i want to file discrimination against the Taylor mi and the woodhaven mi,I applied for a job at the woodhaven location and they told me that they needed to do a background check and that it would take a couple of days and yet my uncle goes to the the Taylor location and they handed him the job and he didn't have to go through what I had to go through, I won't ever set foot in O'Reilly because of discrimination and

This is regarding the store in ravenel SC. The heavy set, short white man with glasses was blatantly rude and refused to answer a basic question about my vehicle after I waited my turn to speak with him as they were busy at the time.

I was treated so rudely today I needed a new windshield wiper to replace the one I bought there before it was crap and no good the guy at the cash register was ask very polite could you put it on for me the guy said Don't you know how to do it? Wow I'm 54 years old a female and I feel so mistreated it's not the first time I felt mistreated by that place they need to learn skills on how to treat paying customers I hear how people are treated in there but

The store in corinth has one guy that can't ever order the right parts every time the last 2 weeks he has continued to order wrong parts on purpose he said if he got the wrong part my wife's sister would have to bring g her so he can flirt.

He actually admitted this and needs to be fired. I'm sure they have not refunded the right money on the valve cover gasket well over $75 just to get the right one they ordered wrong to begin with.

I went to the Coonrapids store to buy dog tape, I and my dad was outside standing and furguring out how to tape our car bumper. One of the employees came out and called me and my dad a pig and monkey omg I was shocked and devastated.

As a black woman and a black man of 79 year old being called pig and money it’s crazy. I felt very bad and went to look at myself in the morrow if I looked like a monkey. It was a bad experience.

U have an employee named Selena Thomas that is a manager at your store in Georgetown South Carolina. She uses social media to bully and just be so nasty to the general public that nobody wants to do business there.

Her Facebook account and her husbands is used as a platform to spew hate and now attorneys and the law have been contacted. I would like to think y’all would vet the employees better but this woman is hateful. Please look into the situation because it’s terrible to think y’all would allow someone to be a manager with a history of treating people in the public that has to walk into your store and deal with her

Placed an online order. pickup that day at 1pm. pickup until emailed available. By 7pm still no email. Contacted Kierstan through orielly chat. the chat suddenly telling me another agent would continue. comes back asking what I would like to do.

I said cancel the order. She never got back to me so I cancelled the chat. is ready. I call customer service, first David, then Robert. to my issue (notes). Robert then tells me there is nothing further that can be done when I ask him about the poor service with the delivery and then chat service.

He refused to have it looked into any further. the next person I should contact, he said this the last level. Customer concerns are not a priority with this company.

Erin Bond at the Lockport location treated me so disrespectfully and degraded me daily. I absolutely loved my job there and was looking fwd to being there for as long as possible. Almost a year in and she took all sales from me and gave them to her best friend, whom she had me train to take my primary driver position.

Ms Bond stated she did so because I wasn't trained well enough, but yet I was trained well enough to train her best friend to take my position. I just recently learned my big $ purchases are deleted out of the system, and my twin went into the Lockport store not long ago sometime in the past week or 2.

I went into the Carthage , Mo store and there was only 1 customer in there and 3 employees standing there talking politics with the man and never once did anyone acknowledge my presence or ask if I needed help until I went to go out the door. I went there to buy a auto battery but apparently you don’t ,t need our business.

So I went to Napa and got wonderful service. Maybe you should send your employees there for training. I will never do business in your store again. I’m in retail and know what customer service is and you don’t have it. You get double zero

I purchased the above product from the Chino Valley, Arizona store this past week, and was charged $32.39 for a single 1-ounce bottle. The customer clerk, Jerry, believed (as i did) the price I was charged should have been for the box of 6 bottles. When Jerry consulted the store manager he was told their computer listed the price for one bottle. When I returned to the Chino Valley store and complained about the overcharge I was told the price of the dye was set by "Corporate" and I would have to consult them... you. I have found this same product on other automotive sites selling for as little as $23.56 for a box of 6 1-ounce bottles. I arrived at the Flora Illinois store at 8:50 pm Saturday the 5th of November 2022. The attendants had already locked the door and when I knocked they retreated to the back. I was attempting to help a family that had broke down and needed a simple item.

But because your store refused my service and closed early I could not. I work on many projects along with several friends that shop at O'Reilly's often and spend a lot of money annually. We all agree never again will we step foot in an Oreilys store.

We are taking our business and support to AutoZone. Very disgusted with the treatment I received and I will let it be known every way I possibly can

I bought a part Two parts and mechanic came and they were wrong parts so I drove back to store and mechanic waited. It took two days to get a mechanic to truck. I gave him 20$ so he wouldn't leave.

I came back and he opened the box they gave us wrong part again. I had to drive back during rush hour to get right parts. Staff was defensive and never apologized . Now the mechanic left and iam trying to get another mechanic over here.

So basically you cost me two days without a car.

Also my girlfriend loaned me her car and I was one hour late to pick her up from work and left two kids at daycare for extra hour and a half. She was mad at me. I called customer complaint line for more abuse by your company and the stalling and idiocy continued.

They took everyone else through checkout besides me and took all the Mexican American guests and ingnored me because I don't speak Spanish. I was charged $10 for a $30 part that weighs almost nothing. When we decided to cancel this order within minutes of purchasing it, they refused to refund the shipping. The item hadn’t even been shipped yet. The fact that you even charge shipping for an item that has to be picked up in the store is ridiculous.

On top of that, the employee was rude about it. I will never shop there again and will recommend that everyone I know shop at the Advanced Auto across the street. Much better customer service over there. I would attach my original receipt but he did not give it back to me.

Only gave me the refund receipt.

Ordered a set of shocks, the first set came in, wrong part number. Ordered a second set of shocks, they came in, wrong part number again. Ordered a 3rd set of shocks on 9/30/22, did not pay for them as I had 2 sets of shocks to return that your employees couldn’t get right the first 2 times (including ast. Manager Yvonne).

I was told they had to be shipped from Oklahoma, not a problem. I go back in the store #402 on 10/3/22 to see if they’ve arrived and they say “probably tomorrow”. No problem, I’ll come back tomorrow. I go back on 10/4/22 and still no shocks.

Daniel tells me “we will call you” when they arrive. So I wait for 2 more days for a phone call and I get nothing. Go back to the store on 10/7/22 to see if the shocks have arrived and he tells me they were sent back!

Horrible…

I had ordered a TP sensor, online on a Sunday and was supposed to be delivered the following Tuesday. My part was not delivered. According my email from O'Reilly my part wasn't Evan shipped until layer in the day Monday.

I took the day off from work just to install the new part so this has become a very expensive part. O'Reilly Auto parts has lost a customer. If this falls on FedEx then O'Reilly needs to go UPS.

I have had 2 run ins with an employee names Micheal at this particular store. Hes an older gentleman that I was told was a retired Police officer. This man has no business working in a customer oriented business. My 1st encounter with this man was when I came in for a battery I needed for my lawn mower.

He was rude from the get go. I asked if he could come out to my truck and take a look as it was in the bed of my truck. He refused so I had to go get it and bring it in the store then he asked what was the CC amps and I was like its stamped on the battery.

I purchased wiper blades from O’RIELLY AUTO PARTS on Sept1. 2022 several minutes before scheduled closing at the BROWNSVILLE ROAD , POWDER SPRINGS,GEORGIA LOCATION. I was driving a vehicle that was rarely used and it started to rain and I could not see well enough to drive and did a search for a parts store opened who sold and would install the wiper blades.

I am 64 years old with my daughter going to pick up needed medical equipment. They sold me the wiper blades then locked the door and turned the lights out. We did not know how to replace They refused and left my daughter and me stranded for over an hour alone and scared.

Their AR department is a bunch of incompetent embeciles, who are lazy and have no clue how to do accounting. we purchase parts in bulk and cut a check each time we get the invoices. Our problem started in January when we get a statement saying that we owe them "Y amount", I call and it seem like we have overpay them 2k even though the statement that we owe them 1K.

Every month since it has been an issue, so I called them up and was told by Kylie & Lindsey that there is unapplied checks on our account that they have not applied to any of the open invoices. HOW!!

You sending out invoices stating that there is an amount past due yet you have open invoices on account. I then ask to speak to a manager and was told that there was no one available.

Store #2148 Broken Arrow, OK I had them order me a New starter for my Honda Accord. Instead of a new starter they gave me an old, used, dirty starter off of a 2016 pickup. The old receipt was in the box that the other person had taken back to the store.

When I took the OLD starter back to the store Don, the assistant manager said it wasn’t their fault. He was very rude and defensive. When I asked him to call another store that had a new starter and ask them to hold the starter until I could get there he refused to call them or help me in any way. When I mentioned his lack of customer service he informed me that customer service wasn’t his job!

7 v8 and I went to the oriellys in Perry ga and told the man tim that I needed 3 spark plugs for it cause it had autolite in it and was running like crap so he looked up the part number for my specific truck and went to get them brings them back and says here ya go well this was right as he was locking door.

Went home put them in and it ran and sounding like crap so I took them 3 back out and low and behold 2 of the 3 we're to long compared to was goes in it and even comparing it to the 3rd one he sold me. So I went in and he admitted he was at fault so they said they would cover me new gaskets and head bolts so I could brake it down and replace the pistons I already had at home as extras from when motor was rebuilt 4 months ago.

Went on a Sunday was only one there Spencer was not trained well I ordered 3 things from him he pulled 2 worng off the shelf. That ended up wasting 2 hrs and 70 miles of my time . His excuse was they pull lots of parts and make mistakes.

He never double checked his work and I was the only one there on a Sunday shop's are not open for deliveries he was leaning on the counter when I came in. Who is going to replace the 150$ of my money for lost time and gas????

when I figured out what part I needed my son was in Hallettsville, so I told him to head to Oreillys to get it but it was close to closing so I'd call them. The time was 7:56p by my clock.

A lady answered I told her I realized they close at 8 but my son was right there could she let him in all we needed was a spark plug for our riding mower. She proceeded to tell me its your policy If he's not in the store they cannot unlock the door to let him in.

Locked the door right in front of him. Absolutely Horrible customer service. I've used the Hallettsville Oreillys for years and other Oreillys in Victoria and surrounding areas and other local businesses and have Never been treated like that. we were Literally at the front door.

I went to O'Reillys today asking for a new battery to be put in my truck. The obese gentleman told me he couldn't put one in because he was on restriction. I then said what about the other two guys sitting on their butts in the store.

He then said one of them were also on restriction. He proceeded to walk back in the building where all of them had disappeared leaving me standing there with no service. Needless to say I left the building. Another unsatisfied customer.

Assaulted by store manager when he pepper sprayed me and accused me of stealing. Weeks prior my debit card was declining when I had an issue with PayPal and customer of mine. Manager suggest since I spent so much money there in the past for me to go ahead and take the items without paying and figure out the debit card issue and reconcile the bill at that time .

He gave me permission to leave the store and then a few days later sends his guys to my house to threaten my family if I don't pay for the items when we had talked on the phone several times and I explained to him what the status was .

I ordered 2 transmission lines, 24 hours later went to pick-up. One line was crushed so clerk reordered for pick-up in 24 hours. Again i went to pick-up line, it was not there. I was told to come back in 24 hours.

This was my second bad experience with O'reilly. There will not be a third time. The incompetence of shippers and clerks is overwhelming.

It was nice to have a beautiful new big store built at 7360 Airport Highway Holland, Ohio. 43528. But the company should be ashamed of themselves as to how this facility is maintained. Knee high grass and weeds that have not been mowed yet this season. Beds overrun with weeds.

Last Sunday, I visited one of your locations, to remain unnamed. The employees were wonderful and provided great customer service. I had an issue with a fuse for my cigarette lighter in order to charge my mobile phone. After spending approximately 45 minutes checking all the fuses in my vehicle, the problem was resolved. Great Job!

I drove off and then noticed another light appeared on my dashboard, and also realized all of my outside signals did not operate on my VW Jetta. Algona O,Reilly Monday no one in store 3 guys on their computers, we bought a starter, tried to make some conversation you know weather related, nothing from salesmen, a nice lady came in to get wipes for a screen in her car and picked up air fresheners, she was so nice and tried to make conversation NOTHING, AND THEY MADE FUN OF HER WHEN SHE LEFT!!
