On 01/08/2023 my family of 5 adults dined at your Rockside Road location in Independence, Ohio for my daughter's birthday. Our bill with the tip included was $162.00. When I spend that much money on dinner for my family I would expect it to be good. The food, which took over an hour to get was less than mediocre. I had the Prime Rib sandwich which was almost inedible because I am pretty sure the cheese on it was bad and the meat was really dry and burnt. My daughters chopped pecan salad had no pecans in it, which is one of the main reasons people order that salad. The appetizers even took a long time and they were very well done and lukewarm. My husbands ribs were mediocre. This is way too much error for the money we spent. I was not about to send things back and wait another hour.

I had a complaint of bad service on takeout. The new manager of the Arlington location said he would send me out a gift card. I did not get it. That means that he's no better than the one that's served me to bad food because I am a good person.

But I do like to get good service because it cost me money so I don't need it. But you know what? I'm just going to say you guys suck

Bring my salad to me after my entree. Didn't have the soup I wanted didn't tell me until after my entree was served. It was horrible then charged me extra for my salad and potato that was with my meal. Horrible experience.

On 12-28 22 we came to eat at the outback in Spring Hill at our usual place the bar. 00 e certificate. I found this interesting as I have not used it yet. Heather did her best to correct this by was ignored by her manager multiply times.

After 25 minutes of waiting i decided to use a credit card to pay the difference. I have purchased a few of these e certificated for family and friends. So far, I have not heard of any complaints. 00. Needless to say, I won't be buying any more gift cards in the future

I went to your location last week and Suwanee Georgia and left a really long complaint on Yelp. You guys chose not to do anything about my complaint either in the store while I was eating dinner or online. You told me to respond to a email messenger or web page or something like that.

That just goes to tell me you guys don't really care about my business anymore. I've been going to this location for well over 20 years. I think I've been to this location for the very last time, and maybe even outback for the last time but you guys don't seem to care about your customers anymore.

It took 15 minutes to be seated while the greeter was hanging out back in the kitchen. Once we were seated the waitress gave our silverware to us ,it was dirty. We waited a half hour for her to take our order and another half hour to get our food.

I ordered steak and baked potato and received steak and fries,they said they were out of baked potato.

I went to your Vacaville,CA restaurant on today December 27 2022 at 11:35am. Table 45 . ) The sandwich came quickly but, the sandwich was not good. It had more mushrooms than meat. Almost a meatless sandwich. 99 I should get some meat with the bread. I was so disappointed.

And will never purchase again. Thank you for your time.

Went to the outback today on capitol blvd in Raleigh NC for lunch and did not get any service. When I walked in no one was st the hostess stand so I proceeded to the bar area. I didn’t sit at the bar because I had my underage son with me, but I was still in the bar area.

A waitress came to a table near where we were sitting and told the people sitting there to have a great day and she never acknowledged that we were sitting there. People were working in the area of the bar but no one came over to our table.

We waited for 5 to 7 minutes and still didn’t get any service so we left and went to another restaurant up the street. I understand about being short staffed but what I don’t understand is if they see people that have not been served let them know the situation and offer to get them…

Service was a little shabby. Waitress didn't come back for refills, had to ask for sugar when finally got coffee refill, didn't bring spoon for coffee, didn't refill water, just not as serviceable as some restaurants ive been in. Princeton, WV Mon Dec 26, 22.

Plus 6oz sirlion had grissle. Friend ordered well done 10oz and it had red in it. House salad was good and the bread.

placed an order form your app at the Garner, NC store last night. Doordash calls after one hour and says she was sent to wrong store and is now on the way to get the food. Another hour later I called Doordash back and said the order was CANCELLED.

No call, no info what so ever from you guys. That's a crazy way to do business guys. I typically place orders for myself and family sometimes totaling over a hundred dollars at a time. I have been loyal over the years but I don't think I will EVER place another order from Outback.

If you can't even be bothered for feedback on open orders and just leave customers hanging then I will not order from you guys in the future. CRAZY way to do business guys. Don DeHart

We placed an order on your app and applied for curbside service. I placed the order at 11:10 it said it would be ready by 11:40 we arrived at that time and waited for 20 minutes and no order has arrived so I called them when they answered they said they would check on it I waited another 15 minutes on the phone when he came back he said they had are order but

didn’t have anybody to bring it out that we would have to go in and get it but you see that’s why we ordered on line my husband had just had back surgery and I can’t walk without help also may I point out that we put a tip on there for them to bring it out needless to say my husband Finally went in and

Hello My wife and I were both off from work yesterday and we going to enjoy a nice Bloomin Onion and some Wings while our kids were in daycare and we were wrapping presents. As you can see from the picture attached the Bloomin Onion was probably the worst I ever had as well.

Wings were excellent but usually the onion is cooked to perfection. The one we had was I think under cooked and instead of fall off the Onion pedals it took some work to remove the onion. Sorry the picture is unable to be uploaded from my phone.

I can certainly send it in an email if need be. Thank you!

My son took my family and me to Jenkintown Pa Outback for my birthday. The place was virtually empty and we were seated quickly. Server bought bread and took drink order and apps. We got first app in ten minutes but no drinks. Server took order.

Then after 20 more minutes got half the drinks. After 45 minutes they came and said beer was being tapped. Then server came and told us no prime rib! 10 minutes later no potato soup! Took my husband an hour to get a beer (a different one as they couldn’t tap the new keg) and kids to get lemonade.

We got to the restaurant at 4:15 and had to leave with no dessert at 5:50. Barely had time to eat food. What is happening????

Quality of the steaks are not as good. I normally purchase the bone in ribeye. In the last four visits I have noticed a decline in the tenderness and thickness. Steaks have a large trim of fat. Baked potatoes are smaller.

On 11/15 my husband and I went to the Outback in Winter Haven, FL to celebrate his 80th birthday. He ordered a prime rib. What he got was a 3 inch hunk of beef that was terrible. The server didn't see anything wrong and the manager was busy.

Needless to say we spent good monet for a bad meal

As we’re sitting there , there where ants behind my husbands head inside not outside. Also a cockroach ran across my booth next to me , made me loose my appetite not so much the ants but still disgusting especially the cockroache and if there 1 there’s more .

I called in our order and picked up curbside. We got home and missing was the bloomin onion and bacon cheeseburger. We live ten minutes away. After calling for 15 minutes, finally reached someone, examined my issue and put on home.

Got someone else, explained issue asked if they were a manager and they said yes. 98 to my card. I said I would come there for her to do so and still said she cannot. Only offered a 20 gift card in the mail or I could go there and get the missing items.

I am furious with this and want my money back! The manager is rude and said you sure they are not in the bag? I replied, Yes, 2 of us are without lunch!

Ordered online # 13846905621790721, from Outback @ KENDALL 8405 Mills Drive, Miami, FL. Waited in my truck for order no one came out. Went to the order pickup, told me it was coming up. 15 minutes later, the server told me that they hadn't even started my order.

An hour after I ordered, they brought out my food, missing my side of broccoli, with no extra condiments like I asked for and no silverware. I asked for a manager. He came, I expressed my disappointment in how I was handled.

He went and looked at the order, and came back with he was going to refund they entire check as they were short staffed and sorry for my troubles. Gave me a void check receipt, but my payment still went through on my bank account and a refund ahs not processed.

Party of 9 worst service ever. We were seated got drinks right away we put in our order. 40 minutes later we still received no food. I had ordered a salad never received the salad. We were celebrating birthday and bachelorette/ bachelor party.

Our food finally arrived and none of us had silverware we waited 8 minutes for silverware by then food was cold. We have been outback customers for 20+ years Very disappointed. My daughter didn’t like her chicken it was dry.

The restaurant was in Leesburg Florida. My complaint is the bus boy being lazy while working. i watched him spill twice ketchup got it all over the floor and not clean it up. watch him go over where he spilled the ketchup couple of times and not clean it up.

while the workers and customers walk over it and one customer almost slip on it.

My boyfriend and I had a terrible dining experience at the 3200 Emrick Boulevard in Bethlehem location tonight. We each ordered some prime rib, he ordered the classic, I ordered the other special outback one. I was given the wrong prime rib.

It was also very dry. My boyfriend got the wrong side dish. The food was brought out by a food runner. Our server never came back once. Not to ask how everything was. Not to ask if we needed anything. Nothing.

And when we voiced our complaints when he finally came to drop the check off, we were not offered any discount.

First time ordering take out. Purchased the outback bundle meal of 6 sirloin steaks. I only received 4 sides of mash not 6, and 2 sets of utensils. Worst part is they packaged the food so the juice from the steaks leaked through the bottom of the paper bag.

It leaked all over my car as well as on my carpet trying to bring it home. Spent over $100 and am completely dissatisfied with the food and service.

We went for a graduation party there was 10 of us first we called ahead for a table but still had to wait over an hour to be seated they were not busy It was so cold in there it was miserable your food got cold before you could eat it we had to keep going outside to warm up crazy to keep a place that cold where people can't sit and

I just wanted to say that I have to go to the outback for the past 20 years and the past two years covid i have been doing curbside and the last two years I have only been doing hot food take out and the last 3 times at outback I got salad takeout and on Saturday the 3rd and Tuesday I started getting sick so I called outback and ask them are you guys wearing masks when you guys are preparing the salads and

I think we should find more ground for an apology after my families experience. As the Director of Social / Digital Marketing for a franchised international company my ability to reach a large audience of consumers, many in the hospitality business have already begun to trend.
