so when I got home I could not believe what I saw,to say our tour of Italy's we're kid size would be saying to much,oh my the portions were so small my 5 year old would of ate both and still wanted more,the pasta was wrong,and the chicken parmigiana,oh man ,I don't even think it was chicken,it was the worst ever and the lasagna seemed as if it was frozen and

heated in the microwave because it was freezing cold in the middle .. standing behind your product and doing what's right is the solution here,I appreciate your time and anticipate your response,thank you so much

Went to one in Hutchinson ks and food took long time people that got sat like 5-10 minutes after us and ordered after us got food at same time we did and they had 6 people we had 3 our food came out with dried out noodles and crispy noodles and plates were so hot couldn’t touch them we asked for manager her name is Sara and

she came we told her what happened she rudely asked what we wanted them to do I said we would like fresh meals please she grabbed my husband and I’s plate came back rudely and reached in front of me and grabbed daughter’s plate said we will get her new one since plate was to hot but she was so rude no I’m sorry to hear that or anything no excuse me when reaching across me to get daughters plate.

It wasn’t even busy if it was I wouldn’t have been so upset we went back…

I visited Olive Garden on Wallisville rd in Houston. There were no parking spaces available so I parked in a 6th slot for to go orders. There were NO TO GO ORDER parked. I was asked by an associate on the way in if I had an order to which I replied no but there is no parking available and I'm eating here.

She proceeded to tell the hostess up front to have my car towed for parking in to go! Who are you trying to Service? I am a patron, not going to another business! Very poor! I turned around and left and called Mgr who said her employees would Never do that! Seriously!

I WILL NEVER GO BACK! MY MONEY WILL BE SPENT AT ESTABLISHMENTS WITH PARKING AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

1. Wasn’t waited on for 40 minutes after being seated. 2. My waiter was just chatting with the ladies sitting in front of me for the majority of those 40 minutes. 3. When I was finally eating he came up to me to ask if he could get me a refill on my drink I said please and he said he’d be back. What does he do?

He goes and gets soup for the ladies he was chatting with only the ladies had not asked for soup and then they had like another conversation about it and they told him to bring it back in to go containers, he went and did that and then brought them back their to go soups.

He leaves again and 5 minutes after that he finally comes out with my drink. 4. My chicken Alfredo tasted weird, kind of sweet.

Eat at Olive Garden Murfreesboro Tennessee last week!! The worst experience I ever had with a server and I believe the server tampered with food!! Server was very rude irritable and I was not sure if it was a man or woman!

Because it taught like a black woman acted like a man the whole experience was very confusing and will not go back to Olive Garden ever again!! The young manager just blew the whole thing off too frightened to do anything about the situation!!

Check 36141 We came in about 8 pm on October 3 we were treated very rudely we got unlimited soup salad and bread sticks the waitress refused to bring us more until we kept tracking her down she left my drink unfilled for the whole portion of my meal. We asked about if they did a military discount and virtually got told screw the military.

The bread sticks felt and tasted like they were a week old and reheated in a microwave super dry no flavor. She handed us out check while we were still eating and didn't bother to ask if I wanted dessert which I did.

I am extremely disappointed with the device and the quality of food y'all have gone downhill if you're willing to hire employees that treat their people that come in extremely rude

Today we walked out of the OG on Hwy 64 in Memphis TN. The person taking our order had filthy hands/ especially nasty fingernails. Couldn’t stand the thought of him handling our food and drinks. We informed the staff at the front desk why we were leaving.

Went with seven people August 15 to olive garden to celebrate elderly parents anniversary my 92 year father ordered a dish when the salad came my father literally had two bites of salad off a plate the ridiculous waiter comes over very rudely snatches the plate away from him and says salad isn't included and I'll have to ask my manager if now you will have to add a salad to the bill the miserable manager walks past us later and

just glares at my 92 year father because he had two bites of the salad, this was the olive garden on Lagimodier in Winnipeg Manitoba they should have both been fired on the spot already wrote a complaint never heard one word back I expect this to be dealt with and I expect a response back table over witnessed everything and told us to go to the media

Asked for $6 Spaghetti and meat sauce to go for daughter after meal. Was tol they had run out as they are prepared at night, but the kitchen could make it. Then was told Megan the manager said they would not do this as they have to be the ones prepared earlier. Would have to pay 12.99 to get a order of spaghetti and meat sauce to go. Olive Garden is located at hwy 70 in Morehead City NC. Waitress was apologetic and gave good service. Spoke to manager and she said once they are you must pay full price for to go order. Nowhere is this stated in your $6 to go deal. Thank you for ability to give you feedback. Will not be coming back due to false advertising. Will let family and coworkers know about experience.

I took a bite of a ravioli few weeks ago and a tiny piece of bone chipped my front tooth

We went to the location in Spartanburg, SC. Service was lacking. She was pleasant but not present. Took along time for anyone to show up to the table then we ordered drinks and an appetizer and asked for salad and breadsticks please.

She came back with our drinks and appetizer and said that they were out of salad and making breadsticks. I asked you’re out of salad? She said yes but she’ll keep on checking and are you ready to order? I said we’ll enjoy this for now but could you please figure out what’s going on with the salad because that’s very important and also can we please have the water’s.

Eventually came back and said they “found” the salad. Eventually got the water’s and the salad and breadsticks, we ordered and everything was delicious but I ordered the Asiago Tortellini that…

On 6-21-22 had had lunch at the Olive Garden, Stuart Florida. While the lunch was adequate, the customer service was not. In 2019 I signed up for Olive Gardens Club. This year my birthday was in Feb. ( No Gift /Present _ anything ??? For 3 years. The Table machine asked me to sign in ??? It didn't recognize my name or e-mail !!! I feel that your IT department is totally incompetent. To have a system that doesn't recognize basic identifiers is totally incredible. Management at this restaurant were totally clueless, as all they could say is that we use an outside source for this e-club etc. This was not the response that I expected from a Dardien Restaurant member.

The Olive Garden 6455 is a new location. I took my family on 5/8/22 Check#20412. When we were brought to our table 323 there was food on the wall. I advised the server and it was cleaned. The food was very good with no issues.

But both my wife and daughter went to the restroom and the entire room was a mess with paper all over and wine glasses in the stalls on the hand rails. There was paper wedged between the hand rail and wall.

I took my son to the men restroom and it was just as bad. There was urine all over the floor. Smelled horrible with paper everywhere. The time was 230pm pst. If the uncleanness was any indication of the over all experience. It was bad.

Was contemplating call the health department. The staff never cleaned the restrooms while we were there. Thank you

poor service asked me repeatedly if ready to order brought salad leaving out things She kept disappearing asked other people to wait on me disliked me ordering salad a few times charged me for a salad reluctantly took it off even though I ordered a meal When my wife and I wanted to pay check she was nowhere to be found I kept asking a lot of staff to find her I got home late

Olive Garden in Woodbridge New Jersey had terrible service. The server kept messing up what I wanted in the salad. The server was a pain in the derriere. Every few minutes, she asked me if I wanted to order. It became a joke.

The server kept disappearing and it was hard to get her. She had people substitute for her. She wrote up the bill charging me for a salad. When I pointed out it comes with the meal she took it off.

The worst part was when we were ready to leave. She was nowhere to be found. My wife and I became agitated. We kept asking different workers to get her. We drew attention because we kept asking everybody to get her This is the first time that I left no tip.
