I am not gonna go into full details, so what's transpired? Because it is a very lengthy scenario. Because it lasted well over 2 and a 1/2 hours. As I with a medical condition of cervical students, excuse me. Refresh severe cervical stanosis in having to have urgent surgery in November because of it was left standing outside in 31° weather.

No coat until they had the sorry I had to wait so please. I am leaving my phone number. It is 3176288148. Please, I would really truly appreciate someone to contact me. Because guess what severe cold temperatures when you have?

Cervical stenosis can damage you even worse. And there was no compassion, nor any other willingness. To try to help me figure out how to get that door open instead of having to wait 2 and a 1/2 hours on a tow truck.

Email sent to me congratulations on buying a new 2023 Sierra and establishing services. I am disabled and drive rarely, never purchased this vehicle nor have test driven such. Call OnStar and get dismissed as my concerns regarding fraudulent activity per their reporting.

Given misleading and false info to contact their Executive "Relations" Dept which later learn is at 877-248-2079. That rep then talks over me while I inquire and report my concerns and numerous threats that she will disconnect the call because she has spent enough time and does not care if I have more questions about the security of our account.

Called 3 weeks ago and cancelled my account. Was told it would be active until the end of July. 78 from Onstar. I immediately called and was told that instead of 2 months free, which I knew nothing about, I was charged for 2 months.

I stated that the refund needs to be put back in my account today. I did NOT authorize that payment since the account was supposed to be canceled. Instead I was told it would take 3-5 days to be refunded. Not acceptable.

I need that money back in my account.

I am on a trip to St, Simons Island, Georgia. I gave On Star the address of my hotel which is Best Western. I was sent to the wrong address. I called again and was given a second set of directions which were also wrong.

I was in standstill traffic for almost two hours. I finally pulled up the waze app which gave me the correct directions. Why am I paying for On Star when I can do several others for free? I have been a loyal customer through at least four vehicles.

This time, I am part of a group and this has ruined the entire group’s time line. I am embarrassed and so outdone!

My check engine light came and and i was not notified by onstar. I check thr app and nothing came up. Said everything was fine with my car. It wasn't. My battery died on me and still said nothing from there system.

I called in about an update for my Intellilink system, and was offered a FREE TRIAL for WIFI package. I was told if I canceled within 30 days, I would NOT be charged. I canceled well within my trial period but I was charged $15 TWICE within that 2 WEEK PERIOD.

The day I called in to cancel they gave me the run around and told me I was NOT listed as the owner. This is not the first time they have pulled that card, SO we called the previous owner together and wasted another 30 minutes of BOTH of our time, and supposedly everything was fixed and my trial was canceled. My 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Duramax High Country was stolen in Houston, Texas 2/24/23 from a valet parking area right in front of Hilton Post Oak Near Galleria Hotel main entrance. I reported the stolen vehicle right away. I had to call On Star multiple times just to make sure claim was in place.

On Star stated they could not find my truck, no way to track it. Hugh premiums little service especially when a vehicle is stolen I have requested my truck be powered down when I first was made aware. Lack of follow up.

In the last 12 hours I have called, and had to start updating a new case worker…repeating the same intel! No care or concern/lack of customer service! On star has not cared, has not truly helped, and continues to inform me of the case will be terminated in 48 hours.

5 hours and still no tow truck and when I called to see when the tow truck will come they cancelled it and-made a new report and kept giving the same location even though that was not the right location, so I cancelled and called a different tow company and had to pay a big bill for my car.

Also, why pick a tow company like an hour away. Thank god I wasn’t really hurt or even die . Onstar sucks and not really reliable

I purchased a 2014 Impala LT 14 months ago and was subscribed to the OnStar service. Around October I started receiving emails about the 2G system in my vehicle will no longer be compatible to work with OnStar to that of which I cancelled my subscription only to experience multiple auto draft attempts being made every week from the account I had attached to it which I had removed all funds which multiple overdraft fees started occurring.

I called customer service and was told that for some reason my debit card couldn't be removed and it was being escalated with no ETA of a resolution all while the monthly charge STILL attempting to deduct from my account for 2 months. I experienced a flat tire in the late evening hours of 1/8/23. I was told I would receive roadside assistance only to be told hours later that noone was coming for me hours later because they could not find anyone.

I am a female that has been paying for these services since 2007. They are rude when you call the 800 number and they do not resolve your issues they just PASS THE BUCK. I will be switching over to AAA

My mobile app for OnStar hasn’t worked in a week. Contacted tech support 4 times. They say they have to escalate it. I get a call back thinking it’s escalated but to find out it’s the same people I’ve previously talked to and they say they have to escalate it. I AM FURIOUS!!! I’ve had enough!!

Come get my $65,000 vehicle give my money back and I will go buy from different manufacturer that has service.

For over a year now I have been trying to cancel OnStar. I even went to the extent of closing out the Visa that was consistently being billed for a service that I no longer wanted nor authorized to be billed for.

I received finally a refund of the charges of almost a full year to just be charged the following month for the monthly charge. Once again I called, complained and was issued a refund. it happened again. This time instead of the card being refunded I was sent a check.

The check was in my ex husband's name and not mine. This account was and has always been not only paid by me but over my own vehicle which I may say I sold months ago but was still being billed for the account for a truck I never now own.

95 for a basic plan when I traded my 2017 Equinox on a 2019 Equinox. I was told my special rate would continue after my free trial on the 2019 model. Wrong!!! I've been quoted 5 or 6 different prices that far exceed what I was promised.

Literally have been waiting for well over 2 hours for someone to get me gas because I ran out. Four phone calls. I do not know how many texts, maybe 10.

Finally, I just canceled it and figured I could just go get it on my own. Much easier. I can walk to the gas station faster than someone will get here. My whole point and getting on star was for the roadside assistance. Mainly.

Horrible, horrible, horrible horrible horrible terrible service. Actually you can't call no service terrible. The service wasn't terrible. There was no service. I am blown away. I will be canceling my on star. I just needed gas but I probably need a jump by now too.

Cancelled my account and then they turned around and charged me anyways which caused my account to overdraft. Called and got a Rhanesha and asked for a manager and she told me there were no managers working to help me.

I have been trying to get the Mobil app to work on my phone since May 2022 when I tried to install it, I contacted a rep for help and since then I have spoken with 8 different individuals with no success .

I was a past customer of OnStar. Once before when locked out of my car they did a courtesy unlock for me. I called 6-22 – 22 as I was locked out of my car with groceries melting as I set in my wheelchair scooter in a hot parking lot.

I informed them of my situation and was refused the courtesy unlock. I was told if I had an active account they would unlock it. I said okay find me up and was told I could only sign up by pushing the blue button inside my car.

Even spoke to manager and agree to activate but he was very rude and no help. I definitely will never sign with OnStar now and I will never recommend their service

ONSTAR: I have called on Star over a dozen times. Every time they say they will take care of my issue and call me back tomorrow. I have even went through supervisors, same thing. I have never gotten a return call, ever!

I can't call the corporate office, the number has been disconnected! Worst company ever. God help anyone who would ever have to call for help.

I bought a new Chevy in 2019 and it came with OnStar. I have kept the service, or some type of OnStar plan, ever since. 99, was there anything they could do, etc. 59 a month for one year and I could cancel at any time.

Today, 6 days later, I received an email telling me that my OnStar service was cancelled per my request. So I called. I was on the phone for 20 minutes with 2 representatives who advised me there was no info on my account about last week's phone call and OnStar does not even have a plan available that I described.

I phone in 4 times to speak to a Supervisor about being given wrong directions to a city I didn’t ask for. That was an hour away instead of 20mins. That caused me to be late for an scheduled appointment.

Once I arrived late to Urgent Care, they wouldn’t accept me. Plus the amount of gas I used to go to the in correct city. No one never called me back. I did speak to a Christina on 2/2/22 and she said she would check into it and call me back. Today’s the 9th.

I have two complaints where OnStar failed me twice in times of dire need.

1. My car had a flat tire at the airport so I called OnStar for support. I was told the earliest I could get support would be more than 2 hours or even the next day. I was reminded by the Agent that it was the start of Memorial Day weekend and the dealerships had already closed. I did a quick Google search and found a roadside service who was at the airport within 15 minutes and changed my tire for me. I gave that person a huge tip and was grateful for his help. OnStar couldn't be bothered to do a quick Google search for roadside assistance? Are your Agents that lazy? Come on! Terrible support.

I canceled my Onstar membership back in October 2021 and in November & December 2021 they continued to charge me. I called each month and gave them all the info and even sent a screen shot show my credit card was getting charged.

I gave them the credit card info back in December and was told I would get a refund in 7 to 10 days. No refund yet so I called again today, January 5, 2022 and the lady today told me I should go to my credit card company and file dispute because she couldn't help me.

I just want this to stop so I will never have to deal with ON Star ever again. Ugh!!!

Bought brand new 2021 Silverado Trail Boss LT edition , well the engine lifters went out and the truck needed to be towed. So my wife hit the onstar button only for them to leave my wife stranded for 7 hours in an very dangerous part of town !

This company is beyond horrendous and the support was EVEN WORSE ! I tried to call them again and the lady ( Laquisha ) wanted me to provide her personal insurance information, which has not a darn thing to do with it ! Bottom line....

Please for the love of everything holy do not waste your money with these idiots and GROSS INCOMPETENCE !

I ask for directions from Rockland ME to Clifton Park NY.. I told him we have had so many problems thru MA and I knew there were other Ways to get to our destination without MA... he checked and advised me we would NOT go near MA. We ended up,in MA. 2 1/2 HOURS !!!!

This is the 3rd time we were routed WRONG after asking not to go near MA If I get poor service one more time... I will cancel this service .

I had a flat tire, but fortunately my car was in my garage so I wasn't stranded. I called Onstar to ask for help as my husband was out of town and I had no transportation. The woman that answered on 9/11/2021 was HORRIBLE!!

She asked me all the questions and my pin so she could pull up my account. Even though she had all of my information she made me read my VIN to her and asked about my mileage, which is only 4500.

She was SO rude and said the only thing I could do is have it towed. To where?? She couldn't say. It was an awful experience and I'm seriously thinking about canceling after paying Onstar, for what I thought was for my safety, for over 19 years!!!

Thank God my dealership came through for me and swapped out tires so I wasn't stranded.

Absolutely terrible on July 5th I called for directions it was a half-hour trip they gave me directions for 1 hour and 15 minutes when I told him the problem they gave me another set of directions that had me headed west when I knew I had to go east called and complained spent a lot of time they were to get back to me never got back to me called them again the next day never heard back again seriously why do I pay for this service

I purchased my 5th Chevrolet on April 16, 2021 from Maxie Price in Loganville, GA. It was a trade in from a 2018 Traverse to a 2021 Chevy Traverse. I have always enjoyed using the calling options on OnStar with minutes to spare.

Much to my surprise, the 2021 Traverse did not have where I could use my unused minutes on OnStar. Spoke with Customer Service and was told no transfer or refund for the minutes. I called in to tell them I am not getting monthly diagnostic reports for months and my check engine light came on I checked my email to see if I was getting a report on it come to find out my On Star is off.
