My 6yr old grandson that was visiting me over the weekend where I live in Moneta has a very disappointing encounter as we walked thru the stores doors. There was nobody shopping, parking lot empty, young girl standing at register with arms crossed.

she in a very no facial expression look stated that" they don't sell fish anymore". was shocked explained I only wanted a fancy tail guppy and drove a long way from home. If a place of business is open then they should be selling anything in the store til closing.

I won't come back to this location.

Bath that kck groom pretended that she gave my pup a bath. He been going there for several month usually every 2 weeks. He Rottweiler pup, she claim this last time after we dropped him off which is less than 5 min from where we live that he was done.

We just walked through the door and sat down I said, your kidding me right? She said no, we picked him up He was different like alway after leaving there far as personally. And dry , smelled ot was bad.

Now he's scratching , licking loooknand smell a got mess. We ask for a refund for that bath and the one before because even tho he was there longer I had been noticing he didn't seem clean alot of the times but, my husband don't want any problems. Well, I'm different.

That's my babyband if I pay for a service it's expected. No nail clippings…

I shop at PetSmart at 877 E H St Chula Vista, CA 91910 United States frequently and the manager Christine makes shopping here such a negative experience. In every single encounter I’ve had with her she has something unnecessary and rude to say.

She doesn’t know how to treat pet parents and her customer service skills are below par. I’ve literally had enough of her and don’t want to shop at this location anymore. Everyone else is extremely polite, friendly and helpful.

After waiting an extended period of time to be checked out, I finally made it to the register the cashier asked for my phone number I stated I would just like to pay for my item as I did not care to wait any longer. Cashier called me a bitch under her breath & started slinging items at the register. I will never ever shop at one of your stores again.

I tried to get a grooming appointment for my dog this August 5th 2023, I was at the age of my dog I said he was 14 years old. I was told the green belt location in Maryland said your policy is you don't groom dogs over 14 because they could have a heart attack or stroke or it would be too stressful and to check elsewhere.

I made an appointment to have my dog groomed. I arrive on time and drop him off . 2hours later I get a call that the groomer had to leave and she was not able to do the grooming. I had to change my schedule in order for the original grooming!

" When I bought four expecting and one free while also buying other items, ONLY the CHEAPEST item is FREE. 50 item. This is NOT what is stated on the shelf ad. This would not only seem to be false advertising, but also consumer fraud.

The store manager offered to refund the difference while also stating it was a "corporate system error" and to report to corporate. This IS simply NOT right, not seemingly legal (borderline class-action lawsuit in my opinion). The store manager mentioned this has been a ongoing issue for the last two years or so.

How has this misleading advertising campaign not been immediately? Any reply you could provide to our situation would greatly appreciated as well as expected. Thank you. Dean Lofgren

l purchased a Deluxe Fluorescent full Hood Aquarium Light and it last ed about 90 days and began to get dim, I thought it was the Fluorescent light and I replaced it but it wasn't the problem. So I purchased another Deluxe Fluorescent Full Hood Aquarium Light and about 30 days it did the same thing. 00.

It seems as though Per Smart in mcpharlan Blvd Tuscaloosa Al is selling fault y products.

I put in a request to have a couple of receipts printed out to make a return on my cat food. I was told that I would receive them within 3-5 business days. Still no receipts. Then I received a screen shot of what I ordered but unable to read all of it as it was on their computer and not the proper receipt.

I am certainly not happy about the customer serviced received from them. How long does it take to send a customer a couple receipts?

WHY ARE YOU GOING WOKE? Please keep your pride merchandise out of your stores. I am a devoted or was a devoted customer of Pet Smart. I do not want my dog exposed to pride bikinis and gay merchandise. I have nothing against those that choose to live in that manner, but we do not need it shoved in our faces, just like Budweiser and Target have.

I asked the groomer why was that ? I was then told that I had a history of no call. No shows. Which is not true. Last year. I did get really really sick and had to have surgery so I did have to cancel quite a few appointments because I was so sick. No one ever.

Asked me anything about that nor did. They say anything about it. Now as of today. I am not able to get a grooming appointment without the bs. Poor customer service

I made an appointment for my dog to be groomed. I went to the appointment and told them, I wanted them to clean her face, back side and ears as well as clean her teeth. I was then called an hour later to be told that my dog had a lot of tangled on her belly, which I know she didn’t.

I went back into the store and was shown what they were going to do. I agreed. When they called for me to pick up my dog, she was completely shaved, her face was not touched at all. I was devastated, to say the least.

I will NEVER go to pet smart to have my dog groomed!!

Took my dog to be groomed and nails to grind. Every time I was there (approx. 6 times) my dog was rushed out. Paid a lot of money to be treated so poorly. They would call me about half hour after I dropped her off that she was ready.

She would come home smelly and wet. I get it my dog is big and anxious, but I also think the staff should be trained to take care of all pets no matter what. It was not a good experience for my dog or myself.

Now I guess I am blocked from making other appointments on line. I will not be bringing my dog back there to be treated like that. I certainly will not recommend them to anyone that loves their pet.

I was trying to check out at the Lake Havasu City store this past Friday. The cashier, Reyna, who is always rude every time I'm in there, kept making smart comments about how I was handling my dogs. I tried to ignore it and there were a bunch of people around.

Finally, I had the last straw, and told her what I thought, not nicely either. When handing over the receipt, she didn't give it to me, she dangled it out of my reach and whispered "Fuck you" And she let someone out the door without paying.

I went into your Lebanon Pennsylvania location tonight and I was absolutely disgusted by the one fishtank that had some of your snails in, the tank was only snails and there shells were colored white. They were all dead and just laying at the bottom of your tank and there bodies were half way out the shell verifying to me they were dead and other tanks as well had dead snails in them. That is completely unacceptable and I will no longer be buying any fish, snails or anything else from your store ever again.

I ordered several bags of dog treats and a big bag of litter online to be shipped. They shoved all the treats in with the litter with NO padding. Needless to say they were completely smashed. This is not the first time they have sent something that arrived broken.

I really do love the Pasadena MD store. I don't like what happened today when the IT department or corporate decided to finally update their online ordering system. The update started right after my wife ordered our 3 cats food for the month and causes us to Double order because it takes 48 hours for a refund ....

Our Budget it super tight at this time and put us under strain . I am not happy with who ever did it with our thinking of you valued customer base. This may ultimately affect if we decide to keep doing business with the store in general or PetSmart at all.

I took my mini Schnauzer to get his haircut and I was so disappointed when I picked her up. They had butched her to the point of non recognition and she looked horrible. I gave special details on what to not cut and they butched her anyway. So disappointed.

HORRIBLE GROOMING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY VAL and the groomers.

First of all, they reschedule me couple times before i go. I went in, i had a muzzle on my dog, first thing i went in she DID NOT EXPLAIN anything and just said they have to reschedule her appointment.

I have No Clue what she is talking about , then she said cus my dog has muzzle on. To be honest, if she explains well and in a better attitude, i would not be that pissed and i would just reschedule the appointment with no dope.

Everytime I go into the PetSmart in Tujunga,CA the cashier ALWAYS inter my email address wrong, over charge on feeding fish/crickets, shorten the number of fish and crickets and enter the wrong amount of money that I give them which creates a line. Most of the cashier's lower their so you can't see them giggling and smerking.

On 4/23/2023 under crickets, I purchased 20 crickets not 30. This has been going on for the last two years. " I would like to give the employees a big FAT ZERO if possible. This problem NEVER happened when LIZ was manager. Miss her dearly.

I made a appt at the grooming place in the petsmart in bridgewater nj 08807 store #0748 at 145 promernade blvd for my dogs nails to be cut only today Saturday 4/8/23 i told them prior when making appt that my dog was excempt from rabies shots due to a liver condition they told me that was not a problem just bring the paper from the vet as i have done b4. there were other employees there also that were not friendly or helpful.

I do not know who she was i was so upset and mad at how someone would treat a customer like that. if you dont like dealing with people she shouldnt be there. i will never recommend your facility to anyone.

I took my dogs to the groomer. They called me back within 30 minutes stating my dog was sick . They said he had blood in his stool . When I took him to the doctor he said he was fine .

00 for the grooming , but said they washed them . I paid for a wash , cut and nail trim . I was at pet smart on Jan. 13 ,23. This was really upsetting. But I found another pet smart in scherville to go to.

I have a complain about the website. I went to get my dogs nails clipped, ear cleaned, fur gets sprayed and bandana. When I wanted to schedule online it stated it is just walk in. Saw on website that Tuesday is senior day and Seniors on that day.

Went to the store in the morning (Tuesday) and had the service done, advised at cash register about the Senior discount. He had no knowledge of senior discount, I guess not too many people know about it. He went to check in the grooming department and was told walk ins don't get a discount.

Now I tried to make an appt and could not make an appt online, how is that fair that I don't get a discount because you don't have an option to make one?

Also nothing was mentioned that walk ins would not get discount? What is with people who just walk in…

I went into the Rosecrans location in San Diego with a receipt and three items purchased with cash. The cashier and manager named Jake demanded the Petco treats number used during the purchase. I called my cousin and put her on speaker phone she verified the store and the items on the receipt and told Jake that when she made the purchase she didn't have a card so

On March 7th 2023 me and my family went to PetSmart in Schererville in. 00 the store crew informed me that she needed proof that I could care for the lizards and that for some reason me and my family had to purchase an entire lizard habitat in order to purchase the lizards.

Why has your Authority dog food for small breed with added tender blends have no tender blends in it anymore? It says it does and the few pieces are not tender and this was our dogs favorite part. Now there are a few crunchy ones and that's it.

I received a 12LB bag instead of a 24LB bag last week and all week all PetSmart had been telling me I received the correct bag. I have sent physical photos to show the bag I received and the delivery location and it is 12LBS.

So many customer service reps giving misinformation and making promises they can not keep telling me the correct bag is on the way and to just keep the old bag at no additional charge while others are telling me nothing is coming. They are telling me I can wait for a refund.

PetSmart in Burlington WA sold my son a caring collar for a dog, though we needed one for a cat. 99. The collar was too big and heavy for a cat so today (March 13th, around 2pm) I went to return it.

I had the receipt and the collar in the original package. The cashier refused to reimburse me because it was my son who bought it and I didn't have his card with me. When I asked to be reimbursed in cash if they could not put it back on his card, she rolled her eyes and walked away from the cash register without saying anything.

Then a different person came to the register, crossed his arms and said they can't reimburse me. He was not friendly or helpful. 00. I said that it was not written on the receipt that I can't be reimbursed in cash if the item is over $50.

The petsmart located at 11150 Bakcones Drive Austin, Texas. This has happened @ least 2-3 times before. I get off work & need to pick up a couple of cans of cat food and I come 5 min before they are suppose close @ 7pm.

Some man, same man wearing black glasses, dark brown hair starting to bald, has slammed the door in my face, when technically they are not suppose to close until 7pm. I still had 5 min to grab 2 cans of cat food.

I scheduled a grooming appointment for today. The person who was supposed to groom the dog refused the service because he didn’t like my attitude. Our feelings were mutual, I didn’t like his attitude as well. Unfortunately, there was no other person to groom the dog. So basically I was refused the service with no other options offered.

I’m writing this complaint with a hope that the company administration will be able to resolve the issue.

My lady brought our puppy in and paid for a wash & condition and trim and received a half ass job. It looks like the girl, Noel, only cut the hair out of his eyes, that’s it. It doesn’t look like she trim or conditioned skin and fur at all.

His fur isn’t shiny, rather dry, not moisturized and he’s still scratching like crazy. And we requested, verbally this time, to make sure to trim around his butt really low because he’s a Shih Tzu and the poop can sometimes get stuck in his fur.

I really would like a refund and I will not be returning again, and I will a review on Google and Yelp about my experience as well. Not satisfied. The Two Notch Road location in Columbia, SC sucks!
