how I saw a cooker with their apron cleaning his hands with it. To go to the kitchen not washing his hands and continue cooking. I reported to the manager. She doesn’t care. She left and I ask the cashier she said that is always like that and workers are being complaining about other stuff.

Seems like Panda is just a very low company with no good service and plus they do not use gloves. So the one who take mine also serve

A single booth was open next to the door as we immediately entered. Since there was not enough seating, I told my wife and 5 young children to stand by the open booth while I ordered everyone’s food. My wife (being 2 weeks post- partum) was unable to hold our car seat with our newborn.

Hello. Just wanted to let you know that I wanted to try your food and was throughly disappointed with trying it out. The food was dried out, especially the so called chow mein. The meats were dry and over saturated with to thick of the sauce that comes on them.

The chicken egg roll was the worst egg roll I have ever eaten. Well I tried Panda and never again.

I went to Panda Express for lunch and expected a delicious meal this is my second time at this Panda Express in El Centro, CA off the 8 freewayand the Chow Mein was dry just like the other time. Something needs to be done, like training or make visit to this store to make sure things are being done correctly.

Well I've had a few problems with the serving size of the noodles and rice but I thought that we had got past that. My new complaint is that I signed up for rewards and I received a four dollar off coupon.

When I went in to redeem my four dollars everything was going good I ordered a bigger plate and she scanned my phone for the coupon. This is when the trouble started it wouldn't go thru so she called the manager and this is what he said.

I just visited Panda Express in Sunnyvale, Tx and it was the worst experience ever.

First they got my order wrong and gave me the wrong food. I drive back up to the restaurant and requested a refund. They were unable to issue a refund because there was no manager on duty. Against my better judgement I allowed the cashier to remake my food.

He proceeded to make it with his thumb in the bowl while putting the food inside which is very unsanitary. At this point I was done, so I just took the food and threw it in the trash. $10 bucks down the drain.

There definitely needs to be some adjustments made at this restaurant

I recently ordered Panda Express from door dash in my home town, Madera Ca. My complaint is not with the food I ordered. It was good as usual. My complaint is with the soft drink I ordered. I ordered a 20 Coke that was over $3.

What I received was a 355ml bottle of Coke. Rounded down 20 oz = 591ml. I was shorted 236ml!

This was my 5th online order from the fairly new local Panda Express. Everything I previously ordered was delicious and the orders were correct. When I got home with this order, I was missing my fried rice-there wasn’t one single grain of any rice in the plate.

I took a picture of the plate & my online receipt to share with you. I did call the business within an hour of picking up my order, explained my concern but was told that they couldn’t do anything about it.

I was told to call back the next day & talk to “Peter”. The next day, what the heck? I didn’t ask for a refund, just a credit of some kind on my next visit. At this point, I’m not sure about a “next visit”.

I was trying to eat at Panda Express located in Walmart at Humacao city in Pierto Rico at 7:45 pm. Employees was cleaning all tables and nobody were to seat and eat at the place. Lot of People left including me and my friend.

Employees start cleaning to early when store close at 9 pm.

I attempted to submit this complaint using my receipt but the receipt I was given says "grill copy" and has no pertinent info. We ordered 3 plates and each one had a mistake. Very disappointed! This was a meal for a woman's 92 birthday and none of us were happy with what we got.

I ordered food/drink 2/27/2023 from Panda Express on Washington Blvd. Palm Desert. Doordarshan picked it up and their text/email said it was delivered. I never received it. In fact the driver never turned onto my street. I called that location requesting a picture of the Doordash driver and was denied.

Hello! I wanted to tell you about an experience I had at the Panda Express #2548 in Monterey Park on 2/18/23. Our main reason to go to this particular location was because my kids love your tea bar and most restaurants don't have one.

We live all they way in Orange County so it's NOT a hop, skip, and a jump to get there. Long story short, we had made a special trip to this location so we could buy the 2-item dishes using three separate receipts to get three free drinks.

The coupon was for filling out surveys. After we ordered all of our plates and they were in TO-GO boxes, they told us they cannot redeem the drink. We complied and just got a third item free instead. My kids were very sad!

I received a Panda Express gift card in the amount of $25.00 in November 2022. When I first used my gift card on November 16, 2022 to make a purchase in the amount of $11.10, the receipt reflects that I have a remaining gift card balance of $13.90. When I tried to make a second purchase using my gift card on January 26, 2023, the cashier at Panda Express told me that my gift card balance was zero.

Somehow, Panda Express must have zeroed out my gift card balance and I have to trying to get them to restore the $13.90 to my gift card without any success. I even attached a copy of their purchase receipt that reflects a remaining gift card balance of $13.90.

C. three times this week and several times previous. I have only had my order completed once. I arrive around 430 or 5 pm. They are always out of white rice and teriyaki chicken. This business closes at 6. They always say its to late to cook more.

Why is a medium SIDE of shrimp $11.00? The medium container is the exact same size as the small.. and I’m paying $11 for two shrimp?

This is ridiculous. I know inflation is a thing now but $11 for a small container of shrimp is outrageous.

If pre-ordered to pickup online, and got a text message that its ready. Only half of the order was ready and bagged, missing the other half. Then they made me stand there for 20 minutes twiddling my thumbs. Even after they had to make more of something and bagged the order. This has happened twice now. Sure one time, okay benefit of the doubt. Twice... No.

Worst Panda Express I've ever experienced. Not sure if its the just the employees that don't care or the management too.

The Carbondale IL rarely make sun sweet tea, though. Whenever I ask for greens they ask three times - no joke. Multiple times different days over a few years. They make you wait 20 minutes to tell you something is not available and the food is barely warm. OSHA much?

The food was awesome as awesome. But the customer service was awful. Garrett C. was very rude. I was not for sure what I wanted then when I did decide he had an attitude about it. I understand they was short staffed but maybe they would not be if he wasn’t so rude to people.

Then I felt like he was rushing us to get through the line to pay. Then as we was eating there was people in line and he was in his little office to the side ingoring the customers even when one of the other employees told him there was customers up there.

I have heard that panda is no longer serving the beyond meat orange chicken. I’m wondering why. My panda told me “ it was a seasonal thing” . I am vegan and it’s great to finally have a fast food restaurant serve something my family can have. And now it’s gone.

When it first came out everyone was trying it out. So more than half the time I went they said they were sold out. So as a vegan I finally get to eat something out and it is never available.

Not complaining that others are trying it as I am glad they did. But it was frustrating that at my Lafayette Louisiana location my sister went one hour before closing and was told they close in an hour so they won’t be making a new batch as they are closing. But In an hour.

I have been to the new Ashland Virginia store twice and the young lady that works in the front is not friendly at all. She does not smile. She acts as if you are bothering her. Everyone is nice. I feel that you need secret shoppers because her attitude does not represent your company.

I order from Panda Express quite a bit and have never had an issue until now. I placed an order today ( 12/4/22). My order was as follows. 2 bigger plates. ( both the same) fried rice, beging beef, teriyaki chicken, and black pepper angus steak.
