I ordered a medium Super Supreme pizza, with added tomatoes I got a medium regular supreme pizza, with no tomatoes. I paid extra for this pizza, and it was not fresh when I got it. I picked it up at the drive thru.

I telephoned my order in, and picked it up 15 minutes later. When I tried to contact the Pizza Hut later, on 5 different occasions, the phone rang 10=12 times, and they then hung up each time. This is a terrible way to run a business, and extremely poor service.

I want a refund on this pizza. This is the Pizza Hut at Belfountaine Ave in Wapakoneta, Ohio 45895. They need to be corrected and trained to do a much better job. My name is Mark Ledford, 419-568-1044. This occurred on 7/2/23 at dinner time.

Ordered delivery and never received called 1 1/2 later and they said it was delivered which it never was. So they said they would transfer me to a manager. I was on hold for 15 minutes. Finally hung up. Every time I called they either put me on hold or never answered.

So I had to drive down there. Which they tried to argue with me about it and finally agreed to make me another order. And never apologized.

The store in Santa Fe New Mexico on cerrillos Rd manager John did not give me a refund after stating I will get a refund I called him after 2 weeks went by he was very rude did not want to listen nor help nor take my info he kept putting me on hold plus saying he couldn't hear me the refund is for 24 dollars and some change I really can't believe such a big company like pizza hut would have someone working for them in a high position just can't believe it I am filing for a theft crime and

San Marcos, TX Pizza Hut on Bugg Lane, messed up my order. The people in this restaurant are so unprofessional. I ordered a medium pizza with extra pepperoni to be picked up. Upon arriving they informed me they were out of medium and I would have to order a large.

Waited another 15 minutes and the extra pepperoin was missing. Upon returning home to eat it also found the pizza was not completely cooked. Cannot see myself returning to this Pizza Hut.

The worker at 7221 Pine Island Road, Yolanda should be fired!!! She refused to cancel my order that I placed online due to the poor customer service she provided when I was trying to make a change to my order within minutes of placing it.

I have also witnessed her speaking to a delivery (in front of customers) as if he was a 5 year old. No one like this should work in customer service and I want to speak with Corporate to ensure that she is dealt with accordingly

Over charged for a purchase. Bought items on Sat. 6/24/23. Was charged again on 6/26/23 for the same purchase though I did not purchase this item from the store. Was told by manager that this was the result of a pre authorization fee though it was 48 hours later that I was recharged for my purchase.

I bought a large 2 topping pizza at Perry Hall Pizza Hut in Nottingham, Md. I was uncomfortable when I walked in there by the stares by two young people working there. Their attitude toward me was not good .

I am an 80 year old white woman. I want to add it was definitely racism I was experiencing. 99 and a separate charge for the mushrooms. 76 The worse part is they did not put any tomato sauce on the pizza.

The pizza was not even eatable it was so dry. I stopped on the way home to get the pizza so I wasn't close enough to take it back plus I was not comfortable going back there. I threw the pizza away.

Tonight, Sunday, June 25,2023, the driver decided not to call the guard gate but instead he left and and had my order cancelled. He called my cell phone from his cell phone and 3 mins after him calling I called right back. He never answered.

Worst experience going back to Pizza Hut at (4250 Cerrillos Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87507), Manager could care less, or reason being that staff appear to be all teenagers. I waited the 45 min that the app requested, when entering I was asked to waited another 15 min.

I waited for 20, still didn't get my order. When I confronted the person in front, I was told that the back people had been messing up orders all day and that I had to wait another 15 min which based on how everyone was yelling to each other in the kitchen I am almost certain that it wouldn't have been 15 min.

And, even upon leaving the establishment people in line were also commenting on how staff couldn't even take their order.

If I could give zero stars I would made an order for 3:15pm I walk into the desoto, KS store everyone is sitting around either eating or talking. My pizza wasn’t even started yet and it was 3:05. I asked why wasn’t it at least cooking and the girl I didn’t catch her name started arguing with me.

I get home with my pizza and it’s put in completely destroyed. I got a cheese with creamy Parmesan sauce and some pieces had just sauce and no covering. Very disappointed by this service. I didn’t spend $30 for this crap.

I made an order online and my daughter accidentally pushed to order it when we were not done making the order. I called immediately after she sent it and the call service people said they would transfer me to a manager.

As I waited on the phone for bout five minutes I made a second order so that all I was going to do was to cancel the other one. As I continued to wait going on 20mins the driver called me wondering what room at the hotel I was having it delivered at.

1st complaint they made me order online for a local deal 2nd complaint I asked if they had cheese sauce for bread sticks they replied "yes" So I ordered bread sticks but guess what they only have marinara . I ordered something none wanted when I could of got the cheese bread instead.

On 6/24/2023 we placed an online order, we ordered 4 sandwiches and a dinner box. After getting home with the order i found out that we did not get a diablo sandwich and cajan fries, which we ordered and was charged for, we received a regular ham and cheese sandwich and regular fries. We ordered from the Ballston Avenue pizza hut in Saratoga Springs New York and the ticket number is 0117.

I was trying for half an hour to place an order online. This is the third time in the last three months it was glitching. So I called my local store for carry out. " I explained I understood, but I should not be out extra money because the website would not allow me to redeem points.

For the second time might I add. So I called three listed corporate numbers and they couldn't be bothered to update the first two. There customer hotline aalso is not excepting calls. I am upset and disappointed. I wanted to order from somewhere else, but pizza hut is the one gluten free pizza my son likes.

Pizza hut do better, and give your managers the tools they need and the customer service to make things right for the customer.

M. Placed an order through the app. I received confirmation of my order was given a tracking link. And never got my order. My order was apparently cancelled. It was placed before closing. I got verification. I only know it was cancelled cause my debit card sent me a cancel notification.

The Pizza Hut App did not. And wasef to believe all was well and my order was to be delivered.

When putting in our order on the app, many things were showing "unavailable," which made us think this particular restaurant may be poorly managed. Some of the things listed as "sold out," were breadsticks, cheese sticks, and several other items.

However, we ordered two pizzamelts and one stuffed crust pizza. The chicken melt was fine and came with the ranch dipping sauce, but the meat lover melt came with no marinara sauce, they put ranch in the box, but that was unacceptable; the staff never even said a word about it.

If they had listed no marinara sauce, etc. we would not have ordered it. Not everyone can, or will, eat ranch, and without a sauce those melts are just dry crust wrapped around some greasy meat and some dry cheese with a ton of dry sprinkled cheese all over it, actually…

Ordered two of your new Cheesesteak with GRILLED SIRLOIN STEAK for pickup. Very disappointed in the amount of steak. A few small square pieces about the size of a small fingernail. I called the local Pizza Hut Centerville Road, Lancaster, PA where I purchased them.

I asked to talk to the manager and was told the manager will not be in till tomorrow the next day. I told the employee I was not happy with the cheesesteaks and why. Employee took my phone number and said the manager would call me but this never happened.

I ordered two large Super-Supreme pizzas with EXTRA cheese. I'm not real sure there was even cheese on these pizzas. I stopped going to the closest franchise to my house for the same reason, but traveled further because the other franchise seem to do better.

After tonight, I fell like I could get a Digorno's pizza from the frozen food section of the grocery store that would be better. Pizza was overcooked as well. This will be the LAST time I ever get a Pizza Hut pizza.

I was trying to do an online order and I have done so before and they brought it just fine with no problems. I gave them the main address for college where I work and told them what location and office I was in.

Person on phone said, "Without the address I can't put it in the system" I hung up after telling him to have a good day. It was very rude and laziness not to take my order and cost you money in the process!

If a person can't do their job then they should not be working at the store!

The other day I order some wings along with pizza order and pasta.. when our food arrives the delivery man passes me our food with wing sauce spilt onto the box, and Erine was on the box, some how the wing container was closed properly, or something.

I visited the Pizza Hut on sixth street in Junction City Kansas and had the worst experience ever at a Puzza hut. The employee charged me for an order she keyed in improperly and store forced me to keep it .

I wasn’t allowed a cancellation of order or even a refund. When leaving rudely waived good bye to me and didn’t care. I would never treat a paying customer like that in all my years in retail customer service. I really do not think the employee was properly trained to use cash register at all.

I will never visit Pizza Hut again! I’m gonna boycott it forever.

I order a pizza and wings on 6/20/2023 at 8:24 pm online and a reply was sent back to informing me that my order would be delivered to me within 25-35 minutes. I called the store at 11921 Blue ridge in grandview mo and all they could tell me that the driver is running behind and that he is on his way. My order arrived at 9:40pm and the pizza was cold and that wings was cold and over cooked.

On 6/20/2023 at 4pm I ordered 2 large 4 topping pizza and an order of garlic Parmesan wings. When I got to the store the computers were down because of a storm. The gentlemen behind the counter said the priority was to get the computers up before he could help me.

I was patient and then showed him that i prepaid online if they could write down my order to start making. I waited for another 20 minutes only to be told they made my pizza wrong by adding sauce and had to make another.

Afterwards while looking at the pizzas they were made poorly barely having any of the extra toppings I ordered and having ham added on one instead of bacon. The wings had barely any sauce on them to the point where they were pretty much plain.

After an hour we left and decided to call corporate for a refund…

On 6-16-23 aT 9:00 pm, I went in to order a pizza for take out. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and could see the employees. I finally tried to get their attention to make sure they knew I was there.

Called in for carryout Toastmaster Pizza. The store said that they no longer have this deal in that store. So I ordered a large pizza. When I went to the store to pick up the pizza. The person said you can order the pizza on line at this Store.

I left, but in my mind this situation is not logical, if you only make this toastmaster pizza online it's not logical. Whether or not I call in, walk in, or online . I should be. able get that pizza.

You are in the business to sell your Products.. A good example is If Pizza Hut still had eat in at Pizza Hut and I order the Taste master pizza. Is Pizza Hut going to tell the customer thats only online order.

Now can you see the logic in this. REMEMBER YOUR IN BUSINESS TO SELL A PRODUCTS. MY WORDS IS MY REFERENCE TO YOUR COMPANY.

I order delivery pizza the call center sent the pizza to the wrong place they did not deliver in this area after I waited 45 minutes. I call they canceled my order and put my money back on the card.

The pizzas have meat and vegetables in the middle of the pizzas only . I pay for extra sauce and there is sauce in the middle of pizza only , no extra sauce !

Also pay for extra vegetables and none! This has been going on at this Pizza Hut for several months. I have ask to please make sure we get the extras that I pay for on more than one occasion. The service and quality of this Pizza Hut is not good at all .

I recently called to order carryout. This was in the Bryan Ohio Location. the first time I called in they asked my name and what I wanted to order. I was not able to complete my order and was hung up on. I had to call back a second time. I ordered a medium pan pizza with pepperoni, an order of breadsticks with an extra sauce.

I waited for my order an extra 30 plus minutes after being told to park in front after waiting to pick up my already paid for order in drive thru. Went inside and girl up front on phone, after she got off she asked my name and told me when I informed her I was waiting outside 30 minutes she said she did not know I was out there.

My husband and I frequent the Pizza Hut and it has gone to the bottom of the pit!! Never enough help, the workers are all miserable ,as if they hate their job. And the food is always over cooked. We don’t live in town so when we got home this Sunday I was not running back to return 4 over cooked meat lovers melts.

We got for our visitors also and I WAS SO EMBARRASSED. I was telling them how amazing they were and then I GOT HARD DRIED UP MELTS. I felt aweful so we had sandwiches and potato chips. I Really DONT WANT TO WASTE MY MONEY AGAIN.

THERE are many other pizza shops in our town. I’m sorry to have had been the one to complain.
