Had a grooming appointment scheduled for Monday morning for my dog. I am home with a newborn, my husband had to take time off from work to bring the dog. He gets to the appointment and was told that it was canceled the day prior.

They told him that they had called and left a voicemail canceling the appointment I never received a voicemail, text, or email confirming a cancellation. ” When I explained to her that there was no voicemail or message left she told me “ well I don’t know what you want me to do”.

We have been bringing our dog here for a long time to be groomed we will not be returning.

Hello, I am Robert Hallowell. My store is the Burleson Tx Store off south freeway. I made an appointment for grooming services for my 2 dogs Belle and Molly for today February 25 at 8am for Belle with Lucia and 830 am for Molly with Ethan.

I arrived at the store at 745 with both pets. After walking in Lucia spoke to me saying "what do you want". I then told her I had an appointment for both dogs at 8am and 830. she said Belle was a hair cut, I told her no it was just bath and stuff because they are both short hair dogs.

She told me to go wait out in Lobby which I did. Then another lady came out and said my appointments are 830 and 9am and that I should leave and "Go get Breakfast". I told her that online says those times.

I admittedly am a dumpster diver. I also am a pet lover. I have 3 dogs 4 cats and a bird. I live in a mobile home park and there are a number of homeless cats that I feed outside.

I'm retired and disabled and live on a fixed income. I used to be able to get the cat food that nobody wanted to feed these homeless pats. Then the bags started getting slashed but we're still salvageable. Now all of the food gets poured out.

This is such a waste. There are animals that could use the food nobody wants. you're feeding them instead of animals that could use the food. There has got to be a better way. Got to be!!

I made a purchase in the store and the clerk only gave me one bag of the product I purchased. I am now missing 3 items I purchased that I need for the health of my pet. It is a two hour round trip to the store.

I called the store when I got home and realized I was missing items. They offered no apologies, told me I had to travel back to the store for a refund or to retrieve my items and I have only 3 days to do so.

They refused to ship them to me. I am a manager in a retail store of just over 1000 stores and I would do that for my customer. PetSmart own 1500 stores and refuse to ship to reconcile their own error.

So they are going to keep my product but you might ask, what can they do with it, resell it? So they sell a product, keep the product and resell it?? What kind of company does…

I was working at the Avondale location and i had some time off from a kidney infection well then they totally took me off the schedule but I was still working there so I tried applying to other petsmarts and the Goodyear petsmart wanted me so I went to interview and was hired and he told me I’d have to be transferred and would call me that week with the day I start. No call no nothing and now I can’t log onto my hr profile so I think they let me go and I don’t know why.

I have been to Petsmart several times for pet grooming. 00 for my 2 dogs to b bathe, haircut & nails cut. They r small dogs 12lbs each. 00 each for weekend which I was not told when booking their appts.

I placed an order with the Staten Island, Forest Ave. store early this morning. I received a confirmation and, subsequently, a text that indicated that the Door Dasher was almost at my house. Then, I get another text that says the order has been cancelled. That is the second time that has happened.

Therefore, I will no longer use Petsmart. The stupidity of these texts combined with the inconvenience add up. No more.

At the beginning of January 2023, I booked my two dogs for express grooming on Feb. 9, 2023 @ 8am at Leaside Petsmart in Ontario, Canada. Both were booked in for express grooming at 8am because one of my dogs is 14 years old and he has a heart murmur. The other dog is a 2 year old Corgi. My 14 year old dog goes to a specific groomer named, Mary.

Tonight (Jan 31st), I was called by a groomer at Pet Smart in Leaside, ON, Canada (not Mary), and I was told that my Corgi's express appointment had been bumped for another dog. Hi I went in to PetSmart today to do a return on an item I my sister purchased for me and she had paid with debit so when I went to go return the item I told him I want cash back because your return policy allows that the manager told me that I needed to bring my ID and the original card that was purchased with the item which is not true because in the back of the return on the receipt says that you're allowed to get cash back it has no nothing to do with an ID or the original card pplbeing purchased being present there with me I've been shopping at PetSmart for a very long time and

The 1st time I took my dog in for grooming, they scraped both his back legs. He had to see their vet for medical attention. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and took him back for a second grooming.

It took a long time, but they were crowded and I understood. Last week I made the 3rd appt for 12pm. At 3pm they hadn't even started him and said it would be after their closing before he was done.

OK, we were one of the first appts on Sunday. Why make an appt at 12pm they don't even start bathing him until after 3pm. All he was getting was a bath, brushing and blow-dry. No nails, glands, or deshedding.

They are very unprofessional and rude. We will never go back to Petsmart for grooming.

I’m very disappointed/dissatisfied with your company PetSmart I tried using a coupon on my phone and they wouldn’t scan the barcode on my iPhone.. I don’t understand why you have to get a coupon on paper when all other companies are willing to scan bar code .

The groomer manager is awful She again said my dog had matted ears therefor she wouldn't groom him, she is evil! Its no surprise they have no dogs in there getting groomed. I am a business owner locally I will never go back to this store, my 4 loved pets will get all of our food, toys, and grooming in one of the many competing stores, if that employee worked for me I would have fired her on the spot, evil!

I purchased a Top Paw Large (42 inch) dog crate from Petsmart. It was a huge and heavy package, and due to my age and Arthritis I had to have help to get the package out of the vehicle I borrowed and then again into my house.

The crate was easy to unfold and get together, but I noticed that to move the crate one must fold it up. The parts list shows 2 crate handles that the user uses to move the folded crate from room to room.

My box only had one handle. I called the store and was told, I would need to fold the crate up, and bring it back to the same store from whom I had purchased it. I would need to return it for a refund, and they would then sell me a new box.

This was a scary prospect for a 72 year old many with arthritis and other physical concerns. I called the complaint office,…

The girl at the register was rude . When I finish with my transaction she did not bother to say anything to me and turned her back . I had to ask if I was finished. This is the first time I have ever received such poor service.

She needs proper training and also needs to let a person speak. All she wanted was my phone number. I would ask a question about pricing and she said I want your number. Clearly she wasn't paying attention when I gave it to her. very rude.

Brought my dog for a bath and brush, fully regretted it. My dog was hurt in their care without a bath or brush (See picture below), which they commented that "They don't know how it happened." I brought my 3 shitzu dogs to Petsmart in Courtenay BC. My online purchase was to have grooming done on my three dogs. I requested Haley to do my dogs with the help of the shampoo girl on that day.

We discussed in detail before I left the store that I just wanted Nala and Anname to have bath and trim. Tina just a bath and brush because her hair was already short and had not grown much from her last appointment.

I picked my dogs up and my bill seemed to be more than I had expected so I asked the lady Amanda the manager what was on my bill. 00 for a full haircut for Tina, after I said she did not need a full haircut.

I took my two dogs to get groomed on 12/09/22. I have never experienced my dog having any type of anxiety until after I picked him up. He won’t even get out of the car when he comes up to petsmart now.

I payed extra for his nails to be clipped and get grinding done. Now two weeks later his nails are beyond sharp and cutting us and everything. No way they were clipped. They are shaper now then before his appointment.

He is a long haired lab and his fur is long and short in different places. Very sloppy. And he has patches of darker fur. My other dog has had to nails broken in half and has been taking pain medication from the pain she is enduring.

Salesperson in Duluth mn was very rude to my husband with 7 year old standing there and other customers even raised her voice, you can explain things nicely do not have to raise your voice and be rude and also left ladder in front of fish tank where handicap person was trying to look and finally moved it but just grabbed it and father had to grab persons hand to get him out of way. Cashier by the name Yvonne at the Northern location (5707 W Northern ave in Glendale, AZ) is very unprofessional and always has a bad attitude. This store should not allow customers to be treated that way. Im writing this complain because it's not the first time.

Madison at the register did great. I am new to the area and one thing I notice is that they never help the one person on the register. There was others there up front walking back and forth on the phone (most likely with a customer) but then afterwards she opened the door to a room and complained about the “stupid” phone call and preceded to walk all the way to the back.

Line stretching halfway through the store and no one to help Madison at register. Shameful to you petsmart letting your employee down like that. Do better or lose ppl cause she was not please and looking around for help only no one to give it.

Scheduled appointment for normal grooming as I have every 6 weeks for the last 4 years. Out of town so we scheduled at the PetSmart on victory drive in Savannah Ga. The rude young lady asked for proof of vaccine. Isn’t that on file? Should be.

Instead of this person helping me she brushed me off making it my problem to locate vaccinations proof. I’ll be sure to use else where since my business isn’t appreciated with PetSmart lack of ability to hire someone who does their job.

I left my dog at the Las Vegas petsmart on rainbow. I have left here at this location two times and both times she and her blanket smelled like pee when I picked her up. I let it go the first time.

But today I picked her up after spending a few days in Vegas and it happened again. I have been a frequent customer to petsmart hotels since I adopted my dog 6 years ago. In fact she has only stayed in petsmart hotels and I have had excellent experience’s in all them except the Vegas location.

When I dropped her off I expressed my concern with them about her last visit and her wreaking of pee and asked them to please take her out to go to the bathroom. When I picked her up this time it was even worse.

I was going schedule a grooming appointment at the Owings Mills md petsmart while shopping on Monday November 28, 2022 while at the counter waiting for the staff to accommodate my appointment request for a grooming appointment I was watching the groomers while they were working I observed a young girl smack and jerk the dog on her table , and the male groomer grabbed the noose around his dogs neck and lifted the dog in the air choking the dog i was shocked to say the least and

The manager on duty at 3 McKenna Rd, Arden, NC 28704 at 2:20pm on 11/20/22 refused to sell prescription pet food claiming that “different flavor” is on the can. She had no name badge and refused to say her name.

Prior purchases with the same card had no issues, but she desired to be rude and refuse to sell. I’ve been purchasing expensive pet food ($60/bag) for years and this is the way they treat customers.

I am just absolutely repulsed with the way that they treat the fish that they are selling to other people. They literally do not give a damn about them and they are just putting them all over the store, putting them on the shelves where they do not belong they have been in there, so

I had purchased an item for pickup in the store i made the payment with paypal. When i tried to return the product which is over $300 i was told they are not able to return my money to paypal they would have to issue a merchant card.

Note nowhere when checking out does this alert you that if you pay with paypal your money will not be returned you will only be able to get a merchant card. This is not fair for the customers your basically holding your customers money hostage!!

I am not a frequent customer therefore I do not want to accept a merchant card. You should not even offer paypal payment if this is going to be the case it is not fair for your customers. I need something figured out i do not want a merchant card i would like my money back to paypal or cash .

I am absolutely horrified at what I’ve seen the last 3 days.

On Wednesday, the cat adoption center was disgusting. It had obviously been days (if not weeks) since their cages had been cleaned. One poor cat’s litter was clumped together with days’ worth of feces. Another cat has a poop stain on his chest fur-I smelled him. A few had been adopted, but their cages were still full of dirty litter and poop.

I tried to express my concerns to the manager, Allan, but he brushed me off with “we’re trying to work on it, we’re short-staffed.” I don’t care if you’re short-staffed; the animals are your FIRST PRIORITY.

I just rented a carpet cleaner. I usually use you guys because the Bissell does a little better. We used the machine and I cleaned it as normal. The underside is hard but I scraped all I could out of there.

I return the machine , on my way to work and was told I had 2 choices. I could take it back and clean it better or I just wouldn't get my deposit back. 00 cleaning fee. Im confused. If you have a cleaning fee, the deposit should be for the machine still operating when it is return.

It is and it wasnt dirty. The machine I belive has a sticker on it saying do not run running water over the machine, yet I was told I should have sprayed a hose underneath to clean it? This whole incident is totally frustrating.

PetSmart Groomers (5154 Nicholson Ln, Kensington, MD 20895) cut off a portion of my dog's tail during a routine haircutting grooming session! My dog had to be taken to their Banfield Pet Hospital immediately and given antibiotics and pain meds.

Although, this PetSmart location has already admitted fault and covered the medical costs, we are still extremely upset at HOW this even happened. PetSmart MUST do more than just cover medical expenses. THEY CUT OFF A PIECE OF MY DOG'S TAIL!!!

I shop at Petsmart, usually, a couple of times a month. There is one cashier (732065) who is consistently unpleasant and rude. She is always on her cell phone at the register. The first time I encountered her snarky attitude, I let it pass.

I know these jobs don’t pay well and anyone can have a bad day. Today, I asked if the cat food I was buying was included in the buy 10 get 2 sale. Her response, “how should I know? ” I tried again asking if it rang up the discount.

Her response “it rang up the way it’s supposed to”. I’m not interested in being her friend, but if it’s too difficult to even be polite maybe she needs to look for work that doesn’t involve the public. She’s not doing your company any favors and I can purchase what I need elsewhere.

I scheduled an appointment at the PetSmart Victor, NY location for Saturday 9/3 at 4:pm. The appointment was confirmed by PetSmart. I arrived a 10 ,minutes early for the appointment and was told the groomer was expected shortly and to walk around the store and I would be notified when she was available.

Shortly after I was told the groomer was ready for my dog. When I entered the salon she told me she was unable to groom my dog at his scheduled time because she had to groom another dog in his time slot .
