Today, September 15th I would like to say that I was dissatisfied with the service I received. I tried to get print services done today around 12:30. I was told to return at 2pm. I returned at 3:30pm. Was told they were very busy and to come back at 4:00pm.

I was thinking, that is only 30 mins. So I returned around 5. The gentlemen were gone. And someone else was working now. She had to track down my print. Now this is my third time here in one day.

Now i was standing there and the young lady answered the phone and told the person on the phone she was speaking to , that they could not start any print job until she was actually there. I was never told that.

The young man acted like my print job would be done when i returned. After being so inconvenienced, expecting my job to be ready and…

I have been trying to get a refund since August 12, 2023. I have made over 8 calls, I even went to my local Office Depot, all to no avail. 99 on 08/12/2023 for a maintenance renewal I called and canceled it as I no longer have that computer.

I was told my refund would take 7-10 business days. It has now been 22 business days. What do I have to do to get my refund?

Ordered a calculator for my daughter for school. It was the only one in town. Thought cool I'll go curbside BUT wait this store closes TWO hours earlier than they say they do. So my daughter didn't get the calculator and I'm out 16 bucks bc unless I drive all the way over there NO ONE CAN CANCEL IT.

I even got an email that an associate would be out shortly and they were closed! I've called customer service and the hours online don't even match what customer service told me. The store is closed right now but if you call it SAYS it's open and gives you the prompts and puts you on hold. Why??

Today i went into the Office Depot store in Winston-Salem NC off Peter's Creek Parkway .. I want go into the whole situation but I will say I have delt with this same person on many occasions and he acts the same way.

I honestly shouldn't have gone because he( Adam) was very disrespectful and rude to say the least. He treated me not as a paying customer but like an idiot on the street. I was going to purchase supplies for a church and I end up not buying anything and left the store with him still having words as i was leaving.

That is not perfection and I'll never go back into that store.. Just ridiculous!!

I visited today 7/9/2023 Office Depot Store #2231 and had a very bad experience and unrespect as a customer for 20 years. I live close to the store and for last 20 years purchased a lot of electronic equipment here.

I wanted to buy today a new Laser printer with fax machine and also to send an urgent fax to my company. In store only one fax machine was available, on the other there were couple signs that the fax and printer machines were broken and out of service. I stood and waited for the fax machine to be released.

I ordered a gaming desk and never received it. I tried contacting office Depot for a refund and their customer service forwarded me to a third party furniture assembly company first! And second time through, they placed me on a 1hr long hold and no one ever got back.

It's been three months since my initial refund request and the every time I call the customer support, they just put me on a hold. This is the worst kind of scam on earth.

Several months ago I used office depot for business cards. I returned today to refill my card order and the rude attendant said there was nothing in his computer. When I arrived at the counter he was texting and told me to wait.

After several minutes he then made a phone call. Then he said he couldnt find my business card. This type of rude unhelpful attitude is a regular thing at this location. I will not shop here and will tell everyone to shop elsewhere. This is really sad.

I picked up an online order earlier today of two office desks from your store number 242 in Tyler Texas. When I pulled into the parking lot, I tapped on the link in my email for curbside delivery. Waited about 10 minutes, and after seeing an employee, come outside and look around and walk back inside, I went inside to follow up on my curbside delivery.

The same gentleman who had seen him come outside earlier, introduced himself to me as Hunter, and told me he looked outside and did not see me, and that if I was not parked at the curb, they would not bring my order out. He was a little aggressive towards me, , but I blew it off and did not think much about it.

Adam, who is one of the managers, is excessively and unnecessarily rude. I am a teacher and am in this store a lot since it is close. Every time I am in there he offers no help and when asked for anything is rude and doesn't want to answer questions, or just do normal things like print a receipt.

Today was the last straw. I went in to quickly print a shipping label and send out the box. I accidentally left my wallet which I didn't realize until I got to Petsmart to pick up my dog. I called the store from Petsmart to see if it had been picked up.

About a month ago my hours was cut down from 50-64 hours to 17 hours every two weeks. I went from working 5 days a week to working 3. I asked my boss why?. He said it was because my numbers (PPP, Loyalty Sign-ups, surveys, etc) was down.

Was at the Casa Grande store in Az and was attempting to get printing for my business, there was a line and 3 of us did not see the checkin , other people went ahead of us, when I said something, they said if you don't register we can't help you, so he said to go to the back of line and re register, after waiting for 15 minutes and 2 guys bullshitting and only 1 girl helping customers .

During the past 4 months I have used Office Depot for shipping and both times it has been a nightmare causing extreme stress. The first time the girl put the shipping labels on the wrong packages causing my Indiana package going to Nevada and vice versa- the Helen St store manager in Fort Worth, Tx helped me to get the problem solved, but

Order #279669278-001, picked up 12/1/22 at the store. This order is a nightmare. 1. 08. 00 in 100% battery rewards. No credit was issued to my credit card and nobody can figure out why this was changed. 2. I did not get the 30% back in rewards on ink.

However, after almost 6 (SIX) hours on the phone with Customer NO service, I believe the credit for this is pending. 3. I turned in 10 cartridges for recycle when I picked up my order on 12/1 and am now being told that I can't get credit for these unless I purchase more in December.

They are awful. Two times now I have ordered some thing from their website and they don’t have it in stock. And you have to jump hurdles to get a refund. These people falsely advertise items on their website that they don’t even have to ship out.

I am a teacher at a larger urban school district. I receive a card to spend at office depot each year. I have to cancel a portion of the order because one item was not shipping.

The order was placed several weeks ago and I no longer have the card.

I would like to have the credit to purchase something else for my classroom. I have been told by the customer service at the toll free number that there is nothing they can do for me and keep me on hold for upwards to 20-25 mintes and then tranfer me to a general number.

I have tried four times and this is the same experience.

Store #2282 Leesburg VA. July 20,2022, @6:50pm. I want register a complaint against the store manager(female), and asssiatnt(female dark skin). By far the worst customer experience I have had. They are highly unresponsive and very rude. I had to call them multiple times to get my refund back which still has not processed. When I asked the agent named Alan to connect me with a supervisor, he just put me on a long hold and after hours of waiting the call got disconnected and I had to call them over again.

Their agents are highly unprofessional and have no sense of customer service. They don't value your time. Don't ever shop with them.

Order#200425155 I ordered some envelopes that were falsely described as being self-seal when they require wetting the glue to close. I have called several times and gotten ticket #s that were supposed to generate a return. The other day I received an email stating that I cannot return the item because it was a special order.

The last two times I have come to this stor, the members seem to have little to know passion for customer service. They are rude. Today’s experience was just that, I asked the associate for the store number to send an email to the print and copy section, and he replied the store number hasn’t changed.

He told me the store number 5 minutes before but going through my email and being a advocate and Office Depot consumer I have a lot of store numbers that pop up in my email. The statement was completely unprofessional and he seemed to be so casual about it, like I meant nothing.

His name was Jeff and it’s just unacceptable. I live in Richardson and I literally cringe every time I come into this store because I know my customer experience will be poor.

I place an order on 8/12/2021. The Realspace 22"D Vertical 4-Drawer File Cabinet,Metal, Black. The cabinet was delivered to me with the 2nd drawer bent. I was offered a $60 credit and later a discount of $60 was given to me.

My complaint is that the customer service rep did not get back to me when she promised that she would the next day. My biggest compliant is the fact that I was not allowed to just exchange the file cabinet for a new undamaged file cabinet.

Instead I had to repurchase the item. It is my opinion that this was a very inconvenience to me. I hope that your company take this into consideration and implement new procedures that will allow customers to exchange items like my file cabinet.

Because of this experience I will not purchase large items from Office Depot anymore.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited in line over 5 mins almost 10 while the worker completely ignored me. She was just walking around talking and did nothing acknowledge me at all. This is NOT the first time that I have encountered horrible customer service from this particular individual.

After I walked away from researching on my own I seen I could use self service. Once I walked away she started saying to another employee how she did not care about this job. She didn’t care about customers and did jot care whether or not she would get fired.

It does not matter to her. Office Depot needs her not the other way around. I hope you all talk with this employee about her professionalism and also her customer service skills. She clearly needs extensive training and a new attitude.

We requested a return on an item and was told that it will be picked up by their carrier. On June 11th, around at 3:02 PM their carrier came und picked up an item from our door that was delivered to us as part of our purchase and we were expecting to receive that day.

I took two computers to Office depot store #212 I wanted both computers reset and updated to the latest windows. Well the Desk Top was a windows 7 computer and the lady advised not updating it to windows 10 or else it would crash.

I agreed to update the computer to windows 8 as I have never had an issue and didn't want it to crash. About a week goes by and my computer is ready a different lady calls me and tells me it is done and now has windows 10 on it.

I confronted her about what the other rep said she then called the guy that updated it and he said it would be fine and that it went on with no problem. I went to the Ocala, FL location and the Gainesville, FL location on 13th Street. Literally the worst experience I have even had with the print departments from Office Depot. I put in an order for 2 different signs. One I needed 2 of and the other was double sided.

I called the Ocala location before and after placing the order. They told me they received all the information for the signs. I drove 45 minutes to that location in order to get my signs the same day, as promised.
