(background info) i used them to look at a price for something online. the company did NOT confirm the order but sent it anyway. i contacted my bank card company and they got the amount FULLY refunded, but the order company sent a backcharge for shipping & handling.

my bank card company got THAT resolved as well. PayPal *insists* that i owe this money to them. 90. any time i contact them that they should remove this, they tell me i have to pay in order to remove the negative balance.

this is a deceitful company. they also have a wait time to resolve issues/ disputes of **75 DAYS**. that is a terrible policy. people living on Social Security cannot afford to just payout whatever, whenever. i cannot close my account with PayPal due to this negative balance.

I have been with @paypal over 8 years they have been fine up until recently there resolution center has gone downhill I had to a claim denied several times Example I filed a case item not as described I waited 30 days for them to investigate only for the case to be denied not for the reason I filed for but reason they denied was item not recieved.

Bareware paypal ignores your evidence why dispute I recommend go straight through your bank I'm thinking about closing my paypal account they have been great for the last 8 years lately there allowing scammers to scam and doesn't protect us

I have initiated request stating couple of transaction are not authorized one, Its a spam one using my credentials saying they represent Paypal customer support, I called you guys immediately as I saw this transaction & updated saying its not me on 5th of Jan only, Its fraud attempt done with my credential then I changed my password credential.

00 . I didnt recognize it, so I pulled up the invoice to see what it was. Instead of an invoice describing the transaction, I got "This invoice isnt available. We removed this invoice because it may have been a scam.

" I tried unsuccessfully multiple times to get them to show me the invoice, no luck. I then filed a case against this charge. " Still no description and no product. I tried to close my paypal account, it kept telling me that the issue was not resolved and had to be closed to close the account.

The Customer service agent couldn't give any reason why or how to resolve it just that I should seek legal services. 00 deposit from my client, i am a caretaker, it was the first one but i had explained what it was in great detail and why i was starting it in paypal. once the deposit hit, i was not able to access it for a few days, unclear what the problem was, i asked paypal and sent my id and other information to them at leas 3 times during this situation.

I have called PayPal for about a month and spoke to numerous agents and received emails and automated calls back still nothing has been done. My payments are not being reflected to paypal credit and a charge was supposed to be removed on PayPal credit special financing promo which is still there.

I waited 27 minutes for an agent to pick up today and no one is answering. PayPal credit which is synchrony seems to be a scam so that interest can be accrued and the amount not reduced.

I have already written to Dan Schulman, the CEO of Paypal. I am filing a formal complaint against the security practices of Paypal. Over the past year, I have received numerous fake invoices from people for items that I did not purchase.

I reported all of them as scams. 00 each that was taken from my account which then put me in the negative balance. I reported this transaction to my bank on Monday morning. I had to reopen a new account and close the old account.

I run a successful business and this could have detrimental to my clients and my business. I thought it was over. 00 was removed from another bank account that I have. I called bank but they didnt see the transactions yet.

I've called several times and was hung up on the first time after I provided all my info. I can't log in to any of my accounts and funds have not been deposited. I'm behind on other financial investments that I used the card for.

2nd time and 3rd I've been put on hold for more them 6min each time. It's embarrassing and humiliation of being told you have the funds and being denied at the counter with your children having to walk away without your items is something that nobody should go thru.

There is no amount that could cover that mask the feeling.

I subscribed to a website digital subscription for 12 months. I was not happy so I requested a cancellation through Paypal by dispute. The seller cancelled my subscription and closed my account. The paid money has not been returned.

Was ripped off by a Chinese company selling fraudulent goods. S. that product was a fraud. PayPal still sided with Chinese seller. PayPal allows Chinese sellers to rip off Americans so they can make the sale and make money off the sale. 99 charge pending.

I called my bank and closed all credit cards so they cannot charge and made the statement to the “supervisor” they do not have permission to access any of my canceled cards. They don’t care. These foreign call centers are a joke.

Again, they REFUSED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.

Have been trying for the past week and a half , to resolve my business account inquiry. When I call , they can barely understand what my need is, then they state that I will be receiving notification within a specific time frame, and I receive nothing.

When you call back, the phone lines do not work properly, I can barely hear them, and they place you on hold for an extended period of time. Still hear with no resolution.

I joined PayPal to make things easier when trying to do business or to purchase Bitcoin and just send friends money. So far I've had nothing but problems with my account. One day I can do about anything I want to and the next day I am suddenly a security risk which no one can explain or give a reason for.

I endured terrible mistreatment when talking with two PayPal representatives. In addition to the unbelievable behavior I was subjected to I also want to speak to the overall systemic issues I have experienced and that ultimately led to me having to deal with rude representatives.

On June 2nd 2020 I attempted to withdraw $200 from ATM and was given an error or malfunction I went to another ATM and attempted $80 and another error I ended up going to jail on that same day and noticed when I got out of jail on June 5th that both transactions had been deducted from my PayPal account and I never did receive the money from either one of them.

My account was limited and in order to remove the limitations, I spoke to a representative on Saturday January 28th, then a rep and supervisor on Sunday January 29th, then Monday January 30th I spoke with a rep and two supervisors about the required documentation that I sent. I am beyond frustrated, because I was told I could email my information and I did.

I filed a complaint against a seller on 10/18/22. My case #:PP-R-AIC-463291483 was closed on 12/5/22 without any notice, despite the fact that I followed instructions and returned the purchased items as requested for a full refund. I paid an additional $$28.85 in postage for the return to seller, therefore I'm out of pocket for $115.85. I Ve had the option of using PayPal Pay in 4 payment option at checkout when purchasing items on ebay or online, BUT all of a sudden I have been restricted from access to pay in 4. My acct with PayPal is up to date, no payments overdue.

I have contacted PayPal twice and spoken to someone, and they have done nothing to give me a valid reason for my acct to not have pay in 4 option anymore. I cannot use another payment option and rely on this payment method.

Paypal stole 200 dollars from a 400 dollar deposit recently with no notifications, no messages or statement where or what had happened to my money. I got in touch w them and they had told me they took it over a claim from 4 months ago.

Someone paid me and then disputed the transaction simply because they didn’t have any money and needed their money and I had to pay it so paypal tells me they took 200 dollars from me for chargeback fees because of this asshole who decided he didn’t want to pay after he had already paid and somehow I have to pay it and then pay chargeback fees 4 months later? No warnings no notifications.

I have been trying to issue my e-bay buyer a credit we agreed on but can not do it as PP, his choice of payment, has a block on the dollars through the buyers request which he has since asked e-bay to remove. This was more than a week ago and no results as of yet. On the 24th he even e-mailed me to ask what the hold up was on the credit!!! I have spoken with PP and e-bay so many times now that I almost feel like I should receive wages from them for my time wasted!

3 months ago, I became aware that my credentials were involved in a data leak. My PayPal account was compromised, leading to hundreds of dollars worth of charges being made through PayPal, and affecting all of my financial accounts, costing extensive additional damage in overdraft fees, and leading to restrictions being placed on all of my accounts.
