After refusing service for being late a couple of years ago (even though the dogs sit in the kennel for 15 to 30 mins before service starts) I decided to give this location another chance. Took him in at 10:20 for a 10:30 appt.

He pooped and peed prior to going in. Nothing unusual. By 11:20 I get a call that he needed to be picked up because he had diarrhea and threw up. I knew this was very off because we had been up hours earlier with no issues.

Understanding he could have been stressed I asked questions. Him throwing up was explained to me as clear liquid throw up. I know was either from him drinking water too quickly or mucous from getting excited or stressed and coughing.

His so called diarrhea was most likely 1 lose stool which can happen time to time but doesn’t mean it’s diarrhea.…

I called Mililani PETSMART to get info on certain dog food I was looking for. The associate I spoke to told me they were too busy to help me!!! I told her I just wanted to know if they carried a certain dog food cause I did not want to drive there incase they did not carry it.

The associate still said shes not going to help me. She told me I was just gonna have to come there and look for myself!! I told her " how dare you speak to me that way, let me speak to your manager"!

She then told me she is the manager! I was shocked! Is this how petsmart associates speak to customers? Is this how they treat customers?!!!! So I ended up buying the dogfood from AMAZON!!! How many customers have you lost cause of this manager?!!! HER NAME IS KELSEY!!! VERY UNPROFFESIONAL AND RUDE.

I went to the Petsmart in Denton, TX on Loop 288 to buy 2 fish. The girl in the fish department and she was the manager also, ask what size tank I had and I told her it was 5 gallons.

She told me that it's usually 1 inch of fish per 1 gallon of water. I understand this and I told her I did but putting 2 small fish in there was not going to over crowd my tank. She told me she would not sell me the fish.

Now if I had wanted 10 fish in my tank, I would understand, but two small fish would have been appropriate. There was multiple dead fish in the tanks at the store and if you are going to get technical on 1 fish per gallon of water, then why do you have loads of bettas in no more than a cup of water.

I normally do not write complaints but this was just stupid. I can go to another pet store…

My husband and I went to the PetSnart location in White Marsh, MD to adopt a kitten that we had seen this past weekend. We were told that the adoptions were until 6pm on Monday thru Thursday. When we got to the store at 5:40, the manager said that they weren’t going to do more adoptions that night.

We told her that there was another 20 minutes left and she then stated that she was going home and the other employee was going to lunch. We find this highly unprofessional knowing we could’ve brought the kitten home with us tonight.

I think it shouldn’t be allowed that this manager is allowed to set different rules just because she wants to go home. If we were able to give 0 stars for this situation, we would do so.

Brought my 5 lb dog in for his first groom. Apparenly he was given to a new employee for his cut and groom. Never again will I go there nails werent trimmed cut was uneven and the groomer never even trimmed or cut the hair on his back side. 00.

I have been taking my Dog Snowy to PetSmart on High-tech in Richmond hill for over 10 1/2 years and and never had any issues and spend a lot of money' about 2 weeks ago Snowy had a limp on his right read leg and was because his nails were very long and needed to be cut.

i made an appointment and took time off work and when i got there the Groomer said she would not do it because he needs to see a Vet. i said there is nothing wrong with his leg just trim his nail she would not do it.

i got very upset and left. i took him to Don Head Village which is my Vet and They trimmed his nails and walked prefect " amazing " by the way the Groomer said i was not welcomed their anymore, I had Oct 18th Grooming appointment and it was cancelled.

I called another PetSmart and put me on hold for 10 mins…

Let me start out by saying I am not only disappointed in your grooming service, but their customer service. Whatever happened to accommodate your customers. I was late to a recent appointment and might have made your stupid 15-minute window policy (don't know if that's even your policy because I can't find it on your website) and

was and was told I needed to make another appointment even though I waited almost a month for this one. So pissed off right now because I had to schedule my day around this appointment. I don't know why this couldn't be taken care of at the store level but it should have an easy fix.

My daughter has been there about a month in the grooming salon in elkton md I must say since they have had a new store manager it has been awful my daughter feels like she is being bullied by this women she is awful to work for. I would not recommend working for this particular store besides the fact when my daughter called due to being sick she had her on speaker phone and other employees got to hear the whole conversation.

We dropped our Great Pyrenees off for some light grooming and they shaved him ! They didn’t even shave him completely, they shave 85% of him ! I am outraged that they shaved my pure bred Great Pyrenees without even asking me.

You NEVER shave Great Pyrenees dogs under any circumstances. In addition to that we explicitly told them he’s too powerful for any cage that they have and they understood not to put him into a cage under any circumstances. What did they do ?

They put him in a cage and he gashed his paw clawing at it ! Then what did they do ? They glued it back together ! Now he’s bleeding all over the floor and we are rushing him to the vet to get him sewed up.

This is outrageous and completely unacceptable. These dogs rely on their coat not to get overheated and to prevent sunburn…

Yet again this locations scheduling, lack of empathy and basic customer services strikes again. Long time customer with over 100 grooming appointments and 15 plus hotel stays is finally done with this place. I was visiting the Tracy store in California and the cashier, Casey, was a very helpful young man. A customer was very rude to him ahead of me and a manager named Lisa told the customer that Casey comes from the short bus.

I thought that was very rude of this manager. I’ve been in this store many times and this manager Lisa is really rude to the employees and customers. Please address this rudeness with Lisa at the Tracy store. She should not work in retail if she can’t be nice,be specially to her employees.

My complaint is that I gave the grooming salon specific instructions as to how I wanted my dog's haircut. I specifically instructed them not to shave my dog's tail hair down. I had them inspect the dog and was told that they could give her a lion's tail shape.

We agreed that if there was any problems with the tail cut that they would not proceed and they would give me a call. I did not receive a call and they proceeded to shave my dog's tail down doing exactly what I asked them not to do.

I feel it's disrespectful to have me pay for something that I asked them not to do.

The cashier did not handled rewards information properly, she did not commutated to ask additional information to complete the set up and finished the transaction without rewards. After receiving and checking my receipts I asked her if I saved anything.

And when she said it was not set up because I would need a different e-mail. May be she assumed I don't have email or who knows. I asked to enter the e-mail since I have as many as she needs if she would ask for another one.

She did not apology, no sorry, no thank you. She looked angry but did set up the rewards properly. It took time since she has to enter every item of my $250 purchase. It created the line. Other customers was great, nobody complained.

Petsmart sold me 2 bearded dragons with ADV and they continue to sell sick bearded dragons. I had them tested positive. I contacted corporate and they never got back to me to resolve this issue. Beware do not buy live animals from them

Went in 25 min before close took 5 min to decide which fish I wanted nobody around so went and found woman who was waiting on another customer she said I will be right with you so went over and waited 5 more min went to lady second time said she would be right with me waited 5 more min she walked by said in a minute then

There was no other dogs in the salon for the morning. The cut they gave my dog was fine but they doubled the price on me. Had him done three months before but this time it was doubled. They said there was a extra handling fee never had that before.

The nail clipping was extra price that was included before. I have a small dog I would understand if he was a big dog. Won’t be using them anymore.

PetSmart on 82nd in Indianapolis: there’s a lady who was very rude to me on multiple occasions. I stood up to her. No screaming, no cursing, no name calling. I showed up today for an appointment only for this lady to tell me my shih tzu was no longer welcome because I am a problem.

She wasn’t scheduled to groom my pup. Jason C. was. Luckily I had found a different groomer already but took the open spot at PetSmart to get my pup groomed 1 day sooner -his new groomer can fit him in the morning.

I wasn’t called or e-mailed first. PetSmart cancelled the appointment 30 minutes after I left the store. I will no longer buy anything from any PetSmart anywhere. My sister and mother (they have a Lhasa Apso; a kitty; and a cockapoo between them) warned me that PetSmart has horrible service.

Isla and Alyssa at the Pet Smart in Germantown gave appalling customer service. Arrived on time for appointment and was ignored for half an hour, while the employees had personal conversations. COVID regulations were not met with them allowing numerous other pet families to come into the lobby against what the restrictions say on the door (one pet family in the lobby at a time).

Unlike other visits, had us leave the collar and harness there then when we picked up our Beagle, they said we had not left a harness or collar with them. When we insisted that we did they located the collar and harness which were soaked and covered in dog hair.

I’ve came into the Aurora petsmart located near alameda and Abilene for the past ten days to purchase my dogs prescription diet food. The shipment that was delivered over a week ago still sits in the isles on the pallets and many shelves throughout the store are empty.

There are currently 10 customers standing in the line to see a cashier and only 1 station open. I’ve been coming here for years. Not anymore, It’s gone drastically down hill the last 6 months. I will be looking for a new store to purchase my prescription dog food.

On Saturday, March 20, I had an appointment for my 2 dogs that I've been taking there for 10years. I was not greeted but accosted as soon as I walked through the door by the Salon Manager, Linda. 5years old and she didnt feel comfortable with her staying there for 3hours.

I took my dog in for a service that was not provided. When I tried to explain and get resolved the girl was extremely rude and not willing to help me resolve. I booked online and only put the shampoo.

I have had great service with training and my trainer was excellent! I couldn't say more for a trainer, she showed that she genuinely cared for her customers and made calls to check up on us during a difficult time for us.

I had an appointment set up two days ago for grooming of my dog and had requested Express grooming. m. I told the girl in grooming I did not want Express as I will be running errands that morning. I reminded her two more times as she was scheduling me NOT to make it Express.

I admittedly was about 20 min. late bringing my dog in due to volumes of cars coming down N Colony Road to the Pet Smart in Meriden, CT. I apologized for my lateness. I asked for Tigger, my dog, to have his teeth cleaned and for groomer to use shampoo for sensitive skin.

I paid for the advertised take your dog home clean smelling good after staying at the hotel. I paid for this service and when I got the dog home she smelled and was dirty. So therefore I had to give her a bath.

I talked to some man at the hotel and was told they just put soap pour water over them. Indicating they could still be dirty and smelly. So I paid for a service that was not as advertised. Therefore I will have to find some other place to leave my dog when needed.

My complaint is in Honolulu Hawaii my mom and I had an appointment with the groomers today 10/16 we brought two of our dogs name Coco and Yuki to get an express hair cut Coco's hair cut went fine but Yuki a malteese breed had his hair cut with half his body and legs cut short and the other half left how it was uncut when they came back to me with Yuki and

said to me we won't continue to finish his hair cut because they 'THINK' he has ringworm under his belly and making it a big issue about how contages it is but said there not the vet so there not sure if it is ringworm that reason alone should not have stop the completion of the hair cut and they should have check yuki out before they even started his hair cut.

The PetSmart in Oak Ridge, TN, is just awful. There are very few sales people in sight, and today, when I visited the store with my young dog, there was an extremely grouchy and unpleasant woman on the register who told me that someone would be there soon to attend to me.

I have seen her before and she is extremely off-putting. After the transaction in the aquarium department, (which was not bad - the girl was helpful) I checked out and the same grumpy woman was in attendance. My young border collie put her feet on the counter as she could smell the pile of treats that were there for customers' dogs, but she was never offered one.

I scheduled my dog's grooming appt. at least 2-3 weeks in advance with Pet Smart located at 9616 Reisterstown, MD 21117. My appt. was scheduled for 7/13/19 @ 11:30 with Amanda E. I received a phone call from Becka (supervisor) at 10:50am advising me that the groomer called out.

Our Issue is with the Aliso Viejo, Ca,-PetSmart’s Grooming Center. ) I’ve only come in to use the groomers for our dogs nail clipping twice before, the first time was okay but the second experience was upsetting because I was disrespected by a groomer and the manager “Cody” with rudeness and attiitude for asking too many questions.

Im new to this experience and left feeling awful... then today (7/9/2019), a month later, I come in with my family, as our dogs nails need clipping. It went fine until one of the girls roughly handled and choked our dog because our dog was moving a lot on the table.

I read the return policy and it clearly states that if a return w receipt was used as debit I could get my return back in cash which the store refused then the second experience I had was when I wanted to exchange some dog food and I had no receipt and the manager refused to do anything to help and was extremely hateful. I'm being discriminated against.

Their Dog Bed, "Puppy Lounger", was shredded by my Labradoodle, in under 2 hours. Sure, I'm disgusted that their $44 dog bed was so poorly made, but I'm very, very concerned that the foam rubber consumed by my puppy does not kill her.

Do they put foam rubber in the puppy food they sell? It's the same concept.

From 4/25-4/28 I boarded my dog Lucy (pomeranian) at the Commack location. Lucy is a timid dog and was not thrilled to be left. When I arrived to pick her up I was told that she would no longer be allowed to board, as she had snapped at a handler when they went to leash her.

I was dissapointed to hear this but understood your policy. I was however, SHOCKED to see how they returned her to me. I am NOT happy AT ALL! My dog was handed over to me full of urine. She was completely soaked in URINE.

She smelled absolutely awful and required a bath immediately when we returned it was unbearable.

PetSmart Fayetteville Georgia grooming customer service is not good. I have been a customer for the past 6 + years and lately I have been dissatisfied with the service in grooming. This is the 2nd time I have taken my dog in for grooming and was told to allow 3-4 hours.

After 4 hours my dog still was not ready. On the 23rd I made an appointment for 7:30 am due to the fact I had to be at work at 1:30, 7:30 allowing your store 4 hours would have allowed me plenty of time to get to work.

My dog was sick and was taken to the Vet in January 2019, where he was discovered to have Pancreatitis. Medication was provide and sent my dog home. He was also placed on a special diet foot, which is very , very expensive. 00 .

Now 2 months later he started to get a new bout with Pancreatitis , I called the Pet Smart asking for the medication to use to help prevent a serious bout with it, on Saturday and then tried to order 4 pills thur Chevy to use to lessen the on set of Pancreatitis.

I taken my Maltipoo for a dental cleaning March 18, 2019 @0700. Her vet is Dr. Montaque who does the cleaning. My dog was not dischared until after 2pm, I was checking her out when one of the technicians brought her out.

Mia was still drossy so I picked her up and carried her to the car. while driving she started to wimper and was holding her left front leg up. The right leg was used to give anesthesia and take blood.

Lately, I've noticed that my Petsmart on Leila in Wpg. has been putting reg. they have a big red & white clearance sign & directly below it are shelves of canned dog food still with reg. This in regards to the PetSmart at 10181 West Grand Parkway at Aliana. Usually I have good experiences at PetSmart but the manager Amanda at this location no matter what we asks her makes me and my family feel like either we’ve done something wrong or like we are bothering her.

Even when we ask about supplies for our animals she seems disgusted when asked any questions. She makes us feel very uncomfortable. She’s very rude. A few of my friends warned me about her and have stopped going to that Per Smart.

I’m about to do the same. Please advise me on this matter, thanks.

We took both of our dogs to the grooming department on October 16th. Online we filled out the form that stated we did not want the furminator. On our akita they gave her the furminator and on our cairn terrior they cut off the top of her hair in which we exclusively told them not to do.

We spoke with the manager and he was very rude and lied to our face. He said we asked for the premium package which we did not. He told us there was no one else we could speak with which we know there was.

We are very upset next week we have a huge event and our dogs were in the event and now their hair does not look good and we are not satisfied with the service. I would appreciate a phone call 815-922-1452 I am very dissatisfied with the service and want my money back.

Today Oct 17th I went to Petsmart located in Fairlakes VA to drop off my pet at doggie day care. It was 6:52 am and the door was open. The temperature was 52 degrees so I decided to enter with my dog. When the manager (Kevin) saw me entering, he said to me in as rude way . " Ma`am if the door are open is because a truck is unloading products, you need to wait outside until is 7:00 am, Can you see the signs here? it said 7:00 am ? So I asked for his name and after he provided me with his name he said back to me. Is there a problem? and I replied: Yes it is. I am a customer from Petsmart since 2010 and when the weather is cold like today , managers let customers to wait inside until is time to take care of the customer. His reaction was just to lock the door.

Is this is the way the Petsmart…

On 8/22/18 @ 12:47. As i was standing in line at the cash register, i observed a groomer being very abrupt w a tiny Yorkie, as she was brushing her/him, i noticed the Yorkie was stressed. There was no tenderness, she was using hard strokes, on the head, I could see the brush SORT of bounce off the dog's head.

I brought this to the attention of a cashier & he brushed it off like nothing. WOW! LUCKY THE OWNER DIDN'T SEE THIS! I'll be sure not bring my dog there for a groom. The groomer was just too uncaring, looking all over the place accept the poor dog.

Something is going wrong at the Pet Mart at Coridor G in South Charleston wv. I has a appointment for my dog for grooming and the day before they call and cancel it. That was ok they gave me other date and time. Well guess what They call the day before this appointment and cancelled this appointment. Well this made me mad. My sister-in-law had three appointments cancelled. If this is the way you run your business you can just kiss it. I'm going 12 miles out of my way to get my dog groom but it's better that being treated the way your company is doing. You have lost just two customers but lots. I'm on my Facebook black balling this place.

I arrived at the at the store 10 minutes before closing and was told by what appeared to be two managers to hurry up they are closing in 10 minutes. I couldn't find some items and the cashier had no clue where they were.

The mangers were rude and dismissive when asked. They again said for the third time they were closing and to hurry up. I had $200 worth of merchandise and I said you do not want to ring up my items worth $200?

Most owners would love that even though they had to stay open 10 more minutes, plus there were others at the cashier who were getting chastised. The main manager didn't care. The cashier piped in and said that all of us want to get home, and I said and extra 10 minuets is not a big deal and that she was getting paid for her time. m.

And I wasn't going to come back…

Back in September of 2017 the Moorestown NJ store on Nixon Drive (store in question) came under a new store manager (L'erin Gaines and assistant store manager (Amanda). Corporate knowingly transferred one Mr. L' erin Gaines from the Fairless Hills, PA.

store due to mistreated employees threatening to all quit if he remained employed there. Knowing such an awful tyrant of a person is in charge of people's livelihoods and careers, corporate desides to transfer him to the Moorestown, NJ store location.

It didn't take long at the new location in Moorestown that Mr. Gaines continued his tyranny and threatening ways towards the employees that were working there for months and even years. It didn't take long for Mr. Gaines to force employees and managers alike to quit, resign, walk out or get…

I brought my dog in last week for grooming. The dog is a golden doodle . 00 per 15 minute charge to take the napping out, total of 45 minutes. When I returned to pick up my dog, She was completely shaved, less part of her tail and ears.

I asked the groomer what the hell was she thinking. I talked to the store manager and he apologized, but still charged me for the service, what a joke. I feel I should get my money back and the groomer should be reprimanded.

The store location was on curtner in San Jose,CA. I want results from this incident before I send it to the 7 news media. I have before and after pics so you can have a better perspective on this. Tom C
