On January 19 I placed an order with the papa John’s in Lexington, NC on Talbert. I opted for your “no contact delivery”. On YOUR app, it states “no personal contact” in the option for “no contact delivery”. I chose this option because my dogs go nuts when a stranger is at the door.

Your driver arrived and sat in my driveway for at least 10 minutes before ever setting my order on the porch. They knocked but I didn’t open the door because of my dogs AND because this was supposed to be “NO CONTACT DELIVERY”. Placed an order on line for 2 large pizza’s. One being ham, pineapple and light cheese. The second being a cheese pizza with extra cheese. Well, they got the cheese situation all backwards. Where we wanted light cheese we got extra and where we wanted extra cheese we got light cheese.

Needless to say, my daughter refused to eat any of it We are very disappointed with the quality of the food.

I had to complaint with my delivery service with this company the delivery driver was really rude and made a comment about my order and maybe quite uncomfortable and when I contacted customer service they had emailed me the back then next very day but then they stop emailing me after that in regards to conversation or my money back in regards to my order being that I had to deal with the situation

I worked for Papa John's. I worked 122 hours and didn't get no overtime pay. Then I worked 53 hours and they didn't want to give me my check bc I was quitting. I had to contact corporate. Then it took 4 weeks just for me to get my check in the mail.

And yet th After doing the math I literally got paid $4 an hour! They refused to give me my paystub. This is COMPLETE BS! I need the money I worked for! Not for me to be ripped off. And in addition I had to deal with cockroaches crawling around!!

On the website, your garlic parmesan chicken wings are listed as gluten-free. However, under sauces your garlic parmesan sauce contains gluten. Thank goodness I did my research before ordering! I would have been epi-penned and sent to the hospital for a severe gluten allergy!

Please make the necessary changes for those of us who depend on the allergy information....even though I know it has a disclaimer.

Ordered 2 Philly Cheesesteak Papadias. They were ok but only had onions, peppers & cheese on them. The meat was so little, you needed a magnifying glass to actually see it! Why do they skimp on the meat? There must have been one or two tiny pieces of meat that looked like it was torn up & just thrown a piece on the sandwich.

This was the Papa Johns on Glensboro Rd in Lawrenceburg, KY I am very disappointed in this.

I placed a on line order on 8-25-23 at around 7:30pm and it gave me a estimated delivery for the longest of about an hour. I waited almost 2 1/2 hours for our food and it was cold when it arrived.

Cheesestix was hard and all around worst pizza I ever ate and very disappointed cause Papa John's is usually my favorite pizza place. When I called the store about my order at 9:17pm and asked why it was taking so long they told me sorry its taking longer than it had told me online and that the deliverly driver had just left the store.

However, today I ordered a pizza from 109 vandora springs road in Garner, North Carolina and My pizza is completely wrong. It's edible but I did not order pepperoni. I did not order pineapple. I did not order ham. It's almost as though I got somebody else's pizza my order which is written right on the box Alfredo sauce double black olives which they're not green peppers, Italian sausage, mushrooms, extra onions and tomato.

Papa John's in Clarksville, VA. Every time I go to this location, I have an issue. A few weeks ago, I ordered a pizza and large breadsticks, paid for extra sauce. I didn't get the extra sauce and there was only 7 breadsticks.

Called to get the order fixed and when I arrived to get my "fixed" order, they hadn't even made it. I go today and ordered a papadia and wanted a cup of pizza sauce but it wouldn't let me add that to my order so I asked the employee for a cup when I arrived.

The person caught an attitude and said they didn't have any containers to put the sauce in. There have been several times when I've ordered breadsticks and they r overcooked, or super skinny. I try to be understanding but there is an issue almost EVERY TIME I order from this location.

I placed an online order this afternoon at the Rigsby location for pickup. When I arrived and waiting for my pizza the person preparing it had gloves on but the delivery guy walked in sweaty, hot and was asked to bring out trays (refills) but

immediately started helping make the pizzas with bare hands and I never saw him even wash his hands. So I called the 1st guy over and said your helper is touching the food and didn't wash his hands and all he said was yes he did and brushed me off totally!

I ordered a Grilled Buffalo Chicken Papadia. The ingredients listed on the website are Three Cheese Blend, Grilled Chicken, Onions (ingredients on the website). I made sure that the Papadia I ordered DID NOT have any pork/beef, at about 3-4bites in it tasted weird.

I don’t eat beef or pork and haven’t ate if in nearly 9years. I opened it up only to see these little pink things that looked like it would be bacon/ham. Upon breaking it open & smelling it more I could tell it was not chicken.

The mountaineer 304 deal is a rip off. 30 dollars for one large 4 topping pizza, then get the other one topping medium for 3.04, when if I order it by itself not on special for a large 4 topping it's 20 bucks. So if the large 4 topping is supposed to be regular menu price and the other pizza 3.04 it should actually only cost about 25 dollars for that special before Tax!

According to tracking the order was to be received between 9:23 - 9:33 pm. Up until now I haven't received my order and it 10:09pm, so I call the store to get updated, when I called to speak with a manager I was hung up on not once, but several times. This is not the first time such behavior was experienced. This is one of the most unprofessional location, and the Manager here seems to promote the unprofessionalism instead of a more Customer Service friendly environment. Customer's are paying employees salary, and in return getting terrible service, which is not appreciated.

Ordered Papa John's chicken poppers, cool ranch papadia and a medium pizza for delivery. Delivery went good, opened the cool ranch papadia and no dipping sauce. Called Papa John's, was told it would be be delivered shortly, after a hour called them back to see why it hadn't been delivered yet and told them I would either like a refund or refire my food since I was sitting on the couch waiting for them while the food was ice cold.
