I would give a zero if possible. The woman, Stacy that works at the Mckinleyville O'Reilly's has been harassing customers and fellow employees. She has also sexually harassed them and many have quit because of her. She also deletes customers accounts for no apparent reason. Hopefully she gets fired.

She causing this location to lose business and possibly cause the company to get sued for allowing sexual harassment.

I have had my account since I was 16 with the same number and had gathered a woping 87 bucks but the only way to use my reward was to change my number from my landline phone to my cell causing me to lose my reward. That is unacceptable. You offered the reward. I earned it. I want it.

I had an extremely terrible experience at O'Reilly's store 5469. I thought you guys provided exceptional service, but the management here is horrendous. When I first approached the counter, the manager, Moise claimed that I hadn’t bought the part from his store, despite looking directly at the receipt. He then said the part was used, even though I had purchased it brand new and was returning it because my mechanic didn’t need it.

The manager was unwilling to help, stating that if he processed the return, the cost would come out of his paycheck. I’m shocked that O'Reilly would deduct money from employee checks for returns.

My husband and I went to the orielly on 7940 Brooklyn Blvd, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445. We called and this guy name Austin pick up. We asked him if he has the part in stock and he said yes he does.

" We said okay whatever, but we show up to the store 30 minutes later. He was the guy who was helping us. We asked him about the part and then he rudely asked us to give him our license plate.

We go to that store all the time to get parts for our cars and never once they ask us for our license plate. So we refused to get it to him because it has nothing to do with what we asking for.

Then he got mad because we didn't get him our license plate and he told us he will go look for it in the back. He left for a few minutes and came back rudely telling us that they don't have it in stock.

O'Reillys at Your Fort Worth, Texas O'Reilly Auto Parts store #1886 is located at 7431 North Beach Street near the Basswood I was unsatisfied with the manager name Gloria and another manager he is like 6'3 can't recall his name, but both of them are very rude and they look so angry like they hate their job, I'm a combat veteran as a leader of many soldiers, I don't recommend Gloria to be working with customers I feel her anger without a reason and

I have bought things from the O'Reilly Auto Parts location at 12420 Venice Blvd., in Los Angeles 9006 for the last several years. Today, Sunday, October 22, 2023 I was there to get a replacement battery for my car remote keys. It was about 4:30 pm and they closed at 8 pm that day.

Right before going to O'Reilly's, I was at Auto Zone, where the two male clerks were very friendly. One took my car remote key, pried it open and saw the battery and said that they didn't carry it.

At O'Reilly's I waited for about 10 minutes and was the only person in line. There were two male clerks and the older male clerk who waited on me was really rude. I'm always polite. I went to the store located in Kingsport Tenn on east stone drive. The male employee was extremely condescending to me because I was unsure of the size of engine in my husbands truck. He told me he wasn’t gonna spend his entire shift on looking through gaskets and for me to figure it out and he rolled his eyes to the people behind me.

He was misogynistic and very condescending because I am a female. I told him he was being rude and he screamed at me and told me he wasn’t rude and started saying other things to me as I walked out of the store.

I went next door to Advance Auto and got exactly what I needed in less than 5 minutes. As I was checking out, a lady came to me and said that she and her husband also walked out because of the way he talked to me.

We went to O'Reilly's in Arab AL. Serena the manager is terrible. The assistant manager, which is her daughter -in-law, is terrible. They only apply the rules to certain people. It took almost two hours to get paint mixed. Then they were going to charge us again when it was a wrong shade because of the paint mixer.

Nobody knows how to do anything and they act like they are too scared to do their job. Relatives aren't suppose to work at the same store but Serena has her daughter-in-law working there. Her son worked there w/ her for a good while.

He transferred not because of the rule but because of a different position.

Employees using false names on the phone. Employees telling customers their orders of products will be in store on certain day and are not. Employees not stocking products on the shelf after selling out existing products. Managers(Logan), ignoring customers and not helping them.

Lies and misinformation from staff. When you call the Corporate office and make a complaint or leave a message for Corporate to contact you, they ignore you and never respond back, issues never resolved. Corporate office lady, ( Mrs Page), incompetent and unprofessional.

On May 17, 2023 I drove to a Cincinnati location on Ridge after I had gotten off work. I was at your location picking up a battery I purchased, in the midst of that an employee helped me put the battery in.

Long story short he came outside and proceeded to put my battery into my car, it didn't work. " he sated it was the tool he was using had touched a part of the battery and it was fine. Then told me to star the car up, I attempted to start the car, nothing.

Then I got out of the vehicle and walkaround to he front of the car and noticed he had put the battery in incorrectly, negative on positive and positive on the negative! He turned it around and put in correctly then asked me to start it again, nothing.

Ordered parts .they said it would be there the next morning.called the next day and they said it would be one more day.called the next day and got put on hold for 20 minutes .than they sayed it was there the day before and they sent it back.it was the north ridgeville Ohio store and this is the third time this has happened and I will most certainly take my business elsewhere.

Oreilly Auto parts in capitola california closed 10 min early two nights in a row. Both last night and tonight. I don’t get off work until 8:30 and both nights thid location closed 10 min before 9. Therefor I was unable to pick up brake pads for my car.

Forcing me to go to another store or online for the brake pads. Attached is a pic of one of the 3 employees working the second night which was tonight (Aug 24th). Very unprofessional.

I am a general manager of a large automotive company. A few days ago the owner of my location went across the street to the oriellys on gray hwy macon ga. It is literally right across the street. I do not do business with this locatiom because of the absolute worst cust. Service.

This has been brought to the area manager the owner went over to the oreilly on gray hwy to get a part. While in the store the manager jill asked if he was the new dm for my company and he stated sonething like that.

Jill proceeds to ask who is now the store manager of my company which was directly across the street. He advised David she then proceeded to tell him that she doesnt do much business with us because i sexually harass her associates.

Good morning, I'll start by saying I prefer O'Reilly's more than the other auto parts.

However after visiting the Old national highway location in Atlanta, I will never go to that location again. On 2 separate occasions I was the only customer in the store, early morning before noon. Service was absolutely terrible, today I stood in line in front of sales person the lady didn't greet me she didn't say I be right with you nothing.

So I stand there for 3 & a half mins. in silence, near the 4 min. mark the energy in the room was so bad I put my items back on shelf & left the store. In the future I will go out of my way to visit one of your other locations...

I ordered a battery, went back to pick it up at time I was told and took my old one in for core charge. 37 volts) which was worse than the old one I turned in on core. Now I had to uninstall, make a 3rd trip to return battery and pick up my old one. No apologies!

I went to oreilly in kerrville tx on Sidney baker st the manager and assistant manager would not take used oil to desposed of because they said it had other contaminants.i opened the oil and it was just used oil. The manager said he had the right to refuse service and that I needed to go elsewhere. That made me feel discriminated against because I am mexican and james the assistant manager who is white was letting an 18 year old dispose of a 5 galon jug of oil mixed with water when I got there.

Last year on 2/2022.. I went to buy a battery at 4700 North tryon Charlotte NC and told the cashier my vehicle information he just put in the computer and he gave me the battery that I supposedly need it for my vehicle but

he did a big mistake and put a ssb number. Now I went to the store to make effective my guarantee and because the cashier make the huge mistake and put the ssb 27RPRM and the right one is supposed to be 27 PRM now because he did that mistake they don’t want to validated my guarantee I’m very upset with this situation this is the first time I go to Oreilly to buy a battery and

On 7/82023 my wife needed to purchase a trip black glue for her vehicle and I am so disabled Army veteran and was diagnosed with colitis just three weeks ago at the VA hospital in Albuquerque new Mexico and as we entered the Orileys at 5820 on Central store #2716 I asked to use there restroom I always use it there just only when I need it but a short lady with glasses said not for public use but

I purchased a battery from cherry Street store in knoxville tenn store #0927 I believe it was a call in item from a business. It was asked in advance for total with tax and if there was a core charge.

The person gave us a total and said no core charge. My son who was the mechanic who called it in was out of town for July 4th holiday and told me the total and to pick it up and they should even put it in for me since he wasn't here.

My car broke down. I went into your store to get the parts to fix my car. I used the store located on keystone Ave in Indianapolis indiana. While there to get parts I asked to use the restroom facilities. They refused.

I kindly asked for the manager. A lady came up very rudly and refused to allow me a paying customer who is broke down to use the facilities. I am a lady that walks with a cane. The employees were very rude!!

They continued to refuse to let me use restroom even though I was making a significant purchase. So i left and went to another part store. I will not be doing business with your company anymore!! I am very unhappy with the service from this store.

There is plenty of places to get car parts this day and age.

Hello about 7 or so months ago purchased a battery from Oreilly's auto parts for my 2010 toyota tundra platinum edition truck the battery was not labeled correctly the polarity of the battery was opposite it fried my truck has left me without work and has been damaged due to loss of power windows has water damage etc Oreillys has already accepted fault and has agreed to pay for everything the battery is liable for.

I took an 84 year old man in the store to get his van check out on meter, James waited on us, very rude and I felt he did not want to wait on us, he then told us where the windshield wash was, I got it and went to check out, he took a phone call, did not put them on hold, made us stand there. Most likely, these employees are underpaid and overworked.

However, it's no excuse for willful dereliction of duty and immorality. It was late and I lost the key for the gas cap. I'm from Abilene TX driving home and about to run out of gas. My Verizon signal was scarce no Internet.

I had not eaten in days and was starving and stressed. I was trying to conserve gas and called asking if they carried Mopar gas caps to get a key and told them of my dire situation. The man looked it up with an affirmative answer so I used my precious gas to drive there.

I bought a battery at 9401 Dixie hwy on May 5 2023 The People that were there at the time I bought the Battery for my 1996 ford explorer sport were great. He. let me know that that the person( whom was black) should not have replaced the battery terminal because they don't do that.

He told me that the reason it may not have worked was because the other battery terminal was loose. I asked if he could replace the other terminal, he said NO, and walked back into the store. I have worked in customer service all my life and if I had treated someone like he treated me.

I WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB!!!!! com. If I go back to this location and he is only one who is there, I will go somewhere else!!! I know this will probably not go anywhere. I just had to let my experience be known

1st Chehalis, WA Store Helpful thoughtful and considerate staff. Have dealt with 5 ppl there in the last week and feel like they went above and beyond.

Centralia, WA 5 ppl standing around and I wanted to check the Horn and Cruise fuses and said They don't do that Aren't Allowed and Can be Fired.

The staff looked up and were close enough to hear the conversation and did and said nothing. I am hdcp as well as my hunched over 87 year old dad on a hot day running errands including buying a Water Pump Timing Belt at the Chehali store less than an hour ago.

had one of you paint reps come by Weston Leopard we like him very much and began buying paint . have been buying a few years now we have in the past on a large order 9,000 in one week but probably on average do 5-600 a week on paint alone last week we had a bad mix on a three month old car we could not send it out the paint was un bendable we ask for another mix Weston agreed it was a bad mix the manager MARK at the Laurens sc store refused and

My car battery was dead on the side of the road. I took battery out and took to closest O'Reilly auto. I bought the battery there. I was told to come back in 1 hr to check on o It. I went home.

I have spent substantial amounts of money in the Dangerfield tx. Store! 3 crate motor last year! Went in this evening to pick up some paint not realizing it was almost closing time! I was reminded rudely and basically rushed out of the store!

Hopefully this is the right area for this. I don't have a complaint I have a apology for my son. He told me about something he did and felt really bad, my son and his 2 friends decided to get high and take a car with a tel number on it and report them for careless driving.

So his friend said if u do call in 3 complaint's I will give you $150. He did 2 and said I feel really bad can't do the 3rd one. So he came home and told me this . I'm very disappointing in him, but happy he realized he did something wrong.

I am writinv this complaint because i have had enough of . I have had to replace a power steering pump 6 times on a car and finally had ho go to auto zone to get a good one. My truck has taken 4 water pumps 3 throttle position sensors and 4 idle air control valves.

I have also replace 4 alternators on a custumers car all from orelly. To add to the situation they are the most expensive . 40 % more than most places or online. They sell nothing but bad parts and charge way too much i should be compisated for the extra work i had to do on customers cars that i couldnt carge customer for because i stand by my workmanship.

Orielly should have to pay me for my labor on the water pumps and power steering pumps. I think im gonna take legal action if something isnt done this has all been within 6…

I was harassed by one of your employees today at the store at 1425 N Kansas Expressway Springfield, Mo 65802, store #135 and assaulted by both him and another employee in the afternoon, around 6pm, of March 20 2023. Sadly, this employee was African American and he had a terrible attitude from the moment I said "Hello". I'm now experience an inability to calm down and am considering going the the ER because I already have high blood pressure. Hello. I am writing with concerns of suspicious activity in the parking lot of an O'Reilly's Auto Parts store location. I live in Clover, SC and I love Clover.

However, what I do not love is seeing young people selling drugs to other young people in the parking lot of their workplace. I wanted to go in the store and demand the employee be disciplined right then and there.

Instead I decided to walk in with my husband so we could get a good look at the employees name tag. Once I got a good look the name tag said Craylin. I was a manager for several years and if I found out one of my employees were out in the parking lot selling drugs on their smoke break or under any circumstances I would be furious and looking for a new employee so fast.

I just hate to think the reputation of that…

Ever since the new manager Tatiana has taken over the place is a disaster. She allows a bunch of underage kids to hang out there. I believe they are all doing drugs in the back I have witnessed them smoking cigarettes inside the building, more times than not end up standing at the counter Breathing and

second hand smoke waiting to be helped by the crackhead manager Tatiana who I couldn’t even get to help me the other day because she was too busy conversing and joking around with her personal friends. This has happened on multiple occasions and I’ve heard multiple stories similar to mine . It is too bad.

Went in the Norco- CA store to get some Mobil-1 and oil filter for my Mercedes but before I can change the oil I have to dump my used oil. Right when I walked in the store there was this dark headed dude empolyee (didn't get his first name) was working on 2/14/2023 1:30PM shift-- he gives me this odd response when I came in with the oil- I thought he was high on something. (I knew something weird was going to happen from his vibe). As I am headed to the Oil section to pick up new Mobil-1 oil supplies he comes out with my container of oil-- NOPE! Can't dump your oil-- it's mixed with something! I said NO it's not, it's a combination of 3 different brands of oil from my 5 cars. He rediculously says the oil is "brown" and isn't oil because it isn't jet black.

I recently visited your Hazlehurst,Georgia store and the manager Daniel there has a terrible attitude first of all every time I go in there it’s like he is mad that he has to be there serving customers ,and it’s not just me he will act the same way to other customers he never asks if you need help if you are looking in the store for something you have to ask him and if you do it’s like yeah what do you want and why are you bothering me can’t you see I already don’t like it that I’m here or that you are here attitude.

To Who My Concern:

My complaints is regarding about your manager who is working for the local O'Reilly Auto Part at North St. Paul, MN 55109. The accident is on February 3, 2023 between 12:30 PM and 1:45 PM. The day before this accident, my wife Honda CR-V the break light and signal light is dead. I take the two lightbulbs to O'Reilly Auto Part. I gave them the two bulls that is dead to one of the guy working at the counter. He look the number on this two light bulls and when to the shelve and brought me two new bulls. He say this the one you needed it. I trust him because he is working there so he know more than me. The day follow I put it in to my CR-V tail light.
