Yesterday, August 25, 2022 at approximately 5:30 to 6:00 pm. I visited the cite located in MidCity in Los Angeles, California. My son wanted to buy some fish. We pushed the button for service and a young Hispanic male approached.
he may have been manager or assistant manager because he was seen giving directions to another PetSmart employee. My son explained the 3 fish he wanted. The employee grabbed a bag the was approached by another customer with a question.
He left us standing there and went off to help another customer. He returned and then scooped the fish out of the aquariums and placed them in a bag. Instead of writing down the fish codes so we could pay for our items he then went on to help three other customers.
