Undelivered ordered meds with me authorizing co pay. Was told by a supervisor ( Katie ) that my order was made on 2/3/18. Correct. Then stated optum attempted to notify me 3 time without my response. Wrong. Only notification on 2/4/18 that order was received.
On 2/6/18 email that immediate action was required. Done. I had to call 4 times to get my meds ordered correctly and overnighted. Been out of some of my meds for over a week. Out of INSULIN now. Personnel incompetent and negligence will cause someone death .
I have all e-mail and incoming phone #' s on my tablet and phone. Was lied too. Very dissatisfied with Optum Rx. Considering legal action.
