Just got a fuel pump from the Massillon Ohio O'Reilly's Auto Store and a fuel filter too but the issue is with the young guy who works there and the fact that with my truck being broke down and needing the fuel pump for return because it's under warranty. Anyhow he offered to bring the sock to me since he knew I had to pay for the ride to get the fuel pump and need to get the truck running tonight because of having a ton of appointments.

So he was going to take a sick from one of the other fuel pumps in the back and drop it off to me when he closes the store at 10:00 and he was the only employee there and this was at 9:00 or a little after. Your Bell Gardens Store has a Manager I think the name is Juan. Basically he’s not helpful with customer’s . Ask him questions and he responded by saying he didn’t know that he’s not a mechanic. Upon that I ordered the part anyway.

Got store credit but he did tell me to go to the Huntington Part store that they had item that would fit . Went there guy looks it up and he didn’t have it there. Calls Bell Gardens store Juan answered and is on speakerphone tells the guy talking with him he never told me to go there.

Now my buddy was with me as he heard the same thing I did. It sounds as if there’s a mistake he will not take the blame for it and would rather tell a customer he’s not a mechanic because he’s tired of all the questions they ask?

I use my orielly coupon discount and the item given to was not the right part. I got home and realized that they had given me the wrong part so I went to try to exchange the part at a different store location o’rielly Auto Parts 6150 Watt Ave.

North Highlander, store manager Mario Helena would not let me exchange the part without paying in full amount of the original price’s. I have to go and exchanged from the original store I purchased it from. I have an argumentative related about exchanging parts .

Why do I have to go to the original store for exchange. Do all O’rielly Auto Parts have different ownership? Are they not in the same branch! What a waste of times going back and forth to exchanged from the original store.

Customer service does NOT exist at the veterans parkway location in Columbus, Ga! These workers are super rude and very lazy. They made my father change the battery all by himself, but claim they are supposed to help put it in.

They would not even allow my father to borrow tools. They made him buy the tools! If they were not going to help put it in, they should have at least let him borrow the tools. We do a ton of business with them ($10,000 - $15,000 a month) and they were unwilling to even lift a finger.

All these people do is lie and false advertise.

This is in regard to your store location in Tooele, Utah. In October of 2021 i purchased a rebuilt turbo for my 2006 Chevy Duramax. I paid 1300 hundred dollars for it along with a 3-year warranty. I had a shop due the labor and had to wait for them to remove an replace the faulty turbo.

00 in order to get my core charge back from O'Reilly. 00. I should not have to pay 3 separate times for a part which was under warranty. Your store manager told me he'd take care of it within 30 days.

At the present time i'm unable to have had any contact. I wish to recover the extra cost on labor for a part which didn't work

Called smokey point store on state st. My wife asked about purchasing online. Chase whom I believe she spoke with guided her on how to order and asked him about if ok me/her husband to pick up the items and he said no problem. Order placed and paid.

Hi,my name is Josh. I am an industrial service mechanic with over 20 years of experience. I buy all of my parts and supplies exclusively from O'Reilly auto parts. Unfortunately I have to go out of my way to the next town for quality service.

The store at 2321 hwy 78 east in Jasper, AL is the store I'm referring to. On multiple occasions I have witnessed them being very unprofessional towards customers, both over the phone and in person. They seem to act angry when asked a question about a part and treat customers like they are stupid.

I've seen the manager let an employee speak to an older lady like she was a child! Then all of them just laugh about it. The other day I had no choice but to stop there. I was dreading it so much.

Im a mechanic and the weekends so I spend a lot of time in and out of my nearest auto parts store, that would be O'Reilly's in Elkton, KY, 42220. Now I'm from this area so I've been around a long time and I have tried to ignore your employee and thought the manager at the store would handle it but no.

An employee at the moreno valley location on Sunnymead Blvd. had accused me of stealing something that he had seen me put in my pocket. I asked him what it was that he see me put into my pocket , he couldn't answer.

After the employee had made such a traumatic scene I felt every customer in the store just glaring at me with conviction in their eyes. A close friend of mine had accompanied me and she also felt the embarrassment I had endured.

As if what he did wasn't enough even after emptying my pockets to prove him wrong he still went on and refused to ring up the items I wanted to purchase (over $200). I had to speak to the manager which turned to employee and told him to help me with my purchase.

I purchased a set of brake pads for my Chevy Trax from the store on Fenton Rd in Burton/flint area. I pre-paid for them and lost the receipt in the intervening MONTHS since I purchased it. They still have record of my purchase, and whenever I contact them, they give me a run around about it not being in and that they will call me when it is. I tried to get a refund, in order to purchase it elsewhere, since i really need to redo the brakes, but they tell me without the receipt they can apparently just keep my money forever without ever giving me the product or my money back.

If i could give less than 1 star for the service I have received, I would.

My father is Lyle Robinson— he is 84 and purchased a 2020 Chevy Silverado—with the idea that having a new truck would be less likely to have problems—it has 29,000 miles on it and has been in for repairs 3 times—two with oreily and once w/ Watson. Each time it’s a fiasco.

This time we dropped it off on 11-22-21 and were told they’d call in 2-3 days as to what the problem was. A little over a week later I called and it had still not been put on the diagnostics but was told they’d call by the end of the week - never got that call.

It is now12-6-21– 2 weeks later and I called and left a message for the service manager. I still have not gotten a call. Needless to say my father is worried that he may need to get a lawyer to resolve this and regrets the day he ever bought this truck.

The staff at 705 W Stassney Lane Austin Tx 78745 is horrible. Tonight I walked in. The store was empty. I asked for windshield wipers that would fit my car. The guy behind the counter acted like he was being inconvenienced.

He told me he "could not pick anything out for me" and sent me to aisle 4. After I found what I think I may need, I paid the other attendant and left. The guy who initially waited on me was outside admiring someones truck and talking on the phone.

This store used to have staff that cared about customer service. Now it is horrible. I will be taking my business to AutoZone or Advance from now on.

My husband and I live in a small town rural area. My husband really wanted a part he had just discovered last minute that he needed for his truck that he has been fighting tooth and nail to get back on the road.

The nearest O'Reilly store that had the part on hand is 45 minutes away from our house, in Fergus Falls, MN. He called a friend of his to pick the part up for him. But when he got to the store, they had closed early.

It was possibly only a few minutes early. But my husbands friend text me at 6:58 and said they had already closed up shop. This took place this evening, Saturday November 27th. Now my husband will have to wait until Monday after work to get the part.

And I guarantee you he will not be getting it from O'Reilly.

Aug 26 2021, thursday night around 8:50, I called the Hannibal mo oreilys 573-248-3133. I asked a Alex if they had a part on the wall behind the counter in the performance area, he said they did. I told him I was already heading that way I'd be there right at 9:00.

Took rotors in to be turned at about 2. Was told the person was just finishing up a set them he'd do ours and they'd call us back when they were done. At 530 we went to pick the rotors up and were told there were 2 sets in front of us and ours wouldn't be done until the next day...

Called in early in the day, spoke to someone named Daniel, have been told that the item can be ordered, and store closes today at 5PM. I reached the store at 4:35PM, the store was closed and clerks inside were on the side of the building burning firecrackers.

When I attempted to approach them - they ran inside as they saw me and closed the side door. I thought they might be going to open Front door and checked it again - the door was closed. With huge disappointment, but still understanding I started walking away and saw them again by the side door burning firecrackers.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL-what is O’riellys’ protocol while in the midst of pandemic? Recently I visited (5-8-21)your Xenia, OH location to purchase lawnmower battery & hitch lock.

One out three employees wore masks. The young lady assisting wore her mask. One gentleman stocking shelves did not wear a mask. The one gentleman behind counter protected plexiglass glass was not wearing a mask. The latter I can understand, but the guy stocking needed a mask.

Furthermore, a customer walked in without a mask and was not challenged by anyone. Please advise on COVID-19 safety measures. I will not shop your Xenia location ever again, given the lack of precautions not taken by some of your staff.

On Monday 3/29/2021 @11;00 am i entered the O`Reillys on 8755 Sheltie Dr. North Little Rock,Store # 1984, which is just off of Maumelle Blvd. AR. i proceeded toward the rear of the store where i passed 4 white employees standing up front by the cash register.

no one ask if they could assist me no one spoke to make me feel welcome, in any kind of way. Hearing how you treat your employees, is really a total SHAME, Then you hire a person right out high-school for a position that is not qualified without a degree. Also punish people cause they need time off and HARRASSE them
