My complaint about the pizza hut#026559 2426 S Kirkman RD ORLANDO MY PROBLEM IS WHEN I COME BACK TO PICK UP MY PIZZA AFTER 15 MINUTES. THE PERSON ON CHARGE TOLD ME THAT THEY NEVER MAKE IT. When asked the manager for my money back response without respect ask her for her name she refused.

Not wearing a name tag anyway

I ordered 2 medium-sized pizzas and 6 piece wings from the Pizza Hut in Oxford, MS 38655. It them an hour to deliver my order. I received not fresh and hot. I am really disappointed. When I placed the order, it says I will receive it in 20 to 30 minutes, but that was not true.

So I ordered Grilled Chicken Arrabbiata pizza medium and the pizza description clearly says no mushrooms but the pizza I got had no chicken but mushrooms. I am allergic to mushrooms and I ate 2 full slies as I was not expecting mushrooms in it.

Later my toung felt itchi and thats when i realized it had mushrooms. How can they make such a silly mistake while making this. This is serious issue as my health is getting impacted by it.

Also when i called the lady in the store she said the pizza was made by a trainee and since he is new he tends to make such mistakes. This is totally unacceptable. She said she will send a new one but this can be a life threatning issue and I m really scared to order pizza next time from their store.

This is my worst experience every and it should be quickly…

The post falls pizza hut employee was rude to me over the phone while I tried to give my card information and accidentally said the wrong zip code and she treated me very poorly. She started throwing a fit and when I asked if we could just try it again and she did not act civil in any way and gave me all sorts of unnecessary attitude the entire phone call.

She called me back after I hung up to tell me that my number was banned from all pizza huts and yelled at me with a lot of disrespect. The employee service at pizza hut is terrible and they have the customer service of an 8 year old.

Online ordering is a joke! Do you offer discounts only online and then rig the site so it won’t go through? I have tried several times to order and wasted my time every time cause it always says there’s a technical problem.

Just makes me find another place to eat!

Our pizza was like 99cent frozen pizza. No cheese no flavor an hard as cracker. Worset pizza I've every had ! And had trouble communicating with the employee on the phone. Very very unsatisfied

Ordered pizza large stuffed crust with light sause and pepperoni.the pizza was over cooked hard .crust was so thin and hard .the crust not the stuffed part ..it made the pizza flat hard .my kids could not finish there first piece .it was 10:05 when I got the pizza but time I got home and they couldn't eat it it was time for close so I just complained today now ..thank you in advance.

I order frequently and always get 2 2 liters. Three times they have not brought the drink or only brought one! When I call they try to get me to just get a refund but I WANT WHAT I ORDERED!

We used to regularly order from New Cumberland, PA #036836 for work. Tried the delivery service but food looked like it was used for a Frisbee. So we've been picking it up. 3 minutes from our job. just wouldn't let us.

Tried half hour to order 2 personal pans w soda screen wouldn't change. Finally called. They don't have ppp. Special has soda and Stix. Ordered extra soda and Stix. everything was cold. No flavor. Pizza had pepperoni grease but no sauce. Crust also hard. Threw it all out. 09 thrown away.

You are doing false advertisement for the 50% off plus 15% off delivery for on line orders . I ordered from # 023119 GilletteWY after coupon was denied . I called the store explained to manager Steffany and she said she couldn’t help it was corporate issues ,I needed to call the phone number for customer service couldn’t find the number.

Also tried calling 877-440-9091 said it was no longer taking the customer rating.

The Pizza Hut located at 3311 Lee Highway, Arlington, Virginia, greeted my pick up with a room full of fleas. There could have been as many as 100 fleas flying around the small counter at the front of the store.

The employees seemed to be aware of it because they had sequestered themselves in the kitchen behind a closed glass door. I've never encountered anything so ridiculous. This store should be closed until this problem is rectified. I will be contacting Arlington County about this problem as well.

I order pizza hutt all the time but keep having the same issues one order will come out great then they mess up 20 they have a call center to take calls and door dash delivery and my food gets lost in translation I ordered food today at 12 and it is now 2:36 and I still have no food this is complete crap

On June 3,2023, called in a order for delivery. The call went to call center. Order was placed and total for order came to $54? My card was not accepted ,so with another card once again I called. This time directly reached the Lafayette location. 84.

In discussion of previous order and price, the different was number of toppings. Order was delivered, but my 2 liter was forgotten. Luckily the delivery guy was caught before departure. Showed ticket if actual purchase included. He brought it back with noted extra liter.

He was given a $5 tip, written on his receipt. 84.. one of my personal habit is use plastic instead of currency. With this I also spend and immediately check bank balance. All was well till June 7,2023. Pizza hut had a withdrawal of $54.

Ordered over $50 worth of food and submitted tip in November and Never recieved food. Spoke to the site who refused to remake food or refund my money. Called the corporate office with my complaint and stated they will contact store and submitted the process for my refund. Never recieved it.

Pizza seems to be in the business of scamming people out of thier hard earned mony business now.

Pizza hut in walnut ridge AR, I ordered pizza delivery along with my free bread sticks from my rewards. I waited for quite awhile when I decided to look outside and I noticed the driver put my pizza on the trash can with out knocking to let me know When I opened it the flies and bugs and already gotten to it and I noticed I did not receive my breadsticks again.

I hv no option to give zero hence giving one * Getting pathetic day by day, today i visited the store in Karama. 15 min n no one attended us, we waived hand to 2-3 staff and no one came.

After which when i raised my voice and said excuse me, one rep came and disappeared by putting one all sticky and dirty menu card on our table. After 5 min the other staff came to take the order. Later i asked for store manager n a chef from the kitchen came to answer my query and was not listening but was teaching me the waiting time and rules of the store.

I order a large stuff crust Philly steak pizza and when I picked it up and got home the order was wrong. When I called back your general manager told me that I didn’t know what I was talking about.

Even though the app clearly said that I had ordered a large stuff crust pizza and then y’all general manager and your shift leader still didn’t want to replace it and had a attitude these to need to be coached up on how to actually run a food service restaurant.

We placed an order at 6:57pm. We didn't receive our dinner until 9:14pm. It was cold and and the wings we ordered with our meal was floating in some kind of liquid other than mild buffalo and there was only 3 wings in the container instead of what we ordered.

Very unsatisfied especially with it costing us right at $50 and our 3 year old being 2 hours late for bed because her dinner was late!! Someone needs to hire responsible people for this location.

Ordered at 4:45. Received a text message that my pizza was on its way at 5:05, it didn’t show up until 5:40, and it was cold! Called the store to address it and they were very unprofessional, and would not listen to me.

Ordered a pizza at the pizza Hut on Hwy 67, Alvarado tx at 555 pm on May 29th. I ordered on the app and set up a pick up time of 630pm. I arrived at 630 pm When I arrived, there were several customers standing in the lobby, waiting for there orders.

There was only 2 employees in the store. One was taking orders and making Pizza. The other was actually a driver who was cutting pizzas and boxing them. Looked as if there were other employees that didn't show up for work.

Door dash delivery drivers came in and they made them their priority. It was 20 minutes before the employee making pizzas came to the counter. When asked, was told they were short help and would do their best. Another 30 minutes went by, with 4 or 5 Door Dash drivers picking up their pizzas.

Waiter charged my card with another couple’s bill and vice versa on my card. When I brought to his attention, he stated he messed up but the manager told him there was a lot of paperwork to credit back the mistake so could the other couple just give us cash to make up the difference. That is so unprofessional.

They had to write a check which thankfully I know them but if I had not. Waiter owned the mistake but they manager did not even come out and apologized.

Sick of paying extra for cheesebread and it's always dried up burnt with absolutely no cheese on it. And the pasta looks completely different from what's on the website compared to the tiny dried up crap you actually get. Definitely not worth the high prices for poor quality food.

The "I an not a robot" login process on your web site is absolutely ridiculous. I have spent 15 minutes attempting to satisfy identification of cars, bicycles, busses, crosswalks, etc. with NO success. Today's lack of success is not the first time I've had issues.

We ordered pizza hut tonight. Not a large order. It was at 8:30 time of order at 10:20 we had yet to receiver our order. We noticed the order was being delivered through door dash, which we've never had good service with.

Had we known we would have ordered through another delivery service. This is un called for. Give customers a heads up. I called and talked to management, asked why we had not received our order and she just said they are backed up! And was extremely Rude.
