(background info) i used them to look at a price for something online. the company did NOT confirm the order but sent it anyway. i contacted my bank card company and they got the amount FULLY refunded, but the order company sent a backcharge for shipping & handling.
my bank card company got THAT resolved as well. PayPal *insists* that i owe this money to them. 90. any time i contact them that they should remove this, they tell me i have to pay in order to remove the negative balance.
this is a deceitful company. they also have a wait time to resolve issues/ disputes of **75 DAYS**. that is a terrible policy. people living on Social Security cannot afford to just payout whatever, whenever. i cannot close my account with PayPal due to this negative balance.
