The customer service at Office Depot is awful. Called to request status of an order I place on 1/13/22 because as of 1/20/22, items were still not received. Status online is not helpful at all, stating a date that the items were shipped but still not received by me the customer does not help determine when I can expect to receive items.
There is no way to cancel the order once it is placed, only refuse the packages when they do arrive or take them back to the store yourself!
Lastly, the customer service representative was attitudinal, put me on hold without saying she was doing so and never returned to the phone call.
This is a loss to Office Depot because I have been using them at this current company for almost five years. After today, I will be looking for a new supplier for all…
