I went to Pearle vision on 11-24-2022. They told me my glasses would be done in two weeks. It’s been over three weeks and I still have not got my glasses and they act like it’s no big deal. No apologies no sorry we’re taking longer than normal nothing that’s not how you run a business I’ve been running my own business for 12 years if I just ignored my customers and

didn’t follow up with them I wouldn’t have a business, I paid $615 for a pair of glasses that I have to wait forever for but yet I can go online and get them within a week. I will definitely will not be using you again.

The last two experience has been horrible.

I had a moment of rage today. I took Liam to Pearle Vision for his eye exam since back in June I had a good experience. The problems started as soon as we entered the lady that greeted us that I later found out to be the manager started off by saying that she didn't want to work on Saturday and that she has family at home for an event.

I didn't say anything, I smiled politely. Our appointment was at 9:40. We waited an hour for Liam to be seen. Found out that Liam needs glasses. Fine, no issue. The kids glasses were too small so we went to the men's side.

Liam picked out a handsome rimless pair. I show the lady that greeted us what he wanted. She then gave her opinion that maybe he should choose plastic and that Liam won't like them, and that he will break them.

Your store closed at 3pm where hours are posted until 6pm. I tried to call for 45 minutes with no answer, on two lines. No answer I thought my be a phone problem. So I went to your store. I knocked as there were peeps inside.

Your "doorkeeper" informed me he vlosed and did not answer calls while he spoke to a vendor! Is this your policy? I informed him if he would not help me and adjust my glasses I would quit them. He got angry and followed me out into the parking lot threatening me.

Went to my car and accosted a family member. What happened to professional? I want to hear what you think of this? And if you agree with any of that behavior, I will tell everyone I know, and write this in reviews.

I had an appointment in Omaha on Wright street and I and I have left 3 voicemails. It's been almost four weeks since I had my initial exam and I have not received my glasses. I have called numerous times and asked to speak to the manager autumn to call me and she hasn't called me back.

Allison is the person that keeps answering the phone. Can give me no information on when I'll get my glasses or what the problem is and initially told me she was the manager and then turns around and says she's a training and cannot help me.

I need help and don't know who to call.

Dr was horribly disrespectful to me in March 2022, and then again on Tuesday to my son and my mother (who is a geriatric provider for our largest hospital network in Rochester). He rushed through my exam and was way off on my Rx. He refused to hear me out and my concerns. He was sarcastic and nasty. My husband saw him right after me and he was polite, kind and respectful to my husband, spending more time with my husband who wasn’t even having symptoms as I was. Same dr saw my son last week and was so rude. Yawning in my moms face, talking through his yawns, rushing the exam and didn’t spent enough time with my son. I called to discuss and was told too bad-the dr is the owner and there’s no HR dept and I would have to deal with it. I want my son to have another exam by another…

I HAD AN EYE EXAM AND PURCHASED GLASSES AT THE PEARLE VISION IN WOODSIDE QUEENS NEW YORK BACK IN 2021. I RECENTLY WENT TO MY REGULAR EYE DOCTOR AND WAS INFORMED THAT MY LENS WERE PUT IN INCORRECTLY BY YOUR COMPANY (THE LEFT EYE HAS THE RIGHT EYE PERSCRIPTION AND THE RIGHT EYE HAS THE LEFT EYE PERCRIPTION).

I HAVE BEEN WEARING THE WRONG GLASSES FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS. I NOW HAVE A NEW PERCRIPTION THAT SHOWS MY VISION HAS CHANGED BECAUSE OF THIS ERROR. WHEN I CONTACTED THE STORE THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN CHANGE THE LENS THE CORRECT WAY.

Visited the Chaska, MN location and was not provided an explanation of services and what the bill for services would be even before insurance. Was told my office visit would be $0 and then received a $75 bill in the mail.

Customer service was extremely rude and would not listen to my frustrations. They simply hung up the phone on me. I will take this complaint to the BBB and any other state regulator since this customer service experience was unacceptable.

Dr Rosenthals office in chattanooga tn has left me without even the old glasses i came in with. No new glasses, incorrectly made lenses twice. Forced me to call out of work last minute which cost me an $1500 FCC violation fine.

Also left me without glasses for 8 to 10 days which i am unable to work, unable to even drive. Dr Rosenthal can not produce my old glasses i was told had been destroyed 10 minutes after i walked outside with the new glasses which i cant see out of.

I went to a competitor had another eye exam and that exam wasnt even close to the one Dr Rosenthal came up with. NO excuse for the way i was treated. I will be Billing your company and Dr Rosenthal for the destroyed lenses, my FCC fine and lost wages.

I had my eyes examined and 2 weeks later went to get my glasses but couldnt see out of left lense. i came back to be retested turns out the prescription was wrong. they said i would get my new ones in 2 wks.

its now been 3 weeks and when i call to see if my glasses are ready they hang up on me. and one time i was told they are to busy to check for me to call back .

also the manager of that store is very very rude. i would like a refund if i cant get my hlasses. I hope you can help me get my glasses so this can be avoided. thank you for your time.

Late last year, I ordered a frame and lenses from Pearle Vision branch in Livonia, MI, only the next day I had to cancel the order and go to Wal-Mart because they had the frame that I like. Today I received a bill from Wal-Mart for a frame and lenses that I received for the full amount, when I called Wal Mart, I was told that my insurance company did not pay the claim; so

I called my insurance company for clarification, and I was told that Pearle Vision cashed in their claim for the "canceled order" and they kept the money. So, they used all of my benefits on a false claim for an item that I did not buy and they never had the courtesy to return the money and revert the transaction with my insurance company.

Shockingly they kept the money and I am stuck with the bill.

I went to pearl vision on February 18 I was told the my glasses were going to be in 14 days it’s almost a month and never got them now they saying it’s my insurance call my insurance today and fined out they submitted my order March 1st that’s not acceptable And the staff are so rude and their not honest and trying to cover them self by blaming the other party I never see this kind of business my glasses it’s a month for me to get them because they didn’t submit the order I have to suffer I will never do any business with you guys again

I am , Dr. Marty Sapp, a black full-professor emeritus in counseling psychology. On 3-11-2023, I visited Pearl Vision located at 695 W. Silver Spring Dr. Glendale, WI 53217. When I first entered this facility, there was no one to greet me, and there were several black women running around in a chaotic manner.

I introduced myself to one of the younger black women who happened to be sloppily dressed. I gave this woman my insurance information, and another black woman verified my insurance. Not at any time did anyone explain the nature of my benefits.

In July I purchased new glasses. I was charged out of pocket $198. My insurance NW Administrator sent me a statement that my out of pocket payment should have been $45. I shared this information with. Wendy at the Tukwila, WA location.

I also spoke with Curtis a customer service rep as well as leaving my email information. To this day I haven't heard back from anyone at Pearle Vision. com

My Family and I have been long time customers of Pearle Vision. I have two spots on my glasses that cannot come off. About 6 months after my purchase I came to the store in Frankfort. I'll and was told by a lady in the store that nothing could b e done. Then she said there not the best pair of glasses and I was stunned by her comment. employees working front end are not very well trained and are highly unprofessional... I for one had a denial of payment from my insurance company due to Pearl Vision not submitting paperwork in a timely manner... Buyer beware... I would advise to look elsewhere for your eye care needs there are better choices out there for the money spent... some things never change...

My F amily & I have long time customers of Pearle Vision in Frankfort, ill. I had spots on my new glasses that appeared after about 6 months from purchase. I came into the store a few times but was told nothing could be done.

About 3 months ago I came in again and was told by s lady that said again there two old and you know there not the best pair of glasses. I then left a few messages for the manager Michael but never heard back.

My daughter came in for an eye exam few weeks ago and she even spoke to Michael the manager for me and he informed her he would call me. To this date I've heard from no one. I'm very disappointed that no one wanted to help me.

At this point I don't hink I would ever do business with Pearle Vision again.

I returned to the store where purchased was told they were not under warranty and it would cost me an additional $140 to be replaced, it is funny to me that they are not covered by warranty. THE same thing happened to my wifes glasses purchased from SVS and they were replaced FREE of charge.

She was told the cracks were nothing that she could have done it was just a product failure. It's a shame Pearle Vision won't stand behind the products they sell and as a result I will NEVER buy another pair of glasses from them again and will tell everyone Pearle Vision is a terrible company to do business with.

I have been going to Pearle Vision for over 37 years now and I have never been so upset. Me amd my hisband got eye exams and needed updated lenses and frames. No one has called us to update us on our order and when we call them there is an excuse.

They have had to return my husbands glasses due to lens flaws and now mine also are not right and I ja e never had an issue till now. Due to all these issues and not being able to get our glasses that we have paid for and have needed we will no longer be using Pearle Vision ever.

The Canton, GA Riverstone Pkwy location is the worst services I have ever received and I am appauled at the service that we have received after being so loyal. I do not recommend going to this location for anything and all the employees that work there are not helpful…

I purchased my glasses through Pear Vision several mo ago. The process was difficult because they do not answer the phone and when asked why they said texting and leaving a message was best. I have tried to call text and leave messages for a few days with no answer or return call.

Today a was near the office which is 45 min from my home and stopped. I was told they just received my frames and sent them to have lenses put in a few days ago and it would be 3-4 weeks.

That makes it almost 8 weeks to get glasses. I find this absurd. I have to pay almost full price out of pocket due to only having private insurance.

My wife and I went into one of your Pearle Vision offices and we got our test and the new set of glasses and they did not work for her so she went back had a second test and they sent out for a second set of glasses the second the second Set Came Back they also did not work so they gave her a another test number three. These are the WORST glasses and purchase experience I have ever had! I have used Pearl before and have been satisfied but no more.

First lets start with the fact that my medical insurance covers eye exams and glasses the woman at Pearl refused to put my insurance through because ¨if it has eye it starts with different letters¨. I call my insurance company to find out yes they do have an eye rider and the tech SHOULD have input my information! there goes over $1000.

Second: from the moment I put the glasses on in the store to this day, months later, everything is blurry. In order to see fairly clearly I had to widen the nose pads to sit the glasses lower on my nose and to see clearly (or almost clearly) I have to tilt the glasses so

Over a year ago, I SWITCHED my business to Pearle Vision from America's Best due to them not being able to get my order right after driving from Dalton Ga to Cartersville Ga 3times..... Malerbi is great. AND NOW I get a call on Tuesday 8/23/22 notifying me that my lenses are in and will need to pick them up on Tuesday or Friday. OK.

I recently called to get more contacts. The first phone call I made the young lady was quite rude. I repeated myself several times and all she said was she couldn't hear me and then hung up. I'm sure your stores have caller ID and she easily could have called me back if it was bad connections.

So I thought I'll try another day because I didn't want to deal with her attitude. The next day I called I got a young man, he told me that my insurance was already used up, when I explained to him that I wanted to use my secondary insurance, he said to hold and he would get back to me.

We got an eye check me and my family at pearle vision today. The optometrist and receptionist were so polite and friendly. So it was quite surprising that after i got the prescription ,I went to pearle vision store to look at glasses.

I started speaking to Janeth the store manager i asked if i could sit down because my knees were hurting, after she said ok i sat down and gave her my vision coverage information. She told me that she is unable to check on how much coverage i have towards glasses and suggested to call bluecross.

00. Was told 6 days and would be ready and 10 days later still no call. I called and and they were ready except putting in frames. Went the next day and still not in frames. I took them home to my wife she said they were the same lens.

I also thought so myself. 00 for thinner lens and they are the same thickness as the old ones. We took them back today and the unfriendly Fat Guy that waited on us took them to the back to check them and about 10 minutes later came out with them and said now how about tem now.

Customer service is extremely Bad. My mother has been waiting to come back to complete her exam. It has been weeks. I have called and complained. The same young lady at the Bridge Water Falls location lied about requesting records from MidWest Eye Center.

So till this day, no call back. I have the records and now I want the co-pay money back. Either they will complete the exam or we dan go to another location or to another Eye doctor..

I called PV to get my son scheduled for contact lense. A woman was working with me, however the conversation went left. She became rude, hostile due to my questions regarding contacts, fees ect. It was awful. She wouldn’t make the appointment and hung up on me. I called back a few times to ask for a manager, which she said they don’t have in store. I called back to speak to the Dr. Practice. Another woman answered and helped with all questions and scheduled my son. I’m so dissatisfied in how I was treated by the employee in the beginning. I’m considering moving my family to another practice. I would hate for her to be the employee to help me again.

I am having a hard time seeing with my glasses talked to the manager at the Carrollton Georgia location extremely rude she said that the earliest I can get in is on the 21 of April have waited 2 weeks and still not a earlier appointment. Already had my eyes check by the same doctor twice and still having a hard time seeing with the glasses that were prescribed.

Purchased new lenses on 2/23/22 was called on 3/3/22 and was told my lenses were in. Was asked to bring in my frames and it would take 1or2 days to complete the job because the machine was down and the tech was out sick.

I stopped in on 3/9/22 and was told that the person who told me 1or2 days was wrong but that they would put my lenses to the top of the pile and do them as we spoke. I said I would come in the next day to pick them up.

Stopped by 3/10/22 and was told i would have to wait 10 minutes, 15 minutes later I was told the machine was broke again and that they would have to order me a new pair of lenses. But was told when they come in it would only take a few minutes to pop out the old and put new in.

My Name is Huma Shera. I am filling complaint against manager Renee at Polaris Parkway branch. My family spend around $3000 a year. Beginning of 2021 I went for eye exam plus I purchase expensive designer frame. I also bought warranty on my glasses.

She didn’t like me going there for repair or new glasses. She was talking down to me. She was abusing me just because I am colored. I tried to take appointment for my husband she refused to give us appointment.

People like Renee is giving pearls vision bad name. Thank you Huma

I went to your Jungle Jim location on November 21st for eye examination. 14. Three weeks later my glasses were ready for pickup. When I went in and tried them on the lens we’re wrong as they gave me double vision.

They said they would correct them but since then I have not heard a word. I call and text no response.

Poor experience overall. Took much longer than promised to get new glasses. My new glasses were not made correctly. (Could not read through them) The people working in the Woodstock Ga. store do not know what they are doing. Luke in particular was rude and not pleasant to work with.

I finally got my remade lenses almost two months after my initial visit. I would never go back to use their service again. Would not recommend.

Lyndhurst location. Worst sevice ever in both the exam area & in the store. I would never go there again or recommend it to anyone.
