If I could give a negative star rating, I would. I placed an online order to Pizza Hut #4124 in Memphis, TN on 07/31/23 at around 9:30 pm. The order was supposed to be delivered by 10:15pm. At 10:30 pm, I decided to place a call to check on the order because I knew the store closed at 11pm.

The first call I placed, a lady answered the phone and I heard her say, “oh my god” and she proceeded to hang up. I called right back. The phone was picked up and hung up immediately. I called a third time and the phone just rang.

I got in my car to go to the store to see what the problem was. En route, my husband called and said that it had been delivered. This was at 10:50pm. I will never order from this location again and possibly won’t from any Pizza Hut location.

Called Pizza Hut in Hampstead Md directly and placed my order and paid by cc over the phone. 15 min later, I get a text from door dash stating they are on their way and to have cash ready! Door dash shows up and won’t give us our pizza because we won’t hand over the cash.

I checked my card and indeed it was already paid for at Pizza Hut! Door dash calls her manager and was told to report us for not paying. Pizza Hut manager said it wasn’t their fault and won’t give me my money back! Horrible customer experience!!!

This is the 3rd time I have tried to order from Pizza Hut Burley Idaho, with Ronnie as the shift manager. I have been a lifelong Pizza Hut lover/customer, but this will be my last time ever ordering from the Burley Pizza Hut, as they are incompetent to even complete an order, let alone take one comprehensively.

Further more, we tried at least 5 times to complete the order, also asking for specials, being told to check our mail for the coupons since their systems wasn't working, and also witnessing verbal abuse from Ronnie to an employee name ORyan. I order Pizza Hut maybe once or twice a year. So I guess they’re using DoorDash now when they don’t have enough drivers. Everything was fine food wise except they forgot the marinara sauce with the cheese sticks. Pizza was also sorta cold and it’s a 4 mile drive?

If you eat these, you know they need the sauce! That’s literally what I paid for. The coupon I used was for delivery only. I called the store to try to get them to bring me the sauce but was told they could give it to me for free on my next order.

So that’s not helpful at all. I was also offered to come pick it up. The whole purpose was delivery, so that’s not logical at all. It’s also not right that I have to eat these dry cheese sticks because someone made a mistake.

2 days in a row i try to order food through phone 30 min before closing time and all i get is that we are closed, 2 days in a row i dont have dinner, sleep hungry, dissapointed and angry, this is unacceptable so i need someone to talk to as the cst service here is shiiiit and they dont even apologize then get compensated for what i went through in these 2 days.

I always go pick up my pizza. I also don't like how there isn't a survey you can take if you call in your order on the phone, why is that? It says you can take a survey on the back of the receipt but they don't give you a code.

That's actually why I'm posting a review because I couldn't contact them through an email or survey to explain my situation to them. I'm going to try papa John's next time because I remember it was good and its probably more worth the money I'm spending.

My experience was very different from other times. Ordered my pasta pizza salad n drimk combo like usual. Well entire food was in bad shape. My pasta burnt my personal pizza burnt. Asked weitres if I could have my combo made correct and they took my food and after a while brought my food looking almost same.

The PizzaHut in Boonville, MO was horrible, I was told that its owner paid exceeded money to his employees for being disrespectful to customers, I can't even imagine how they treated everybody down there, Not only that, My foster family member gave information that she ordered a pan sized cheese pizza because she has a 4 year old son that loves cheese pizza, and a large Pepperoni and Sausage pizza for delivery to the house where she's helping a 86 year old woman to look after kids, and the delivery person never arrived and no response either.

Bemidji mn location. First of all the pizza hut app for phones is atrocious, really needs a rework to be serviceable.
