Greetings! Im very distressed with the situation with my dog. Noah had an appointment with Zibiah at store #01688. Noah as scheduled to get bath and cut, However, he was matted and I had to pay more. I received a phone call from Petco at 3:15 stating that he had diarrhea and I need to come and get him.

Noah was not sick before he got there. When I arrived Zibiah was still cutting him. When she finished she told me that she didn’t give him a bath due to the diarrhea. 99 for a service that was not complete.

I am writing to file a complaint regarding my recent experiences at the Petco located at 9111 Metropolitan Ave, Rego Park, NY 11374, specifically concerning the grooming department and the customer service provided by your employees. On three separate occasions, I encountered significant issues with the grooming services offered at your establishment.

I dealt with three different workers. I wanted to buy one fish and was denied several times telling me I needed a 40 gallon tank for this one fish. I was told having one gold fish I needed a 20 gallon tank yet the store holds 100 fish in a 30 gallon tank.

It is 1 inch per fish. The employees were rude, and did not have an interest in helping me. The other employee couldn’t even help me find the correct lid size for my 10 gallon tank because he didn’t know.

I feel these workers are extremely unprofessional and I am very disappointed.

Manager of the Spring Hill Tn store was very rude and disrespectful. He accused us of switching price tag on a marked down item. After discovering we were correct about the price of the item he didn’t offer us an apology. Unfortunately I still purchased the merchandise from that store. It escalated further and he told us to leave the store and don’t come back. This is unacceptable behavior by a manager towards any customer. The managers name is Jesse at the Spring Hill Tn Petco. I would like to hear that this matter is taken care of.

The Grooming Services at the Keizer, OR are NOT doing a great job and could be managed much better. Last week, as we were walking out the door, 15 minutes before our appointment (I have 2 standard poodles who only receive baths and shave downs, nothing else) our appointment was called because one of their their groomers(1 of 3) was out sick. We were rescheduled for today at 130pm.

We showed up for the appointment 5 minutes late and waited in line for 10 minutes. We were late because of my chemo appointment running late at Salem Hospital.

The person behind the grooming desk’s first words to me were, “You are 30 minutes late, therefore we need to reschedule for… next week.” No hello, no I’m sorry, no compassion…For me, this was too much.

On August 31st I delivered my dog to my local Franklin TN Petco for a prearranged 11 am grooming appointment. The dog was not available until after 5 pm, even though I was told she would be available “no later than 230”.

My dog spent five of the intervening hours in a crate, which is horrible customer service and questionable animal welfare. The staff, although courteous and helpful, did not seem to know what was going on, and were clearly overwhelmed. ), and they were mainly new employees.

I was given the customer service number, so that I could speak with the regional manager. My complaint is about vetco in San Pedro Ca. we are planning to retired to the Philippines on Oct. 9, 2023 so I ask vetco if they do health certificate on my dog way ahead of time and kept calling them few months before to make sure that everything will go smooth taking my dog with me.

If i could negative 5 I would. The store located at 830 Pelham Pkwy In pelham manor new york has always been my go to store for all my pet needs. The staff has always been welcoming and even when short staffed have tried their best to give great customer service.

I have noticed over the past few months many times where the line is all the way down the aisle and no one on the floor, when I have tried looking for help it is always the same manager Destiny (I believe her name is) doing something as stocking a refrigerator or on her phone in the corner and when I ask for assistance she seems bothered.

I've been taking my dog Willow to the groomers at the PetCo Tucson Arizona on 1st and Wetmore for over 2 years never had a problem this last Sunday I took her there to have a bath and get her nails done and the hair around her butt trimmed well when she came home she was bleeding from out of her anus and hiding under the bed and I'm complaining about the new groomer that they have in there the manager and

I was in Port Richey Petco today and I was helped by Shane unfortunately he was helping a woman in front she was looking something up on her phone so she hung out literally laying on the counter when n he asked me to come up. so I do meanwhile, this woman's got her phone out she's hanging out over the credit card machine.

then when the sale is done Shane grabs my stuff and says it's not yours then a couple minutes later he's like oh sorry and this woman is still laying all over the counter I don't know if she took a picture of my PIN code or not. Petco will not stop emailing me reminders to bring my cat to their vaccination clinic. My cat died last year. I have called Petco and Vetco four times and each time I was promised that the reminder emails would stop.

They have not stopped. I called Petco again today; the agent put me on hold while she “checked on” the reason I was still getting these emails. I was transferred over to Vetco customer service without being notified of what was happening. It is infuriating to be passed from representative to representative without explanation, when each of the subsidiaries simply passes the buck to each other.

Visited the Petco in Clairemont Mesa, CA (store 583) yesterday with my two sons.

We were picking up some supplies for our aquarium, which normally I would just purchase on Amazon. In this case I figured I might as well try to support a locally based company, Petco, and have a fun pet experience with my kids.

I was wrong.

We decided to get a couple of new fish for our aquarium and I let my sons pick out a fish each. There was an employee nearby and we asked for help from an employee named Tyler. Immediately it was clear that he had more important work to do.

I have bought several bearded dragons from this store, and I frequent here because this is where I get my pets crickets and worms from. I have sent several emails, and even spoke to the front cashier, and today the store manager about the care of their bearded dragons.

The tanks are never clean, there is feces, and dried vegetables or dead worms and crickets in every tank. Today there were 4 medium size dragons in the same not even 20oz tank. Dragons should never be housed together, especially at that age. They will fight for heat, and or food, it’s unhealthy and very unsafe. That is the reason bearded dragons lose a limb, or die. I skipped an auto ship, they ignored it and took the monies out of my account, I called again and she said I would have my money back within 24 hours and the $5.00 credit back onto my Petco Rewards that they took also.

A week and 3 calls later, still no money, they now are asking if I picked up the pet food, which clearly shows as in progress on their system for delivery, so clearly I have not. They denied the claim to provide my monies back and are not doing anything about it. I am sitting here on hold with someone I cannot understand and waiting for a supervisor that they don't know if there is even one working.

If I could give zero stars I would these people treat the animals there like they are worse then garbage these poor birds are in such tiny double sided glass encloser that is a quarter of the size it should be with dirty water and just a seed diet... Which is terrible..

No fresh food at all.... With zero toys and they are expecting at least a thousand dollars for one bird that the lady was going to grab with a towel nails are not trimmed.... I'm guessing because they can not be handled....

Or have any way to do it... is just disgusting if I could buy all these birds I would it's devastating to me that those absolute gorgeous birds are being treated like they are I will never step foot in this establishment ever again and I highly recommend you don't either

I saw her cleaning cages meticulously and saw beautiful examples around of her work !! I am not use to seeing that in this particular store

Petco in Chattanooga Gun barrel rd. Had an appointment for grooming and was very disappointed by how we were looked upon. Our dog was alittle scared and that's reasonable but the girl that came out was very unfriendly and when she approached him she caused him to snap he didn't snap until she came up quickly.

When we were checking out at the Sioux City Petco, Lexi (Asst Manager), was very belittling to her co-worker when she had asked Lexi a question. It made me very uncomfortable and I could tell it was very embarrassing to the young gal helping us.

This IS NOT the first time I have seen Lexi behave this way! I could tell she had a mood when we arrived in the store that day, I saw a young customer try asking her some questions and she blatantly ignored him to the point he just walked out, and

My dog was injured on 5/10/23 by a careless groomer . The way the incident was handled was unprofessional. The groomer cut my dog tail and he had to have emergency surgery that morning due to the negligence from the groomer.

My dog went through Trauma and so have I . The groomers should be professional trained and the management too.

I had 2 grooming appointments for 12:00 today at the Petco in Peoria, IL, 2101 W. Lake Ave. I am 75 years old and my dogs weigh 60 and 100 pounds. I had to have my daughter help me with their transport.

It was a 30- minute drive. We arrived at 12;07. The groomer was busy and we waited in line. We were then told that we had to reschedule because we were 10 minutes late. A huge part of our day was lost.

I am complaining about the Petco located at 10042 ne 137th street kirkland, Washington. The manager, Ted, was visibly making his own staff uncomfortable and made me uncomfortable as well with the way he talks to others. I felt rushed while at check out, and he attempted to sign me up for a membership plan after I told him no multiple times.

I took my 3 dogs in to get groomed. I've never seen a worse hair cut in my life. They literally look like a 3 year old hacked at them with scissors. After complaining about it they said to bring them back in a week later to re do it.

We brought them in again they had them there for 4 hours when picked up they literally did nothing. They said we had the worst acting dogs they have ever had and suggested we take them to petsmart and did not refund our money.

I've taken my dogs to 7 different groomers multiple times and never had any issues. This was horrendous. I've called tried to go in never can get a hold of a manager. What a joke this place is it amazes me they are still in business and I will NEVER go back and tell everyone the same thing.

I was in Petco in Gainesville, Florida on Monday. I was in the fish department looking at 2 angel fish I wanted to buy. There were three in the tank, one looked like it was about to die but the other two were fine.

There were also 4 or 5 glow bettas with 50% off in plastic tubs with the filthiest water I've ever seen! Two staff members saw me there - one was dealing with another customer, but after she'd finished she just walked off.

I decided after at least 15 minutes that I'd just come back a few days later. I returned yesterday, went to the tank and found both angel fish floating at the top, dead. They'd obviously been there for a few days because there was the white mould on them. It's disgusting. a.

Had an appointment at Petco today at 5PM for my dog and cat to have their nails done and my cat capped. When we arrived at our designated time, the groomer said she did not have time to do our cat. She was extremely rude when I tried to explain to her that we had a 5:00 PM appointment and she said it did not matter what time our appointment was she made a lot of excuses saying she don’t have time. She started getting argumentative and then stormed off.

To me it seemed she is prejudice against my race or any customers race which is not fair because that’s public discrimination.

My dog max, had a lot of appointments in petco near sunrise hwy, and whenever they did checkups on him, they never did did a blood check up whenever we asked them to. All they said was that "he's fine, he's just old" and that it was just unnecessarily in general.

Now it turns out that he is diagnosed with blood cancer! Absolutely sadden by the news of this and very disappointed how they didn't check further into his body and how late it took them to see that he was diagnosed with blood cancer.

The are numerous stores like yours in Topeka, Kansas. At least 4 stores feel in similar products. We attempted to patronize the local Petco store.

However after asking for assistance and waiting approximately 15 minutes without any attendant showing up we left your store. We may never go back with that type of poor customer service. You should school your employees.

Went to Petco in Providence. I informed the veterinarian that I believed my dog had an ear infection, as a result of using a product that was recommended by an employee that titled zymax for cleaning dog's ears. The veterinarian looked at me and immediately assumed that my dog was anxious and fearful.

She then looked at the dog and his ears said she didn't see anything looked at his eyes it said she didn't see anything. Mind you I had informed her that I thought it was a result of me trying to clean his ears with the xymox solution.

On March 26, of this year I went into your petco store located on Bouquet Cyn to pick up some items to be delivered. The lady I spoke to asked for ID which I went to get n when I returned with that she pointed to a very large box which contained a cat potty item n a bag of litter , she pointed out the items n advised me thats what I needed to take.
