The service was terrible and it took almost two hours to get our food. When we did receive our food they had substituted our bone in ribeyes for New York strips and they were over cooked. They said that they ran out of the ribeyes but didn’t tell us.

We did not receive bread until the meal was almost over. I was just very disappointed in the whole experience. We took our family out for a nice dinner. 5 hours to get your food and finish your meal.

I was a visitor to Laughlin Nevada over this past week August 15th through the 19th. I visited the Aquarius casino And decided to have dinner at the Outback Steakhouse for the first time. My friend and I ordered your tropical treatment drinks which were quite good and I enjoyed them very much. I ordered the steak and rib combo. This was supposed to be a third rack of ribs. What I received was a small end piece with one bone. I was quite surprised that your chef would even send something like that out. It was not a third rack by any stretch of the imagination. After hubby getting a 2 year cancer free report we decided to celebrate with a trip to Outback which was one of our favorite places to dine but hadn't been there for quite some time. Boy were we surprised would be an understatement.

First of all getting seated was a challenge due to the floor we were walking on felt like both of us were walking on skates. Don't know if it was the cleaner they use or if it was greasy. Ask waiter for a recommendation on the sirloin or ribeye. She recommended the ribeye.

I went to the sunrise Florida and had a horrible experience with a substitute manager named Kristen. There was a huge issue with my bill so I asked to speak with the manager. Kristen came around the corner and leaned up against the wall and said there was nothing she could do and walked away.

My interaction with her was about 20 Seconds as she did not want to hear anything I had to say. I paid the tab and left. Called the restaurant when I got home about five times because she would not answer the phone and when she did.

She told me no Customers left her store unhappy and hung up. I will not be going to Outback anymore which is a shame because I go there often. Shame on you Kristen!!! You should treat your customers better. Without customers you would not have a job.

Were seated without being told a/c not working. Then told it was being worked on when in fact it was not. Crablegs were totally inedible. Mushy very old meat. Literally couldn’t eat them. Nothing in the leg but a mushy substance.

When l asked the manager if she could comp my uneatable meal and having to sit through 90 degree heat all she said was she was sorry we didn’t enjoy our meal.

I'm a long time customer of Outback but your restaurant has been going downhill for a long time now. Today I had a 13oz Ribeye which was ordered medium but came well done and tough. I don't like to waste food and I was hungry so I ate it with difficulty.

And besides unsatisfactory food your background music was pure s**t and annoying. This all occurred at your Yonkers location on Central Ave. If you would like to know how to run a steakhouse chain just visit Texas Roadhouse in Danbury, CT or Longhorn Steakhouse in Cross County Shopping Center.

We went to Outbacks in Mentor OH in July 20th, 2023. We drove 45 mins to fet to restaurant for the steak and lobster special which was advertised available from July 13 to July 23. There were three of us.

There was only one other customer in restaurant at the time. We told waitress we csme for the special. She told us they didn't have any lobster. They probably would have some the next day. How can you advertise a specials and not have it? This is not right.

The special should be available to customers, especially driving 45 mins to get it. Thank you for your assistance on this. Patty Varckette (440) 344-5780.

We had a terrible experience at the outback in Gaffney sc and were given this in an email. We tried to redeem at the outback in Hendersonville and we were told it wasn’t valid because it wasn’t a gift card.

i am sending the emails and the certificate. I don’t know what else to do. We were made to feel like we were trying to scam them at the Hendersonville restaurant and that was unacceptable . I work in public service and I realize how that would be misconstrued but also the way it was handled was totally unprofessional.

My husband and I had dinner at your Suwanee, Georgia location, last Sunday evening. The food was awful! My husband ordered the center cut sirloin and it was so tough he couldn't even cut it with a knife. They replaced it with a prime rib that was undercooked, stringy and inedible.

I ordered the chicken tenders. They were hard (didn't come close to being "tender'), way too spicy and was mostly batter and very little chicken. It was so bad, I threw it away. We have eaten at various Outbacks for years, and this was the worst.

It will be a very long time before we set foot in any Outback restaurant again.

Hands down worst dining experience of my life! Was trying to celebrate my sons 17th birthday- 1st bread with no dishes -asked for dishes -brought out soaking wet. Then first round of pops delivered - all wrong .. they had prepared a second round and left them sitting- she brings them and exclaims she doesn't know what each one is ..

they were sitting back there so long the ice almost completely melted. Asked for extra sauce for blooming onion 30 minutes later asked again. My son in law asked for no chives on baked potato- came out packed with chives - and finally my sons prime rib was so undercooked I thought it might be moving in the plate.

We were too exhausted at that point to send it back. I don't know if it is a staffing or training issue but when yuh drop $150 you should get better…

Husband and I Food cold. No silverware Had to ask for silverware from another server. Steak was so tuff I couldn’t eat mine. I ask for super tender broccoli with butter. No butter and broccoli wasn’t even tender. My mashed potatoes were so cold the cheese wouldn’t melt.

00 for this food and the server came one time to table. Like I said service and food sucked. I could have went to a fast food and at least got hot food. I don’t think I will be back there.

Hi, I just want to bring this to your attention. I went to Outback last month with my family and the entire time we were there I was killing flies. We were sitting in a booth against the windows and I have never seen so many flies. They were short staffed so there was really nothing that could be done. On top of that my steak was pure fat, however, they made another one and it was good.

Today, on my birthday, I had the exact same experience. There were flies all inside the window, so I asked to be relocated. We were relocated a little farther from the windows and there were flies there too, not nearly as bad as the visit in May but were flying over us periodically. Also, this time, my steak was not very good.

After two previous not so good experiences and Outback in Deerfield Beach FL, decided to try again because the blueberry lavender lemonades are delicious. Salads were dropped off we realized we had no silverware. Had to flag someone down for silverware.

Partner ordered ribs, they were overcooked and hard for her to chew. She didn't eat very much and I doubt she'll eat her leftovers. She asked for extra BBQ sauce on the side and they brought her A1 sauce that she unknowingly put on top of ribs.

Last night, Saturday June 10, my spouse and I went to the local Outback for dinner. I ordered meatloaf, Brussels sprouts and sweet potato. When I got my dinner the meatloaf was not warm, the Brussels sprouts were not Brussels sprouts at all!

The sprouts consisted of cold burnt leaves and stems from an unidentified vegetable. There was a stream of “white sauce” on top. The waitress did not give us silverware. My spouse had to got ask for it and another waitress brought two napkins of silverware to me, set it on the table and walked away offering no apology.

My spouse and I felt embarrassed and have never experienced such poor service in years of eating out. The waitress was undoubtedly inexperienced and not well versed in customer service. I do not foresee going to this particular Outback…

Had a meal at your Jacksonville restaurant. Food and service was good. I ordered a "Full" rack of ribs. My order was served but to my surprise the portion was very small. I owned a Food service company for over 50 years selling truckloads of ribs. The industry standard for a "Full" rack is 13 bones. The portion I received was only 6 bones. The manager tried to explain this is what corporate considered a "Full" rack. I told him that the customer is being mislead. Truth in advertising. NOT. Remember Subway's 6" sub was only 5". Change the menu or at least include the number of ribs in each portion. Customer satisfaction should be Outbacks number one priority.

Wife and I were seated quickly. Waitress took our drink order and a starter order (mushrooms). We ordered iced tea so the server (not the waitress) brought us water. The mushrooms arrived and were burnt. We sent them back and declined a replacement.

Wife ordered Fillet, done medium. I ordered a steak done rare. We both had a house salad. I had to ask for our iced tea again. Salads were good. Steaks arrived. Wife's was Yankee rare. Mine was done right (it's hard to mess up rare) but full of gristle.

Had to send hers back to be cooked longer. The waitress was great. Can't say the same for the kitchen staff. Wife was almost finished with her potato when her steak came back, and this time it was over done.

We ordered three different steaks 12 ounce ribeye, 8 ounce sirloin, 8 ounce fillet and lobster. All which we would’ve liked medium well. All three came wrong. Sirloin was way too bloody, ribeye, almost well done, and the fillet was well, well done.

My job brings me to Laughlin, Nevada two times each month and my husband and I always eat lunch while we are there. Yesterday, we ate at Outback inside the Aquarius Casino Resort. Being in the food & beverage industry for over 40 years, two things I love is good customer service and consistent food.

We have eaten at Outback in Vegas for years and have always had good food and a good experience. Yesterday, that was not the case. While the hostess was fairly pleasant, she did not greet any of the customers with a smile nor did she welcome anyone to Outback.

In fact, it seemed like she would rather be any place else but Outback. Our server, who was nice enough, didn't seem to be able to handle the only 3 tables she had in her section efficiently. We started with a Bloomin' Onion, the worst…

We ate at Outback on SR 64 in Bradenton FL. A normal meal took over 2 hours after we were seated. Ordered drinks. It took 20 min. To get a Strawberry daquri. We had to ask for the bread after the drink came.

Then we got our meal. It was ok. But I asked for Xtra butter for my baked potatoe. I had to ask twice and that was another 10 minutes. Then it took another almost 30 minutes to get checked out.

And 1 of us paid in cash with no changed needed. We waited 2 minutes to get seated that was at 705 and was finally able to leave at 9. This happened on April 28th 2023. On a jammed packed night I could upstand some of this stuff but it wasn't.

Not sure I want to return to a restaurant with service like this

My friend has taken me to Outback Steakhouse for my birthday for several years in a row. Usually someone will come out and sing Happy Birthday and serve a complimentary scoop of ice cream at the end of the meal.

Despite mentioning more than once that it was my birthday no one sang or served ice cream. When I asked at the desk if they were no longer doing that I was told they do. They apologized, but did not offer anything for the oversight. Very disappointed.

We were at the oakridge tn location when it was time that pay our bill we gave the waiter a 100. When he gave back our change we counted it which most times we do not . But anyways it was 20 short so when we get his attention to come back I say to him this is not correct and without him counting it or me saying how much he says oh yeah it’s 20 short takes 20 out of his pocket and gives to me .

We went to Outback tonight in Jackson, TN and it was absolutely ridiculous. There were 5 tables seated and it looked very slow. We were seated by a very sloppily dressed hostess and no one came to our table to serve us.

We waited over 10 minutes then a female who appeared to be either high or under the influence squatted down at our table to take our drink order. She was very awkward and it was just odd. We gave our drink order and appetizer order.

I took a friend and her two children to outback steakhouse in Merritt Island Florida today proximately 4 o’clock. There were only seven tables at the restaurant, when the waiter finally came over and brought one loaf of bread and took our drink orders.

It was 13 minutes before he came back with our drinks. He was going to walk away, and I called him back to take our order. I had an 8 ounce fillet, medium rare, which was raw, and a stuffed baked potato, which was round like a tennis ball.

Where to begin. I keep giving this place chance after chance and it is just not working. I placed a curbside order this evening at the Poway store. I had ordered broccoli with my meal. Didn’t get it AGAIN. My daughter ordered the kingsland pasta and the steak was nothing but fat and inedible.

On April 17, 2023 I sat at the bar at the Outback Steakhouse in Flowood Ms. ” She then walked from the bar and disappeared for 5 minutes. She came back and as she walked by a asked if I could place my order.

I have been in the cattle business most of my life and have aways treated my cattle better than you treat your patrons. You start with the holding pend which is the parking lot outside your restaurant doors. Your keeper of the front door whips us with their silver tongues telling us to stay outside until our full party is here.

When we explain that our party is all here and we have reservations we are treated with disdain and are silver whip us back outside When we were finally let in the restaurant and into the squeeze chute you call an entrance and exit to your restaurant, we were lead to our feed trough.

Oh yes the thick black hair in my salad was a nice finishing touch. I love my cattle and treat them kindly. IF ONLY YOUR RESTAURANTS COULD TREAT YOUR PATRONAGE AS KIND.

Went to you Vancouver Wa location and sat in the bar. We ordered a outback burger dinner and a order of aussie cheese fries and a salad. We got the fries ten the salad. I waited another 30 minutes. I had not received my meal and by this time my wife was done with her meal.

The waitress finally came to our table and i informed her that I never received my meal. She went and got my meal brought in a to go container and said it was put under the warmer as a to go pickup.

I had to make our experience a few days ago aware incase other people go through this issue. A year ago my husband and I tried outback and it was just a bad experience with the server waiting over an hour for our food.

We decided this past week to give Outback another try. It was a huge mistake.

First and foremost let me make it aware, I was in restaurant services for over a decade, I am usually the last person to complain, ever. When we went, the host sat my husband, myself, and our one year old in the BAR booths.

Order delivery, paid $8 for delivery fee. Confirmed email fr restaurant re order and delivery. By 7pm. I myself had to call restaurant and inquire on my delivery order. After I received dine rewards confirming rewards and how was it. Time 715p.

All of food was cold except warm ranch dressing. My 11oz steak was so small. Not 11oz as I paid for. Salad wildred. 50 for loaded mashed potatoes. Got plain. Such poor customer service and quality.

I recently went to Outback at the Dayton Mall area for lunch. I found the lunch menu sorely limited. At other places the lunch usually consists of the usual menu, but smaller portions. 99 was overpriced for 1 piece of chicken with cheese, and a baked potato.

Also, while I usually really like their baked potatoes, this tasted as if it had been left over and reheated. It had a boiled, or reheated taste, instead of the fresh hot newly baked taste. I believe their lunch menu needs to be expanded, or lowered in cost.

1 entree and 1 side does not seem to be adequate to the cost, with no drink even. I put in a complaint earlier, but have had no response. When I was asked what I wanted to happen due to the complaint, I stated " Increase the lunch items on the menu, and refund the price of the…
