Took my money and never delivered my food

I placed an order 2 days ago. The pizza was made incorrectly. I called and got a phone service that hung up on me numerous times. Then when the answering service did pick up and transfer me, to no avail no answer.

I called the delivery driver's phone and the manager (Erin) stated that it was too late and he was not coming to the phone. The next day I spoke with the store manager (Frank) he stated that he was going to give me a credit of $26, I told him that I wanted to reorder my pizza, and he started there was no delivery driver until 5 pm.

I called back and got the answering service (based out of Miami), but they hung up on me again and again. It is now 2 days later, and in order to get my pizza remade I had to spend $20 extra dollars on an Uber to actually come to the store to get my…

Employees don’t or can’t read. Specifically asked for no cheese due to health condition and pizza was loaded with cheese.

On 05-13-23 we ordered a Pizza Hut supreme thin crust from 2017 South Bend Ave. South Bend, IN. On getting it home, it was half warm and with NO Oder of a pizza. The crust was like card board and had a strange taste.

How can a decent pizza be ordered and made in 10 min that's worth anything. This is the worst $20 pizza that we have had from Pizza Hut and will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again.

Horrible horrible service. The guy at the counter was extremely rude when I took my order. I asked for a menu and he got upset I even did. They had none!! I ordered a pizza without knowing prices. One medium pizza with 1 topping almost $20!!! 99 each.

I asked if I can change the order so I can get the deal and he refused. Said there’s nothing he can do. I was upset that he also called me a Dick and that I was being rude. On top of that HE was the manger!!

That place is a joke. Will never return. I threw the pizza out and ordered from dominos. Should’ve been my first choice. Hire better Pizza Hut.

Last order was delivered fast but only problem was pizza was stuck to box no wax paper or anything under pizza not sure if you use wax paper but would be nice to use something I live alone and don't eat whole pizza at once and as pizza cools gets even harder to separate pizza from box

The Pizza Hut on hwy 6 on Missouri city needs to be shut down. Management is horrible. Delivery never came. If you look on google reviews is a reoccurring thing. Customer service is super rude. There was an Indian girl that picked up the call around 10:20 pm and started yelling for no reason. We even asked nicely. Please fire her.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas, one was pepperoni with extra sauce and one supreme. These were the worst pizzas we have ever had. We have been big Pizza Hut fans, but no more! The pepperoni had absolutely no sauce and the supreme was missing mushrooms and other toppings were burnt.

And we paid $40 for terrible food! I only wish I would have checked them before I left. Terribly disappointing with absolutely no recourse!

The pizza driver opened my pizza box and put in the ranch dressing container. It felt like he said he open the pizza box to let me know he had access to my food. I think you need a sealed tape on box that only customer can break.

I ordered a small Supper Supreme Pizza. 00. I asked them to check the price and that's when they found out that she got the order wrong and charged me for a Large Stuffed Super Supreme. Was told they couldn't give me a refund so he gave me a Pan Pizza plus what she rang up since I had already paid.

Then what I got home I found out it wasn't a Super Supreme. It didn't have any Black Olives, Ham or Italian Sausage. I'm 87 yrs old and live alone so now I'm having to freeze it and it never tastes that good when you do that.

I think they should have refunded my money and charged me for the Pan Pizza that I ate. Plus I ended up paying too much anyway since it wasn't even a Supreme Supreme Pizza.

Placed an order over the telephone,received a phone call back ,wanted to know how I was going to pay,I told them cash. They stated that I would have to pay when I got there and it would be an extra 35 mins longer to get the pizza.

When they brought the pizza to the counter the order was wrong. I ordered 4 pizzas. I medium beef thin and 3 large pepperoni pan one with extra cheese pepperoni and sausage. I check the pizza and the order was 1 medium beef 1 pepperoni .

The other two were cheese pizza. When I placed the order over the phone the agent called it back to me. I had to wait 1 hour with no apologies. No customer service at all just attitude. The young lady at the counter stated that I look like I'm mad. The service was lousy.

I called yesterday to place a order. I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. I had to call back and the girl that answered phone acted like it was no big deal. Then it took over 20 minutes for our order to be ready for pick up.

The Piza Hut here in Missouri City, Tx. Located at 2292 FM 2234 Rd Texas Pkwy is the absolute worst. They are very rude and always get your order wrong, and you have to wait not 45 minutes but over two hours.

They don't apologize to you, they hang up the phone on you when you call them back. This location really needs a new manager and employees.

St Viator School has been getting our pizza delivered for 3 lunches since September of 2022 with our school. While we were happy up until a few months ago I would like to file a complaint which I did with customer service on the 17th of April and again on the 21st with no luck of anyone calling back. Very poor customer service on all ends. My number here at school is 702-732-4477 I would like a call back ASAP before our next delivery scheduled for the 28th of this month.

Called store at 10:15 to see if a problem. Gentleman said it was over. It's way just running a few minutes late. At 10:18 received text from door dash that said the pizza would be here at 10:54. I called the store to see if the pizza had Riding for an hour. They connected me to a lady that was extremely rude. Pizza arrived at 9:48 cold and consistency of card board.

I tried to redeem our FREE pizza from the Culpeper store on main street. We have dealt with this one restaurant for over 25 years. AMANDA the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE. I have redeemed the points over the phone in the past.

I tried to open the app and was not having any success. I explained this to AMANDA and she couldn't have cared less. I don't appreciate spending my hard earned money somewhere were I'm treated so poorly. Does PIZZA HUT not need business.

I redeemed my free pizza for contactless curbside on the mobile app. Once, I arrived I clicked I’m here on the app. Nobody came out for a while, but they continue to take orders of everyone else who walked in after I had already been parked there.

I lived in Arcadia, FL over 2 years. The week we moved there we found a local Pizza hut. We called ordered a xL New Yorker pizza. It was the Worst tasting sloppyist pizza I had ever seen in my 58 years of my life!!!

I called & complained , they said they would give us a free pizza & some extra items on our next order. It was closing time when had gotten the bad order. Anyway we called following day or two at most 3 days. No answer.

Drove by to our surprise It was closed up & building up for sale . So I guess we will never be reimbursed and we live in Dundee FL now & have not even thought once about ever ordering from them again.

Pizza Hut on Marshall, longview tx Juan is his name, and he supposed to be the mamger. I call to try and resolve an issue and he was very very rude and unprofessional. I was not trying to listen to what I was saying and at told me about 3 times that, there was no one over him, until I kept asking and finally he gave me a number to his area coach he said.

I filled him in on what had happened, but Juan was just to rude that I felt the need to file a complaint. You don't treat customers like that. It just didn't sit well with me.

I put my order in, she repeated everything I said and when the driver gets there are no wings! I call back to tell them and they tell me that I didn’t order them, I said yes I did she even repeated my order back to me, I should’ve said why don’t you just say you forgot to put it in!!

My pizzas were cold and made wrong. I had previously ordered them online so they should’ve been ready. When I got there they were not. The people asked me to come in and wait it would only be a few more minutes during that time I heard people in the bag, yelling, you stupid idiot, and other derogatory sayings People came and got their food anywhere from 3 to 6.

I kind a lost count because I was getting angry. I took my pizzas and laughed and did not notice that they were not made right now and cold when I got home the people that were working, there were totally overwhelmed to call them back would’ve just made matters worse not for just me but everybody else
