Today I would give Papa John’s in Leland NC, 28451 a 0 for stars! m. to pick up my order only to be rudely told that my order was cancelled because the only person there could not work or cook orders that had already been placed online.

She was very rude and complained that she needed to go to the hospital but she was still standing at register working the phones and computer while rudely cancelling orders, turning customers, money and business away. If she was that bad off she should have been loaded on an ambulance and other employees should have been there to cook, get the orders and handle customers in a polite and friendly manner.

I was a repeat customer until today! I ordered a pizza from Dominos. Dominos will get all my future repeat orders for pizza now!

I ordered because of the buy one get one free order. Great deal! I was very disappointed with one of the pizzas. My wife's Hawaian pizza was okay. My pizza, the Meat Lovers (I added anchovies, extra cheese, extra sauce and banana peppers) was very disappointing.

It was definitely NOT extra cheese or extra sauce! The cheese that was on the pizza only went about 1/2 to 3/4 up the pizza slices, exposing a lot of crust, if that makes any sense? I think I counted four anchovies.

I was only able to get them on two or three slices to taste. 87 on my pizza alone. Expensive pizza. 04. I know having the pizza delivered cost me more. That's on me. Once again, the pizza was just almost inedible.

we ordered fifty dollars worth of food and it was delicious BUT we ordered 2 chicken alfredo bowls and had to eat chicken, tomato, onion, spinach, mushrooms,,but not one spoonful of alfredo sauce, not one noodle. dental problems left me without my lower denture, unable to chew .needed something soft without veggies.

Florissant, Mo location 8209 N Lindbergh. We ordered a pizza and wings while at work. This was around 10 45 pm on May 17, 2023. The order was said to be delivered at 11 14 pm. When called about the mix up we was met hostility and rudeness.

We were constantly hung up on for no reason. It's a shame people get treated this way and the world wonders why it's much violence. A simple order turned into a fiasco and all we got as customers was disrespect.

I waited an hour before calling the store to see why I haven’t received my order. The Manager said, he just left to deliver the order. I waited another 15 minutes and called again. The Manager the. Said the driver got arrested and he would refund my order.

I said, no thanks I want my refund and a credit for a free pizza for the inconvenience and he said he’ll no. We don’t operate that way. So, now I am upset because this is the second time this location has not delivered a pizza to me and my family.

I order a pizza and a Pepsi. The driver called me45 minutes later told me he was outside. I went outside but the driver wasn’t there and I called him back and told him he wasn’t outside. He told me he put my address on his gps but couldn’t find it .

He said he was going to call his manager. I called the place in Elizabeth to see if the pizza was even going to be delivered the manager super rude told me I was thinking too much. To wait. Then suggested I cancel the order after an hour waiting.

I order from papa John every day. To have have a rude manager to talk like that to a costumer it’s outrageous. How can papa johns have someone so rude as a manager is beyond disrespect lack of good sense and management.

Called ahead to get carry out for a pizza party. The order was supposed to be ready by 530pm. I got to the Weaverville NC store at 520pm. I was told that my order was not ready and they had not started on it.

No one took the time to call me and say the order wasn't ready. I will not use Papa Johns again.

Hi this is David Campbell. On 4/14/23 i ordered a half pepperoni and half cheese. When the pizza was deliver and open to the box to eat. I realised that pepperoni was not on the pizza on about two off the slices was two pepperoni at the edge of the pizza. I called and report.

The person I spoke with ask me if I needed a replacement or a credit back to card. I told her accredit to my card. Up to this day I’m yet to receive the credit. Today I decided to call them back to let them know I haven’t gotten the credit.

I have been holding for over 10mins. I hanged up and called back twice and the phone was hanged up on. I don’t understand these kids that you guys have working. There that are exceptionally rude. Again I called and currently on hold for almost 5 mins.

We tried ordering the evening of Thursday April 27th ,and the order went through but then we received a call from the store on 38th and Quebec stating they could not deliver our order due to not having a delivery driver.We then went and picked up our order ,came back and realized our order was all burnt .Very disappointing after a long day of work.

on April 13th my boss asked me to order for our meeting at 11:30. i called the 5565 Riverdale road to order i spoke with Ramier to order after he told me i have to order on the line the $89 special only which would not work for me so

Third time this store has driven off with my food. A single text message and being down stairs to meet the driver within 2 minutes, literally, apparently isn't fast enough. Then the manager on duty calls me a liar, I deleted the phone call log apparently.

Her cohort also told me it's none of her business who she is and I get what I get. Sick of franchises thinking they can treat customers like crap, Papa John's corporate or a franchisee, I'm ordering from the NAME BRAND and I expect to be treated like a loyal customer, not like shit.

Food was "left" on the door step without any notification, with half of the order missing.

Was told by the manager (Michael Nicholson) that other customers are waiting for deliveries ahead of us, so wait in line for the rest of the food, (45 minutes). THEN he became nasty when my wife asked if it could be expedited. This is the first time I've ever filed a complaint. Please call me at 678 488 8850 to resolve.

It had been an hour after I ordered and no pizza. I tried to track it like I asked and it wasn't working/tracking. I called to ask when to expect my pizzas and the gentlemen that answered the phone said it was on the way.

Your website is awful. We ordered a thin crust, large ½ cheese ½ pepperoni. It came with zero red sauce. The choice was bbq, ranch, Alfredo etc. or None. We didn’t want any of the choices, so chose NONE. It is not CLEAR that we needed to ADD regular pizza sauce that is a GIVEN on pizzas in any pizza shop.

What we picked up for $17 was inedible. Due to circumstances we could not get back in our car and return it. We consider this your error due to your website. We are baffled, and annoyed. Please fix this. We give this Zero Stars.

Had a delivery & wasn't aware that they carried next to no change; so I ended up paying 25% more than the ungodly amount that delivery order is. I was quoted 50 min for a pizza order, garlic knots, and a 2 liter or root beer at the west Carrollton Ohio location. It took 2 hours and I had already fed my kids because they were starving. I called them when I had received the pizza and spoke with the manager.

She tired to tell me I would have a large pizza on credit for my next order. I explained my kids already ate and the food is going to waste so I would like a credit. She was so rude and said whatever.

5 hour drive for us, to attend our grandson's birthday. I called about 11:30am to the 919-777-9444 to order pizzas at the store on 722 S. Horner Blvd, Sanford. NC. I explicitly asked for the six pizzas to be ready for pickup at 12:45pm.

The man correctly repeated the type of pizzas ordered and that the pickup time would be 12:45pm. When we arrived at the store about 12:43pm, the young man in the front of the store didn't know anything about my order, no pizzas were ready.

He got the manager who came out and stated that my order was for 1:15 pm. His name is Scott, refused to give me his last name. In talking with him, the situation is that a "call center" takes the orders, not the local store itself.

Regarding the Papa John’s in Searcy, AR (Main St) : I have never been treated with such disrespect in all my 45 years as I was Last Thursday at this establishment. I was yelled at and I was berated by the store manager and told to take my business elsewhere.

This came as a shock— I am a regular patron of Papa John’s. For years regular travel was a job requirement and it made me feel more at home to order from a place I knew well. I’ve never had a problem except with this one place.

A few weeks ago I orders a pizza from papa John’s on burbank calif and received not only a wrong pizza order but ABSOLUTELY no help from the store or corporate. As they had me on hold I kept hearing that money back or a replacement if not satisfied.

I spent $18 dollars on a pizza I had to throw away. It was cold and had tomato sauce which I didn’t ask for and am allergic to. I will never order Foy papa John’s again due to lack of customer service.

I ordered ahead on 3/1/2023 for pick up on Saturday 3/4/2023 at 4pm (my son's birthday). At the time of order I paid $111.50 on 3/1/2023, debit card. Saturday, house full of hungry kids and family... my husband arrived for the 4pm pick up at 4:20pm. We were advised that the order was never placed. Friday evening my husband and I went to order food from Papa Johns. What I witnessed was horrifying. I saw some kind of argument start in the store with it ending up outside. I witnessed two of your male employees jump on another man and then one of those two men turn around and punch a lady.

I do not know what this was all about. But I do know that is not a good look for your company. Especially the gentleman punching a lady. I will never return to this location, but I certainly hope that those two individuals did not keep their jobs after this.
