Iam a manger at pilot 356, have been there over a year and I'm now on fmla through Pam Holbert, and I was approved to go back to work on the 29th of September, I have been working for 2 weeks now and this morning I went into work and was called in office by josh Mayfield that I could not work because of fmla, josh has treated me like this since he hired me. I went in to buy some items after eating at Dennys which by the way was just as bad. Upon ringing up my purchase which did include cigarettes the cashier was very rude and unprofessional and made a joke at my expense which everyone got a laugh out of except for me. There are several customers waiting for a shower at 5Am on August 17th at store 655 Spiceland IN. The issue is that all of the showers are vacant and not cleaned. When the issue is brought to the female employee attention that was supposed to be cleaning the showers, she got an attitude and said she's off in an hour so the next shift will do it.

We r a trucking company in Iowa of 350 trucks you have an employee at mt pleasant Iowa named Katlyn who is rude and very outspoken. Our company only fuels with pilot flying j and we are pulling all our drivers. From using your company anywhere as long as she’s employed for pilot flying j we our sorry to do this but my employees do not deserve to be treated in the way of rudeness.

Instead of putting food in your stores that's good for diabetics or anyone else for that matter you put in soup for truck drivers to travel down the road with, not to mention it full of things a diabetic , heart patient or anyone else with issues should be eating as well as taking out all the restaurants. The only reason any of us stop at flying j is because you have parking and even that isn't worth it due to most of your parking is pay to park. We spend enough on your fuel.

Well one lady was sitting down at the door almost and another subway employee was standing there and the pilot employees was complaining about another subway employee there was no register was open I had to use selfcheckout I didnt see no reason for the other register to be closed with so many people there i think the self checkout is a good option when busy but it was not busy

My husband had his charge card hacked many times when going to the Flying J Pilot in Northeast MD regularly years ago. The male store manager went through the gas pumps with my husband on a weekday and didn't find any illegal scanners.

I haven't used that gas station for many years because of the charge card hacking my husband went through. Recently I used their pump on a Saturday. The next day, not having used that charge card since, the card showed illegal activity.

I am currently waiting for a new one. After discussing the illegal activity with the fraud prevention officer, I called that pilot on a Sunday. We went into Pilot #300 to take a shower a little after 5 am and were told showers were not available for use until 6am. So we went and had breakfast. We cam back around 5:45 and people were already in showers.

The flying j at kenly off of I 95 was the nastiest I've seen. All the outside trash cans were full and both men's rooms were nasty tp was everywhere toilets were clogged. There was a woman and 2 girl children in the men's room.

The fuel islands and pumps in bad need of repair. Newburg NY, I had to wait over an hour just to get to the fuel pump, then the keyboard on the pump wouldn't work. It wouldn't allow me to enter the code for the app and took five tries for it to take my cards. Most Pilots have been having this issue for over 6 months.

Store 594. Sioux City IA. 3/18 0500 shower was cold. Advise CSR to credit shower. She stated she would have to check temp of water. I ask for a manager. As the manager approached the CSR kept saying the water was hot.
