Hello, I visited your grove city Ohio location on Wednesday March 8th 2023, My 14 yr old loves Olive Garden and I let him pick so that’s where we ended up! I had just got off work, we ordered drinks and an appetizer and then he ordered kids spaghetti and I tried to order the kids fettuccine and was told I absolutely could not order from the kids menu.

I do have some health issues and would not be able to eat the regular order, so why order it and waste food! I would pay more that’s not the problem, so I decided not to prod anything else besides the appetizer and my sons meal.

So my 14 yr old Autistic don sat and ate and ask me why I didn’t have food! With so many choices around that same restaurant I have never been told I couldn’t order from the kids menu. So if that’s your rules I will…

My complaint is against the management on two locations and how they treat youth potential employees. On two separate occasions I have been called in to interview and each time was not considerate of my time. I noticed that the treatment of our youth is to be disregarded.

I recently applied at Olive garden in Orange on Tustin and they interviewed me 3x. They then hired me and never contacted me for a start date. When I followed up, they said nevermind. This time around I am employed and am seeking another source of income and applied to the olive garden in Buena Park.

I was emailed to set up an interview and so I did just that. After working a day shift with my primary job, I then went home to change and went to my interview. I walked in and they made me wait although I was 5 minutes…

I'm prefacing that this is the 2nd time this has happened at the Monroeville Mall restaurant.I usually order a dirty martini before dinner.When the drink was presented, it was a very dark (whiskey colored).I told the waitress that it wasn't a dirty martini and to replace it.She took it to the bar and refused to make it right.She brought it back and walked away.I frequent this restaurant alot but no more.I'm very upset with the way I was treated.

Was driving into Nashville from Murfreesboro tn an was trying to place a To go order to my surprise I was on hold to place a order 30 minutes. 30pm no wait time to be seated or anything. I’m guessing your bartender need to learn that you never know who’s sitting in font of her I’m a very generous tipper an was going to tip her 40 dollars so I could get in an out.

But that didn’t happen so needless to say I did order food when I should’ve walked out because of your staff. So not very happy with this restaurant guess I’ll drive another ten minutes an go to the Cheesecake Factory. Thank you GaryJones

Poor service, unlimited soup and salad waitress never came back to ask, no refills on water and coke, salad 50% cabbage, 45% croutons , 2 razor thin slices of tomatoe. minestrone soup was tasteless. Asked manager where “Bry” our waitress was and she didn’t have any idea.

I ordered a to go meal tonight. I ordered the shrimp scampi. They did not give me my breadsticks and also the lettuce in the salad was brownish. The shrimp scampi barely had anything in it, but that is not fuming me more than no breadsticks and a brown salad.

00 and I will not be doing to go anymore. I am not close enough to go back to the restaurant to I am gonna have to eat the cost on this one but I have learned my lesson. Next time I will make sure I check it before I leave.

I had went in for an interview at the location on 1315 W North Ave Melrose Park, IL 60160 and the interview was going well. After the interview was over, some man, maybe he was the manager, approached the woman that interviewed me and said to her under his breath, which I was able to recall, "he needs to find something else" as referring to the position I was interested in.

Plus I am disabled and I had my cane with me. I am desperately looking for a job and being disabled has limited me and this unfortunate interaction has caused me to become depressed.

we arrived at 5:30 we were seated got our drinks and bread and salad. Then ordered it took over a hour or so to get our food and the food was cold except for the soup. The waitress came out a couple of times to apologize for the wait.

it was close to 8:30 before we were done eating and that’s a long time with 3 kids under age of 8!!

Went to Olive Garden in Kokomo Indiana on Feb 18 2023 with my family including 3 children ages 8 5 and 2. It was 5:30 when we arrived. Seated got our drinks and bread . Ordered our meals which arrived at 7:00. Very long wait !!!

The Goff was cold raviolis cold spaghetti Luke warm only thing that was right tempt was the soup. They were busy and waitress was apologetic . 00 bill. Was very disappointed the kids were pretty good waiting on their food the wait time was excessive!!!

So I left my food behind by accident after leaving . It was bagged in a doggie bag and I went back in less than 5 minutes to retrieve my bag of food and it was gone! That’s ridiculous! Most our meals were in the doggie bag.

We were full of salad! So we wasted money! Bottom line is Olive Garden should t be holding doggie bags for 15 minutes to see if the patron is returning to retrieve their doggie bag. Very upset and disappointed customer

Good evening, today I was at the restaurant behind the Avenues Mall, in Jacksonville, Fl. 99 ​​game, I never requested it, I don't understand these games. Around 8:00 PM, I'm going to heat up the food I bought at the restaurant and instead of spaghetti with meat sauce, they gave me Fettuccini Alfredo, which was difficult for the two girls to eat, since they didn't like it.

Please, check the orders before packing, since one comes confident that they have given the correct order. I send a copy of my receipt and photo. Thank you.

To Whom it May Concern,

I would like to place a complaint about your Olive Garden app. On 2/11/23 tried to use your Join Waitlist app to make reservations for 10 people. On the app it said if you are requesting service for more than 7 people you need to contact the restaurant directly. Called the restaurant at ​Vancouver Mall, ​Vancouver WA direct and they said they do not take reservations. So to make sure that we had seating I went over a half hour early so we could stay on our time schedule. However they wouldn’t even put us on the list unless half of our part was inside the restaurant. My friend and I came into Olive Garden on Polaros Pkwy in Ohio for lunch today. I arrived before her and was sat in a booth in the bar area. After several minutes a waiter came to get my drink order.

I waited for my friend. I had to flag him down to order lunch. I got the wrong entree no drink refills no salad refills. He was totally uninterested in our table. He boxed a salad put it in a bag gave it to my friend and said he was giving her a salad instead of refilling my salad that I had ordered and paid for.

I am appalled at the service we received. I come to that establishment twice a week and my entire family eat there very often. This waiter has given us poor service in the past.

Went to Olive Garden on February 10. After being seated, me and my girlfriend waited over 15 minutes before our waitress came over to take our drink order. I ordered the tour of Italy which the pasta was very undercooked plus very dry.

It barely had any Alfredo sauce on it. After bringing our food, our waitress never returned to our table to check on us until after we were finished eating. I’m very disappointed with this visit.

2/12/23. My husband and I ordered soup and salad. Soup and salad bought out in a timidly matter. No breadsticks was brought out. Was told that breadsticks was cooking would be out in a few minutes. Waited for 39 mins.

Or more breadsticks never came out. Ask to speak to manger 3 times . Took 30 minutes or more for manger to come over to table. Breadsticks finally was brought to the table. Explain to manger soup had gotten cold salad had been sitting.

Manger bought us a ticket said we wouldn’t have to pay. Apologize in a swift voice. Don’t want to say she was rude but I’m assuming maybe she had other customers complaining due to NO BREADSTICKS!! We explain to the waitress we didn’t blame her.

I was at a restaurant in Tracy CA and was seated immediately and served our drinks and appetizers.

However after waiting at least an additional 20-25 minutes I asked the waitress about my entree. She said she will check again. We waited ten more minutes and decided to cancel the entree and only pay for drinks and appetizers.

The front desk was pleasant and got the manager who said the food was being plated. We declined the offer to accept the food. Then she said she will take entrees off the bill and provide them free of charge.

I went to Olive Garden on route 31 in clay at 2 o’clock. The server told me she could not sit anyone at the bar they’re busy. There was four people there at the bar already. Every time I go to Olive Garden I sit at the bar and eat.

sadly, to say all the people there were white and I am black. I don’t know if she wanted to discriminate or what the story is but it’s very sad that I have to deal with something like this. this happened on Saturday, January 28, 23.

On Monday January 23rd a party of 4 went to Olive Garden on Washington Road in Washington Pa. To start with we were there a half hour before anyone came to the table, then it was the manager to take our drink orders.

Then the waiter finally came, no they were not busy, Three of the meals were to our satisfaction, the forth person in our party ordered Lasagna Classico . When he received the order it was the size of a child portion.

I had this same problem about four years ago and this was my first visit since and probably my last ,feel we were not treated the way we should have been and would rate service very poor.

Walking into Martinsburg Wv to eat with 3 children under 8. Your young employee was dropping the word fuck multiple times. Noticing I was standing there. I said hey, that’s inappropriate as I have young ones here. He continues to apply his chap stick smiling!!

Well our waitress was one the slowest we have ever had. I'm normally very patient but the restuarant wasnt busy and it took her 15 minutes to take our drink order, another 10 to get it. She said I will be right back for your food order, that took 20 for her to get back.

Never cane to ask if we wanted any more soup I had to ask a waitress that was walking by. When we were about done i asked her a tiramisu to go and and to go boxes. Well again slow.

Olive garden is my favorite restaurant and the quality of food is awesome but your waitress was unsatisfactory. Oh, also asked for a tea to go and had to have another waitress get it.

My husband and I brought our paraplegic daughter to dinner last night which ended up in a poor experience for us. when we asked the waitress for dressing again we waited and was given a small cup for our whole bowl.

This Olive Garden was horrible, i Will never go there again. this restaurant dosnt deserves stars but I had to put something I wasn't able to leave it blank after a long drive we Decided that we would stop for some dinner before hitting the road.

Our party of 4 lunched at the 3111 E Colonial Drive Orlando location Saturday 1/7/23. Maybe because it was busy, or the server was new and inexperienced- but it was the most challenging experience at a Darden restaurant any of us ever experienced.

The experience started out pleasant yet as we progressed they the visit it declined. The decline started with a large stalk of celery in the Fagiloi soup- which they offered to replaced after it was pointed iout. The meatball app ordered as a main entree arrived cool to the rich- cold sauce.

The minestrone soup (no kale requested) was perfect but also arrived at the same time as the main entree. All items were graciously offered to be remade with diner’s declining. When the bill arrived we paid directly to the server as we had a special gift code…

Store @ powerline and palmetto, Boca Raton. We had 74th g'day party, 5 adults, waitress, Jessica, totally incompetent. Rude, wrote order, left off everything we asked for . 00 gift card and $1 for bill. I understand prices and supplies are very challenging, however, Olive Garden price increases are okay the portion sizes are a joke. The lunch pasta with meat sauce looked like I was eating from a dog bowl, the shrimp scampi for $11.99 should be given a little extra pasta. I did a curbside order at the 717 N Promenade Parkway Casa Grande, AZ location at 9:55pm on 01/06/23. Upon calling to place my order, Mariah who answered said she needed to transfer me to a "To Go Specialist" to place my order.

Once she transfered me I waited on hold for 4 mins and was disconnected. I then called back and Mariah transferred me again and after waiting on hold for over 5 mins was once again disconnected. I called back for the third time and of course was transferred AGAIN and after another hold time of over 4 mins was finally able to place my order with a very rude and impatient girl whom I assume was the "To Go Specialist".

My family and I went to the Olive Garden in Morrow, GA on Mt. 22. Our waitress was rude and our food took a long time to receive and was cold when we did receive- my Mother's food did not come with the rest of our food.

The waitress did not inform us that she dropped my Mother's plate until my Mother told her to cancel her order. My Mother was so upset the rest of us packed our food to go and I did not have an opportunity to speak with a Manager. Horrible experience!

We were there today for lunch. The service was great the food was great. But when we seen a roach crawling behind me on wall it ruined everything for us. We were immediately finished. We have ate there several times and this is the first time I have a complaint .

Came into the restaurant that was packed on 12/29/22 and had to register to be seated. I was asked to give my name by a host and I did this and was told to have a seat and I would be contacted.

Along with many others I sat at least 45 minutes patiently until I saw two people who had come in after me, get seated before me. Today 12/28/22 my family and I came to Olive Garden in Vestal NY and was horrible. My husband usually orders the original chicken Marsala but the current Marsala isn’t the kind he wanted. My husband instead just ordered a plain chicken cutlet with a side of pasta with butter sauce.

The waiter brought him 2 extremely over cooked and dry chicken cutlets with a tablespoon of pasta with butter sauce. 29 for chicken parmigiana. Really are you kidding me right now. Very disappointing. We had a disappointing visit to another Olive Garden in August but we thought we’d give our local Olive Garden another chance. I am very disappointed.

Today we showed up with 20 plus people. Manager discouraged our service. Seemed like we were talked out of eating that this restaurant. One of the people from the group mentioned how terrible the customer service was and that a manager should be concerned regarding loosing customers and not making sales from a large group.

A female identified herself as the manager stated to the group that sales don't matter. Needless to say we left and took our business to Black Bear Dinner. We were welcomed and treated great. We also left them great tips.

I went to the Olive Garden in Cherry Hill, NJ on 12/17. We spent about $140. Mr. Franklin S. Our server he was excellent. But, the kitchen was very poor. The food was cold, one of the orders was the chicken and shrimp Alfredo pasta, but I ask to subtitle the pasta for broccoli.

The server brought me everything on a separate plates. I let the server know that’s not how I ask for it. I wanted everything mix in like the regular Alfredo pasta. He took it back to the kitchen and all they did was put everything on the plate and just through some Alfredo sauce on top.
