Hi. This is regarding a visit to Caremount Urgent Care in Fishkill NY.

I had some severe pain under my left breast so I went to urgent care on Friday 9/30. I knew it wasn’t my heart.

They did a CAT scan of my abdomen. They told me everything was negative except that I was full of stool.

I’ve been constipated for years (a side effect of having MS) and I’ve never had pain like that. So Sunday 10/2, I got a ride to a Hospital ER and the doctor said, “I agree with you that it’s not your belly”. I could touch an area that hurt.

She took a chest x-ray. I have a fractured rib! It is soooo painful. My pain was at least a 10.

I didn’t fall or anything.

On Thursday 9/29 I was at the dentist and I violently sneezed. I’m probably gonna need a bone density study. I shouldn’t be breaking a rib by…

Have been going to the polyclinic for over 12 years. Called urology and was put on hold for over 1 hr. Never got through! Left my phone number and never got a call! My wife has had the exact problem.

being denied Saxsenda when I am fully aware that I meet all the requirements for this medication. Wegovy has been denied in the past also. Now that Wegovy is unavailable it was approved. Both medications have the requirements. And I have spoke with my doctor who says the denial was because I don't meet the requirements.

This run around is ridiculous. What needs done to correct this?!?!

On August 24th my oncologist submitted a new prescription indicating I would be taking 100mg of Zejula 2 times per day (200mg daily). I submitted the request to fill the prescription online on August 29th only to receive only 1 bottle of pills on Wed. August 31st. 45 minutes later on the phone with Will telling me that my insurance has to pay (Sept. 1 for the refill) we established that in fact Optum DIDN'T WORK off of the updated prescription, with no solution beyond me having to call again to get the pills sent out. I was told by Will that I would receive a call from his supervisor (NEVER DID) and that a rep would contact me on 9/1 to confirm delivery for 9/2 (again NEVER HAPPENED).

We used optum infusions for 3 years, they were great until they no longer found my sons life sustaining medication profitable, forcing us to find a new home infusion company and nurse, and thus in turn my son missing more than one of his weekly infusions. I am very disappointed in how they have handled things, and how they have treated other patients. This is a greed driven company and not for the good of their patients!

I am a mental health provider and I don't appreciate what your company is doing. Your company keeps denying payment for a client until I provide the client's mental health records. Frankly, the client's private psychotherapy notes are not the insurance company's business. Every other insurance company trust's my judgement in how often I see a client based on their mental health conditions, symptoms and goals. My complaint is in regards to optum on Montgomery in Albuquerque. It is not against the provider. I have been trying since Friday August 5th, 2022 to get in touch with the office of Patricia engleman because my daughter needed paperwork from her last check to join the schools volleyball team.

I am complaining against Western Neurological Associates in Burbank Ca. I needed to see a specialist through my insurance Optum. This place gave me appointment after 3 months even though I had daily headaches for long time. I saw a PA instead of doctor, she prescribed new medication and MRI of my neck.

Then the receptionist informed me about my issue. I asked for a follow up so I could know what is going on with MRI and talk about new medication but they gave me appointment again after 3 months. I am very frustrated and I am in pain every day.

I asked to talk to doctor but she never responded. This place is very unorganized and careless toward patients.

Your customer service in the Philippines don't listen. There always friendly, but they just don't get it. I have two Albuterol Rx. One is an inhaler and the other is for my nebulizer. I called to have the inhaler Rx refilled.

I had already sent on delivery back and even spoke with the pharmacist to cancel all nebulizer medication because the Rx was going to be changed. He understood. The girl on the line seemed to understand. Well... I just got more nebulizer medication that I didn't know was coming sitting on my back stoop late at night.

I had already gone over this when getting my inhaler refilled and was almost screaming that I didn't want nebulizer medication. Now I have to send it back again. This is getting old. I'm about ready to go another mail order.

I have an auto-immune injection needed every 28 days shipped by Optum Specialty pharmacy. It was ordered before it was due and scheduled to arrive the day after my due date. It never came. I waited. A week goes by and I call.

Call escalates to supervisor who agrees it was never shipped and promised UPS overnight delivery for today. Today nothing arrived. I call again. Now I’m told they cannot ship til Monday for Tuesday receipt. At this point I’m near 2 weeks delayed over a pharmacy error. Unacceptable.

I am a retired Michigan public school teacher and therefore my prescriptions hold me captive to OptumRX by their agreement with Michigan. My 2 prescriptions will only be allowed to be refilled to a 30 day supply so I checked out the 90 day mail option.

On April 6th, 2022, I signed up with OptumRX to receive a 90 day supply of my two necessary prescriptions. As of May 11, 2022, I had neither my prescriptions nor any contact from OptumRX so I called them. They claimed that the doctor had denied their April 6th, 2022, request for scripts for my meds.

claims department agents are very sloppy, they enjoy putting people on hold, rep ren left me for an hour on hold, he said 2-3 minutes while he searched for my requested claim information, this has been one of my worst call to optum, there is no option on the automated system to fax eobs and reps need to request permission to the tooth fairy to send eobs via fax, honestly, do people get trained in the claims department? or do i have to request a supervisor on every call just to get the proper information? its 1.20pm and he is yet to reach out to me on the phone,

I am putting in a complaint against one of the customer service representative name joseph. I called about a mistake in taking too much money out of my account. He was very rude and had no respect for the customers.

I was trying to explain to him the reason for my call all he telling me that its your fault. I was paying my bill with the pay service they have to pay your bill by phone. the service keep cutting off and I was paying a certain amount that were due optimum.

Horrible customer service. Terrible internal processes. And some of the agents are just snotty. I’ve been trying to get an HSA roll over out of Optum. The first three times I called Optum, I got three different answers. My new trustee got involved and asked me to find out what account number Optum was transferring the balance to. The chick at Optum raised her voice to me that this was a process and that I the customer had not waited long enough. She went on to say that I contacted them on 2/23 and it takes 2 weeks. I had contacted them on 1/20th the first time. So today I called at 3:30pm Central Time today, 3/21. In 2hours and 45 minutes I talked to 4 different people and then was disconnected.

Had to wait over 45 minutes on the phone just to have them answer to get an appoint. After 15 minutes on hold, while still on hold 30 minutes later driving time I arrived at the 64st office, walked in to make an appointment and my call was still on hold.

This is unacceptable and has been this way since Optum/4c took over this practice that we have been using for 33 years! This customer svc is unacceptable, multiple complaints to my doc(who is not happy about it either-and only 1 of 2 of the original docs left says something!

I want copies of mine and my wife’s records for the past 33 years so we can find another provider! 33 years and Dr Wyatt Decker throws it down the drain!

I placed an order on 1/21/2022. Kept going into the app and checking the status that showed 2/4 as an estimated delivery date. I tried to contact them several times during the first week to see if I could get more information as I Knew I would be out of my medications on January 28.

I never received a response back, told me they were unable to call me back. So after the meds didn't arrive on Feb 4 I went back to my local pharmacy and had them fill the prescriptions.... 50, but caused me a week of total hell because of the pain I was in.

Optum customer service for provider lines are services poorly. Their phone numbers on denial letters or EOBs do not answer and call gets disconnected. There is no one to complain about. If you call other numbers, they say "sorry, this is not the correct dept. and transfer to the providers' line which disconnects phone line. They do not send us the denial letters by mail or fax. Also they require us to go to their Portal where unacceptable EOBs are found. There are no EOBs which we can be used to appeal to the healthplan.

Is there anybody who can help me? I have some claim denials and have appealed. We do not have a decision letter on them. Thank you.

Optum has a faulty billing department. As a health care provider network, Optum should know that these issues can cause people psychological stress. I've been sent 2 invoices of bills that I've already paid. Lucky for me I paid with my credit card.

Imagine if I paid cash and lost the receipt. I would have to pay twice for services I've already paid for. Tried contacting the Angelia Romero to no avail. Sent her proof of payment and never received confirmation. Was sent to collections and credit was affected.

Had to file a dispute for the 1st invoice. 1st invoice was resolved but now another invoice that they marked paid is now marked unpaid. I've tried sending Angelia Romero 10+ emails with proof of payment and she's not responding back.

I think maybe she is unqualified for her position…

I went to paramount on 11/30/21 to take a covid19 test. When the nurse handed me the test, as an RN myself, turned around to swab myself to protect her. As I turned back to give her my test, she’s was rude and unprofessional.

She told me I didn’t do it correctly. I asked, how did she know how I did it if I turned and gave her my back to swab myself. I perform covid19 rapid exams for an agency. How al I not going to know how to do a simple covid test.

Very hard to talk to pharmacy people regarding prescriptions. The local pharmacist can reach out to the doctors and get all refill prescriptions and take care of everything all you have to do is pick up your medication. This mail-order pharmacy becomes a nightmare when you request a refill through them.

I have been forced through United Healthcare to use Optum for botox injections for migraine headaches. Since day one, there has been nothing but issues. TWICE they have told me "I will call your bank" and "I will use the card you have on file" for charges that are not even legitimate.

Two days ago I receive a call that I had a $958 balance which is false. Prior to that, I was told that an October payment had not gone through or been processed. My bank shows it went through on October 8.

I discovered this morning that I have 4 pills remaining for my prescription rx 310629182 , which had no refills left. However, in talking with UHC, who is my health care provider, I was told that my Doctor, Gregg Kloesner had sent a new 6 month prescription September 25. I don't understand why the prescription was not filled. You are now overnighting that medicine so that I don't run out, but I don't think that should have ever happened.

Further, I was told that it was not enrolled in automatic refills. What????? Why would you call my provider for a new prescription that was on automatic refill and then not put it on automatic refill???????

People who answer the phones never seem to know anything. Horrible experience!! Optum provides drug coverage for me, paid for as a retirement benefit. They are NOT my pharmacy, although they offer this service. I prefer to use a mom-and-pop place nearby that can deliver the same day. Optum calls me to remind about refills, which might be nice-- if they were authorized to do so (they are not) and if the calls actually made sense in light of when I need to renew anything.

Furthermore, when I tried calling at the listed number I encountered a run-around from the representative, instead of someone who wanted to hear the complaint. By run-around, I mean spelling my name (really as easy as Jane Smith) over and over, verifying my address several times, and other stalling tactics.

My transfer of a prescription (onglyza) has been bungled from the get go. I have been lied to repeatedly by your customer service reps. I have already placed a complaint but don't trust that the rep actually submitted it. I asked for emergency shipment via UPS because I was going to run out because of your ineptness. It wasn't done!! I was very happy with the services provided by Healthcare Partners until Optum took over, then things went downhill. My top complaint is it takes about 2 weeks to talk to your doctor. Under the previous administration, you leave a message with your doctor and can expect a call back either the same day or the next day. Also, the environment changed and not for the better; staff don't seem as friendly.

I am about to stop ordering through OptumRX. This is the 2nd time I have ordered prescriptions on their website and have them add ones I have not ordered and had to call to get them to stop filling that medication.

2 days ago was enough. I ordered 1 medication and Optumrx added my Synthroid prescription to my order. I called immediately and talked to someone not in the US and she assured me she removed it from my order that I would only be getting what I ordered.

She lied as the next day I got a email saying Synthroid was being mailed and they charged my account $120. Are you kidding me?????? I called the # from my RX CARDS (AARP) and someone in my country answered abd after 15 minutes of waiting she was able to fix the problem.

The ridiculous hoops they require physicians and patients to jump through in order to obtain specialty medication for debilitating illness is unbelieve. They should be ashamed. The physician who writes a prescription is required to recertify it every single month.

It's medication taken on a weekly basis and will have to for the foreseeable future. They DO NOT COMMUNICATE THIS to the patient or the physician during the time the prescription is submitted and NO ONE CONTACTS THE PATIENT OR PROVIDER to advise this ADDITIONAL PAPERWORK is required to fill medication.
