I placed a delivery order with Papa John's online on March 11, 2023. After confirming my order I received a text saying it will be delivered in 33 minutes or less. I was waiting for my order and I was doing things around the house.

I happened to come back in the living room and see this person in my driveway walking toward a black car. I thought oh I wonder if that's my pizza. The person looks like they are leaving. I opened the front door and my pizza, bread sticks and soda was sitting on the front porch. I was beside myself.

Why would someone put my food on the porch, not knock and not press my ring doorbell. I immediately got on the phone and after waiting for several minutes finally talked to someone about what happened. I told the lady my feelings were hurt and why would my pizza be…

Bought two pizzas they were horrible. We could not even eat them. The works thin crust large and spinach Alfredo. Call to get my money back he ask is I paid cash I did he said that he can not give cash back. It was $47.??.

That's a lot for something you can not eat. The spinach was not even cut and the works I got sick trying to eat it. I would not even give it a 1 rating. I think it is pretty sad I could not get my money back, I am on a fixed income

This is regarding my utter disappointment with Papa Johns Pizza, 522 Everhart Rd, Corpus Christi, Texas. I ordered one large pizza with pepperoni and ground beef for kids at home at 7:20 pm on March 9, 2023. Order was taken by staff and I paid through credit card.

The person who took the transaction said order will be ready in 15-20 minutes. I went to pick up the pizza at 7: 45 pm. I told the employee I came to pick up pizza which was paid for on phone.

He looked around the counter and did not find my order. He then started mixing the dough, evidently to start making my pizza. I asked him where my pizza was. He said they did not make it because they were too busy despite there were no other customers there or any pizzas ready to be picked up.

I just want to say how disappointed I am in my order this evening. ” So I waited almost twice as long as promised. The pizza was cold and looked like it had been sitting out for a while. It tasted old too.

It was missing sauce and the extra cheese that I ordered AND paid for. Did they run out of cheese? The “normal” amount of cheese was non existent. And I paid for extra so where was it??? Papadia was so disgustingly prepared.

Basically was eating crust and ranch dressing. I also ordered the 6 cheese tuscan cheese sticks and received a week old order of the regular cheese sticks. I have been ordering from this location for years. This was the last time.

I’ve noticed it has been going downhill recently. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I’m a long time customer, but unfortunately my friend and I we’ll stop eating at that restaurant ( Papa John’s) located at 49-01 Beach channel drive Queens NY 11691 . And this is due to the fact that RYAN from the store was nasty enough.

In two occasions cancelled our order, after asking him to provide plates that will allow us to share the pizza among us. Other people in the block are also complaining about his “rough”behavior.

However we will resume eating again there , but not until his attitude change. Now we’re afraid to order anything from there, because we don’t know his intentions. I’m not bitter but little disappointed about the service. Hopefully this message will help fixing the problems.

Unbelievable Papa John's in Mount Vernon needs new management, tried since 9 pm to get pizza delivered which they are 10 minits away from my house. Then at 10:30 they tell us "we close at 1100 so we can't take any more orders" and I am on phone talking so it's taking time from orders I have to be doing. I wish I had the money to open Pizza Time up here because I would show Shack how to do pizza and how to treat customers. Pizza Hut was out of large dough by 8 pm and won't have any more in until Monday.

How can you run a business like this. Thats what you sell and you run out for 2 days, how?

I recently called the Papa Johns store in Bossier City, Louisiana to schedule a carry out order. Whoever answered the phone did not say their name, and proceeded to tell me they are too busy to place an order and was very unprofessional about it.

Quite the shitty experience and as someone who has been going to this location for several years, I will not ever order from there again due to such terrible customer service. As a company, you should really look at who you are hiring in the future.

I recently went to the store to pick up pizzas. Before I paid I asked if I can earn points in store. Mgr said "NO, only online using the app". After I paid, I asked if I can earn points by telephone.

The Bridgeport,Ct Store has the worst customer service I have experienced.The English barrier is so huge that most of the employees aren’t takin orders correctly at all. Their also very rude an unprofessional. I had to repeat my order 6 different times an they still got the order wrong.

Wasted over $40 on food & the entire order was wrong. The wings we were the ONLY flavor we absolutely despise & cannot eat (sweet bbq). WHO would EVER want sweet wings?!! Anyway, the rest of the order was overcooked & so tough we couldn't even bite into it.

Husband was all excited and was looking forward to having a really good pizza and to surprise me with a valentines pizza. Husband got home talk about a very disappointing pizza. 00 was a beyond let down and a waste of money.

Order the special today on a thin crust and it was burnt. Called the store and some guy say he was the manager. Kept saying it was the oven and I could bring it back and make another one. Told him not possible cause I’m working.

Waited one hour ten minutes I called to see when it would be delivered and it still was at the store. I was told delivery time was 31 to 41 minutes when I first ordered. When I told them I wanted to cancel my order they just hung up the phone.

I called back and they didn't answer so I called back again I asked for a manager. He said he would have a talk with him but laughed. When asked how long till I get my refund on my card he said it may take up to 5 days if it doesn't show right away.

I have been a customer since John was making pizzas at the original bar in the mid 90's. I must say that when John was smaller and just a "mom and pops" business not only was your product way better but the customer service was amazing.

I now live in Augusta GA and been ordering 2-3 times a week for the last 6 months and this particular establishment is a joke and the reflection it puts on the corporation is pathetic! On January 21 I had placed an order and didn't receive til 2 hours and 15 later.

I myself, was a restaurant owner and took great pride in serving and giving the consumer the best experience. A manager told me because I was a great customer that he would refund this order ($24) and it would be credited back to my back in 3-5 days.

He told me one of the pizza makers licks his fingers like you lick them counting money when putting on pepperoni, and there's another one that goes to restroom doesn't wash hands.My friend goes in restroom after he comes out sink always dry doesn't wash his hands. The by far worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Terrible food it was raw. Took them over 2 hours to bring me the food it wasn't correct then to top it off the delivery guy was creepy and he stole a hundred dollar bill from me.

Admitted it to the manager she offers me money back that next day went into store and she quit. Then they give me a credit for 200$ I go to use it and the man tells me the guy who did it got fired like it's my problem now there telling me I'm a liar* unbelievable. There liars.

I placed an order online for the store located 229 west Main Street Uniontown PA the order would not go through. So I called the store and waited on hold for 15 mins no one ever picked up the phone.

I arrived at the store and called from parking lot where I could visibly see 5 workers inside and still no one attempted to answer the phone. I then went in the store and placed my order went back to my car to wait and watched 2 of the employees stand there and smoke inside side the store.

That is very unsanitary in a restaurant establishment especially in the kitchen area. Very disgusted need better management

I enjoy Papa John's Pizza, but they aren't living up to their stated special of $13.99 for a walk-in 4 topping large pizza. I'm located in Canada.

The website clearly states the deal, however the charge is higher. I've filed a complaint and the representative, Theepan Nathan, acknowledged that certain toppings aren't included in the special. No-where on their site does it indicated that certain toppings aren't included in the 4 topping special. This is false advertising.

I'm seeking some restitution. Theepan discontinued correspondence.

Today I went to Papa Johns on 711 N. Westover Blvd, Albany, GA 31707 to purchase my pizzas that I paid for over the phone. When I got there I called in and informed the young lady that I tested positive for covid.

I asked her if they would sit in the back seat of the car and the manager told her to sit the pizza on the ground. I felt so belittled by these actions. I think it could have been handled better.

Maybe sat it on my car hood or on top of the car. I would really like something to be done about this. I am a paying customer, not some dog. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. I could have just went in without letting them know I had covid.

Went to Papa John's last night and the pizza was horrible. I got a large Hawaiin pizza and it was so dry and lm like " Where is the sauce"? I could not take it back that night because I do not live in the area, so I called the next day and I talked to the manager and he told me to call back with my receipt number and now I can't get a hold of anyone.

I have never had a pizza a small pizza that would cost me $14 when most places are 10 or 11 not even close been cut all the way through now when you take a bite of it it's almost like you're chewing a large amount of gum very thick no flavor of the sausage or of the pepperoni I gave a piece to my cat and she walked away from it I couldn't even taste the sausage because I believe there's way too much cheese on it and all you chewing is cheese and dough no flavor in the sense of the word that you would expect from a piece of pizza I'll just stay with other places that don't cost $14 for a small pizza

I go to this particular papa johns every other Friday. I always order online for pick up. Today i put my order in at 4:23pm for a 6pm pick up time, I received my order is ready text at 6:03 pm.

My order was not ready, in fact I had to wait another 20 minutes BEFORE I was told it was almost ready I waited another 10 mins to be told they were waiting on one more pizza so clearly my entire order was either never made, sent out with someone else or forgotten about, and likely the second pizza I was waiting on was sent elsewhere and I waited another 18 minutes with a total of 48 minutes waiting PAST my pickup time.

Then I discovered on my way home that 1 pizza was not right and for the 4th time the extra sauce I paid for was not in a box.

The lady said that corporate said they had to use an Uber driver to deliver the pizza. I ordered it at 6 PM and it was 8:15 PM and Steel was sitting in preparation stage which means you were sitting on anything oven light for 45 minutes because I only have one driver in our whole town that could deliver that you will no longer get my business.

Went to The Freedom Drive location on 01/10/23, ordered a Parmesan Crusted Philly Cheesesteak Papadia and waited in the drive through line for 30 mins ( was advised over the phone it would take 10-15 mins) before someone even came to the window to see what I ordered.

Once they did, stated it would be another few minutes. When the ordered was given to me and I opened to check it, there was no parmesan on the crust. I asked why, she told me they ran out. This could have been advised to me when I first pulled up in the drive through. I let her know I no longer wanted the sandwich and she said they will refund me. Me and both my kids witnessed one of your drivers a older guy with glasses in a Ford edge I belive. It was a sub looking vehicle, but he was sitting on side of road smoking out of some kind of long skinny pipe and when he saw us he started cussing n drove off.

We don't order from papa johns at all but for the people I know that do I will be informing them of what I saw and I will be going to health board and letting them know as well cause I know it is not healthy to have a trusted driver bringing people their food smoking illegal drugs while on the clock. On Sunday, January 7, 2023, I ordered online (from my desktop computer) 2 pizzas from Papa John's Naranja, FL store for delivery. However, for some unknown reason, the order didn't go through. So then I proceeded to order the 2 pizzas (from my cell phone) without a problem. The order went through but when the delivery person arrived I received 2 Papadillas instead of 2 pizzas. I checked the receipt on my cell phone and sure enough, it said 2 Papadillas instead of 2 Pizzas. I placed an order at 9pm. It said my order was otw and only 8 min away at 10 pm. 20 min go by still no order and I called the driver who told me that he was having problems with his vehicle but would be arriving soon.

At 1045 he still had not came and it showed delivered on app so I called the store that said it took delivery orders until 11pm. They told me they were closed and to call the next day. The next day I called I got put on hold for 30 minutes before they hung up on me.

They basically stole my money and I never received my order and have yet to have gotten a call from anyone or gotten this resolved and it's been over a week.

I did not receive my order on Dec 23. I tracked my pizza and when it said it was delivered I called the store. They then told me it was on its way. 20 min later I called back and they re-made my prev order and said it would be another hr before they could deliver.

I said I would just go pick it up. So I drove to the store after and picked up the order, and was told I wasn’t going to be charged. I waited for my money to go back on my card and thought it would take a few days due to holidays.

I called to place an order on 12/31/22 and after placing order she said the system was messed up so it would take 3-4 minutes to put it back in. I waited and waited then we got disconnected. So I called back and got some guy and explained what happened.

He put my order in again and again said the system was giving him problems because I was going to pay cash so he said I’d have to order from the store and he immediately transferred me to them. The guy answered and just said “ Papa John’s “ and was silent so I said are y’all taking orders?

It’s very disappointing when you place an order and have a door dash driver show up at your door with somebody else’s order. I’m not quite sure why they’re having to use them. Not only are the customers getting screwed , the drivers are getting screwed as well.

When paying over the phone with a credit card for the order and a tip that’s supposed to go to the driver. Unfortunately it doesn’t. So not only did we have to cancel our order that never arrived,We now have the Door Dash Driver at our door with the wrong order looking like a dear in headlights.

I had ordered from Kylie at the Papa John's in Longview tx 12/29/2022 at 5:58pm As I was ordering I had requested and was told I would receive an itemized receipt. When my delivery arrived there was no Itemized receipt.
