My steak was under cooked and tough did not eat it. My husband's baked potatoes was not done. Our waitress tried very hard but had to much going on. Took forever to get our check and then even longer to get my debit card back.

I’m not sure if I can be more specific… We’ve filed two previous complaints about the take out service at your recently opened Horsham Pa restaurant. At this point , it appears we were ripped off . My credit card was charged for a service we never got .

The restaurant itself has not been helpful . Please get back to us before I go to the BBB and other outlets to help us in this matter . We’ve been outback customers for years . … thank you for your anticipated response .

Staff unenthusiastic and slow. Food cold. Steak tough and flavorless. Chooks ice cold. Had to ask for salt and pepper. I have never seen such a sad bunch of workers. No smiles on either them or the customers. Music was way too loud.

A disappointing experience from beginning to end.

our waitress Abigail G could not do anything correctly. We knew what we wanted and gave her our order then she started to read it back to us and it was wrong so we had to start all over. When the bread arrived, it was missing the extra butter requested.

When our salads arrived, they were missing the extra dressing that had been ordered. Then the steak arrived and it was over-seasoned but cooked properly but full of a lot of gristle. When my water was empty, she asked if I wanted more water instead of just delivering it.

Then came time for the bill, we had a $10 bonus card, a $7 gift card, and a $25 gift card all printed on separate papers. I handed her the cards in the order stated as well as adding my diners reward # and aarp discount.

I placed an order on Feb 26th at 633pm online and was told via email that my order would be ready at 659pm. My husband went inside to see what was going on with the order. He was told it would be a few minutes so he went back to the car. 20 minutes passed and the food still didn't come out. My husband went back inside to the counter and the food was just sitting there he had to ask if that was our order. It took an hour and a half before he received the food. I called and spoke to Jeremy he stated he was the manager. I explained to him what happened he stated that they was very short and took my address and said he would send me a credit voucher. Jeremy also stated that someone would be calling me never heard from anyone. I think the service was really poor and the curbside service…

My wife and I sat at the bar at restaurant #4111 to eat. The service was terrible. The servers never cleaned the space next to us. While we waited a long time to place our orders, the salads did arrive quickly.

No bread was ever offered. My wife was forced to eat around gristle. She got a petit sirloin. My 8oz sirloin was very tough. My ribs however were excellent. Our potatoes were fine, salads were fine. 00 I thought I had ordered.

All in all I felt like the food and service were well below average. I can’t imagine going back to that location.

Not a complaint- in fact wanted to compliment the Outback Location in Frazer. We had a large party show up late last night and they were wonderful to accomodate us. Not only was the hostess/manager wonderful but the service was great.

These days, it is rare to have such a great dining experience but really wanted you to know how great our experience was. Super impressed!

Mt daughter and I attended a birthday dinner with friends, it was a large party. But my daughter and I waited almost 30mins before getting a drink. Then we placed an order and never received any food. The dinner was over and most of the party was leaving.

3 people, who were apart of the party came after we did and received their food and we didn't. Our food had to b given to us in to-go containers. I also had to walk over and track dwn the waitress to pay my ticket after everyone was gone.

It was a horrible experience.

Went to Outback in Lindenhurst NY on Thursday March 9, 2023. We were a party of 5. It was 4 30 pm a The waiter was very slow in taking our order we ordered first Bloomin Onions for an appetizer .

After finally returning with this and the drinks he disappeared and never came back to take our order....

Finally came by we were in the 2 hours which was too long . I ordered chicken on a bobby and a sweet potato with a cesear salad. The salad was awful then finally came my meal. The chicken was a very small piece which was loaded with spicy something on top of it ...

This was awful and my mouth was on fire. didn't like it at all so I ate the potato. The waiter was no where to be found. But someone else did bring 2 more loafs of bread Thank goodness for that...

Our family has always liked outback steakhouse. We do not have one in our town so when we travel and have an opportunity to eat at outback, it is exciting. We recently dined at a location in Denton Texas on I 35 the restaurant was very clean, however the hostess had the personality of a rock and it was by far the worst steak and salad and brussels sprouts that I’ve ever had.

The steak had no taste.

I ate at Outback Steakhouse this past saturday march 4th 2023 around 3 pm at Tulsa Oklahoma location was very disappointed with the food service was just ok We expected way better we all mostly got steak it was my family party of 9 people for my daughters birthday and my sirloin steak was like eating very tough boot leather very gross!

My other family members steak was not cooked as ordered so they offered to give new one after waiting 20 mins all they did was recook the same steak which was way over cooked then they say oh sorry we will give you a new fresh one so wait another 20 mins by then everyone else was finished eating so I didnt want to send my steak back and

My wife took me out for my birthday dinner and it was a horrible experience, we have eaten at this restaurant in the past and have had great experiences but waiting 2 hours to eat is totally unexceptable. We talked to the manager and she blamed it on the new equipment which we believed wasn't the truth. We have no intention on visiting this restaurant again due to this experience and the fact of being lied to.

I've never had a bad meal at outback until last night in Alpharetta Ga. Steak no seasoning, both sweet potatoes stone cold, shrimp room temperature.. Entire meal was awful. Waitress after being told, did not relay to manager.

We ordered takeout last night for seven people. There was one potato missing, and one of the sweet potatoes was only half a potato, burned and not edible. There was no ramoulade sauce with one entree, and no sauce with the shrimp.

One Victoria’s filet had to be recooked here because it was as raw. Only one bread was included for seven people. I called the restaurant in Westbury, New York, and spoke to the manager on duty. He really didn’t seem to understand that we were missing food and now had to even share the potatoes.

Had a HORRIBLE experience at Lakeland Outback today. Involved excessive wait time for server to come to the table and to receive food. Food was not cooked as requested and it was cold when it finally arrived. When we informed the server she got snarky, rude, dismissive and uncooperative.

Walked away without addressing the issues. We requested to speak with the manager who was equally dismissive of our issues and made no effort to accommodate us. We ordered the Prime Rib WELL DONE. Came very, very pink and still slightly bloody.

Server informed us that this was well done as per Outback standards!! Certainly not how well done is depicted on your menu. Server then got snarky and said if we wanted it cooked more it would be put on the flat top grill.

I don't get out by myself very often, but when I do, I love to eat out by myself. Strange, I know! I went to Outback in Dothan, AL. The table beside mine was filled about 10 minutes after I sat, but once my order was given, I never received anything until the table beside mine got theirs.

My tea, then my bread, then my food. I ordered my food when I ordered my tea and there was no excuse to treat me like I was an extra to the next table. I never saw my waitress again after I ordered until after someone else brought me my food and tea.

Then, she didn't even speak, she just left my check. The next time I saw her she asked me if I wanted a Togo box. I was still eating and my tea glass was empty. I told her please to the box and asked for more tea.

Tonight a group of 5 people went to the Outback in Jacksonville, North Carolina. I did call for call ahead seating for 5:30. We were seated at a nice round table. Not one employee made any contact with us for 20 minutes.

Food was brought to a table across from us and several employees sang Happy Birthday to another table next to us. My husband was ready to leave. Then a girl came to the table and asked if we had seen a waiter yet we said no and a little while later he came over and said he didn’t realize that the table we were at was his responsibility.

With that he was apologetic , offered us a free blooming onion. He took our drink order and we gave him our dinner order also. We received our drinks and salads as well as bread and then the onion. At this point nothing was cleared from…

We order food thru DoorDash from the outback restaurant in South Elgin, IL. He order a lobster and steak and the lobster was completely uncooked. As now he is stated feeling Ill hopefully we don’t have to run to the hospital.

I even tried to eat the lobster but was so bad and liquified that can be eaten.

3 seniors went to outback on Central Ave in Yonkers NY. We have gone before and chose to go again cause we enjoyed it so much. We all ordered the lunch special coconut shrimp. All 3 of us were served ones cooked more burnt shrimp.

The outer part was almost impossible to eat. Stupidly we didn’t send them back for fear of what might be done to the new serving. I complained and we were offered a free dessert. We got the butter cake. Luckily I have strong teeth cause they should have broke while eating it.

My husband and myself visited the Tucker location on Wednesday February 15, 2023 @ 7:45 . I ordered a 8oz Sirloin Medium Well and a loaded baked potato and broccoli. My husband ordered wings and a loaded baked potato. My steak was cooked Well Done and it was Cold.

I sent it back, 15 minutes passed and the manager brought out a fresh baked potato and broccoli.. he offered us complimentary dessert, takes the steak back. We waited over 20 minutes and I finally tell the server I don’t want it, bring the bill. Manager never returned. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED.

My wife and I have been loyal customers at the outback steakhouse in Hixson Tennessee since it opened. We have always had a great experience there. The last three times our meals have been terrible. The steaks were incorrectly cooked.

Last week I got the fillet and could not cut it very easily. The management has given us back the money for our meals which I appreciate, however I don’t want the money back I won’t to eat The meal we ordered.

I do not want a coupon for a free meal. Either they need a new cook or to buy their products from someone new.

Elk Grove, CA. The worse experience ever, took wife for valentine's yesterday approx. 5 pm order taken, 2-salads wife chicken and shrimp fettuccine alfredo, meatloaf for me. Asparagus as one side. Entrees delivered before salad, no Asparagus or mayo as requested.

Wife's chicken hard as a rock. Requested Mgr. We saw our server once during whole meal. Had to ask for bread and drink refills. Mgr came offered discount and never saw him again. Didn't check to see how anything went.

First I would like to tell you that had the worst customer experience ever I ordered take out for Valentine’s Day for me and my significant other as a surprise what I ordered I did not get Aussie fries like. Todays economy does not allow for things like this to happen and you should take your service seriously.

Valentines day 2-14-23 checked in at 7:05pm took at least 10min for server to come by ordered drinks took over 20min to get them and ordered meal at the same time. I ordered delivery through Uber Eats as I have done successfully in the past. Part of the order, the tuna, was excellent as usual but the Burundi fish with crabmeat was not tasty at all and was packed very poorly so that parts we’re spilling over each other and was quite unappetizing.

Since this fish was quite expensive and didn’t fit the description at all I am really very disappointed. Writing this so you know - the Uber Eats digital form didn’t allow for a real description of my complaint. Thank you.

We went to the store at fayette Mall in Lexington Kentucky. I didn’t mind the 30 minute wait but the service was the worst in Lexington. Ordered our food when it was brought to the table I ordered medium well when I cut it blood poured out of it .

I asked the waitress to ask them to cook it more and asked her to bring my wife another drink. She left went to a counter across the room and went over paperwork then went to the back. Next time I saw here she was at the reception desk left there and went to a table near us .

The food is always cold. Always have to wait to get hot food and then everyone in the party is already finished eating. Managers could care less. It never fails, every time I go my steak and potatoes are cold…just sitting there for who knows how long before it reaches the table.

I spent over $70 for two filet mignons baked potatoes, double salads and I came home with an order cold a blooming onion, some chicken tenders and some freaking french fries. Then when I call before they close they say they're closed

Ordered dinner through Dinner Delivered from Outback Steakhouse in Hixson TN. They didn’t include the special sauce that comes on the fried chicken. That sauce was why I ordered it. Very disappointed! 00. Thanks to having Zaxbys sauce in the fridge I was able to salvage the meal. No thanks to Outback.

Ordered food delivery from Outback in Oak Park Michigan, the steak was charred burnt to a crisp, the coconut shrimp was cold, the bread was hard as a rock, missing soup and items for loaded potatoes. Called store to have food remade, was told no because they were about to close, asked to speak with manager and she would not get in the phone.

This is the second horrible experience I’ve had with this particular site it’s very unfortunate as this is the closest Outback to us and one of the few neighborhood restaurants. I have several neighbors who will not order or go to this restaurant!

I had lunch at the Outback in Edgewater, NJ yesterday....2/1/23....the service was awful. The restaurant was out of Bloomin' Onions so we ordered chicken wings as an appetizer. We were extremely disappointed. I ordered a burger and my friends shared another order of chicken wings. I barely made it home in time to go to the bathroom as I got the runs! I was sick the rest of the day.

I paid cash....the check came to approximately $63.00....I left a $12.00 tip (the service was awful)...I did not take the receipt. You can definitely look it up....there were 3 people, 2 orders of wings and 1 burger....also an order of wings to go.

I am not easily motivated to write letters of complaint. , Pembroke Pines has inspired the necessity. Very specifically the salads served were decidedly repulsive by any measure of acceptability. They featured an abundance of rust colored lettuce indicative of a " far past their best before date".

This called into question the quality of the entire meal which arrived only warm. When this was brought to the attention of the server the manager was summoned who upon arriving treated the matter as somewhat inconsequential. 50 bill. I am sincerely disappointed with the meal and cavalier attitude exhibited.

First the staff could not find my name and then the number of party attending. Somehow miscommunication of Outbacks end because when I proceeded to pull up the calls all of sudden my name was found. The main complaint is that it took 1 hour and 25 minutes to get the entrée which was steak orders and chicken.

Although I am probably the only one putting the complaint in writing other customers also complained. Once the male manager was made aware of the issue from other customers he went to the kitchen and food started coming out. My family didn't want me to make a complaint so I didn't.

My family of five visited Outback in Conway, Arkansas, tonight. The restaurant was not crowded as we initially arrived at 4:45 (waited 20 minutes to be seated, according to the hostess they had to wait until the 5:00 shift arrived to seat us).

After being seated it took 25 minutes to place our order. My husband had asked to speak with the manager after our first 20 minutes of waiting, however, we never got a response from the manager. After ordering, it took another 25 minutes to receive our order. This is unacceptable.

I placed an order for takeaway in Springfield NJ around 11:15 am. I simply wanted medium wings WELL DONE. I dropped the food off to my kids before driving to work. They called me to say that the wings were not well done.

They were very soft and there was barely any seasoning on them. I called to speak to a manager who asked me to come back but I told the gentleman that was impossible because I was on my way to work.

He then asked me to hold and never came back to my call. Another worker picked up and I said I was holding for the manager to come back. I was holding over 10 minutes and he never came back.

I had to go to work and couldn't hold any longer. That was a rude gesture. I've been eating here for many years so I am very disappointed.

My husband &I love outback. We are regulars.

However sat 1/ 21 we visited the Chelsea location & we were very disappointed. We had to wait 20 min for a table yet there were many tables bleak & open. We were greeted right away by a friendly waiter.

We ordered water & a beer. The beer never came yet we were charged for it. I ordered an outback steak medium. It was so rare it could’ve walked away! They did recook it but it was kind of dried out at that point.

The next time we saw our friendly waiter was just after the bill came. I feel it was just to get a tip. Very disappointing experience

December 19 2022 Party of 10 birthday celebration. Tukwila wa location we went there speciffally for thr prime rib. We have been dining there for since they opened . others wanted t bone . So we had to change whae we wanted for dinner,settling for other items on the menu.

There isnt any comparison when it comes to sirloin and prime rib. We also ordered 2 ceasar salads and came out soggy and inedible . The drinks from the bar took a long time to come to our table .

I personally didnt get any bacon bits on my wedge salad. Service was spotty,didnt get any better until we let it be known how unhappy we were.

I was appalled by the service of a waiter named Bobby. It looks like he comes to work to socialize and join the customers by pulling up a seat and sitting with them, like he's part of the party! He got so caught up with the customers behind us , that after coming to our table for our order ,he went back to talk with them again and was deep in a conversation with them!

I had to get his attention because he was so engaged in his conversation with them, for a straw for a drink that was served. He gave me the dirtiest look ,that if looks could kill i would've died. He was outraged that i was interrupting his fun time!!

His behavior needs to be corrected ,he needs to be retrained on how to be professional and treat ALL customers with respect!! His behavior is so BLATANT!! HOW IS IT THAT…
