Today, September 15th I would like to say that I was dissatisfied with the service I received. I tried to get print services done today around 12:30. I was told to return at 2pm. I returned at 3:30pm. Was told they were very busy and to come back at 4:00pm.
I was thinking, that is only 30 mins. So I returned around 5. The gentlemen were gone. And someone else was working now. She had to track down my print. Now this is my third time here in one day.
Now i was standing there and the young lady answered the phone and told the person on the phone she was speaking to , that they could not start any print job until she was actually there. I was never told that.

I have been trying to get a refund since August 12, 2023. I have made over 8 calls, I even went to my local Office Depot, all to no avail. 99 on 08/12/2023 for a maintenance renewal I called and canceled it as I no longer have that computer.
I was told my refund would take 7-10 business days. It has now been 22 business days. What do I have to do to get my refund?
Ordered a calculator for my daughter for school. It was the only one in town. Thought cool I'll go curbside BUT wait this store closes TWO hours earlier than they say they do. So my daughter didn't get the calculator and I'm out 16 bucks bc unless I drive all the way over there NO ONE CAN CANCEL IT.

I wanted to buy today a new Laser printer with fax machine and also to send an urgent fax to my company. In store only one fax machine was available, on the other there were couple signs that the fax and printer machines were broken and out of service. I ordered a gaming desk and never received it. I tried contacting office Depot for a refund and their customer service forwarded me to a third party furniture assembly company first! And second time through, they placed me on a 1hr long hold and no one ever got back.
It's been three months since my initial refund request and the every time I call the customer support, they just put me on a hold. This is the worst kind of scam on earth.
Several months ago I used office depot for business cards. I returned today to refill my card order and the rude attendant said there was nothing in his computer. When I arrived at the counter he was texting and told me to wait.

I picked up an online order earlier today of two office desks from your store number 242 in Tyler Texas. When I pulled into the parking lot, I tapped on the link in my email for curbside delivery. Waited about 10 minutes, and after seeing an employee, come outside and look around and walk back inside, I went inside to follow up on my curbside delivery.

Adam, who is one of the managers, is excessively and unnecessarily rude. I am a teacher and am in this store a lot since it is close. Every time I am in there he offers no help and when asked for anything is rude and doesn't want to answer questions, or just do normal things like print a receipt.

Order #279669278-001, picked up 12/1/22 at the store. This order is a nightmare. 1. 08. 00 in 100% battery rewards. No credit was issued to my credit card and nobody can figure out why this was changed. 2. I did not get the 30% back in rewards on ink.

I am a teacher at a larger urban school district. I receive a card to spend at office depot each year. I have to cancel a portion of the order because one item was not shipping.
The order was placed several weeks ago and I no longer have the card.
I would like to have the credit to purchase something else for my classroom. I have been told by the customer service at the toll free number that there is nothing they can do for me and keep me on hold for upwards to 20-25 mintes and then tranfer me to a general number.
I have tried four times and this is the same experience.
