Ordered a set of shocks, the first set came in, wrong part number. Ordered a second set of shocks, they came in, wrong part number again. Ordered a 3rd set of shocks on 9/30/22, did not pay for them as I had 2 sets of shocks to return that your employees couldn’t get right the first 2 times (including ast. Manager Yvonne).
I was told they had to be shipped from Oklahoma, not a problem. I go back in the store #402 on 10/3/22 to see if they’ve arrived and they say “probably tomorrow”. No problem, I’ll come back tomorrow. I go back on 10/4/22 and still no shocks.
Daniel tells me “we will call you” when they arrive. So I wait for 2 more days for a phone call and I get nothing. Go back to the store on 10/7/22 to see if the shocks have arrived and he tells me they were sent back!
Horrible…
