had met him the previous night and when I told him I was transgender the next night I was the punch line of his routine.

Traveling with husband, daughter, son-in-law and 4 yr old granddaughter 1. Dining reservations - made online on first day possible for Sunday night at 5:30. Showed up at Moderna and informed that reservation was changed from 4 to 3 (you could not book 5) and might be able to seat us after 8 pm.

Too late for 4yr old, went to buffet. Called made reservations for Monday at 5:30 for 5 explaining it was for 4 adults and 4yr old. Checked phone, time was 8:15. Called again, after explaining to several people, they said they could acccomadate us.

With the rebooking, our flights could not be together. Then our flight home got canceled and we couldn't get Norwegian's help with rebooking and ended up paying for our own flights. I filed two tickets with Norwegian and no response in over nine months.

I am so disappointed. I spent so much money going on a cruise and was looking forward to some really delicious food. But fun out there was no options for people with gluten-free and dairy free allergies. I had to stay every morning waiting for someone to give me a piece of gluten-free bread then wait another 20 minutes before they would bring it out to you.

They had no lactose milk or lactose yogurt. I expect a big company like no featuring cruise line to have a separate line for people with allergies.

Absolutely never ever use the air with this cruise line!! I am traveling with 6 people. We All booked together. We all requested to arrive to days before the cruise departure. One couple got reservations that scheduled their flight to arrive 30 MINUTES AFTER the cruise departs.

They told them sorry nothing we can do. After paying for airfare they had to book separate air fare to get into New Orleans before the ships leaves. Appalling! As for my reservation. My partner and I have been cooked on different flights at different times into New Orleans and home!

They have told us for one month they will fix it don’t worry. Well we can’t make reservations for hotel or transportation without flight information. Now with 15 days before departure still NO WORD and all the agents tell us is yes…

I booked 2 rooms for cruise on 2/19/23 on the breakaway to celebrate with my family. My daughter has a medical issue and has to cancel. she called and the representative cancelled the entire room with all 3 kids. Spent over an hour for them to put everything back.

She and I were left on hold for over 20 mins at a time without knowing what was going on. We was told it was all restored. Then my son who the room is booked under received email like I just booked the cruise.

The upgraded wifi was missing on it and now it shows i didn't pay for shore excursions that were already paid for and it has amex next to it with a 0 paid amount. I have called 4 times and now holding on again for the 3rd time for excursions for over 45 mins.

the last rep i spoke to couldn't explain to me the amounts now…

Extremely poor service getting on and off the ship. Each time standing in line over 3 hours. Missed excursion, requested reimbursement, no response to our letter.

We went on Norwegian Jade cruise from 14th to 26th January 2023. We were in stateroom 8527. As you are aware there was an outbreak of gastro enteritis on the cruise ship. We both got the bug and were unable to go on our trip in Mousel Bay due to illness.

We tried to cancel our trip in mousel Bay but we were told we needed to give 48hrs notice to cancel. How could we possibly know that we were going to be sick 48hrs in advance of our trip. We are looking for a full refund of our trip in mousel Bay.

Our 2nd complaint is that we had booked to go on a sightseeing trip when in Durban. One of the main reasons we went on this cruise was to see Durban and see friends. We were never told why the cruise ship didn't visit Durban.

We have just returned from a cruise on Norwegian Sun to Spain, Portugal and Morocco. Before the complaints I will say that the staff were brilliant and the ship was clean and well organised. We liked that it was a small ship and easy to find our way around. However our main complaint is about the evening entertainment, or rather lack of. On other cruises including NCL we have had a very good show every evening. On our 11day cruise there was no show on 4nights and 4nights the same violonist. He was very good but not for four nights! Another night there was only one show at 8.30 instead of at 7pm and 9pm. This was a last minute change with no explanation.

The music in the evenings was very samey and there were never enough seats for everyone in the Windjammer or the Atrium bars. The Bliss…

I am on a cruise now, NCL charging 109 dollars for a visa for Maputo port. Did not disclose it clearly. I just talked to a manager on board. He just smiled and said it was disclosed on the website. Never was.

Just another rip off by NCL with poor communication. Plus I am gold latitude member , should be updated to platinum during this cruise. Same BS answers, not their concerns. Poor customer service and care. I have spent so much money on NCL, and this is the way they treat their customers. @neverbook with NCL

Booked travel witjh NCL from LAX To JFK. Placed 2 seniors, self and Husband on flight 13 hours after disembarkation at pier. Not even direct flight from LAX to JFK when there are many options available. Would not arrive at JFK 28 + hours after disembarkation at Long Beach Pier in LA.

Would not reschedule flight for us. Very unsympathetic when called customer service and would not help.
